Hey, guys! Today is Monday, the first day of your project, how nice!

Let's talk about what we have to do today.

Today is a very important day for your project to be well successful,

and for your week to be a very productive one.

There are some activities that must be executed

in the morning and others, in the afternoon.

It is very important to manage your time

and make the most of this time.

In the morning, let's concentrate on two big activities.

And let's use this time to explore them at most.

The first is: start with the ends. That's right! Start with the ends!

Start wiyh the purpose, what is the purpose of this application?

What kind of problem it will solve?

What are the possible solutions? What is already in the market?

Which are the experiences of your other colleagues

with similar applications?

Who knows, maybe a unique application.

But think about it, debate, start with the end, start with the purpose.

And this will help you. Don't be afraid to debate your idea.

Don't be afraid to redo your idea as many times as necessary. 

Discuss! It´s better to discuss now

than on Friday.

And then when everybody be in the same page,

with the same idea and the same purpose,

make a map. Use walls, paper, board, pen, post-it,

dolls, car toys, whatever is necessary to explain your idea.

Debate the process, user experience, how to do, how to download,

which are the functionalities it should have…

Think now about everything that would be possible to produce.

Think about everything you application will be able to provide to your customers.

In the afternoon, you will use this time to review

what you have discussed in the morning.

Take 30 minutes, an hour at most,

to review what you have discussed in the morning.

Then, talk to or invite an colleague,

or specialist to listen to your idea.

And maybe bring new ideas.

Then, set goals. Have big, ambitious goals.

Define downloads target, everything that your solution will be able to provide,

what kind of product, the quantity of product.

Everything is possible.

Establish big targets.

Hey, guys! Today is the 5th day of your project,

Friday, finally!

Tell me! How is the prototype version?

Did you sleep or program? Come on!

Today is an important day!

Today you will present it to your customers!

The first group of customers to see your product.

That's important! Select a small group,

a group of people to whom you can show your application. 

Meanwhile, the team will take notes.

All the comments and observations from the customer are very important.

Take note, take note of everything.

Show it to one, two or even three clients.

This will bring you to new ideas and different viewpoints on your product.

Based on your customers' opinions,

make some adjustments on your project. That's it.

Take this day for making some adjustments.

And programming the launching of a new version.

Define with the group the next steps.

How to do, launch, and disclose it. That's it!

You thought about the product, developed it,

now, you have to launch it.

Generate an excellent version

because the next step will be to present it to the Committee and to other schools.

Yesterday, Wednesday, you have decided what to do.

Now, it's time for action

time for programming!

On this day of the prototype, it´s very important

that you finish the day with a draft version.

Distribute tasks within the group.

Each one makes a piece of the application.

At the end, you meet and manage your version.

Stay focused. Do not underestimate the time.

It is very important that you create your prototype version today.

Do not sleep without generating this version?

Hey, guys! Today is the second day of your project.

Today is Tuesday.

Yesterday you worked and determined the goal,

the purpose of your application.

I'm sure that it has been a very rich debate.

Now we have to draw this idea.

Today, Tuesday is design day.

That's it!

Today we will bring all the debate from yesterday

and put it on the wall, board and paper.

all the ideas debated.

Let's transform the ideas into drawings.

Now, chose a volunteer of your team to make these drawings.

This person will capture the debate, all the ideas

and transform them into drawings.

Use walls, papers, anything and everything

at your disposal to do these drawings.

It's very important that these ideas are put on the wall

so that the whole group can see the ideas the entire time.

Also, today, it´s important that each member of the group brings new ideas.

Bring ideas from other applications, products and different services.

Don't be afraid to debate and learn from the others.

It's very important that today you are able to gather the best ideas.

Be sure to analyse what already exists,

if there are other applications similar to yours or not.

Bring these ideas, put them on the wall. Debate with the group.

It's fundamental that everybody can see these ideas.

Now, an important tip for today:

leave the ideas glued to the wall.

Don't take them down. Leave them on the wall

so that the next day, you will be able to revisit and review them once again.

This methodology helps you to develop your project in five days.

In five days you can have an application on your hands.

Let's talk about it.

Five Tips

Before we talk about methodology., I have five tips for you.

The first one is: think big!

Think about a real problem, a problem that will impact

your neighbourhood, the market of your neighbourhood.

It's very important that you have a real problem to solve. 

Number two:

have a good team. Without a good team, it is impossible to do a good work.

Third, separate a whole week, exactly, from Monday to Friday,

to dedicated to this project.

This project will change your life, so think about it, focus on it.

Fourth tip: chose a nice place to work.

Chose a room, where you have table, desk, boards…

It's very important that you have a nice workplace.

And finally, have working tools.

Pens, pencils, paper, boards, post-its,

this is important for the debate, for the development of your idea.

Remember: these 5 tips are very important

for your week be a real productive week.

This is your project! This project can change your life.

So give it your all.

Do your homework. Now, let's talk about the methodology.

The methodology is split in 5 parts.

Each part is developed in one day of the week.

On Monday, there are some activities,

then Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

The next videos will detail what to do in each of these days.

Homemade McFlurry with Smarties

All ingredients & quantitive data are listed & linked in the infobox below.

Welcome to a new video...

...in today's episode I shwo you another ice cream recipe...

...today we gonna make the McDonald#s McFlurry Ice Cream topped with Smarties...

...that's pretty easy I think ;)

...first give all ingredients into a mixing bowl...

...400 milliliters cream, 300 milliliters milk, 100 milliliters vanilla syrup, 100 rams sugar...

...2 sachets vanilla sugar & for thickening the ice cream 10 grams locust bean gum...

...mix all ingredients with a whisk or mixer until well combined...

...& sugar & locust bean gum have completely dissolved...

...then transfer the ice cream base to your ice cream maker...

...and allow to freeze for 30 - 35 minutes...

...if you do not have an ice cream maker store the ice cream base in the freezer for about 4 - 6 hours...

...give it a good stir after 30 - 45 minutes...

...& repeat that until the ice cream is creamy & soft like this...

...remove the stirring paddle when the ice cream is done...

...& maybe transfer the ice cream to a piping bag...

...then serve immediately...

...for that give a handful Smarties to your ice cream cups...

...then pipe the ice cream into the cups...

...and garnish with more Smarties on top...

...serve with a small spoon & enjoy...

...that's what my favorite McFlurry looks like...
