Death toll from earthquake in Iran-Iraq rises to more than 300 - Duration: 1:38.

Over in the middle east.

A deadly quake struck the border region between Iran and Iraq on Sunday.

Officials say the disaster took more than 300 lives, but the death toll continues to

rise.

Cho Sung min has the latest.

Iran's state-run new agency IRNA said Monday that at least 328 people were killed and more

than 39-hundred were injured when a powerful earthquake struck near the borders of Iran

and Iraq on Sunday local time.

The agency reported that a majority of the victims came from Sarpol-e-Zahab, a town located

in Iran's western Kermanshah province.

The Iranian army has set up temporary stations for medical services... as the only hospital

in the town was heavily damaged.

The Iranian Health Department is asking citizens to donate blood for the injured.

According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the magnitude 7-point-3 quake was centered 31

kilometers outside the Iraqi city of Halabja.

The tremors were felt as far away as the Mediterranean coast... and as far down south as Baghdad.

Rescue operations are underway in several regions to reach the many survivors still

trapped under the rubble, but those efforts are being hindered by landslides.

Iranian state TV reported at least 14 provinces, or about half of them, have been affected

by them.

Meanwhile, in Iraq,... the worst damage was reported in the town of Darbandikhan, where

at least seven people were killed and more than 30 were injured.

Turkey sent emergency personnel to northern Iraq using a cargo plane and dozens of trucks

packed with emergency supplies.

Jim Rohn - It Will Change Everything (ft. Tony Robbins) - Duration: 15:23.

Tony Robbins► one of my mentors men named Jim Rohn said Tony all you have to focus on your

life is find a way to add more value than anybody else does and you'll never

have to worry about anything be the person that does more for others and

life will just be any one thing you want out of it really is what it is so he

also said the way to do that is every day work hard on yourself anything else

because if you become more intelligent more valuable more skilled you can add

more value to other people Jim Rohn► how come how come I got a telephone call

worth millions I had become valuable I'm a farm boy

from Idaho I was raised in obscurity one year of college and I thought I was

thoroughly educated made all kinds of mistakes galore at age 25 the creditors

are calling me saying hey you told us to check this in the mail I got pennies in

my pocket I got nothing in the bank I'm behind on my promises how come I get a

telephone call five years ago on his worth millions I changed I changed I

turned my life around

now let me give you the secret if you will change everything will change for

you you don't have to change what's outside

well you've got to change is what's inside to have more you simply have to

become more and then he said don't wish it was easier wish you were better don't

wish for less problems wish for more skills start working on yourself making

these personal changes and he said it'll all change for you

Tony robbins► this is life and Enterprise management and so as a result we want to make sure

we work on both we want to create a system that allows you to succeed in

both areas life and your enterprise by the way which one would you say is more

valuable is an evaluation of what your real gifts are that are going to fulfill

you because many of you are living a script around your life that involves

having an enterprise one really that may not be your true nature that's not to

say you can't do it it just means you can do it you'll be

stressed out of your life stressed out of your mind and so one of the things we

want to find out is how much of that is natural as a problem come up to that it

may be unnatural unnatural meaning you're creating having problems right

now that you shouldn't be having at this stage of development the most important

element is for you to be able to do this to be able to establish most importantly

where you really are in your life today where are you and where do you really

want to go what's gonna create this extraordinary life because some of you

right now if you continue the direction you're going are gonna be successful and

unfulfilled unhappy and stressed because once we get you know into a dream then

that dream starts to take on a life of its own it gives us juice it gives us

energy but how many forgot the dream achieved your goal and then thought is

this all there is how many thought this experience they I

that's more painful than not even achieving it because now you've done

everything you've worked through that and you're successful and you're not

happy so for some of you you're gonna need to take a look at that Michael

Gerber the guy that wrote the e-myth you know talks about why so many businesses

young businesses fail and women these things he says as most people are not

really entrepreneurs but they think that's what they should be they think

that's the sexy thing that's the most attractive thing that's the best answer

and what I say to you is you've got to separate the vehicle from the outcome

what is it that's gonna truly fulfill you what is it that's gonna give you

that extraordinary life what's gonna make things magnificent on your terms

not somebody else's terms not your father your mother your background

what is that really separate the vehicles there's many ways to get to

that vehicle but I'm saying sometimes you got to reevaluate what's gonna

really make you fulfill what is your gift are you an artist are you the

talent can produce something no one else produces as a skill or a product or a

service or some impact are you incredibly good at management you really

know how to manage or lead people are you an extraordinary entrepreneur that

has can take that gigantic gut load of risk and can create the vision and

attract the talent that you need and the managers and leaders you may have all

three abilities but which one really fulfills you the most is going to be the

critical question because we tend to want to do them all especially a room

like this because you're all overachievers right me too

and you say well I can do all these yes you can but what will it do to your

quality of life see again the secrets going to be this what is an

extraordinary life on your terms today Jim rohn► now how come how come I got a telephone

call worth millions I had become valuable now I'm a farm boy

from Idaho I was raised in obscurity one year of college and I thought I was

thoroughly educated made all kinds of mistakes galore at age 25 the creditors

are calling me saying hey you've told us the check was in the mail I got pennies

in my pocket I got nothing in the bank I'm behind on my promises how come I get

a telephone call five years ago and it's worth millions I changed I changed I

turned my life around is it possible to become worth millions

speaking economically now there's a lot of values to become but let's just talk

economics is it possible to become that valuable the answer is of course of

course now let me give you the secret show said here's a secret mr. own learn

to work harder on yourself than you do on your job once I got that it turned my

life around learn to work harder on yourself than you do on your job

he said if you work hard on your job you'll make a living if you work hard on

yourself you can make a fortune if you would have known me at age 25 you would

have said Jim Roland's a hard worker if you'd have known me you just said that

I'm the guy I don't mind coming a little bit early stay a little bit late I don't

mind that you'd have said what Jim Rohn is a hard worker you say well how come

he's got pennies in his pocket and nothing in the bank and behind on his

promises well I was a hard worker but I was working hard on my job not on my

cell I'm telling you if you'll learn that simple little principle and start

the process today a latest tomorrow I'll give you tonight to think it over and

start this whole process of personal development work on yourself make

yourself more valuable to the marketplace I'm telling you you can so

dynamically change your income and economics is the least of the values

that you can start earning in terms of equity if you'll start working harder on

yourself than you do on your job work hard on yourself and develop the skills

or a card on yourself and develop the graces

all of this stuff necessary to become more valuable to the marketplace I'm

telling you your whole life can explode into change promotions no problem

becoming more valuable to the company I've shown you no problem money no

problem economics no problem future no problem

you just go to work on the right thing not get things out there to change don't

try to change the sea don't change the soil don't change the sunshine don't

change the rain don't change the mix of seasons let the miracle of everything

that's available work for you and start working on the inside work on your

philosophy work on your attitude work on your personality work on your language

work on the gift of communication work on all of your abilities and if you'll

start making those personal changes I'm telling you everything will change for

you so let's talk a little bit about personal development that extraordinary

adventure I undertook starting at age 25 and I've never ceased that adventure

I'm still going for it in the 90s I want to get better and better

I want my craft to get better my business operations to get better the

things I do to get better because once I've the simple formula I'm telling you

it's easy to figure out where the problem is if you go to work on it now

let's talk about personal development and in helping kids understand personal

development I always start with money now money's not the only place to start

money certainly isn't the only value but we've all got to start somewhere and

money something you can count all right kids are interested in money okay a lot

of things are a little tougher to measure but economics is pretty easy

right because you can count okay somebody says how are you doing so I

don't know let's count now this is not the only

count I understand that there's a lot of other things to count but to see if

there may be some errors in your judgment and lack of disciplines in your

life we might as well start with money because it's so easy to count so let's

just start there and see whether or not maybe we have messed up okay so here's

how I explain it to kids we get paid for bringing value to the marketplace key to

understanding economics we get paid for bringing value to the marketplace

marketplace is also described as reality

reality the marketplace now it takes time it takes time to bring value to the

marketplace but we don't get paid for time it's very important for kids to

understand as well as adults we don't get paid for time mistakenly the man

says well I'm making about $20 for an hour not true not true if that was true

you could just stay home have them send your money no it's not true you don't

get paid for the hour you get paid for the value you put in the time so we

don't get paid for time we get paid for value now since that's true here's one

of the key questions of the f noon is it possible to become twice as

valuable and make twice as much money in the same time is it possible to become

three times as valuable as you now are and make three times as much money in

the same time is that possible of course if you want to really

emphasize something that's a good phrase story of course of course

okay now all you have to do to earn more money in the same time as simply become

more valuable America is unique it's a ladder to climb it starts down here what

about $4 an hour big argument last year in Congress about the starting place

should be five should be five should be five well no it doesn't need to be five

why not start with four it's a ladder right there's not a bed this is a ladder

ladder decline starts at $4 now something says well should be five

should be five well maybe if you're gonna stay at the bottom for the rest of

your life and probably should be fine

but that's kind of a pitiful way to live start not grow start not change start

and not become more valuable hey the whole scenario of life is to start

number one in what become more valuable number two so America is a ladder to

climb starts at $4 an hour and the more valuable you become you just keep moving

up the ladder top income last year what 52 million guy that runs Disney what a

company pay somebody for one years work fifty two million dollars and the answer

is of course this is one of those of course the places of course if you help

a company make a billion dollars would they pay you fifty two million the

answer is of course it's chicken feed it's not much money now why that much

money because he has become so valuable now why would we pay somebody only four

dollars an hour they're not very valuable to the marketplace now we got

to make that distinction to the marketplace might be a valuable brother

am a valuable member of the community valuable member of the church valuable

member in the sight of God to the human family of course those kind of values

but to the marketplace which is called hood reality reality is if you're not

very valuable you don't get much money

those are called the facts

I mean that's how that is well then how do you get more money

simple answer somebody says we'll all go on strike for more well here's a major

problem with that here's a major problem with that you can't get rich by demand

Sami says well I'm waiting for a raise I'm telling you it's easier to climb

then to wait for a raise why not just become more valuable rather than wait

I'm telling you that's the key to all good things becoming more valuable why

would we pay somebody $400 an hour they've become more valuable to the

marketplace see how this works I'm gonna this stuff is so easy this is America

there's a ladder how far is it from four to five I'm Kenya's not far four to five

dollars an hour if you work for McDonald's haul out the trash they'll

pay you five dollars an hour if you whistle while you haul out the trash

they'll pay you five dollars an hour I'm telling you you'll get an extra dollar

just for a good attitude yeah McDonald's wear the hat five dollars and then you

just keep becoming more valuable more valuable more valuable I got a telephone

call five years ago company said we're ready to expand

internationally we need some help I was sort of semi-retired right looking for

the next exotic Beach they said no no mr. Owen we got a

project for you right the new expand internationally we could use your help

next little while we'll add some millions to your fortune make it worth

your while I said okay I thought later isn't that

interesting that they called me my second thought

was of course they call me who else would they call I mean you know I can

get the job done

Home Invasion Episode 2 | Swara Bhaskar - Duration: 6:21.

Mmmmm...

*singing*

I feel like I am never leaving!

Okay, let's go!

Hello, you guys!

This is Priyam from Team MissMalini

and I am standing outside one of my favouritest Bollywood people's houses.

This is Swara Bhaskar's house.

I am, of course, launching a full blown home invasion on her

But before we enter, can we take a moment to appreciate this art outside her house?

Please, guys. Have a look!

Are you guys ready to go in?

Let's go!

Hi!

Hi!

What's up?

Hello!

You are very underdressed for your house, I have to say.

I wasn't expecting any guests today.

This is how a heroine lives.

Yep, "I woke up like this"?

This is Swara Bhaskar's house, which I am loving the vibe of.

Thank you, I also like it.

Okay sit. Can I offer you something?

Tea, coffee at Swara's house?

I am game, I am game, let's do it.

Here is your black tea...

... make yourself at home!

I mean, I have already.

This is too comfortable, this couch!

Isn't it?

Pepperfry ya!

Okay, tea is here! Why not? Thank you!

Please check out my coffee table.

This is how I use it.

Also Pepperfry.

Going broke... only shopping on Pepperfry.

That's a good addiction to have.

Okay Swara, I have to know, what are these vintage frames? Pick one! Tell me about that one.

Okay so basically this one is one of my favourites.

It is the Kathaks.

This is basically the history of how Kathak dancing evolved.

So when I saw it I was like it's a moment of history.

You gots to have it!

My vintage... Phagun!

This film had that song - *sings*

So what happened was I was a literature student.

When I moved to Bombay, all the books that I should've read, when I was studying, but didn't read, I brought them all.

I have a book buying obsession because I have intellectual anxiety.

I keep thinking I have become stupid after becoming a heroine.

That my grey matter has reduced since I started wearing heels.

So I keep buying books obsessively.

Very nice! This is your life's saving!

If you had to pick one favourite book?

Firstly, I think everyone in the world should read Pash.

He is my absolute favourite poet.

This writer called José Saramago.

This is Gospel According To Jesus Christ. If you ever have time, read it also.

I have a book for you!

I just want to, on camera, officially gift this to Priyam.

I feel she needs to read this.

Thank you, Swara. Social media is not bullshit, but okay fine. Just because you are famous!

Read it, you might get a different perspective.

Have you read it?

Ya. Half...

Okay then... let's go!

I read it and then opened my Instagram account.

Moving on...

More frames! These are so pretty ya!

Okay, so this is a very special wall

because this is my grandmother, who I just lost a couple of months ago.

So these are some happy pictures of her.

Come along...

Nil Battey Sannata! You have to get one Anarkali poster.

This is Nil Battey Sannata. I stole this poster from a screening.

As you can see, I couldn't steal Anarkali's.

I am hoping that soon that changes

Or maybe I can give you one.

Ya. Would love that.

Swara, I think one of my favourite things about your house is...

It's very pretty... but mirrors outside, mirrors inside.

Love it!

Actor!

Not vain at all! Not narcissistic, self absorbed at all!

Check yourself out at any time! That is my thing.

Tell me about this shelf of modesty.

I am an award-winning actor, na.

Are you feeling good about yourself right now?

I love it. These are all my frames from Benaras.

This is my colorful cupboard. Also from Pepperfry.

Should we see your bedroom now?

I am very honoured.

Please come in.

Welcome to my bedroom!

Yay!

I am quite excited.

Please meet Atom, the cat.

Hello, Atom. Nice to meet you.

Atom is the king of this bed.

I think also of the house.

House and bed, both.

Umm. More mirrors, Swara?

What is this?

Wake up in the morning and hey!

Is my hair okay?

How many more frames?

Listen, all the frames have a personal story behind them.

This is my father. A nice memory of my daddy.

And that's my parents when they got married.

That's my brother and me.

That is my "Arangetram"

I am trained as a Bharat Natyam dancer so it's your first public performance.

Atom, what you doing, mama? Say hi to Priyam!

Say hello to Priyam! Say hello Priyam!

Because I like my house so much now, I feel like I am never leaving.

Stop it!

So that is the official tour of my house.

But thank you so much for being so cool

and for letting me do all sorts of fun things in your house.

and showing me around and for that

I have a present for you.

Are you ready?

I love gifts

I have this slightly heavy token of happiness from Pepperfry.

And now that this is done guys

as promised

I feel like I am settling in

This is really comfortable ya, Swara.

Atom, come scratch Priyam!

Yaar, why yaar?

Zobaczmy teraz scenariusz biznesowy.

Aby to zrobić, wybieramy odpowiedni serwer, firmową bazę danych, a następnie wpisujemy swoją nazwę użytkownika i hasło.

Aby łatwo rozróżnić rodzaje, raporty Excel, mają ikonkę Excel obok nazwy raportu, a diament symbolizuje Crystal Reports.

W swoim widoku, Jason doda teraz dwie pozycje do ulubionych: raport szans sprzedaży i roczną analizę sprzedaży według raportu kwartalnego.

W naszym przykładzie będzie to roczna analiza sprzedaży w ujęciu kwartalnym.

Jeśli przejdziemy z powrotem do pozycji "Wszystkie raporty" możemy zauważyć małą, czerwoną ikonkę obok rocznego raportu analizy sprzedaży.

Aby to zrobić, wróćmy do naszych wszystkich raportów.

Możemy zaplanować raport co tydzień, rozpocząć go o określonej godzinie i jeśli chcemy ustawić czas zakończenia. U nas niech będzie to koniec roku.

Wybieramy Billa i Donne.

Jeśli chcemy, wpisujemy temat i wszelkie komentarze związane z raportem.

Dlatego też użytkownicy potrzebują pełnej autoryzacji do uruchamiania różnych raportów w Crystal Reports np. rocznej analizy sprzedaży według raportu kwartalnego.
