instant Besan Dhokla Recipe | nylone khaman Recipe | Dhokla in Steamer - Duration: 7:51.

Hello foodies welcome to this show I am your new foodie friend Riddhi Kamani.

Today we are going to make very famous or I can say world famous gujarati farsan nylone

khaman but we are going to make it very instant you don't have to wait for a day or a twelve

hours it's just a game of thirty minutes only.

So first of all we are going to make batter for the instant dhokla so let's see the

ingredients.

One cup besan(Gram Flour), half tablespoon citric acid or nimbu ke phool, one and half

tablespoon sugar, pinch of turmeric powder, one and half tablespoon of semolina or rava,

salt as per taste, eno one and half tablespoon(Fruit Salt), two tablespoon of oil.

For tempering you need cumin seeds, mustard seeds and asafoetida, chopped green chillies,

coriander leaves and curry leaves and one cup of water.

Add one cup besan then add one cup of water.

Mix it properly make sure that there should be no lumps.

You can see there is no lumps in the batter.

Now add just pinch of turmeric powder, half tablespoon of citric acid, one and half tablespoon

of sugar, one and half tablespoon of semolina.

First you have to mix these all ingredients very well.

Grease the tray with oil.

Now add two tablespoon of oil you can add cooking oil again mix the batter very well.

Mix it like this at last add one and half tablespoon of eno or fruit salt and mix it

quickly.

You have to do this procedure very quick and beat it for two to three minutes the mixture

get fluffy you can see the consistency and quickly pour this mixture into tray.

And directly put it into the hot steamer cook it on a medium flame for twenty to twenty

five minutes.

So exactly after twenty five minutes open your steamer and press knife like this if

it's get clean out then your dhokla is ready take out the tray.

Give it a rest for ten minutes at least.

Now take one plate put t like this and flip the vessel you can see nice fluffy dhokla.

Now cut the dhokla in the square shape.

You can see the texture nice and fluffy texture.

Now for tempering purpose put the pan on the heat.

Add about one tablespoon of oil now add one tablespoon of cumin seeds, mustard seeds and

asafoetida let them crackle.

Now add green chillies, fresh coriander leaves now add water about half cup of water.

Now add two tablespoon of sugar mix all these.

Add two to three curry leaves and mix it well cook it for two minutes.

You can add sesame seeds also our tempering is ready.

Now put it aside.

So let's start plating.

Arrange the pieces of dhokla like this pour the tempering.

You can serve it with green chutney or ketchup anything you want.

Hey guys, happy Monday, thank you so much for watching Beyond Science,

it's Mikey Chen.

There're a couple of really interesting pieces of news that happened last week

and let's talk about it.

The first was that researchers from Worcester Polytechnic University

have turned a spinach leaf into working hard tissue,

otherwise known as a mini working heart.

The authors of the study are publishing their findings in research journal Biomaterials

which offers a new way to grow a vascular system in May.

And this is crazy huge news

because if the use of spinach leaves proved to be a success

then we pretty much found a way to use plants to create working human hearts muscles.

I mean, for a long time,

we've all watched Popeye turns spinach into muscles

and for the first time, we will be able to do it as well.

And until now,

scientists have tried a bunch of techniques including 3D printing

to recreating the blood vessel networks

but all their techniques ended up in failure.

And the reason for the lack of success

is the lack of vascular network

Without that vascular network,

all you would really get are a bunch of dead tissues.

So thankfully researchers realized

that certain plants could possibly do the job,

because of their delicacy and already available vascular system.

Although plants and animal bodies are quite different,

their networks of capillaries are actually quite similar.

If you think about the defining traits of a leaf

it has a network of thin veins

that delivers water and nutrients to all its cells.

By looking at plant veins,

researchers had the brilliant idea

of using the veins to replicate how blood moves through human tissue.

And here's how they actually made it work.

First, they took us spinach leaf

and modified it in the lab

to remove all its plant cells

so that the leaf appeared almost transparent.

leaving behind a framework made of cellulose.

After that, the frame was [beat] in human cells

so that human tissue was able to grow on it

and create a tiny heart.

Once the tiny heart was created,

scientists sent fluids and microbeads through the heart veins

to prove that the blood cells are capable of flowing through the spinach leaves system.

And by using spinach leaves,

the researchers were able to obtain enough tissue to start treating injuries.

And according to Joshua Gershlak,

a researcher at Worcester Polytechnic,

"We have this very thin flat piece of tissue

that already has a vascular network in there,

and so we should be able to potentially stack up multiple leaves

and create a piece of cardiac tissue.

With the tissue,

victims of things like heart attacks

would be given new layers of heart muscle

which is absolutely revolutionary.

For example, in the case of patients

who have had heart attacks in the past,

part of their heart no longer contracts.

So if these spinach leaves were able to be used as working hard tissue

than they can create new contractile muscles

that will replace the dead tissue in the heart.

Although this is already huge news,

this is just a first step of repairing the body

And according to study co-author Glenn Gaudette,

he says that spinach is one of many plans

that could possibly fix different tissues in the body.

For example, swapping out the cells

and [would] could possibly allow us to fix our bones.

This all sounds remarkable

and maybe in the future

we'll have a bunch of Grout walking around.

Next up, this news feeds is just incredible.

Some people, you know, practice an instruments for their entire lives

in order to become well-known or even recognizable musicians.

But this man, however, was just living a normal life, having a ordinary day

when suddenly, he was given insane piano playing skills.

By who? No one knows. By life it seems.

Derek Amato is a man from Denver, Colorado

who in October of 2006

dove into a shallow pool while at a friend's party

and hit his head really hard.

After he was sent to the hospital,

doctors felt that he had a permanent 35% loss of hearing

as well as memory loss.

But unlike others, who recovered and moved on with their lives

Amato was never the same again.

After he woke up from his accident,

Amato acquired something magnificent

the ability to play the piano like a musical prodigy.

When he looked at any piano keys,

he could see black and white squares

and he said that triggered his fingers to move.

He said: "When those black and white squares are going

that's what my hands do.

I'm convinced it's all for a reason and it's my job to do it right."

Amato is one of around 30 people in the world

who suffer from the same syndrome

called Acquired Savant syndrome.

This is when people show certain abilities

after they experience head trauma.

So far researchers have no idea why this happens

but it is possible that such a dormant potential actually lies

within all of us but doesn't know how to surface itself

unless the brain is triggered in some ways

such as a traumatic accidents.

And Amato story is really incredible

because he was homeless in 2002

after losing everything on a business investment.

As a result,

he slept in his car at rest stops for three months

while looking for a job.

Although he was able to find a postal office job

after months of living without a home,

his accident, although painful, really saved him from his financial burden.

After his concussion,

Amato was able to embark on a lifelong music career

and can now play eight instruments.

In fact, he's already on the road to recording his second album.

Amato did actually know how to play the guitar before the accident

but his skills were probably subpar at best.

Because he rated himself a two point five out of ten

in terms of guitar skill level.

He's never had a single music lesson in his life either

So now I'm wondering

if I actually just go and jump into a shallow pool somewhere.

But guys, these kind of phenomena are extremely mysterious and remarkable

because we talked a lot on this channel about people

who wake up from comas or accidents

and be able to speak an entirely different language

that they never spoke before.

And I know I said this in previous videos

and I'll mention again here are my two theories

on why this phenomenon happens.

The first is that the human brain is so mysterious

and it's so incredible that

everything we see or we encounter in life

although we don't actively remember it, our brain soaks it up.

So maybe every language we've ever heard

everything we've read

every single concerts we went to,

we soak everything up and don't forget a thing.

And then one day something happens

and it triggers something in the brain

that allows something that used to be hidden to come onto the surface.

This might also explain

why people remember things so much better under hypnosis, even past lives.

So speaking of past lives,

my other theory is that

if you believe in past lives

then it's not like we've only lived in one country

or one particular ethnic group,

we would have lived all around the world,

spoken different languages,

have had a different skill set.

So maybe again something happen

we go into coma we have an accident, we knock our heads

and that allows us to access memories from a past life.

So maybe Amato previously was Beethoven, who knows.

Anyway those are my two theories

but let me know in the comments below.

I could feel their love and sweetness.

Kyungmin's always such a jokester with us

but he sang the song so earnestly to his wife,

and I could really feel it.

but no matter how focused I am,

I wouldn't be able to beat that.

Seeing a husband and wife like that

hearing them sing and play music was really moving.

Minimalism it exist not only in wardrobe

but also in interiors, art

design, architecture, sculptures, graphic design

music and of course this style has its own characteristics and peculiarities

minimalism is famous for it's simple and cleaned shapes

when we talk about interiors, we talk about wide and bright spaces

with small insert of natural wood

metal, glass with minimal colour accent

with a minimum decor

If we talk about clothing

they are neutral clour with very small details

and very simple cut.

Minimalism is not new

let's remember Japanese minimalism as philosophy of life

and right japanese architecture

and design influenced the birth of

minimalism in europe in 20th-century

One of the first minimalist is

a German architect Ludwig Mies van der Rohe

and his famous phrase "Less is more"

I remind you his glass house

Or his furnitures collection "Barcellona"

that still today is very popoular

look how beautiful, simple essential and stylish is

Also Instagram changed for example the icon

and now is more essential and simple

and here minimalism in graphic design.

When we talk about wardrobe

Coco Chanel has influenced 20th-century fashion

and simplified textures and silouette

her famous phrase was "Simplicity is the keynote of all true elegance"

Little black dress is an example of minimalism

and why is still popoular in its many variants?

Because is comfortable, simple, functional

and always looks beautiful and stylish

or in the nineties, Calvin Klein

with his essential and clean shapes

and if we talk about 20th-century

again minimalism entered as trend in fashion

and still actual today

Minimalism will be always a trend

because it underline women personality

with a simple dress backgound you cannot hide nothing

no flowers , bright colours or decorations

and immediately you can the most important thing, the person, the woman, her aspect.

Do not forget that personal style is an individual choice

and of course minimalism cannot fit to everyone

and is normal !

Because we are all different

Minimalism is not only in wardrobe but

is a life style

and you need time to understand it and

get to this simplicity

I like minimalist ideas and let's say that I'm more for

a chic minimalism

where the base is simple but with interesting and chic detail and accessories

I like the idea to have

things that I really use

because in my opinion we we buy more than we really need

Have you ever thought of how many things we need to live and look good.

Interior and Style

Of course the interior of your house

is part of your life style

and I'm a big

decor and design interior fanatic

To decorate interior I have the same rules as for wardrobe

so the base is simple

but with interesting details

maybe design lamps or chair

or other interesting accessories

Let me show you two of my favorite lamps

This lamp is a Dutch brand "droog design"

and you know that I love white shirt

so a shirt with light on

is very harmonious in my interior

it looks not ordinary

interesting like as an art object

and again , another not ordinary lamp

a french brand, "Petite friture"

named "Vertigo",

It seems he is turning

140 cm diameter and with a very light structure

very elegant and an effect form

I already told you that

organization is not only in the wardrobe

but in the whole life, so in my opinion

is very important keep house in order

and try to create a comfortable atmosphere

For example, fresh flowers

as decoration

or for dinner , I always set the table

and as minimum I use under dish and towels, cutlery and crystal glasses

Why not ? When we have to use crystal glasses if not in all day life ?

I love candles very much

the most in the evening because of beautiful and romantic atmosphere

If we have a celebration

I love set the table

I use white tablecloth with more decorations

Style tips

Every taste you have, the best style the one without effort

remember that

clothing, wardrobe, aspect

it's very important and we need it but anyway in second place
