(humming "The Walking Dead" Theme Song)

- [Host] We will not lose one of our ranks is exactly

the kind of thing someone says right before

they lose one of their ranks.

But I guess I shouldn't worry.

They've got a can't lose strategy

of standing around counting who's smiling

and synchronized crouching.

Wait, Ezekiel said they won't lose one of their ranks again?

Okay, they are definitely losing one of their ranks.

Probably several of their ranks.

He said it three times?

You're gonna lose all your damn ranks, Zeke.

Next time don't jinx it.

There are a lot of unanswered questions

about the sudden return of Morales and all of them

are about why he just called Rick 'Peaches.'

Is it an inside joke, is a reference to Georgia?

Does he think it's a good nickname?

Rick's name is already one syllable, Morales.

Any nickname would just make it more cumbersome to say.

Rubbing your back against a tree and tying your jacket

around your waist is a quick way to fix a bad mushroom trip

and apparently it also works

for gunshot wounds to the tummy.

Alright, make yourself comfortable, Eric.

Here's a gun you can use as a blanket.

You're about to start feeling very cold.

Morgan understandably wants to shoot the jerk

who's whistling, but Jesus reminds him

of the dumb unilateral decision he made.

When Morgan says, "The decision isn't final,"

Jesus replies, "Nothing is permanent except impermanence,

"so in that way I'll agree with you,"

except that's not agreeing at all.

That's saying shit changes but I'm right, you're wrong

and I'm taking these assholes with me.

It's a phrase most commonly said

during divorce custody battles.

Rick managed to list almost every person he's lost

since the beginning, except T-Dog, what could it mean?

It means T-Dog's not dead because a part of T-Dog

lives on in all of us forever.

Gone but not forgotten, the one true dog.

Rick telling Morales that he wouldn't shoot him

was less than convincing.

If the tables were turned, I wouldn't shoot you.

I mean, I know I wouldn't want to, it'd bum me out.

I'd be mega bummed.

And Daryl with the right idea, folks.

He's here to find guns and shoot dudes in the neck

and he's all out of guns to find.

I love that just like everyone watching at home

Daryl remembers this guy, kinda

but has zero problem with him dying.

Gee whiz, these zombies rolling down the hill

are truly living their best undead lives.

What a fun afternoon they're having.

And what a not fun afternoon this guy's having.

It's like Abraham Lincoln famously said,

"Some days you're rolling down the hill with your boys,

"some days you're getting your brain chewed on.

"My name is Abraham Lincoln."

Morgan hunts a conga line of fugitive prisoners

through the woods and just when he's about to murder

the shit out of that whistling asshole,

Jesus has to show up and ruin things.

Uh-oh, Morgan's looking at the ground

and he's mumbling a whole lot of something about nothing?

It looks like we've got a crazy Morgan on our hands.

And crazy Morgan plus unreasonable Jesus

equals woods fight, motherfuckers.

The Saviors in the back were watching the Saviors

in front of them getting mowed down and continued

to run directly into the gunfire.

It seems like running in another direction,

may I be so bold as to suggest the opposite,

may have been a better idea here.

After two and a half episodes of everyone

shooting at everything all the time

and usually hitting nothing,

Daryl and Rick finally run out of ammo.

Nobody panic, Rick's got a plan.

He's going to shoot this fire extinguisher,

which, would that work?

I'm inclined to say it would not work,

but I honestly don't know enough about fire extinguishers

and guns to weigh in here.

Please use the comments to weigh in

if you're an expert on fire extinguishers and also guns.

I read all of your comments.

Oh and if you're commenting these recaps were better

when they were articles, uh you're wrong.

They've always been bad but I still post article versions

so fucking relax.

Jesus hopes to be the first person in history

to succeed at telling a crazy dude spinning a stick

in the woods, "Hey man, you need to chill out."

Guess what, Jesus, nobody chills out when you tell them

they need to chill out, especially not crazy dudes

spinning sticks in the woods.

Thank heavens they were able to reach a peaceful resolution

of Morgan violently jamming his murder stick

half an inch away from Jesus' oddly long neck.

Alright Morgan, have fun pouting in the woods.

See you in six episodes.

Gregory tries to cover up his betrayal with a gripping tale

about this car he found somewhere and now he's here.

What more questions could you possibly have, Maggie?

After hearing Cal tell the story about Gregory

eating some little girl's pancakes.

- "You ate a little girl's pancakes?"

- Then hearing Gregory's side of things.

- "I did not eat those pancakes".

- I feel confident saying,

Gregory ate that little girl's pancakes.

Welcome to season eight of The Walking Dead,

a storyline about some little girl's pancakes

is the best thing we've got so far.

Ugh, seriously?

Come on Maggie, after he sold you out to Negan?

That's definitely one of those times

when sorry doesn't cut it and he needs to die.

For the record, I feel the same way about the pancakes.

I love that Gregory, known pile of camel ass,

decides to weight in here, saying,

"This is not a sanctuary for killers," after he almost

got everyone killed then asked for sanctuary.

It's almost as cute as the summer camp for prisoners

Jesus wants to set up in the corner with around the clock

counselors and friendship bracelet classes every Tuesday.

There will come a time for peace, and when it comes,

we're all gonna want to know how

to make each other friendship bracelets.

Rick might enjoy taking these pictures a little too much.

Where is he getting all this film?

What does he plan on doing with all these photos?

I'm glad he has a hobby, I just wish maybe it didn't involve

killing strangers and photographing their corpses.

Rick does what's best for this baby and hands her off

to a distraught crying man

covered in his dead boyfriend's blood.

Daryl lays low in the background with the

maybe if I stand still nobody will ask me to get involved

approach to conflict resolution.

Listen up Mingus, you tell Rick what he needs to know

and he'll let you take the car, you've got his word.

He'll even throw in a few Polaroids to sweeten the deal.

And Daryl once again with the right idea.

I don't know why Rick's pissed off here.

Daryl did not give his word.

Also I'm pretty sure I saw a bumble bee on that kid's face.

Daryl was just trying to scare it away.

Glad Ezekiel's smiling about losing not one of their ranks

on their journey of murder, but maybe now

is a little soon to celebrate.

You've still got a whole compound to sweep.

That's primetime for losing ranks.

Ugh, did he really just say, "We or they,"

when he could have said us or them?

Okay, please shoot this guy, he deserves it.

Tune in next week, what will Daryl say when he sees

the prisoners at Hilltop?

He's going to welcome them with open fire.

How many of his ranks did Ezekiel lose?

Not one, probably closer to 20 but definitely not one.

Will Gregory do something stupid that gets everyone killed?

Yes, but only after a hearty breakfast of some kid's food.

None of this and more next time on The Walking Dead.

Premnas Biaculeatus, Maroon Clownfish | Marine Fish - Duration: 7:24.

This fish was the inspiration of our mini viral with the horror movie IT, the reason is

very simple, it is the most aggressive and territorial known clown fish.

This animal is of the genus Premnas one of the complexes of the clown fish that we are studying.

Premnas biaculeatus, commonly known as anemonefish with backbone or clownfish

brown, is a species of clown that is found in the Indo-Pacific of the west of Indonesia

Taiwan and the Great Barrier Reef.

They can grow to about 17 centimeters.

Like all anemonefishes, it forms a symbiotic mutualism with marine anemones

and is unaffected by the spicy tentacles of the host anemone.

It is a sequential hermaphrodite with a hierarchy of dominance based on strict size:

the female is larger, the male reproductive is the second largest, and the male non-breeders

become smaller and smaller as the hierarchy descends.

The breeding male will change to female if the single breeding female dies, with

the larger non-breeder becomes the breeding male.

The natural diet of the fish includes algae and zooplankton.

The characteristic that defines this genus is the spine on the cheek.

Body and bar color varies by gender and geographic location.

Despite the common name of the brown clown fish, only a few females have a brown color,

with a range of colors for dark brown.

Young and males are bright orange-red.

The fish has three body bars that can be white, gray or yellow.

Where the female bars are gray, they can be "swapped" quickly in white

if the fish is caught.

The hierarchy of dominance based on size means in any clown group that

the female is always larger than the male.

There is a significant difference in size for this species, with females being one of the

larger, growing up to 17 centimeters (6.7 in) while males are much smaller,

usually 6-7 centimeters (2.4-2.8 inches).

There are significant color variations for fish in this species, related to the

sex and geographical location.

The male and juvenile fish are bright red-orange that darkens in fish by changing to

the female, ranging from brown to dark brown.

The bars of the female's body are narrower and there are reports of body bars except

disappearing in older females.

There are at least three geographic variations in the color of females, with fish from East Timor

to Australia, holding white body bars.

all geographical variations of the fish are considered as a single species.

The genetic analysis showed that it is closely related to A. percula and A. latezonatus.

The relationship between clowns and their host marine anemones is not random and,

rather, it is highly species-related.

P. biaculeatus is highly specialized with only 1 species of anemone, Entacmaea

Anemone of bubble tip, predominantly with solitary form.

The fish chooses the host and it is thought that one of the main reasons for the selection

of the host is the competition.

E. quadricolor is highly generalist, hosting at least 14 species, about half of

all kinds of clowns.

With this competition, it is perhaps not surprising that P. biaculeatus is considered the

territory of all clowns.

The competition alone, however, does not explain the preference of P. biaculeatus for the

solitary E. quadricolor.

P. biaculeatus is currently the only member of the genus Premnas.

Historically, anemonefish were identified by morphological,

of colors in the field, while in a laboratory other characteristics such as scale

of the head, tooth shape and body proportions.

The spine on the cheek of the fish is the distinguishing feature of the genus Premnas of the Amphiprion

closely related.

P. biaculeatus was thought to have a monospecific lineage, however, genetic analysis

showed that it is closely related to A. percula and A. latezonatus.

It was suggested that the taxon epigrammata of Sumatra should be recognized as a species

distinct, Premnas epigrammata (Fowler, 1904).

The recent precedents of the recognition of A. barberi as a distinct species of

A. melanopus and A. pacificus that differ from A. akallopisos demonstrate the need

to show not only geographical and morphological differences, but also genetic data

to confirm the separation of the proposed species.

The fish has successfully created a homemade aquarium.

Being one of the largest and most aggressive anemonefish are characteristics they need

be accommodated in any configuration of the aquarium.

P. biaculeatus was subjected to selective breeding in captivity.

One of the most prominent features is the "lightning" form which is characterized by bars

of broken and irregular white body that have a honeycomb appearance.

One of the first times this trait was observed was in a pair of wild fish

of Fisherman's Island, near Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea.

Hybridization

The brown clownfish was successfully crossed with A. ocellaris to create the hybrid titled

"blood orange clownfish" by Florida aquaculture company Oceans, Reefs & Aquariums (ORA).

The body of this hybrid looks more like A. ocellaris, but has an orange hue

more dark, grows and has a more ardent temperament, characteristics of its genes

of P. biaculeatus.

Warning

It is crucial that you know how to differentiate a simple Percula or Ocellaris from a Premna,

because taking a fish of this inadvertently may cause tragedy in your aquarium.

Especially if you have smaller fish that will be attacked by the maroon.

With fish of greater or equal size, it may be possible to keep it from

that the size of the aquarium supports a good area to secure its territory.

Maroon hybrids with Percula or any other clown will be genetically aggressive

as stated in this video and therefore should be purchased with great care.

In general the maroon is one of the most exotic and beautiful clowns,

with success they are the ones that have other bigger fish or of equal size and a sufficient space

for all.

There is no way to curb the territorial instinct of this known fish and do not think

controls it.

In Doubt is a great solitary pet fish in an aquarium just for him.

Pharma & Doctors | Medical Vocabulary | Prepare for IELTS & TOEFL Course - Duration: 7:48.

Today we are reading this article from ProPublica. It is about the money

doctors get from the pharmaceutical industry and how it affects their

decisions on what drugs, what medications, to give us. this will be an excellent

read for medical vocabulary, thank you for the idea! if you want to continue

practicing after we're done: you can listen to the podcast, get free audio

book versions of magazines, or start reading actual magazines to really,

really, really improve your English more! and of course, click down here, the three

dots, so you can read with me and have a much easier time repeating what I say to

also improve your speaking skills. but hey, I think it's time to start this

article and find out more about doctors and what influences them. "Now there's

proof: doc's who get company cash tend to prescribe more brand-name meds" the more

money doctors receive from drug and medical device companiesm the more

brand-name drugs they tend to prescribe, a new ProPublica analysis shows. even a

meal can make a difference. to give you some context: a lot of doctors and

physicians will get free meals from pharmaceutical companies. these are drug

companies, the people who make the drugs and medication that we take to feel

better. they also get a lot of other benefits, or perks, from these drug

companies, or pharmaceuticals. what we're going to look at now is how it

influences or impacts the decisions that doctors make. will they give more drugs

from a brand name, a drug that costs more and has a trademark, than generic drugs,

drugs that are no longer trademarked and are much cheaper. doctors have long

disputed that the payments they receive from pharmaceutical companies have any

relationship to how they prescribe drugs. there's been little evidence to settle

the matter until now. a ProPublica analysis has found for the first time,

that doctors who receive payments from the medical industry do indeed tend to

prescribe drugs differently than their colleagues who don't, and the more money

they receive on average, the more brand name medications they prescribe. we

matched records on payments from pharmaceutical and medical device makers

in 2014, with corresponding data on doctors' medication choices in Medicare's

prescription drug program. to prescribe a medication is what a doctor does. to

authorize and allow a patient to use and take it.

remember, pharmaceuticals or drug companies, are the very large

corporations that make the drugs, distribute, and market them. so they want

doctors to prescribe more of their drugs. to tend to do something means to do

something more often, or habitually, as a habit. as evidence, they mentioned some of

the corresponding data. if something corresponds, it is related or relevant. Let's

continue, doctors who got money from drug and device makers, even just a meal,

prescribed a higher percentage of brand-name drugs overall than doctors

who didn't, our analysis showed. indeed doctors who received industry payments

were two to three times as likely to prescribe brand-name drugs at

exceptionally high rates, as others in their specialty.

doctors who received more than five thousand dollars from companies in 2014,

typically had the highest brand-name prescribing percentages. among internists

who received no payments for example, the average brand-name prescribing rate was

about 20 percent, compared to about 30 percent for those who received more than

$5,000. ProPublica's analysis doesn't prove industry payments sway doctors to

prescribe particular drugs, or even a particular company's drugs. rather, it

shows that payments are associated with an approach to prescribing that, writ

large, benefits drug companies' bottom line. a lot of good vocabulary here,

starting with an internist. an internist is a doctor who is specialized in

internal medicine. and those that were not paid, were less likely to prescribe

brand-name drugs, and instead prescribe the cheaper generic drugs. to sway

someone is to influence someone, to motivate their actions. so doctors

weren't swayed or motivated to prescribe specific drugs, but they were motivated

to prescribe brand-name, more expensive drugs. if something is writ large, it is

clear and obvious. these payments that doctors receive, writ large, obviously,

benefits drug companies. because even though doctors aren't

giving preference to specific companies, they are giving preference to

the pharmaceutical companies in general, and not prescribing generic drugs. let's

go back: "it again confirms the prevailing wisdom that there is a relationship

between payments and brand-name prescribing" said Dr. Allen Kesselheim, an

associate professor of medicine at Harvard Medical School, who provided

guidance on early versions of ProPublica's analysis. "this feeds into the ongoing

conversation about the propriety of these sorts of relationships. hopefully

we're getting past the point where people will say, "oh there's no evidence

that these relationships change physicians' prescribing practices!"

numerous studies show that generics, which must meet rigid Food and Drug

Administration standards, work as well as brand names for most patients. brand-name

drugs typically cost more than generics and are more heavily advertised, although

some medications do not have exact generic versions, there usually is a

similar one in the same category. in addition, when it comes to patient

satisfaction, there isn't much difference between brands and generics, according to

data collected by the website Iodine, which is building a repository of user

reviews on drugs. there's wide variation from state to state when it comes to the

proportion of prescribers who take industry money, our analysis found. the

rate in Nevada, Alabama, Kentucky and South Carolina was twice as high as in Vermont,

Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Maine. a lot of new information so let's review! when we

talk about companies, the bottom line is your profits. so the drug companies'

bottom line benefits from giving some money to doctors. they make more profits,

they make more money. if something is prevailing it is generally accepted, held

to be truthful, or– or accurate. and here the prevailing wisdom, or idea, because of

this research, is that doctors are influenced by the money they receive. if

information feeds into something, it is contributing to, it is adding additional

information, or whatever it is that you're feeding. so here, this new research

feeds into the discussion about doctors and pharmaceutical companies. it's

contributing and adding to the conversation. a physician

it's just really a fancier word for saying doctor. but they're both very good

to know. talking about requirements and standards, if a standard or requirement

is rigid, it means that you cannot change it, it's strict. for the TOEFL and IELTS,

the standards are very rigid for most universities. they will not accept scores

below the– their very rigid requirements. the author says that

there's a wide variation between states. variation just means difference, variety.

in some states the doctors are heavily influenced by the money they get, and in

other states it's not as big. Alright so we're going to stop it there, if you want

to continue reading this article by yourself, the link is in the description

with everything else. including, the podcast if you want to continue

listening and practicing, you can also get your own, free audio book versions of

magazines, or get your own physical copies of magazines. these are excellent

so that you can continue improving your English no matter where you are! and if

you continue reading by yourself, give me the questions that you have down

there in the comments too! well guys, that's it for today. ciao for now!

Adios!

Obama Just Did Unthinkable To All 26 Texas Victims Behind Trump's Back While He's Overseas – This Is - Duration: 5:07.

Obama Just Did Unthinkable To All 26 Texas Victims Behind Trump's Back While He's

Overseas – This Is SICK.

Hours After 26 Christian churchgoers in Texas were killed by a deranged gunman who stormed

their Sunday worship service, former president Barack Obama saw an opportunity to take advantage

of the situation and President Donald Trump's absence.

While the POTUS is in Asia, Obama went behind his back to do the unthinkable to all of these

victims and their families.

When Trump found out about it, he didn't hold back on his predecessor and made him

pay for trying to step in as president where he didn't belong.

Democrats are notorious for never letting a crisis go to waste and what happened less

than 24 hours ago in Sutherland Springs, Texas is no exception.

Moments after 26 people were brutally murdered by Devin Patrick Kelley, Obama almost seemed

gitty at the opportunity to use it to his advantage and tried to do just that.

With fake sympathy for the families suffering the loss of their loved ones and a community

in mourning, Obama made a disturbing statement to stab President Trump in the back using

these victims' suffering in a sickening way.

USA Newsflash reports:

Perhaps the lowest thing that someone can do in times of crisis is use a shooting incident

in which people lost their lives, to their political advantage against another person.

That was the case with former President Barack Obama, who used the shooting incident that

took place this Sunday morning during a church service in Texas to call for fewer guns.

Obama started out saying,"We grieve with all the families in Sutherland Springs harmed

by this act of hatred, and we'll stand with the survivors as they recover," before explaining

how the American people should ask God for "the wisdom to ask what concrete steps we

can take to reduce the violence and weaponry in our midst,"

The former president that has only recently stepped back inside the political arena of

the United States didn't go into specifics on how and what these steps should look like.

And there is no doubt that Obama's reaction to the Sunday's massacre was far more political

than President Trump, who initially attempted to gather the people together and united them

in these hard times.

He said, "In dark times, and these are dark times, such as these, Americans do what they

do best: they pull together," before finally concluding, "We join hands, we lock arms,

and through the tears and through the sadness, we stand strong.

All Americans pray to God to help the wounded and the families of the victims,"

Devoid of real emotion, Obama couldn't save his gun control push for just a few days and

let the initial shock and heartbreak over this tragedy somewhat subside.

He also made this statement without knowing the facts and that's that no amount of gun

control could have stopped this massacre from happening since Kelley didn't legally own

the gun he used anyway.

As a former military member who was dishonorably discharged from the Air Force, he was not

allowed to own a weapon but did anyway.

That level of gun control didn't stop him from his crime and only a good guy with a

gun, who legally owns his, was able to stop him.

It takes a good armed individual to stop a bad one and had a hero not been armed, as

Obama is pushing for, then there would have been more than 26 victims.

President Trump understands the real issue in these massacres and it's not the gun

— it's the killer.

He put his predecessor in his place with the announcement he made after the attack.

"President Trump said Monday that a mass shooting at a Texas church that left 26 dead

was not 'a guns situation,' declaring that the problem was the shooter's 'mental

health,'" The Hill reported.

"I think that mental health is your problem here," Trump said during a news conference

in Tokyo in response to a question about the massacre in Sutherland Springs, Texas.

"This was a very — based on preliminary reports — a very deranged individual.

A lot of problems over a long period of time."

The president pointed out what Obama refused to say after every act of evil like this,

when he said, "we have a lot of mental health problems in our country, as do other countries,

but this isn't a guns situation.

This is a mental health problem at the highest level.

It's a very, very sad event."

"He first reacted to the speech earlier Monday while speaking at the U.S. Embassy

in Japan, calling the violent outburst an 'act of evil,'" The Hill added.

"Later at the news conference, Trump declared that 'it's a little bit soon' to discuss

the issue of guns and suggested that more people would have been killed if another armed

person had not opened fire on Kelley.

'Fortunately, somebody else had a gun that was shooting in the opposite direction,'

he said.

'Otherwise, it wouldn't have been as bad as it was, it would have been much worse.'"

It's disgusting that Obama continues to step in where he doesn't belong and using

this horrific event to push his agenda within hours of it happening, is insulting to all

the dead victims and a community in mourning.

It's refreshing to have a Commander-in-Chief in office who isn't afraid to call the killer

out for exactly who he is and what caused him to commit this atrocious crime.

What do you think about this?
