How I Stay Motivated on YouTube 🤨 - Duration: 2:16.

- Being a YouTube creator is so hard.

I get YouTube comments from you guys all the time saying,

"Tim, I'm discouraged,

"I feel like I just wanna give up and quit.

"I'm not getting any traction on YouTube, I'm in the dip.

"Can you make a video to encourage me to keep going."

Honestly, I'm not really sure how to do that.

I'm not as much a YouTube evangelist

as much as I am a change lives evangelist.

I just happen to believe that YouTube

is an amazing place to do that.

So is it my job to get you to keep creating videos?

I actually feel like my job is to serve creators

who have a vision for something greater,

and we'll push to get there.

In fact, I feel like the dip

is actually very helpful on YouTube,

because I feel like it separates those

who are driven by a big vision for something

from the creators who are driven by

just quick, easy, money, views, popularity,

or something like that.

I've been in the dip many times myself,

so I know how it feels.

And I actually welcome it now,

because the dip is where I learn the most.

It's where I'm forced to refocus on

what is ultimately important to me

and what matters to me.

And I think it does that for you guys too.

Is it money, is it fame, is it popularity,

is it more views and subscribers?

The dip forces us to consider if the goal we have

is worth the effort it's going to take to get there.

For me, I am most passionate about serving creators

who have a mission to reach people and change the world.

And hearing their stories, is what really motivates me

to push through that dip and keep going myself.

And for you, do this for something bigger

than just chasing more stats on YouTube and more money.

Those things are important,

but ultimately I think if those things are the goal,

they lead to the dip every time.

Tell me why you are a YouTube creator in the comments below,

and let's encourage and motivate each other there.

And if this is your first time here at Video Creators

I'd love to have you subscribe, because we're just all about

growing our YouTube audiences

so that we can reach people and change their lives.

And thank you guys for letting me be a small part of that.

And I'll see you guys again on Thursday; bye.

BREAKING: Major NFL Star Just Found Dead Overnight And The Reason Why Is Absolutely Horrific - Duration: 5:08.

This football season will forever go on record as being the most difficult one in the history

of the league.

Although problems began when Colin Kaepernick decided to take a knee and start a disgusting

trend that has since destroyed the industry, they are getting worse by ending up with deaths

and incarceration.

It will be difficult to come back from this demise, especially after news just broke today

of one NFL star who was just found dead overnight, brought about by horrific circumstances.

Football fans are not just mourning the loss of their favorite sport, they are now waking

to tragic news of the passing of one of the league's finest who had a prominent role

representing the sport for what it really was before anti-American athletes hijacked

it.

This shocking news of a talented and noble player gone far too soon comes within days

of reports of another prominent football star who will spend the rest of his life behind

bars, and another current player who has also been accused of a depraved crime.

ProFootball Talk reports:

According to multiple reports, longtime NFL wide receiver Terry Glenn died Monday morning

at the age of 43 due to injuries suffered in a car accident.

Glenn grew up in Columbus, Ohio and stayed in town to star at Ohio State before being

drafted seventh overall in the 1996 draft.

He got off to a rocky start with then-coach Bill Parcells because Parcells referred to

Glenn as "she," but he caught 90 passes for 1,132 yards and six touchdowns as a rookie

to help the Patriots advance to the Super Bowl for the second time in franchise history.

Glenn would have two more strong seasons with the Patriots and caught Tom Brady's first

NFL touchdown pass in 2001, but saw his time in New England end as a healthy scratch after

disputes with Bill Belichick.

He spent one year with the Packers and then reunited with Parcells in Dallas.

The Cowboys years featured two more 1,000-yard seasons for Glenn in 2005 and 2006, but a

knee injury limited him to one game in 2007.

That was the final game of Glenn's career and he retired with 593 passes, 8,823 yards

and 44 touchdowns.

Our condolences to Glenn's family and friends on their loss.

The last thing the league needs is more bad news as it seems like it comes in droves and

at least lately, on the daily.

Just last week, we reported that a currently playing athlete for the Buccaneers was accused

of sexual assault by his Uber driver, who withheld her harrowing account of what she

said happened to her for nearly two years.

This came out after it was discovered that a former Dallas Cowboy was arrested on murder

charges for slicing his wife's neck and killing her.

Former Dallas Cowboy Anthony D. McClanahan will be spending the rest of his life in prison.

All that wealth and status didn't stop him from stabbing his wife to death, trading in

his baller lifestyle for a new life behind bars.

He will certainly be treated equally there, just like one of the other felons in his cell

block, so he should be pretty happy about that.

But now he's not the only notorious NFL player with an unfortunate run-in with the

law.

The problem with these players is that they think they are above the rules and law and

can do whatever they want without being caught or punished for it, simply because they achieved

fame by being able to play a game better than others.

That's far from the truth and this failure of a season should have proved it, but Buccaneer's

Quarterback Jameis Winston just found that out the hard way when he tested the limits

and more than crossed the line, based on what a female Uber driver is accusing him of.

The Daily Snark explains the allegations against current Buccaneers quarterback Jameis Winston:

According to BuzzFeed News, Jameis Winston has undergone investigation for allegedly

sexually assaulting an Uber driver in 2016.

The Buccaneers QB reportedly grabbed her by the crotch on March 12 in Scottsdale, Arizona

while in a fast food lane.

The team was in town for a Kurt Warner's charity flag football event.

The accuser described the incident in an Uber incident report saying, "While we were stopped,

this rider reached over and put his fingers on my crotch, and it was only for a very brief

moment."

It's tragic that the good players parish and others abuse the opportunities they were

given.

Our thoughts and condolences are with the Glenn family in this difficult time of coping

with their sudden loss.

May this horrific tragedy serve as a reminder to not take anything for granted and that

life is truly short – to short to destroy a perfectly good career and football league

over pushing a divisive political statement.

Seoul backs U.S. decision to relist North Korea as state terror sponsor - Duration: 1:59.

That decision by the Trump administration has the full support of South Korea.

Other nations including Australia and Japan are also on board, as it is in line with efforts

to increase sanctions and pressure on Pyongyang.

Kwon Jang-ho fills us in on the responses.

South Korea woke up to the news on Tuesday morning that the U.S. had relisted North Korea

as a state sponsor of terrorism.

Seoul's foreign ministry issued a statement backing the move.

(Korean) "The government views this action as part

of the international community's efforts to denuclearize North Korea through strong pressure

and sanctions, and believes it will help in resolving the North Korean nuclear issue peacefully."

Seoul added that they are continuing to work closely with the U.S. on all matters related

to trying to bring North Korea back to the negotiating table, and that relisting the

regime as a sponsor of terrorism does not change that.

The foreign ministry spokesperson also agreed that assassinations ordered by Pyongyang on

foreign soil, such as the murder of Kim Jong-un's half-brother, Kim Jong-nam, in Malaysia earlier

this year, constituted a terror attack.

(Korean) "Our government views Kim Jong-nam's assassination

as a clear act of terrorism."

Other international partners have expressed their support for the White House's decision.

Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe said that he welcomes the relisting, saying it raises

the pressure on North Korea.

And Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull said

it mirrors the determination of the international community to bring North Korea, quote, "back

to its senses."

(English) Reuters "Kim Jong-un runs a global criminal operation

from North Korea, peddling arms, peddling drugs, engaged in cyber-crime and of course

threatening the stability of region with his nuclear weapons."

This Is Melania's Shocking Christmas Theme With Hidden Message To Michelle That Has Her FURIOUS - Duration: 5:19.

The Trumps are preparing for their first Christmas in the White House which you can expect to

be far different than the last two Christmases while the Obamas were occupying the place.

It's the responsibility of the first lady to decide on a theme for the decor and Melania's

shocking sudden decision is one that Americans will love.

However, her predecessor, Michelle Obama, is furious at the hidden message her replacement

snuck in right next to the official tree that cannot be ignored.

True to Trump fashion, the first couple are doing things their own way and not making

any apologies for it, no matter who it offends, knowing what the country needs now and making

it great again.

Liberals have hijacked the holiday season for too long with their political correctness

and now that's all coming to an end.

The real reason for the season has been absent for the last eight years and now that's

all about to change in a big way that will surely make every liberal snowflake in the

country melt.

Michelle removed something from the White House that she didn't like seeing during

the holidays and now, Melania isn't just bringing it back, she's making sure that

it gets a lot of attention – especially Michelle's who hates the reminder that she's

not in control of Christmas anymore.

Last week, we reported that Melania would be accepting the official White House Christmas

tree ahead of schedule since the first family will be spending Thanksgiving in Florida,

and will not be in D.C. for the normal date.

While there's nothing wrong with that decision, especially since the Trumps are showing an

incredible balance of maintaining White Hosue tradition along with their own family traditions,

Michelle isn't going to like what she sees in the vicinity of this tree.

July Fourth News reports:

President Donald Trump has perfectly clarified that he is saying, "Merry Christmas,"

and rejecting the politically correct greeting "Happy Holidays."

Christians in America expressed joy as the new Commander-in-Chief is speaking our language

after years of the Obamas' generic "holiday" parties and pagan decorations at the White

House.

Currently, liberals losers expressed an extreme dislike of nativity scenes and speaking about

Christ's birth are in a precarious situation since Melania's "secret plan" for Christmas

at the White House has circulated widely on the internet.

First Lady Melania Trump, as all first ladies before her, is taking care of the Christmas

plans for the White House.

That involves all the decorations, the official tree lighting ceremony, the pageantry, and

entertainers for the festivities, and she decides on a "theme," a tradition started

by Jacqueline Kennedy.

Michelle Obama's theme for her last Christmas in the White House was "The Gift of the

Holidays," which she described as "reflects on not only the joy of giving and receiving,

but also the true gifts of life, such as service, friends and family, education, and good health,"

according to the CBS.

Michelle's "Holiday" themes were soulless, entirely lacking warmth, which reflected the

decor, characterized as "pagan."

Also, given the fact that it was the Obamas who broke the tradition of having a nativity

scene in the White House, and Barack banned them from federal property in 2015.

Michele Obama has replaced the keyword "Christmas" for the official White House Christmas season

with the word "Holiday."

Now, the internet exploded after Melania wrote a simple tweet, but it had an extremely powerful

effect all the politically correct losers.

"This year's @WhiteHouse Christmas booklet is in printing!

Excited to receive the beautiful tree Monday!

#ChristmasTraditions," Melania tweeted.

However, the great issue for the Christmas haters and those who detest nativity scenes

is her hashtag, #ChristmasTraditions.

That hashtag is perfectly establishing the mood and the character of White House this

Christmas season — and it didn't make liberals very happy.

Actually, their adverse reactions to #ChristmasTraditions were so wicked, we won't share them here;

it's pure evil.

President Trump already set the tone for the season as a promise he made during his campaigning

that we're going to start saying "Merry Christmas" again, instead of taking religion

out of the religious holiday.

He's done that with reaffirming that resolve in an announcement reminding everyone that

Jesus is the reason for the season and here in American we're going to say the words

that have been melting liberal snowflakes for years.

However, that was just the start.

When these anti-Christmas lefties see what he's doing to the White House Christmas

tree, it's only a matter of time before these liberal Scrooges hit the streets with

anti-Christmas carols, screaming their rhetoric.

President Trump and First Lady Melania Trump have not only made America great again, they

are about to make Christmas in this country great again.

We're in for a spectacular season we've longed for over the last eight years and there's

a lot to celebrate this year, starting with the massively improved economy that makes

Christmas easier for a lot of American families.

Grassroots self-help movement of parenting budding in S. Korea - Duration: 4:54.

Being a parent is a full-time job, and a tough one at that.

One of the biggest challenges: find places outside the house to spend quality time with

kids.

Most venues like cafes feature customers with nothing but frowns to offer to children running

out of control.

Lee Jeong-yeon introduces to us some unique spaces that cater to the needs of families,

especially mothers with little ones that can't keep still.

Parenting has never been an easy or a short-term job.

And one of the biggest challenges for parents these days is to find places that support

and encourage activities for both parents and children.

Family friendly venues are decreasing in number, and some commercial spaces are even declaring

themselves "no kid zones."

What is giving rise to such family-unfriendly attitude?

(Korean - steve) "Two factors come into play.

First, more people are becoming individualistic.

So there's an increased sense of not wanting their personal time or space disturbed.

Second, as families become smaller, there are fewer people who can educate children

about public etiquette."

Amid this social trend, more parents are looking for places where not only kids are welcomed,

but also provide a healthy surrounding for both parents and children.

(Stand-up) To deal with such demand, some local governments

are working to create more environments that are kid-friendly.

In Seoul, the highest concentration of venues like that are here in Jungnang-gu District.

And we're about to check out one of its many community childcare centers.

It's less than an hour before closing time, but moms are still coming in.

Here at one of the eight community childcare centers currently running in the district,

parents can come and go with their children any time during the day, free of charge.

The center is equipped with a private area for breastfeeding, an art zone for nurturing

creativity, and other facilities including a library, a playground, and a room for first-hand

experience programs.

(Korean - steve) "Our support center was founded based on the

district's five-year plan to create a family-friendly district.

It's been running for two years now, but already more than 120 people use it everyday.

The district government is planning to open eight more by the end of next year so that

there is one in every neighborhood."

(Korean - steve) "I usually go to the park or to kids' cafes

with my children, but sometimes other people feel uncomfortable when the kids are noisy.

So this is the only place I feel totally comfortable with my kids."

(Korean - steve) "We don't live too close by, but despite the

distance we come here often because the kids play better outside, but the kids cafes near

our house are very pricey."

While these centers reflect the efforts of the government, a grassroots self-help movement

by Korean women is also on the rise.

Mother Center is one prime example.

It was benchmarked from Germany's Mother Centers that started as a way to break through the

isolation women often experience when they have children.

It's a safe place for parents to not only mingle, but also learn new skills like pottery

and calligraphy.

(Korean - steve) "The first time I came was for a knitting

class.

I loved that I could learn something while having my child on my lap.

I could gain a sense of achievement and relieve my stress at the same time."

(Korean - steve) "Mothers can relate to each other about being

a mom over coffee.

I hope more centers can open up."

Although there is freedom in choosing the programs at the center, there are also drawbacks

from being a fully self-funded facility.

(Korean - steve) "The center runs on monthly fees from moms

as well as profits from the cafe.

But the monthly rent itself is expensive, so it's sometimes a struggle.

We need all the support we can get from the government."

Experts say that the appearance of such centers reflect the parents' desire to spend more

time with their kids, and these spaces provide an opportunity to see child rearing as a fun

activity, and not just a responsibility.

(Korean - steve) "Voluntary movement is always longer-lasting.

Government projects have to be standardized which means forfeiting flexibility.

The essence of these movements is for the parents to build trust amongst themselves,

which is something the government cannot do."

In order to relieve the burden of parenting, experts say that these grassroots centers

would be the most stable solution.

But in order for them to operate long-term, the government would have to provide more

support,… while ensuring their autonomy, and leaving it to the community to manage

the centers in a way that benefits both parents and children.

Impact of N. Korea's designation of a state sponsor of terrorism - Duration: 2:37.

What about North Korea.

The communist state did warn it would not take kindly to such a move.

As to whether Pyongyang resumes its provocative behavior... some analysts say the ball is

still in their court...

Kim Mok-yeon shares with us an expert take on the matter.

President Trump's decision to include North Korea on the list of state sponsors of terrorism

on Tuesday, is expected to deal a big blow to the reclusive regime's relations with the

international community.

The regime has yet to make an official response to the designation, but despite North Korea's

two-month hiatus on provocations... many pundits say there is a chance that Pyongyang will

react negatively towards Washington.

An expert in diplomatic relations says President Trump's decision is a clear sign that the

U.S. has isn't willing, at this moment, to negotiate with North Korea over its demand

to be recognized as a nuclear state.

(ENGLISH) - "In that sense the U.S. has closed the door

over the possibility of negotiations, and it's going to impact North Korea's behavior

from now on in a negative manner.

Definitely, this designation is a clear indication that the U.S. is not going to talk to North

Korea as equals."

Regarding the decision's impact on future inter-Korean relations, he said that everything

depends on North Korea's behavior.

(ENGLISH) "If North Korea refrains from carrying out

provocations... then it increases the chance of a successful inter-Korean dialogue...,

but if North Korea's response to today's U.S. government action is going to be aggressive

like a missile launch, its going to make South Korea's approach towards North Korea already

existing on dialogue very difficult."

In the case of China, the expert said North Korea's ties are already strained but not

to the extent of the regime's relations with the U.S.

However, he added that with the latest news, and with the prediction that the Chinese envoy

to Pyongyang, Song Tao, was not able to meet the North Korean leader during his recent

trip, ties between the countries could worsen.

(ENGLISH) "I don't think the relationship between North

Korea and China will ever reach such a negative state, but it's possible that the relationship

between the two countries will deteriorate further with an increasing breakdown of communication

between the two countries."

Even before Tuesday's decision, North Korea has been responding sensitively toward being

re-named on the list of state sponsors of terrorism, calling it a hostile attitude,

and adding that Washington should get ready for the consequences.
