It's time to get styling with Sunny Day Style Files.

Hi, it's me, Sunny, with another look inside the Style Files.

You'll need a comb, hair elastics, hair pins and a teasing comb.

To create Teddy Bear Buns!

[music playing]

Ready to get started?

Terrific!

Using the tail of a teasing comb, part your hair down the centre.

From the top of your head, all the way down to the top of your neck.

Working one side at a time, gather up your hair into a pig tail

and tie it off with a hair elastic.

On the last twist of the elastic,

pull through only a little bit of your hair,

so that the pig tail forms a loop.

Now, do the other side!

You're going to look just like a teddy bear!

Grab the hair that's sticking out of the loop and tuck it in!

Using hair pins to secure it in place.

Now secure the other side!

You can use a comb or brush to smooth out any bumps.

Wow, you look just like a teddy bear!

Adorable!

- We're the three bears! - And we're just right!

That's definitely one for the style files!

Keep smiling, keep styling!

[laughing]

5 of the Best Chrome Extensions You Need to Try - Duration: 4:04.

Hi this is Phil from Make Tech Easier and welcome to five of the best chrome

extensions you need to try. Love it or hate it

Chrome is brimming with features and customizability that rival browsers can

only shake their envious heads at. On the one hand you have Chrome Flags which

lets intrepid web users mess around with experimental features made by the Chrome

team. Then you have Chrome extensions which changes the way you browse the

Internet and are denoted by little icons to the right of your Chrome omnibox. These

extensions vary greatly in function and quality, from ones that secure your

browser to others that keep you focused when you're trying to work. So that you

don't need to sift through the mess of Chrome's extension pages we picked up

five of the best Chrome extensions for you. Google Dictionary. The Internet's

full of words, would you believe, and some of them are pretty big and inscrutable. You

don't need to open your oxford dictionary or more likely type "define

(whatever)" into the Google omnibox. Google's made an official dictionary

extension that gives you a small boxout definition for every word you double

click. Go into the dictionary options double-click the book icon and there's

even an option to store words you look up at which point you can download all

of them in a list. Ghostery. Beating out AdBlock plus for the number

one ad blocker for Chrome, Ghostery edges it out because it's brimming with

options. You can use it as a basic ad blocker with its default options of

course, but it also does a great job of tracking every tracker on a given

website and letting you select each individual one you want to block. This is

just one of many types of fine-tuning in the extension that gives you more

control over what you see online, it makes you more secure and speeds up your

browsing by giving websites less unnecessary junk to load. StayFocusd.

A Facebook addicts best friend, StayFocused is a highly customizable

site blocker that lets you set times, time limits and the amount of time that

you can access certain websites. If you find yourself unconsciously clicking

Facebook when you're supposed to be working

you can set stay focused to block going to the site and

you two get back to work. It's a great way of keeping yourself disciplined when

you're trying to work, or even entirely blocking sites you don't want yourself

(or other people in your household) visiting. HTTP Everywhere. When an extension

has been made by the privacy and security obsessed Tor Project you

know you can count on it. HTTPS Everywhere turns every unencrypted

HTTP website into an HTTPS one when you visit it (provided the website you visit

supports HTTPS). While most sites offer some degree of online encryption, many

also don't implement it properly which can leave your information visible.

Installing this extension ensures that you don't need to look at the omnibox on

every page a visit to make sure that your privacy is secured. Please note that

this doesn't encrypt every site and page you visit because a lot of sites still

leave large chunks of their content completely unencrypted, which means there

is no encrypted version of that content for HTTPS Everywhere to load. Facebook

Chat Privacy. Going a bit more specific about addressing personal little peeves

of ours we can't stand it when we've read a facebook chat message and are

forced to reply to it straight away because the other person knows we've

seen it. Yes obviously we should be decent people and reply straight away

anyway, but sometimes we just don't want to, right. Facebook Chat Privacy ensures

that people you chat with on Facebook can't see whether you've seen their

messages letting you reply to them in your own time and on your own terms.

Conclusion. These are our top five Chrome extensions that will almost certainly

improve your online life, though it goes without saying there are many more great

ones out there and we may add with time. What are your favorites and do you have

a good reason why we should add them to our list? Let us know in the comments. Ok

as always thanks for watching and please subscribe and add your comments below.

See you next time!

Papantonio's New Book "Law And Vengeance" – Life In The Legal Profession - Duration: 2:48.

Tell us about the introduction and the character of Gina.

Is there a Gina in your life?

Yeah, well Gina Romano was a composite I think of some of the best female trial lawyers that

I've worked against and with.

A female trial lawyer in this business is very difficult for them to get where they

need to go.

Many of them have far more talent than some of the male trial lawyers that receive all

the accolades.

It's been difficult for them to break into this business and it takes that Gina Romano

kind of personality and focus and tenacity to really accomplish what needs to be accomplished

as a very successful female trial lawyer.

I've had the benefit of ... All I do is my discipline is I'm a trial lawyer.

I try cases for other lawyers throughout the country.

I try the most complex cases in the country, and so I'm able to work across the table with

some of these incredibly talented female trial lawyers.

She's kind of a composite of all that.

Tell us, if you would, what is your thought on why you have such ... The novels have done

so well.

You obviously have touched a nerve, a desire for the American reading public to read your

material.

What's your success?

I think it's a voyeurism to some degree.

I know the first time I picked up a Grisham novel.

I was so captivated by kind of the look behind the curtain.

It's like you lift this big curtain and you see stuff that you ordinarily wouldn't see.

I think that's the appeal here.

When I look at the reviews, when I talk to people that have read the book and I try to

be as objective as I can.

I try to say, "What is it that really attracted them?"

John, people have a real interest.

They have kind of a voyeur's interest, both in the medical profession and in the legal

profession.

It's natural because there's so much conflict and there's so much drama that takes place.

Many times that conflict, that drama, has effected their lives.

It's effected their child or their spouse or somebody in their family.

These types of novels, I think, touch a lot of that because they either can see themselves

in a similar situation or they, in fact, have been in a similar situation.

I think it's that ability to relate and understand that this is the real thing.

It's not something that is just holy imaginary.

It actually comes from real life experience.

I think they connect with that.

Rival lawmakers clash over government's response to N. Korea threats during parliament debate - Duration: 2:46.

In the domestic political arena now.

Government officials were in the hotseat for the second day.

Lawmakers threw questions linked to diplomatic and security agenda,... with rival parties

reaffirming clear cut differences in North Korea policy.

Kim Min-ji has the latest from parliament.

Rival political parties dug in on their differences over the government's response to North Korea's

threats and provocations.

In light of Pyongyang's strongest nuke test to date last week,... there have been mounting

calls from the opposition bloc to boost South Korea's nuclear deterrent.

"The government is against the redeployment of tactical weapons.

Why is this?

"It violates the principle of denuclearization on the Korean peninsula,... and it's unclear

whether South Korea could withstand he economic sanctions that would result.

It could also trigger a nuclear domino effect in Northeast Asia."

The opposition also raised questions about the Moon administration taking the back seat

on North Korea issues,... and pointed out that trust between Seoul and Washington has

somewhat eroded... after the Moon government initially suspended the THAAD deployment pending

an environmental assessment.

The government and the ruling party, however, were on the same page -- brushing off concerns

of "Korea passing" -- a term being used to refer to Seoul being sidelined by regional

powers when it comes to North Korea issues.

"I do not believe there will be 'Korea passing.'

What's your view on this?"

"The South Korean authorities are maintaining various channels of communication with their

U.S. counterparts and discussing the situation.

The international community's measures on North Korea cannot achieve their desired effect

without Seoul.

Military options on the peninsula can also not happen without our consent."

The government also said the new UN Security Council resolution was drawn up after close

coordination between South Korea and the international community -- which the opposition parties

claimed was not enough.

"Sanctions directly against leader Kim Jung-un have been left out,... and the curb on oil

imports watered down.

At this point, it seems the U.S. needs to put pressure on China.

There also needs to be a change in Seoul's approach to dialogue."

"We maintain the stance that when it comes to provocations, we impose tougher sanctions

and pressure.

But at the end of the day we need dialogue.

We are closely cooperating with the U.S on this matter."

The opposition has stressed the need for the Moon administration to review its North Korea

policy,... and beef up its own power.

To that, the ruling party and the government say that while they will review strong measures

to put an end to the North's provocations,... they will move forward on the basis of having

the door open for dialogue.

ALERT: Benghazi Investigation Report Released, Trail Points Straight to Hillary | Top Stories Today - Duration: 3:21.

New details are emerging about Clinton's misdeeds every week, and it is becoming increasingly

hard to see how the former presidential nominee will remain a credible player in the political

scene.

A new report has come out from the Select Committee on the Events Surrounding the 2012

Terrorist Attack in Benghazi, and it ended up confirming what most suspected all along.

The Obama administration, which of course includes Hillary Clinton, completely failed

to keep American diplomats properly protected and safe during that infamous attack.

The new report features 81 new witnesses and 75,000 new pages of documents, and serve to

show just how profoundly incompetent the previous administration, as well as former Secretary

of State, Hillary Clinton, were in response to the Benghazi attacks.

Coming in at just over 800 pages long, the report goes into extensive detail, and leaves

no stone unturned as to what transpired during the attack.

Many key revelations show just how lacking the previous administration's response was

to this emergency.

"Despite President Obama and Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta's clear orders to deploy

military assets, nothing was sent to Benghazi, and nothing was en route to Libya at the time

the last two Americans were killed almost 8 hours after the attacks began," the report

said.

It's a shocking level of inefficiency, and there was a Fleet Antiterrorism Security Team

(FAST) based out of Rota, Spain, sitting on a plane for over three hours, waiting to respond.

Even worse, none of the military assets in the area met their required deployment times.

"We expect our government to make every effort to save the lives of Americans who

serve in harm's way.

That did not happen in Benghazi," said Rep. Mike Pompeo (R-KS) in response to this report.

"Politics were put ahead of the lives of Americans, and while the administration had

made excuses and blamed the challenges posed by time and distance, the truth is that they

did not try."

Another elected official, Rep. Martha Roby (R-AL), was equally shocked over the findings,

"Our committee's insistence on additional information about the military's response

to the Benghazi attacks was met with strong opposition from the Defense Department, and

now we know why.

Instead of attempting to hide deficiencies in our posture and performance, it's my

hope our report will help ensure we fix what went wrong so that a tragedy like this never

happens again."

Of course, the infamous excuse Clinton used was that this attack was caused by a YouTube

video, when in fact, she told her daughter as well as the Egyptian Prime Minister that

it was a planned terrorist attack that had nothing to do with the film.

"Obama Administration officials, including the Secretary of State, learned almost in

real time that the attack in Benghazi was a terrorist attack," said Rep. Jim Jordan

(R-OH).

He continues, "rather than tell the American people the truth, the administration told

one story privately and a different story publicly."

With even more damning information about Clinton surfacing almost regularly, it's hard to

see who she will blame next for this failure — except herself.

what do you think about this?

How to Find Your Purpose ft. Mastin Kipp - Duration: 9:25.

SunnyLenarduzzi: For the bright side of branding, business,

and being your own boss.

Hey, boss, welcome to The Sunny Show.

I am so excited about today's episode because no matter who you are or what stage of your

life or business you're in, the key to any longterm success is knowing your purpose and

that's what gonna keep you motivated through every up and down.

But let's be honest, in a world of distraction, it's kind of hard to tune into what the heck

your purpose is.

So that's why I have brought in the world's leading expert on this topic, my friend, the

one and only, Mastin Kipp.

Mastin Kipp is an entrepreneur, a best selling author who just released his brand new book

Claim Your Power, a 40 day journey to dissolve the hidden blocks that keep you stuck and

finally thrive in your life's unique purpose.

He's a renowned public speaker and the creator of Functional Life Coaching, an innovative,

unique, and accelerated approach to creating lasting, personal, and business change.

Oprah dubbed him "an up and coming thought leader of the next generation of spiritual

thinkers."

Inc Magazine touted Mastin as "the next Tony Robbins."

And Arianna Huffington sings his praises as a leader for those who long to live lives

that are more passionate and more soulful.

And the list goes on.

There is no better man for the job.

So without further ado, I am so honored to have Mastin here to break down his three steps

to find your purpose.

Take it away, Mastin.

Mastin Kipp: Thank you Sunny.

Hey, it's Mastin and I'm here to talk to you about my favorite topic which is how to find

your purpose and Sunny's tasked me to do this with three steps.

And I just wrote this whole book Claim Your Power which is 60,000 words and I'm gonna

distill it down to three steps for you today so that you can get the most value on The

Sunny Show.

Does that sound good?

Finding your purpose is one of the most important things if not the most important thing you'll

ever do in your life and let me tell you something.

If you don't know what your purpose is, if you think you had one but you lost it or if

you aren't sure that you have one or maybe you thought you knew what your purpose was

but maybe you haven't made that progress yet or maybe you've discovered it but you aren't

really getting there just yet, it's all good.

I'm gonna help you discover why.

So there's three steps to finding your purpose.

And I want to share these with you and I think you'll get a lot of value from that.

So the first thing you got to do and this is counter-intuitive in a lot of ways.

The first thing you got to do is discover the hidden blocks that are keeping you stuck.

This is so huge.

Because here's the deal, I created a type of life coaching called Functional Life Coaching

and primarily, all we've got the focus on is discovering the blocks that keep you stuck.

So what this means is if you ever take two steps forward, two steps back, three steps

forward, three steps back or you keep making the same mistakes over and over and over again

or maybe you have the vision board but you never follow through or maybe you get distracted

or maybe you're scared of being seen or maybe you're scared of being rejected or scared

of outshining your parents or you think you need approval or you're scared to speak up,

there are hidden blocks that are keeping you stuck.

And Functional Life Coaching doesn't just operate on a level of behavior.

We discover the root cause, the hidden blocks, the blind spots that keep you stuck because

your nervous system is designed to keep you safe.

However, your success and your purpose, well that's out in the realm of uncertainty.

And if you aren't aware of the blocks that are keeping you stuck, well you're never going

to actually bring your purpose in life, because you're gonna be your own worst enemy.

When you discover the hidden blocks, what you do is you make your nervous system your

friend and your ally instead of your enemy.

So you stop self sabotaging and you start using your nervous system to move you forward.

So it's a real practical process.

Then the next thing you gotta do is you gotta discover your purpose emotions.

This is a big deal.

Now what's a purpose emotion?

Let me explain.

So what we got to understand is life is primarily an emotional game.

So think about any goal, any goal that you've ever set or want to set.

Think about this.

Maybe it's weight loss.

Maybe it's making more money.

Maybe it's starting a business.

Maybe it's growing your business.

Maybe you want to be in a relationship.

Maybe you want to be out of a relationship.

Either way, the reason why you want what you want is not just for the thing but the emotion

that you think that thing will bring you.

So life is primarily an emotional game so typically there's a target that we're trying

to hit right here.

And we think it's a goal but it's actually the emotion that the goal produces.

And so when you discover your purpose emotions which are the top two emotions that really

fuel you, that drive you, that make life worth living, it's like the juice of life, when

you wake up and just say, "Yes."

When you discover those purpose emotions, well you get conscious about designing your

life so that you experience more of those emotions.

And by the way, if that emotional thing seems a little airy fairy, if you have high quality

emotions that have company with all the employees and staff, that's called a solid culture.

If you can transfer those emotions from the staff to your customers, that's called raving

fans.

When you have a great culture and raving fans, that's the stuff that legendary companies

are made of.

If you have high quality emotions in a relationship, well that's a soul mate relationship.

So the emotional gain is the name of the game.

And here's the thing, your purpose emotions are typically positive emotions and the reason

why you gotta discover those hidden blocks is because your nervous system makes it really

easy to feel scared or hurt or sad or depressed or angry or frustrated and really hard to

feel good.

Because feeling good is vulnerability, feeling good can be scary, and so when you discover

the hidden blocks, it then becomes safe to discover your purpose emotions and bring them

to life.

And the third thing you gotta do it, fall in love with solving problems.

That's the name of the game right there.

So a lot of people talk about how it's like what's my passion?

What's my purpose?

It's a me centered focus.

Well, these first two parts are you-centered.

You gotta discover your hidden blocks.

You gotta discover your purpose emotions, but after that, you gotta make your life about

service.

And too many people get so confused trying to find their passion versus asking, "Well,

what's a problem in the world that I could fall in love with solving and aligning with

my purpose emotions and getting out of my own way?"

Because that's the name of the game.

You want to fall in love with being of service but you want to make sure that you're taking

care of yourself and not getting in your own way, because being of service is ultimately

the name of the game.

So this is the three steps to finding your purpose.

You've got to discover your hidden blocks because we all have blind spots.

We all have mental and emotional blocks that are keeping us stuck.

And then you got to discover your purpose emotions which is the two emotions that you

want to feel more than anything else and then you got to fall in love with solving problems

and dedicate your life to that.

You do those three things, let me tell you something, your life will change.

And there's just one more little secret sauce tip I want to give you which is the key to

all of this, to finding your purpose, to getting unstuck, to living an incredible life, to

losing the weight, to starting the business, to growing the business, to getting the soulmate

relationship, whatever it is that you want to create in your life.

Courage is the number one thing that you need.

Courage means you're terrified and a little bonus points, I call it CIA.

Courageous imperfect action.

Courageous meaning I'm terrified.

Imperfect meaning I'm doing it messy.

And action means I'm actually doing it and not talking about it.

So you're not gonna have it figured out perfectly.

It's gonna be messy.

But you gotta move forward anyway.

When you discover those hidden blocks, you discover your emotions, and you fall in love

with solving problems and you got courage everyday, you're gonna be the fast track to

success.

It's been such an honor to be on The Sunny Show you today.

Sunny Lenarduzzi, thank you so much for having me on.

As always, this is Mastin, remember to get out there, take action, and make it real.

Cassini's Infrared Saturn - Duration: 6:33.

TEXT ON SCREEN: NASA's Cassini spacecraft arrived at Saturn in 2004.

TEXT ON SCREEN: Cassini studied Saturn and its moons in the

infrared using its CIRS instrument.

TEXT ON SCREEN: CIRS is an infrared spectrometer built and

operated by NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center.

TEXT ON SCREEN: Here are some of Cassini CIRS' Greatest Hits.

TEXT: THE GREAT WHITE SPOT

So in 2010, there was a giant outburst in Saturn's northern

hemisphere.

A giant storm eruption occurred, and eventually this spread

around to encircle the entire globe at a latitude width about

the extent of North America.

Imaging first picked it up, and it was, it was massive.

From north to south it spanned about nine thousand miles.

CIRS saw temperature increase like we've never recorded

before.

CIRS, looking with its thermal infrared eyes, was able to see

two bright beacons of hotspot temperatures shining about 150

degrees brighter than the surroundings.

We, all of a sudden we had these two bright spots.

After a month or two they merged, which was kind of

curious, and then it persisted for another two years.

In fact, it persisted longer than the tropospheric storm.

Typically on Saturn these occur about every twenty to thirty

years, this is the sixth one that's been seen since 1876.

And Cassini was lucky enough to be there at the right place at

the right time to see this storm eruption.

TEXT: PAC-MAN MOONS

Mimas and Tethys are two of I believe the last count was about

sixty-two moons that Saturn has, and these are examples of these

icy satellites, two of Saturn's icy satellites.

When you just take images with Cassini they look normal.

With Mimas it looks like the Death Star, you know, and then

you superimpose the thermal maps from CIRS on it.

And when you superimpose the thermal maps, it looks like

Pac-Man.

Mimas was an example where we saw very warm temperatures

surrounding a very cold region, as if it was going to, you know,

chomp it up.

Turns out the explanation is kind of, is interesting.

The way these are created is due to their orbital orientation as

they go around Saturn.

They have a leading side, which is always towards the front of

its motion, and a trailing side.

And the leading side is intensely bombarded by radiation

from Saturn's magnetosphere.

So the high-energy particle bombardment is causing this

fluffy surface, this icy, fluffy surface, to be packed down to a

very hard, solid ice surface, and you're changing the way now

the surface can heat up and cool down over the course of a day

for these moons.

When we look at these in infrared we see a cooler region

on the leading hemisphere, and a warmer region surrounding it.

And this gives the exact appearance of these Pac-Man

features that we so know and love.

TEXT: ENCELADUS OCEAN

Enceladus is a very small, icy moon of Saturn.

It's about three hundred miles in diameter.

It's a moon that we weren't expecting to see a lot from, and

it's had a huge impact on the Saturn system.

Previously, we had hints that this moon may be active

stretching all the way back to the Voyager mission.

But when Cassini arrived, it was able to detect curtains of icy

material venting into space.

Then using the CIRS instrument, we were able to zoom in on the

south pole, and see the south pole was much warmer than we

expected.

The pattern of temperatures on Enceladus did not match a simple

inert body absorbing sunlight and reradiating it.

The question was what to make of all this.

The community decided it must be tidal friction, tidal heating,

as Enceladus orbits Saturn.

This tells us that Enceladus is being heated up by the action of

Saturn's gravity.

Inside Enceladus, we now know that there's a liquid water

ocean, and it's this ocean which is venting through these cracks

into space.

Throughout the mission, we've learned that it has a

subsurface, liquid-water environment.

And with NASA, when you see liquid water, it's "Follow the

water," because that's important for life.

TEXT: TARGETING TITAN

Titan was one of the major objectives of Cassini.

We knew from Voyager that Titan was an organic molecule

paradise, it just was filled with organic molecules.

But maybe one of the key things about Cassini was, instead of a

flyby past the Saturn system, Cassini hung around for thirteen

years.

And during that time, even though we were orbiting Saturn,

we flew by Titan a hundred and twenty-five times.

Titan, at visible wavelengths, looks like as everyone has seen,

a orange-y, hazy moon.

When Cassini was built, we put on spectrometers that could see

to longer wavelengths, outside of the eye's visible range.

And so we removed the veil of this smog, we peeled it back.

Lo and behold, we saw this amazing, very active surface.

River channels, and dunes, and we found polar lakes.

And we never saw this before because we couldn't penetrate

this very opaque, hazy atmosphere.

TEXT: A NEW HYDROCARBON

In 2013, we made a fascinating discovery about Titan's

atmosphere.

We discovered a new molecule, which hadn't been previously

detected.

And this is called propylene, and this molecule, on the Earth,

serves a variety of purposes.

In fact, it's one of the raw ingredients that we use to make

a type of hard rubbery plastic commonly known as Tupperware,

which we use in our lunchboxes.

And it was really incredible to find this molecule just floating

around in Titan's atmosphere.

Going all the way back to the Voyager mission 32 years

earlier, we'd seen a lighter molecule and a heavier molecule

in the same chemical family.

But there was a gap at a particular molecular mass, a

particular size of molecule that we just couldn't see anything

in.

So this discovery, using CIRS, filled in this puzzle piece,

which had been completely outstanding for about thirty-two

years.

TEXT: THE GRAND FINALE

Cassini's Grand Finale is now underway as we dive repeatedly

over the planet's north pole, and through the gap between the

planet and its innermost rings.

We're making gravity measurements and magnetic field

measurements, and this is information that we didn't get

earlier in the mission so in many ways it's like having a

whole new spacecraft mission.

Finally, on the very last orbit, Cassini will go closer to Saturn

and eventually burn up in its upper atmosphere.

The spacecraft will disintegrate and become a permanent part of

Saturn.
