Hi, this is Dr. Hourglass, and welcome to another video in our channel Wonder Breasts.

Today we are going to discuss: Breast augmentation with liposuction.

In this channel we discuss everything related to breast surgery.

The breast augmentation procedure is performed with the purpose of enhancing the appearance

of the breasts and their size.

Liposuction is used to eliminate fat deposits and recontour the areas targeted.

So how can these two procedures be used in combination when they seem to have opposite goals?

As you already know, I am completely dedicated to improving the overall appearance of my patients,

more than correcting just one area or the other.

This is why I created and perform the hourglass procedures and the wonder breast procedures.

To create beautiful aesthetics of the body, we need to view the body as a whole and

not as many parts that come together.

There are a few proportions that we need to consider before doing the breast augmentation,

and these are the sizes of the chest, waist, and hips.

If the waist is not as slim as it could be, then the breast augmentation will only add

a little more sex appeal to the patient.

But if I slim down the middle area while performing the breast augmentation,

the results are much more impressive.

Not to mention the fat that we collect from the abdominal and flanks area can be furthermore

used to add more volume to the hips.

Liposuction is also recommended for patients who have significant fat on the side of the breasts and axilla.

If I can perform liposuction to reduce the thickness of the adipose tissue on the level of the abdomen,

flanks, back, and under the breasts, then the results of the augmentation will be more impressive

even if we use a smaller size implant.

It is important for the patient to understand that sometimes a combination of procedures

can provide better results than having just one intervention.

Augmenting the size of the breasts while reducing the side of the breasts and axilla

can give you superior results.

hotel and and I've been online since full-time since 2009 I've been online

since 2000 and since 1995 and some things just don't change right a lot is

evolving the evolution of social media internet marketing online marketing

generating leads on the internet you know it continues but some things just

don't change and in any endeavor and life really what you wanna master is you

wanna master the fundamentals you know mastered a few things that just never

change right and when you know those things you stand

out right everybody keep chasing after the newest thing in town but if you

notice the people that are making money the people that are producing the people

that are the top earners in any business including real estate wholesaling

they don't change a lot right they try to adapt they try to stay updated of

course you want to be compared you want to stay competitive in the marketplace

but they typically don't jump from one thing to another to another to another

they may test out as a matter of fact especially in the digital age you want

to make sure that anything that everybody is talking about new make sure

you smell it please smell the roses you wanna make

sure you smell it see what it's about right don't get left out to the code

right because the truth is that one little tool can wipe out the whole thing

and then the competition takes over and then you're left outs and the dust we

don't want that right so some things don't change is my point

and there are a few strategies okay or let me say two or yes strategies that

really doesn't change much okay at the very core of it is list building

okay and I and I saw some other ghouls saying oh you don't need to build a list

of buyers and and stuff like that it's complete nonsense especially they are

telling you through a youtube channel that has 100,000 subscribers 400,000

subscribers that's a list okay that's a list they're building their own list and

then they'll sit around and preach to you that you don't need to build a list

never listen to anyone that says that as it's always been that way especially in

the digital age you need to build a list not just of buyers of everything you

need to build a list okay because the list is the one asset that you own in

the business not the real estate real estate great you own real estate you but

why are you great well if you want to run your business like your system like

a business system kind of like the big word run like a rubber can exactly said

you need to build a list okay if you don't build a list you know that you

need to market all right you need to market right now what are you marketing

to is it every time you run into the marketplace that you need to market the

new property that you just listed or a new property that you just put on the

contracts or or whatever right or is it every time that you have to spend money

on marketing that's the question you want to ask yourself if is every time

that you have to spend money on marketing then you are going to be

losing money and your cost of marking is gonna be skyrocketing and that's not

what you want you want to minimize cost of marketing so could you get to a place

where you can spend money all the time absolutely if you started not if you

started out fresh chances are you're gonna end up wasting

money okay and you won't get to sell your property but the truth is that you

need to build a followership you need to build

list you need to build a media a media platform okay

that means contact information of people that are most likely and that I've shown

interest in what you're doing over time and not only could they possibly buy

from you or buy one of your houses that you put on a contract as a wholesaler

not just that particularly for other people to you not just that you're

building your brand equity in their eyes they keep seeing you as the expert in

the marketplace there's value in that okay the average human being they only

see value in currency money like physical dollars and that's a problem

okay and what set the people that can build

wealth apart from the people that would never build wealth is the the ability to

recognize equity where everyone else cannot see it okay the ability to have

special vision to see equity where other people's don't see it I mean it's

obvious if a property has twenty thousand dollars of equity and they're

selling it for less twenty thousand dollars less it has when it does that's

obvious right if you share that number with anybody anyone we understand this

actually maybe I should buy the property all we're looking for fifty percent how

could you write all those things are obvious but when you have the ability to

see equity in the idea of building the list in the idea of building a youtube

channel in the idea of being a market leader and being the first person to

share value into the marketplace when you can recognize equity that way that's

what sets you apart from the regular guru everybody okay in multiple

different ways first of all you won't have to spend as much dollars on

attracting the same amount of eyeballs and attention to your business to your

houses that you put on that contract and things like that but also brand equity

trust equity just people at the back of their mind

trusting you because you're the one person that shows up all the time into

the marketplace so because of that list building it's at the core okay so if you

can think of any list building software right CRMs like customer relationship

management soft in the digital internet marketing world

we call them autoresponders right they're all free to build the first

thousand lists it's free you could get get response I'll put a link out we try

there for free and you can start building your list of people that have

shown interest in properties or people that are shown interesting more

information about buying a wholesale property about buying buying a buy and

hold rental property you want to build a list of those type of people and how do

you build a list of type of people is something we cover extensively in our

see on the screen so that's the number one a list building software

autoresponder we call it sometimes or excuse me could call them autoresponder

sometimes we call them a CRM customer relationship management software

sometimes you don't need fancy stuff you don't need a special one that's

beautiful only wholesalers no you don't you just need a simple software that

collects a name that collects email addresses that collects phone numbers

and any information you want with a simple form and it's called

autoresponder the one I recommend personally it's called get response I'll

put a link in the description so you can do allow you to have a free account for

up to 1,000 people on your list that's free right so that's one the second

software that you need okay the second software that you need really to

wholesale that's it that's all you need is YouTube

okay YouTube right obviously YouTube now what are you doing with use to YouTube

it's a place for you to publish content okay what kind of content teach people

show people everything you're learning about the business of buying and holding

properties at discounts buying property at wholesale prices show people

everything there is to show them share with them you remain a student of the

game and start sharing what you're learning with the world guess will

everybody want to do business with it if you start doing that today YouTube is

free you can learn it you can literally start searching on YouTube how to do

that I mean obviously if you go through my free master class I'll show you the

steps on how to do that successfully but really is as simple as putting

content up online about things that people already want to know if you are

the leader of the marketplace right you're the leader in the

marketplace and you help people learn everything they need to learn about

buying discounted rental properties by buying and holding discounted rental

properties right cash flowing from day one and not waiting for speculation

right how many people they need on their team to buy successfully how to find the

best dealings in the marketplace they get on your list if you bring properties

to the marketplace you'll be the first little buy from if they bring properties

to the marketplace you'd be the first I wanna partner with to help them get rid

of the property and why would they do that especially if you're building your

own list remember the first step I share with you if you're building your own

list right obviously your list is available for everybody but obviously

you can also make profit about helping people push their properties to your own

list and that's where I laugh at people that say you don't need to build a list

like what do you mean you don't need to build a list we all need to build a list

bottom line bottom line Point Blank period space space we all need to be

building some kind of list because if you're not doing that you're wasting

money spending marketing money to market every single time you have to market not

only that filling your pipeline it's pretty much the result of marketing

right so you need to be filling your pipeline somehow some way and one of the

best ways since the beginning of mankind to build your back pipeline it's

referals so if you have 100 people on your list

right there are hearing from you every day with new value from time to time if

they if each one of them right if just twenty percent of them refer one person

each that's twenty additional people being referred to you your brand that

brings more business to the table for you so don't let anybody because they

want to sweet-talk you because the sound mas liquor tell you that you don't need

to build a list you need to build a list okay so YouTube is how you attract

people to get on your list YouTube is the free software everyone can get on

YouTube as a matter of fact YouTube will send you

people because they want to use your content to generate more ad revenue

let's make sense right so now they're not gonna stop you to put as many

content as possible because you go to all these meetups hopefully you're going

to meet us right you go to all this middles you go to networking events and

all these things and you're learning all this stuff but they stain in your head

and then they dissipate with time but guess what if you teach you learn twice

okay if you share content you learn twice if you share it sticks better and

you're really really really living that life and you attract more deals into

your life by building your list but people send in your efforts and people

start seeing you as the expert in the marketplace so in terms of the best real

estate all selling software it's actually free YouTube is free get

response I'll put the link and it's an affiliate link so in case you ever build

your list bigger than 1000 you pay minimum like literally $15 a month in

stupid things like that right I make Commission's from that I get a little

now more importantly the best softwares are free okay anything else that anybody

is offering for you or this software is gonna help you pull out leads from this

bullcrap okay at the end of the day you're gonna have to do the work to come

BAD News For Anti-American NFL Commissioner After What PISSED Cowboys Owner Is Taking From Him - Duration: 5:42.

While the National Football League commissioner is making excuses for anti-American players

and telling people to be patient with these protests, team owners are seeing the issue

for what it is.

With game ratings and attendance rapidly declining, some franchises are recognizing the need to

take drastic measures to protect their massive investments.

More important than money, is respecting the country, the people who have fought and died

for America, and the opportunities that sacrifice has provided these entitled players.

Preserving the reputation of the sport comes secondary, which should be something that

Commissioner Roger Goodell cares about.

Since he's repeatedly proven he doesn't, it's up to each team to make their own decisions

on game day decorum.

However, things just got really bad for Goodell since Cowboys owner Jerry Jones holds the

key to his karma for allowing athletes to disrespect America and plans to use it.

For the team that's commonly referred to as "America's Team," it's no wonder

that the owner is arguably one of the most powerful in his position within the league.

Jones happens to be in a much different mindset that Goodell on this protesting problem and

the timing of the issue couldn't be worse for the commissioner.

After making a clear-cut rule that all players on his team must stand for the Anthem, by

banning kneeling or sitting for it, Jones, didn't pull any punches when he said what

would happen to any player who's caught kneeling on his team.

He not only unafraid of kicking players off his team, he's also in a position of having

a major effect on Goodell's paycheck this year as he's the deciding factor in a huge

portion of the commissioner's contract which is now up for renewal.

Deadspin reports:

Roger Goodell has made as much as $44 million in salary in a single year as NFL commissioner,

and in his time on the job has reportedly made more than $200 million.

The NFL's compensation committee is currently working out a proposal to extend Goodell's

existing contract beyond its current 2019 expiration date, and at least one owner wants

to get serious about scaling back the commissioner's pay going forward.

It's just really, really unfortunate for Roger Goodell that this particular owner is

the most powerful of them all: Jerry Jones.

From an ESPN report:

"If not for Jerry," one person familiar with the contract negotiations said this weekend,

"this deal would be done."

While some owners believe a deal will be agreed upon, others aren't quite as sure thanks

to Jones, who has interjected himself into the process of the NFL's six-man compensation

committee, becoming the unofficial seventh member.

Jones is now being singled out by some owners and league executives as the reason Goodell

does not have the contract extension that many expected to be in place before this season

kicked off, per sources.

Jones has a rather tumultuous relationship with Goodell and like many people feel that

what he is getting paid is grossly out of proportion to what's reasonable.

"Jones isn't on the compensation committee, but he will reportedly join the all-important

Wednesday conference call, and apparently sees himself as "a representative of the

remaining 26 owners,'" Deadspin added.

"As unofficial representatives go, this one wields a lot of influence."

It would be the ultimate irony for the commissioner to really feel it in the pocketbook after

he thought he was responsible for some big boom in NFL profits when really, his support

of protests has had just the opposite effect.

Maybe the commissioner will start caring about the country and the fans a little more when

he literally has to pay for it.

It's time that the punishment starts at the top, sending the real message that everyone

in the NFL needs to get behind, and that is that politics have no place in the sport and

it's time to make the game great again.

It's unfortunate for Goodell that Jones, who apparently has a huge say in his contract

extension, is the one owner who made a huge move against him already after the commissioner

came out in defense of kneelers.

"He officially banned all players from kneeling during the anthem.

While other teams apparently love the attention from the media, this NFL owner knows what

is right.

He says that the Cowboys stand for patriotism and American tradition," Gong reports.

"Jones said that anyone who will protest the anthem will be gone."

Some have already begun complaining about their right to kneel if they want to without

the threat of punishment – much like their commissioner.

Conservative Fighters reports: Doug Baldwin said that NFL owners "have

told their players to do specific things or to not do specific things… regarding the

national anthem and the protests."

Baldwin thought the threat that Jones made was "egregious."

Jones has been very clear that he is against the national anthem protest.

"We strongly, strongly support the flag in every way we support – and it's almost

ridiculous to be saying – the people that for generations and generations that have

given it all up so that we can get out on television."

"There's no question in my mind.

The national anthem is sacred.

Our flag is sacred.

And our team has demonstrated that " he told reporters gathered at Cowboys training

camp in Oxnard, Calif.

Players reaction to this sensible rule is simply and adult-sized temper-tantrum.

It shouldn't be too much to ask athletes who are paid millions to play a game to stand

for a few minutes of the National Anthem.

Jones didn't ban their ability to make whatever social justice statement they want, just so

long as it's not on his watch or field.

The sign of a great leader isn't giving into whiney people without a real cause, it's

showing respect and honor for other people.

Jones is doing just that while the other owners and even league commissioner are bowing down

to these disrespectful crybaby athletes who so desire attention.
