okay now in this video we're going to be able to track the video views from or
YouTube video views on our website so we're going to set up a couple of things
and then we will go ahead and create the tag so we're going to go here to
variables and we are going to configure and then scroll down down where we see
videos and we're going to make sure that we have all these checks okay so we did
that so let's close out of here and let me just make sure I don't know I didn't
see a Save button so I just want to make sure okay that's all checked all right
so now we have our variables and we're gonna do a trigger and create a new one
and let's just name this one YouTube views trigger sure let's go that and now
we're going to configure it and we want to go down where it says YouTube video
we can track the start the complete the pause seeking buffering and of course
the progress is always important to me so I'm going to do some do 10% which I
typically don't do with videos it's important for me to know how engaged
they are so 25% let's go with 50% 75% and of course we're going to do a
hundred and of course because we have complete that's already going to give us
that information but we'll still put 100 now you may want to do a time threshold
I want to know of each video that I create how much they're watching when
it's embedded onto my website now I'm able to see that information on YouTube
but this is a way that you can actually get this information on your website so
go ahead and click this I can go on to this long technical reason as to why but
I won't do that and I'm going to do this on a whole videos and we're going to
save it okay so now that that's a we got our variables down we got our triggers
down now let's create the new trigger alright so I'm going to put this as
YouTube views and we're going to of course you
personal analytics and so now we're going to create an event and categories
will put video views
so now we're going to check action and you can put this whatever you want to be
your action for me I want to know for action I feel like I want to know I want
to know the video status and for label I want to put the title of the video video
title and for the value I want to have percentage and you can kind of mix this
around the way you like this is just actually what I am going to choose video
percentage so we're going to hit this to true and then all pay treat
okay now we're going to click trigger which is that YouTube trigger we already
created click that we are going to alright now we're going to hit save
alright so now we're going to go to preview mode
and we're going to head over to the website let me reload that in preview
mode and we're going to page on my website that has a YouTube video so tags
fired on this page tags not fired on this page of course a timer they learn
more button which is an honest page and the YouTube views so let me click that
first instead of in McCann here and I should have muted it because it's all
loud and doing the most ok so now we're going to see tags fired on this page
YouTube views it was fired two times which you can see right here and in your
Google Analytics which will show in the next couple videos of how to analyze
this information so of course I started it which fired it and then I paused it
so that fired it as well so now this is how you will track YouTube view YouTube
views views on your website

Is The iPhone X Waterproof? Here's The Truth! - Duration: 3:10.
Hi guys, David and David here from Payette Forward and in this video we're going to answer
the question: is the iPhone X waterproof?
And the short answer is no and that's why we sell an awesome case in the Payette Forward
shop that will keep your iPhone dry.
Yeah, you know link to that below it's very good.
But obviously you've heard that the iPhone X is water-resistant.
So how deep is it water-resistant?
Here's the long answer — so the iPhone has an IP rating, that's Ingress Protection rating,
of IP67, which means it's dust resistant.
That's the six you see.
Tell me more.
And the 7 is the water resistance.
That means it can resist water up to about a meter deep when underwater.
And how long is a meter?
Well, let's talk about American.
How long is that?
It's about 3 feet 3 feet or one yard, but the meter is slightly longer than that so
if you've ever been anything deeper than a kiddie pool.
Yep, this could be for you.
So if waterproof or water resistance is really important to you, right maybe like my IP rating
isn't high enough David Lynch and I Right, but IP ratings you and like the two people
that care about that.
Well, it's um, sorry it is important because and it's important for this reason.
It's important because AppleCare+ doesn't cover liquid damage.
So you bring your iPhone into the pool.
It's water-resistant you're swimming around you swimming around and all you take out of
the floor.
It's broken the Apple Store.
Yeah covered under warranty, right?
Mr. Appleton.
It's not it is not covered by AppleCare+ and there's actually a little liquid damage indicator
on the side indeed.
There are we're looking for those in the apples.
Yeah.
I want me to say see that that's red.
It's the best thing that happens in the day of an Apple tech get to say you're not covered
get out of here.
So water that I mean water damage you to get your phone clip and brave replace replace.
Yeah apple doesn't you know do repairs to water damage phones and sort of rightfully.
So because they say that they can't warranty anything that has been water damage because
water damage is "Insidious".
Yeah, you never know how deep it is.
So they don't warranty you got to replace the phone.
So that is the answer of the - is the iPhone X waterproof and for the record the iPhone
7, 7 Plus, 8, and 8 Plus are also IP67 phones.
So be careful when you take those phones around water, right and definitely check out our
shop because we've got that awesome case that lets you take it very very deep.
Yeah, it's a waterproof case.
Well, actually it actually is waterproof.
So unless you're going on a Journey to the Center of the Earth, right that will probably
require would probably melt the bag right?
We need you.
No proof that case doesn't exist.
Thank you guys for watching our video an Apple phone.
So we bring to the core of the apple apple Corps billion.
That's well.
Thanks you guys for watching this video If you enjoyed it, give it a thumbs up.
Don't forget to subscribe to this Channel and click that notification Bell to get an

This Is Why You Should Sleep on Your Left Side - Duration: 4:10.
This Is Why You Should Sleep on Your Left Side
Everyone knows how important sleep is for keeping in good physical and mental health.
However, how long you sleep is just as important as the way you sleep.
The position you sleep in can affect your health, help keep your skin looking young,
and boost your digestive health.
Here are six ways sleeping on your left side is good for your health.
1.
It Bolsters the Lymphatic System
Ayurvedic medicine says that sleeping on your left side lets your body better filter lymph
fluid and waste through the lymph nodes.
This is because the left side of our body is the stronger lymphatic side.
Western studies also found that sleeping on the left side can help the body break down
waste materials from the brain.
However, sleeping on the right side can lower the lymphatic system's power.
2.
It May Improve Digestion
When it comes to digestion, sleeping on the left side may be better than the right, because
of gravity.
Lying on the left side lets food waste easily move from the large intestine into the lower
colon, meaning you're more likely to have a bowel movement when you wake up.
Sleeping on the left side lets the stomach and pancreas hang naturally because our stomach
lies on the left side of the body.
This can make sure the body keeps creating pancreatic enzymes and will help other digestive
processes.
3.
It's Good for Your Heart
Doctors advise that pregnant women sleep on their left side to boost circulation to the
heart.
Even if you're not pregnant, or a woman, sleeping on the left side may help take some
weight off the heart.
Gravity can help lymph drainage toward the heart, and aortic circulation away from the
heart.
4.
It's Ideal for Pregnant Women
Sleeping on the left side doesn't only boost pregnant women's circulation.
It can also help ease weight on the back, keep the uterus from squeezing the liver,
and raise blood flow to the uterus, kidneys, and fetus.
For this reason, doctors tell pregnant women to spend as much of their sleep time as possible
on their left sides.
5.
It May Reduce Heartburn
A study written in The Journal of Clinical Gastroenterology found that lying on the left
side can help lower acid reflux signs.
This is because our stomach lies on the left side.
Lying on the right side may worsen these signs.
The help comes very fast; if you're feeling heartburn after a meal, try lying down on
your left side for ten minutes.
6.
It May Relieve Back Pain
People with chronic back pain may feel a little better if they switch to sleeping on their
left side.
That's because sleeping on your side can ease weight on the spine.
Feeling more comfortable will raise your chances of getting a good night's sleep.
If you usually sleep on your back, your front, or your right side, you may wonder how to
break that habit and start sleeping on your left side.
It will take some time and practice, but you will be able to quickly train your body to
sleep in this position.
Here are some tips:
You can try lying on your left side and press a full-length body pillow up against your
back.
The pillow will stop you from rolling over during the night.
Try switching the side of the bed you sleep on.
This will make it easier for you to flip to your other side and have the same great sleep.
Another trick is to keep a dim light lit on your right side.
Because your body will naturally want to turn away from the light while you sleep, it will
make it easier for you to sleep on your left side.
Try these small changes as soon as you can - they will make your sleep better and lead
you to better health.
It's important to note that some people - like those with heart disease, sleep apnea,
glaucoma, and carpal tunnel syndrome - may not get help from sleeping on their left sides.
If you're not sure about what sleep position would be best for you, it's always a good
idea to ask a doctor.

How The 2000-Year-Old Baghdad Battery Would Have Worked - Duration: 2:43.
In 1938, Wilhelm König published his paper "Ein galvanisches Element aus der Partherzeit?"
in which he claimed that three artifacts – which were found in Iraq – used to form a battery.
Now called: the 'Baghdad Battery'.
König hypothesized that the 2000 year old objects – a ceramic pot, a copper cylinder
and a rod of iron – were used to create a current.
How would that have worked?
A battery, like for example the modern alkaline double A battery, has two major substances:
Zinc (Zn), the anode which can release electrons because of oxidation, and manganese dioxide (MnO2),
the cathode which can use those electrons to start a process called reduction.
The two displayed half-reactions taken together, result in an overall so called redox reaction
which releases 1.43 volts of electricity.
The only thing missing is a place for the chemical reaction to happen, which is the
function of the electrolyte alkaline, hence the name alkaline battery.
That is the basic principle of a battery: An anode, a cathode and an electrolyte.
Now, switch the half-reaction of zinc for that of iron, the half-reaction of manganese
dioxide for the one of copper and the electrolyte alkaline for a ceramic pot filled with for
example vinegar or wine, and you've got yourself a working Baghdad battery.
But the question is, were those artifacts indeed used for this purpose?
Well, probably not.
They might've been used for a process called electroplating, or – others claim – the
artifacts were used for storing scrolls.
Some even claim that the artifacts are not even originating from the Parthian period,
but from the Sasanian period which makes the Baghdad battery about 500 years less old than König predicted.
Professor Stone – an expert on Iraqi archaeology – stated that she does not know a single
archaeologist who believes that these were indeed working batteries.
The first 'real' battery, was most likely the one created by Alessandro Volta, in the year 1800.
But if you would like to know more about that, you can listen to the new podcast I launched
today named 'Age of Technology '. Together with my mate Henri, we explore and discuss
the history and future of everyday technologies.
First up: batteries!

314 Developing Your People HyperGrowth Tips - Duration: 3:58.
- Develop people, and the people will develop your business.
You heard that before?
I know you've heard something similar to that,
and it's true.
If you develop the people, they will develop your business.
But the problem is we don't do that.
Hi, my name's Gene Hammett.
I work with hyper growth companies
to help them understand the chaos of leadership
that applies to growing a company really fast.
That means the strategies and the people
to drive that growth.
I love doing this, this is part of my hyper growth series.
If you like what you're seeing,
just go to hypergrowth.tips, you can get more of it.
So back to what I was saying,
there's a big myth in business that if you focus
on the numbers you can make everything grow.
And I really do believe that you should be focused
on the numbers, numbers are very important.
But if that's the primary focus of your business,
the spreadsheets, the sales projections,
the quarterly numbers, the weekly and daily activity,
the net promoter scores, retention rates
and you know, I could go on and on and on.
These numbers are very important to your business,
but they're not the most important thing.
You wanna focus on the people.
You wanna develop the soft skills necessary
so they are engaged with their work
and you can actually get more out of those people.
They're more productive, they're more innovative,
they're thinking about the problems even when
they're not at work.
So how do you do that?
Well it's a very good question.
How do you put people first inside of a business?
Well I've been working with a lot of companies,
a lot of fantastic amazing leaders,
I remember eight years ago working in a leadership training
where I was trying to upgrade my skills as a leader.
I met a guy named Bob Dunham.
Bob is with the Institute of Generative Leadership,
I had a full interview on my podcast a long time ago,
episode number 206, just go to
leadersinthetrenches.com/206 and you can find out
more about that conversation.
But let me give you the essence of it.
It can be summed up with this,
it's the anatomy for action.
When we talked about leadership,
you've gotta get people into action.
Because we know action produces results.
This image on the screen really kind of shows you
this flow of the anatomy for action.
If you want results, you want people to take action.
But in order to get them to take action,
you must get commitment.
Those things are really important for them
to really believe in their heart and soul
that they can do it, that they've got the skills,
they've got the support and they've got your
believing in them.
And now, in order to get commitment
you've gotta have conversations.
I have said this over and over and over,
that if you really want to improve this world
you're just probably one or two conversations around that
with every step you take.
So you know, I'm not saying you're gonna change the world
with one conversation, but with every step
it's all about a conversation,
getting people into intimate discussion
and getting them to get buy in
and getting them to take ownership of those things.
And how do you get people into conversation?
Well, you show that you care.
You show that you're the leader that has
this empathy for them,
and when you can create care that creates conversation
that creates commitment, that creates action,
you'll have results.
So this is the diagram for anatomy for action
that Bob Dunham talked about in the conversation I had.
And I share it with you because it's just a simple framework
for you to understand that if you want to change
the results that you're getting right now
inside your teams, inside your organizations,
you've gotta care more
and you've gotta have better conversations.
Alright, that's my piece here.
That's what I wanted to share with you.
This is hyper growth tips,
if you want more of these just go to
hypergrowth.tips, and if you want to continue to get
more information from me or the podcast
just go to GeneHammett.com,
you can subscribe there, you can follow up
on some of our writing.
But that is the key here.
I look forward to you getting the most out of
this information and sharing it with others.
And as always, lead with courage.
