Sessions Makes Huge Announcement About US Immigration Courts That Liberals Are Actually Happy About - Duration: 2:41.
You'd think that liberals, after watching their policies fail several times over, and
after watching their ideas fail miserably throughout history, would finally come around
to the idea of running a government like a business.
There's no way they'd stick to bad ideas.
They'll come around.
Well, believe it or not…they did.
Just a little bit, but it's progress – and you'll never guess where.
It's no secret that Obama's immigration policies were designed to grind the immigration
courts to a halt.
It was the easiest 'legal' way of subverting the law.
And it's resulted in a pile of pending immigration cases, the likes of which American courts
have simply never seen.
And Trump, to fix it, is using the simplest business solution – hire more people.
Specifically, more immigration judges.
And liberals are happy about it.
The Daily Caller reports:
Jeff Sessions announced that he is speeding up the process to hire immigration judges,
and the new streamlined process aims to reduce the hiring time from more than two years to
less than two months.
The department is also working to change the culture in which these judges work in by encouraging
them to complete cases in a timely manner.
Hiring someone in two months, as opposed to two years, might seem like an extreme solution.
That is, until you hear how many immigration cases are actually pending.
The Executive Office for Immigration Review's pending caseload exceeded 634,000, which is
double the 2011 caseload.
Officials said not to expect a sudden reduction in the backlog, but pointed to leveling off
of the growth rate in cases as a "huge victory."
In short, the goal right now isn't even to make the caseload smaller – it's to
just stop it from getting any bigger.
This is where I'd expect libs to be furious – something about 'moving through cases
too fast might encourage abuse,' or whatever.
Years of hearing these arguments makes me fairly good at guessing what they'll be.
Surprisingly, however, the Left is glad.
And no one really saw it coming.
"We are very happy at the notion of increasing the amount of immigration judges and being
able to address the backlog," [said] Jennifer Quigley, an immigration expert at Human Rights
First.
It's too bad.
If libs had been this relaxed to other Trump 'government is business' policies, we
might be a lot better off already.
Perhaps this will be a lesson learned.

When it happens, and it's also hilarious?

We've all heard the stories of idiot criminals – guys that haven't learned basic lessons
of common sense, and yet think they're qualified to rob a business.
Lessons like, for example, 'don't answer when someone calls you by your name while
you're robbing the same place you work at.'
Not smart.
But today's story is even better – it combines stupidity with poetic justice.
Per the 'stupid' part, the lesson is simple – don't try to flee a building while simultaneously
securing your handgun, grabbing cash off the floor, and slipping on a puddle of grease.
Because then you might shoot yourself in the wiener, after robbing a hot dog stand.

A man in Chicago paid a hefty price when he tried to rob a hot dog stand — he accidentally
shot himself in the penis during the getaway.
Our subject today is one Terrion Pouncey, who is about to learn the hard way that you
shouldn't multitask with a firearm.
Ever.
One of the [robbery] victims had been carrying a large bucket of grease.
With the gun pointed at his head, the employee was trying to hand over a stack of $1 bills
but the bucket slipped and the money flew out of his hands.
Pouncy grabbed the fallen money and started to run away while trying to secure his gun
at his waist.
But as he fled, the gun accidentally went off and shot him in the penis.
The thief didn't make it very far before the pain of his injuries took over and he
collapsed.
Ouch.
This isn't the first time we've seen a robbery foiled because the burglars lacked
basic common sense when it came to gun safety.
(There's also the lack of morals, but that doesn't catch criminals quite as often.)
So let's review – first of all, don't ever holster your gun in your waistband, unless
you want to get shot in the penis.
Second, don't ever holster your gun on a slippery surface, unless you want to get shot,
possibly in the penis.
Third, don't distract yourself with a secondary task – picking up cash – while holstering
your gun, in your waistband, while on a slippery surface.
Because…well, you get the idea.

Texas Shooter Preached Atheism, Used FB to Push Anti-Christian Message - Duration: 3:10.
Former classmates of Devin Patrick Kelley, the deceased suspect allegedly behind the
deadly mass shooting Sunday at a church in Texas, described him to reporters as a "creepy,"
"crazy" and "weird" anti-Christian zealot who used his Facebook page to proselytize
about atheism.
"He was always talking about how people who believe in God we're (sic) stupid and
trying to preach his atheism," former classmate Nina Rose Nava wrote to the U.K. Daily Mail.
Christopher Leo Longoria, another former classmate, said he eventually removed Kelley as a Facebook
friend because of the constant negativity he had expressed.
Patrick Boyce, who reportedly attended New Braunfels High School with Kelley, described
the suspected killer as "the first atheist I met."
"He went (to the) Air Force after high school, got discharged but I don't know why,"
he added.
The Daily Beast confirmed that Kelley had indeed entered the Air Force, where he was
court-martialed in 2012 for assaulting his wife and their child.
"A judge sentenced him with a bad-conduct discharge, 12 months confinement, and two
reductions in rank to basic airman, according to an appeals court decision in 2013 that
affirmed the decision against Kelley," The Daily Beast reported.
And because federal law prohibits those who have been dishonorably discharged from the
Armed Forces from possessing firearms, this means the weapon Kelley used during the mass
shooting had been obtained illegally, as noted by conservative radio Erick Erickson.
According to Fox News, Kelley entered the First Baptist Church in Sutherland Springs
around 11:20 a.m.
Sunday morning dressed in black tactical gear and reportedly wearing a ballistic vet.
He then allegedly used a Rudger AR to mow down 26 men, women and children, including
the pastor's 14-year-old daughter, after which he attempted to flee but was reportedly
gunned down by a good guy with a gun.
While Kelley's reported Facebook activities paint a picture of an anti-Christian zealot,
his LinkedIn page listed him as a former teacher's aide for a Vacation Bible School in Kingsville,
where he reportedly taught for roughly a month, according to the New York Daily News.
What remains unknown is why the position lasted only a month, let alone why he even chose
to work at a Christian organization if he disliked Christians so much.
Another former classmate of Kelley's claimed she grew up attending the same school as him.
"I grew up going to school with him … always creeped me out and was different," the classmate,
who asked to remain anonymous, said to the Mail.
One of Kelley's former friends described as outright "crazy."
"I ended up distancing myself from him in high school after he got in an argument with
me in school and he tried punching me several times," the friend said.
"Dude was crazy man."
