One such talent is Samu Castillejo.

Aged 19 and having broken through at Atletico Malagueño, Samu Castillejo was given his debut in

the first team by Javi Gracia.

It was Matchday 2 of the 2014/15 season, at Mestalla.

Malaga lost 3-0 to Valencia and Samu, despite his best attempts, was unable to score.

It would be on his second encounter with Valencia that he found the net for the first time.

5 Breathing Techniques That Will Help You Get Rid Of Stress Easily!

Stress has become a part of our daily lives.

We frequently forget about the fact that our bodies require time to adapt, and that the

only thing that stress can cause is numerous negative effects like heart palpitations,

weakened immune system, memory loss, and so on.

Keep reading as we are going to demonstrate you five incredible breathing techniques that

can lower stress quite rapidly!

1.

Abdominal breathing

Abdominal breathing is the primary thing that you have to learn how to practice.

It is of great importance to learn this exercise prior to passing to another as it is the basis

of all other breathing methods.

For this exercise you need to be lying down or sitting somewhere in a comfortable manner.

Then, put one hand on the abdomen, right below the rib cage, and put the other hand on the

chest.

Take a deep breath through your nose.

Start pressing down a little bit with the hand placed on the abdomen and keep still

the hand that is on your chest.

Breathe out through your mouth while directing your hand towards the inside of your abdomen

in order to aid you breathe.

You should repeat this exercise three to ten times.

Are going to feel quite relaxed after you've practiced this exercise.

You can repeat it as many times as you possibly can, and afterwards move on to the second

exercise.

2.

Technique 4-7-8 breath

For this exercise you need to be sitting down on lying on the floor.

Next, put one hand on your abdomen, and the other hand on your chest.

Then, continue by slowly taking a deep breath and inhaling it for a period of four seconds.

Afterwards, keep your breath for about seven seconds.

Gradually begin exhaling while you count to 8 until the air is entirely expelled from

your lungs.

This method should be used when you are having problems sleeping.

Breathing technique for increasing lung capacity

This method is going to aid you relax and take advantage of the full capacity of your

lungs.

The first thing you should do is put your right hand on the chest and the left hand

on the stomach.

Move them when you breathe in and breathe out.

Inhale deeply and slowly through the lower part of your lungs, while maintaining the

right hand still on your chest.

Breathe in through the nose and breathe out through the mouth.

This exercise should be repeated up to eight times prior to inhaling in order to move your

chest as you used to.

This is going to aid for entirely filling your lungs.

Afterwards, slowly breathe out through your mouth, thus emptying the lungs.

This exercise should be repeated four to five times.

You are going to notice the difference in your levels of stress.

4.

Morning breathing

This exercise gives the best results if it is done in the mornings as it is going to

aid you relax the muscles after sleep and reduce the levels of stress to a minimum.

You should begin this exercise by slightly bending your knees, however you should still

be standing.

Next, continue by leaning the torso forwards gently, while letting your arms hang.

Breathe in and gradually return to the initial position.

Finish the exercise by straightening your head in the end.

Repeat this one more time and stretch the muscles in the end if you have to.

5.

Abnormal breathing for relaxation of the muscles

The following last breathing method takes more time.

It can help relax the main muscles and the stiff and painful muscles too.

You should begin this exercise by sitting down in a comfortable way and focusing on

your abdominal breathing.

Afterwards, close the eyes and do the following:

Start by frowning your eyebrows for a couple of seconds, and afterwards release them so

that the muscles on the face are relaxed.

Continue by bending your head forward and pressing your chin to the chest.

Afterwards, simply release.

Your neck muscles are going to be relaxed.

If you wish to relax your arms, you should spread them away, stretch and afterwards release.

If you wish to relax the legs, you should pull the toes as far as possible and then

release.

What you mustn't forget is to breathe hard and long every time you stretch as the regular

and deep breathing is going to allow more oxygen to get to all the body parts (tissues,

organs, muscles) that can boost their functioning ant help remove the toxic substances that

are accumulated, hence promoting a state of relaxation.
