Hi everyone welcome back to my kitchen today, we have a special collaboration
Today we're gonna be doing a collab with my favorite YouTube fun family that looks bambam

But today our collaboration is all about our go-to busy weeknight meal and tonight. I'm gonna show you mine
we're gonna be doing a sheet pan dinner with a hoisin glazed pork tenderloin some roasted sweet potatoes and
My crispy roasted broccoli, so let's go see how this all comes together
We're gonna go over all the ingredients for this really easy sheet pan dinner now. I'm not doing all on one pan
we're actually going to be using three sheet pans and these will all fit in my oven and
We're gonna be using two large ones and this small one so if two
Large ones over here that are lined with foil of small one here
And we're gonna be doing a whoreson glazed pork tenderloin
Along with some oven roasted sweet potatoes along with crispy roasted broccoli
You have seen me do this in another video if you haven't I will leave a link down below and in the cards on this
video so the first thing we're gonna do is dump this and I'm going to
Put this on top of this stove just to get it out of the way
Okay, the next thing we're gonna do is prepare our
sweet potatoes
so I have four medium-sized sweet potatoes here that I peeled a
Washed I peeled I washed again, and then I cut them into cubes
So what we're gonna do now is we're going to put in a quarter of a cup of maple syrup
you can use whatever kind of maple syrup you like even pancake syrup is gonna work here and
I have my maple syrup on
the internet and it's a
Good value, but maple syrup is expensive, so if you don't have real stuff. Don't sweat it
Just use the pancake syrup out of the cabinet nobody is gonna care
So a quarter of a cup of maple syrup a quarter of a cup of olive oil
We're gonna give this a little sprinkling of herbs de Provence
Just like that not too much because these can tend to get a little brown and bitter
and then we're also gonna hit this with a little of my crazy salt the broccoli is also seasoned with olive oil crazy salt and
garlic
and
Then we're going to seal this up
Give it a good toss
Make sure all of your cubes of sweet potato have been coated with the olive oil and the maple syrup
If you don't have maple syrup don't sweat it. You can throw in some brown sugar you can leave the sweetener out altogether
It's entirely up to you
And when you get it good and coated and just take that bag open it up
Dump it out give it a shake single layer
It's ready to go in the oven boom now before we get started on the pork tenderloin I

All these vegetables and this pork tenderloin are going to cook in approximately a half an hour
So what I've got here
This is some hoisin sauce this is nothing more than Chinese barbecue sauce it is awesome buy it in a big bottle at sam's club
Keep it in the cabinet and pull it out when you need it
This just gives it a really lovely nice unlight barbecue taste. It's not like American barbecue sauce this has a much richer
deeper flavor it's little clovie and
It's just got some soy sauce in it, and it's really really delicious. Probably has some fish sauce in there
It's really really yummy, so I don't bother to make my own because the store stuff is a really high quality
And that's what we do so
back to Phillips bambam

Was watching so I checked it out, and I fell in love with them they also do family challenges

As far as this pork tenderloin goes that is all you do you brush it with the hoisin sauce I've got the oven
preheated at 375
And now we're just gonna go pop all of this stuff in the oven at once and when it's time to come out
We'll bring you back, and we'll show you what it looks like
Okay, these came out of the oven they were in there for 30 minutes on the nose all at one time and we have dinner
ready crispy broccoli
Sweet potatoes and we've got our beautiful hoisin glazed pork tenderloin
What I did was I let everything I put everything on the top of the stove just to cool
I took the temperature of the pork tenderloin using a meat thermometer
Making sure and it came up to 160 degrees
Covered it with foil and let it carry over cook for about 15 minutes, and then I sliced it
And it's absolutely perfect and delicious and moist and tasty and amazing
The crispy broccoli is the way we always like it and these beautiful
Sweet potatoes that we roasted have just a hint of sweetness from the maple syrup and all those wonderful herbs, and they're delicious
If you want them a little bit more caramelized you can stick your pan of sweet potatoes back in the oven
For about 10 more minutes, but crank the heat about 50 degrees, and then they'll get all crispy and caramelized mine
I didn't let go that long because I just wanted a little bit of brown on the on the side
So I let them go in there for five minutes
And they came out perfect so what we're gonna do now is we're gonna go fix you a plate
Because I know you're hungry there you have it. There is your plate of
Beautiful busy weeknight go-to sheet dinner with hoisin
Glazed pork tenderloin crispy broccoli and roasted sweet potatoes this went together literally in half an hour
and you're sitting down to dinner and your family is happy because
Busy weeknights are not the time to really rack your brain about what you're gonna have for dinner
Have a plan have the things you love on-hand and things go together in no time
This is absolutely delicious. It smelled amazing when it was cooking and do you want to taste anything?

It cooks super fast and it's very economical in my area
And
Remember you don't have to use hoisin like I have if you just want to use plain barbecue sauces that's what you have on hand
Do it if you don't have any sauce on hand no worries
Just roast it with some spices on it, and it's gonna be great oh
I can't wait to sit down to dinner tonight, so that is our quick go-to weeknight meal
