In this video let us see what are the benefits we get when we use spring onions in our food.
It has Vitamin C, Vitamin B 2, Vitamin K, Thiamine, Copper, phosphorous, magnesium, potassium fibre etc., and we can take it in our food.
Spring onion helps to prevent large intestine cancer and eye related problems.
If you want to keep your heart healthy take spring onions in your diet as it reduces the cholesterol.
Sulphur present in it controls blood pressure and reduces blood cholesterol.
To cure TB take 1 ounce juice of onion and onion flower for 48 days.
If you have tooth or gum problem take equal amount of onion and onion flower juice and gargle your mouth with this to cure it.
Cut onion flower into small pieces and boil it in water and let it cool, add salt and take this to cure stomach pain.
If you add onion flower instead of onion in food it increases appetite and cure gastric problem.

SAP HANA Academy - Security: What's New? - Initial Tenant Encryption [2.0 SPS 03] - Duration: 6:14.
Hello and welcome to the SAP HANA Academy.
The topic of this video tutorial series is SAP HANA 2.0 SPS 03, What's New? - and in
this video we will take a look at the encryption configuration for tenant databases.
Hi, I am Denys van Kempen.
You may recall from earlier videos that SAP HANA automatically encrypts most of the data
that goes over the network but that to encrypt data-at-rest, data that is persisted, that
is, data that is stored, you need to enable this yourself.
There is always a bit of overhead involved with encryption and if you are 100% positive
that the data-at-rest of your HANA system cannot be accessed, then, of course, there
is no need to encrypt each and last bit of data.
If you are not that sure - and in fact it is recommended - then you can enable encryption
for the data volume, encryption for the log volume, and encryption for the backups.
Now, before, tenant databases would inherit the encryption configuration of the system
database.
This is no longer the case and I will show you where you can configure default settings
for the encryption of tenant databases.
I am connected here with the SAP HANA cockpit to the system database on the Overview page.
Here in the Security section, we would enable encryption for the different services.
If we go up a bit, to the links section, and select Configure system properties, under
DB Administration, we get to the page with all system parameters.
I will filter on 'database_initial_encryption'.
That is a new section and here we can define how the tenant database encryption should
be configured when the tenant database is created.
As you can see, by default, all encryption services are initially disabled
We can also see that encryption_config_control is set to local_database - also the default
setting.
A tenant database administrator can hand over this configuration control to the system administrator
by changing the value of this parameter.
For this, you would use an ALTER SYSTEM.
So, let's go back.
Open the SQL Console Connect to the tenant database, here that's
T02, and - let's paste this in - ALTER SYSTEM ENCRYPTION CONFIGURATION CONTROLLED
BY SYSTEM DATABASE Run.
Done.
So, now the system administrator, that is, the administrator of the system database,
can also change encryption configuration on this tenant.
By default, this is not possible.
Back to the cockpit.
If we return to the system properties page for database_initial_encryption, the value
for encryption_config_control will not have changed as only the tenant database T02 has
returned control for encryption configuration to system.
If you want to know who controls what, you would have to query the view
M_ENCRYPTION_OVERVIEW Let's take a look and here we can see that
the system database has configuration control.
Should you want to revert that, you would need to connect to the system database and
execute ALTER SYSTEM ENCRYPTION CONFIGURATION CONTROLLED
BY LOCAL DATABASE in singular or LOCAL DATABASES in plural if you want to give control back
to all tenants.
And if we then refresh the contents of the view for tenant T02, we can see that it now
has received configuration control back.
OK Back to database_initial_encryption.
As the name implies, these parameters control the initial configuration.
If I change persistence encryption, for the data volume that is, for a tenant database,
T02, for example.
And then connect to T02 with cockpit.
Then data volume encryption will be still be off.
I have not enabled persistence encryption by changing the initial encryption parameter.
However, if we want to overrule the default setting, we would select change layer.
Set system value to on and now if we create a new tenant database.
Let's call it T03 we have covered this in other videos in the Administration playlist
list, so I will fast-forward this a bit you need to add it as a resource in cockpit admin,
then connect, and if we then take a look at the security section, data volume encryption,
you can see that it has been enabled now for this tenant because the initial encryption
parameter was set to on.
The same would apply to log volume encryption and backup encryptionbut we have not changed
those parameters at the system level.
OK - that's it Initial encryption configuration for database
tenants and encryption control.

we'll be using and also then the third and the most important step where you
need to like list your blog to Google and all the other search engines and
like how to do proper SEO so yeah this video is the first one where we'll be
learning on how to start your blog and like how to get the free subdomain for
your free travel blog yeah then in the second video we'll be
learning about all the different settings in depth of the CMS system
which will be using so yeah and in the third one it will be about SEO so if you

for WordPress so the platform we'll be using for our free blog is WordPress
which is like the most widely used platform for free blog so today we are
just going to know learn about how to build your WordPress free blog using the
wordpress.com so yeah let's get started you just have to like visit the first
link which says wordpress.com create a free website or blog as you can
see the WordPress website is open now and there is a banner which says
WordPress powers 30% of the internet because this is the most widely used and
CMS platform for bloggers and like the different website owners like to
register here or like to register your blog you just have to click the
get started button towards the right so it will take you to this page which says
let's create a site and like you have to answer some of these questions to get
started so the first question is what would you like to name your site so yeah
as my channel is related to travel I'll be like making a dummy free travel blog
to show you guys how everything works and how you can customize wordpress
.com depending on your needs so yeah let's type it here Mr Avinash travel
blog you can always change these settings in your WordPress dashboard so
it doesn't matter whatever you put here because you just started to like either
learn the blog or get something out of it so the second question is what will
your site be about so depending on the genre or the category of the blog you
want to make you can put travel or different music travel is in travel of
blog which helps like in wordpress.com searches to find your website easily who
is like looking for a travel blog or music blog or any other fashion or
beauty related blog so the third question is about what's the primary
goal you have for your site so my primary goal suits the first check box
here which says share ideas experiences updates review stories
videos and more like that is all I need so I'll just choose this and then again
the second checkbox like go and choose multiple checkboxes you know like
promote your business skills organization which also works in my case
so I'll be choosing that as well then let's go to the fourth question which is
about how comfortable are you with creating a website if you are like
starting for the first time you should definitely choose the beginner level
that is one so yeah after that's like to continue and go to the second step
because there are like four steps to follow to start your first free travel
or any blog and yeah the second step which is like
really important and this will be like the domain which you will be choosing
for your WordPress blog so yeah like as you can see it has recommended me
depending on the name of I chose in the first step like mr. Avinash travel blog
and which is also available for free so if you want to like get some custom
domains you can definitely buy it from wordpress.com but yeah you have to pay
some charge for that so yeah I'm not going to show you how the custom domains
work in this tutorial maybe in the future one definitely but yeah I will
recommend you guys to find something short like my blog is mravinash.com which
shows something related to my life and that's how you can choose some
domains so yeah this is mr avinash travel blog dot wordpress.com which is
free for me so I'll be choosing that now let's click on select which will take us
to the third step which is more about choosing the different plans available
on wordpress and in like we are not going to totally discuss this but just
for an overview you can see that if you get the 200 rupees 200 INR per
month which will be billed yearly you will be getting a free custom domain and
there will be some free features and email and live chat support from word
press which is kind of worth because if you will be getting more customization
to your themes or plugins and yeah so we are not using any of these because this
tutorial is mostly about how to start your free blog so I'll just click on start
with free so as you can see the step 4 is more about your email address so let
me put this email address which I have so this is a dummy gmail account I
created to like so you guys on how you need to verify your wordpress.com blog
once you put in your email id then you can definitely choose a username ok guys
so you have to choose a username here so let's keep it same as my gmail account
and then let's put a password out here so yeah after putting the password you
just need to click on continue and you have congratulations your site is life
and if you want to see your site you can just click on view my site and yeah guys
as you can see our free travel blog is live and it has the domain mr. avinash
travel blog wordpress.com and yeah so let's get started with the different
settings which you get here yeah if you're new here like you have just
registered your wordpress.com account and you want to know more about the
WordPress platform you will get this pop-up which will guide you through the
whole CMS but yeah let's see what it does next
so this towards the left is the my site menu which has everything from stats
plan which is your engine for the wordpress.com site pages like all the
pages which is like all the pages you will be making for your blog and then
there are the blog post which is mostly the post you'll be posting on your blog media is
all the images videos and all the upload to your blog I don't know how much
storage you get but I think it will be unlimited from wordpress.com there's
comments, testimonials and yeah themes we'll talk about the themes later then
there is sharing like you can customize your wordpress.com blog to like
automatically post your latest articles on different social medias connect your
social medias and it will do it automatically for you people is more
about you can add some sub admins who can like manage your blog or editors who
can like come and edit some of your content depending on I don't know like
there might be some cases where you will need to change your blog right so
there's plugins domains domains I don't think you will be able to like change it
depending on the plan you are using which is mostly a free plan and there
are settings so we'll deeply discuss all of this and I'll just show you guys what
basic ingredients we need to just get started with your blog so yeah let's
click on next and I shows that you can customize your themes from him
got it and that's it you are live with your blog and as you can see there is already
a page made where there's a one blog post where it shows the journey begins
and the date March 24 2018 the day I am like recording this video for you guys but
yeah this will be posted I don't know when
so yeah let's see so this is mostly the design of the blog articles which will
be coming on your blog there's the date the author of the article and this is
the button which only will be available to the admin so no other person can come
and edit your blogs and there is comment you can use this to comment on your blog
like people can come here and comment on your blog wrote something random and yeah
as you can see though whatever I wrote in the comments down below it's live and
and they have also made pages like the contact page where I think this will be working
and the emails will be sent to you in your email ID and then there's the blog
section where you will see all your articles like stacked one after the other
depending on the date you have submitted you have search here and yeah

Digital Consciousness 'IF' Technological life after death? - Duration: 5:43.
Life after death is a question as old as humanity The afterlife comes in many forms, these are
shaped and defined by the beliefs you hold in life.
The idea of what happens to consciousness when we die has, for most of our history,
been the realm of religion and spirituality.
But now science is joining this group.
A recent scientific breakthrough meaning your thoughts and memories could be read after
your death.

This idea sounds like something torn from the pages of a comic book or a science fiction
novel.
From the cookies a technology that stores a person's mind featured in the hit TV show
"Black Mirror" to the personality storing device inserted into a person's neck in
the Netflix hit that was "Altered Carbon" the shows idea of 'stacks' making it possible
to swap memories and minds between bodies.
Science fiction has long asked the question of what makes us, us, and what would or could
happen if technology was able to store, copy or transplant that information into a machine
or another body.
Many of you may have thought that this technology is centuries away and that dealing with the
consequences that this could have on society would fall on the shoulders of our descendants.
But no!
The technology is here today, well almost.
An Israeli team of scientist have recently discovered that memories leave a genetic mark
on our brains.
This being the first step of a theory that says we will be able to read, replay and store
these memories.
Dr. Clea Warburton from the University of Bristol says the proposal is fascinating,
she added that the download would have to take place immediately at the time of death
as proteins found in the brain degrade very quickly when a person dies.
These proteins she mentions are known to be a major part of the mechanism used by the
brain when it creates new memory pathways in the mind.
This idea was tested by taking the ever unfortunate test subjects 'rats' and subjecting them
to pleasure and pain.
These rats were given everything from painful illnesses to hits of cocaine all to see how
these brain proteins reacted.
The rats were then killed and dissected as the scientist looked into which genes were
seen to express change, changes occurred in seven areas of the brain.
These areas were known to be used in memory formation and included the hippocampus and
the amygdala.
A pattern was observed on the rat's brains and this lead the team to the idea that a
rats memories could be mapped with 90% accuracy.
These are the first steps in understanding genetic encoding when it comes to memory,
and the team have plans to continue research with the end goal being to test this theory
first on live animals but ultimately on humans.
This technology must make us the question, what is consciousness?
Is it something that can exist without memory or is our consciousness made from memories?
Both questions have huge implications to this technology and to us as people.
Recent research states, an identity defined by morals stands not by memories.
Bobby Azarian writes: "It appears that it is not our intelligence
or our knowledge of the past that defines us, but instead our moral behavior.
Essentially, identity is not what we know, but what we stand for."
Others would disagree with this idea, and say Consciousness could not exist because
the only things you could "experience" would not have any context.
It would simply be an endless flow of sensory information and automatic motor response.
I think this highlights one thing, we still cannot define what makes something conscious
and until we can I think that technologies like this should be put on hold.
If or when we create devices that can replay memory would we actually be creating a new
consciousness?
If this technology is conscious what rights would it have, would deleting or altering
it not be akin to mental torture and abuse?
These are complex questions and we haven't even mentioned the religious aspects of this,
a person soul.
