Hello Friends

Today we are gonna make Desi Chicken Karahi

You can can make with spices easily available at home

Let's start I'm making in Clay Cooking Pot

But you can make in any Cooking Pot

Add oil and cumin seeds and roast little

Once little roasted, add onion

It's very simple and will be delicious

Once onion becomes transparent

Then add tomatoes

Ginger & Garlic Paste

Parch them

Cover it so tomatoes dissolves

Then add spices, Red Chili Powder

Salt

If you want more spicy then increase Chili Powder

I'm making it very dry

1 tbsp red chili will be enough

Garam Masala Powder

Coriander Powder

Now we'll parch the gravy

See our gravy is done

Now add chicken

After adding chicken parch it

We'll not water at all

Chicken will cook in its own water

We'll add yogurt so we don't have to add water

Keep cooking on low to medium heat

Beat yogurt and add in it

Once chicken parched then add yogurt

Mix it well

Cover it until chicken festered completely

Here our chicken is festered completely

Now we'll add dried fenugreek leaves

I am adding 1 tbsp butter, It's optional

Add Green Chili as well

Butter is optional but it will enhance the flavor

Now cook for sometime so Green Chilies

Flavor dissolves in chicken

It smells good

Add sliced ginger and keep some for garnishing

Here our Delicious Desi Chicken Karahi is Ready

Must, it will be delicious

You can serve this with Roti (Bread) Or Naan, If you like
