Fusion GPS Colluded With Russian Government To Murder Anti-Corruption Banker - TODAY NEWS - Duration: 3:52.

Fusion GPS, the shady law firm behind the discredited 'Trump dossier', colluded

with the Russian government in an attempt to murder an anti-corruption banker.

According to a report by the Daily Caller, Fusion GPS and its founder Glenn Simpson attempted

to "imprison or murder" banker Bill Browder – the London-based banker who spearheaded

the Magnitsky Act, a sanctions law opposed by the Russian government.

Browder made the allegation in response to the recent revelation that Fusion GPS and

its founder Glenn Simpson compiled what he says is false information about him that was

given to Yuri Chaika, Russia's prosecutor general, and to Donald Trump Jr. during the

infamous June 2016 Trump Tower meeting.

"If it is true that Glenn Simpson was supplying information about me to the Russian government,

it's far more serious than smear campaigning or Foreign Agents Registration Act violations,"

said Browder, the head of Hermitage Capital.

"It would mean that Simpson was assisting the Putin regime in their plot to get me back

to Russia to have me imprisoned and killed."

It was previously known that the Washington, D.C-based Fusion GPS's investigation of

Browder was beneficial to the Russian government and its effort to reverse the Magnitsky Act.

But it was revealed only last week that information Fusion collected on Browder was shared directly

with Chaika, whose position is the Russian equivalent of the U.S. attorney general.

Thegatewaypundit.com reports: As The Gateway Pundit reported, Fox News revealed Veselnitskaya

met with Glenn Simpson mere hours before she and three Russians sauntered over to Trump

Tower to meet with Don Jr. and few others from Trump's campaign.

She then met with Simpson AGAIN after she left Trump Tower.

But hours before the Trump Tower meeting on June 9, 2016, Fusion co-founder and ex-Wall

Street Journal reporter Glenn Simpson was with Veselnitskaya in a Manhattan federal

courtroom, a confidential source told Fox News.

Court records reviewed by Fox News, email correspondence and published reports corroborate

the pair's presence together.

The source told Fox News they also were together after the Trump Tower meeting.

Reuters reported that the memo Veselnitskaya presented to Don Jr at Trump Tower was PREPARED

BY FUSION GPS….yes the same firm that Hillary's camp paid millions of dollars to for the garbage

Russia dossier.

The sources told Reuters that the negative information that Russian lawyer Natalia Veselnitskaya

wanted to give to Republican Trump's campaign at a June 2016 meeting in New York had been

dug up by Fusion GPS in an unrelated investigation…In an interview with Bloomberg on Monday, Veselnitskaya

said she went to the Trump Tower meeting with Donald Trump Jr., his brother-in-law Jared

Kushner, and top campaign adviser Paul Manafort to show them proof of tax evasion by major

Democratic donors…The memo had been prepared by Fusion.

The news comes amid reports Glenn Simpson, co-founder of Fusion GPS, the firm behind

the Russia dossier is going to voluntarily speak to the House Intel Committee in a closed-door

meeting next Tuesday per his lawyer.

"Reps. Conaway & Schiff announce an agreement w/Fusion GPS co-founder Glenn Simpson to return

next Tuesday and answer questions from the House Intel Cmte behind closed doors in the

ongoing Russia investigation.

Subpoena for Simpson will be withdrawn once he appears," tweeted Fox News reporter Jason

Donner.

ADD YOUR SONGS INTO A DS GAME! - Duration: 23:56.

Good day to everyone!

Today we are gonna learn the task of making

custom music tracks for the Nintendo DS.

Please note, that we are not modifying

the instruments of a music track as well,

since that would take more time

and although it would make a song

fully customizable, it's harder to do so.

As such, we will be talking about SSEQ formats.

Very common in DS games,

this format makes use of the instruments

(that are in SWAR format)

to play a multitrack song.

They are pretty easy to extract thanks to

technology nowadays,so....

Before we begin, the toolset we will use

for this process are:

VGMTrans, for the extraction

of the .sseq file of your choice

FL Studio, Trial or Pro.

I recommend the Pro to simplify the tutorial,

but, what you'll want is what you'll get.

For track modifications, Anvil Studios is the

way for make the track sync and loop properly

in game.

Mid2SSEQ for reconversion to the original format,

Tiinke for inserting the song back into its place,

And an emulator, or what I personally prefer,

a flashcard of choice in order to test the results.

Mixracft 7 can also be used instead of FL Studio.

Details will be described later.

After all of them will be installed,

We will begin the first step.

Now, fire up VGMTrans

Now, search for your DS game,

and put it on VGMTrans.

If it uses SSEQ, the song will appear on the software.

If you see the song you need (for example...)

(personally, I'll pick this one)

Make sure you play it first to get an idea

of how it will sound.

Then, right-click, and select

¨Save as MIDI and DLS¨

Then, save to the folder that you want to...and click ¨Okay¨

Then, search for the extracted files,

as we will move on to the next step.

By now you're (probably) wondering:

¨Why did I extracted those 2 items?¨

(You can skip this to 4:04) For the beginners, here's why:

A MIDI file is a set of sequenced sounds that can be played as a song.

A DLS file contains .wav (or other) samples that are used in conjunction

with MIDI files to play the songs with instruments that MIDI with an accuracy

that MIDIs by themselves cannot generate.

Now, back to the tutorial.

Open FL Studio

For the start, there are 2 important things to acknowledge.

In the Trial version, the song cannot be saved

However, you can still save it as a MIDI,

so nothing will be wasted.

Click on File>Open

And search for the MIDI file.

Once you've done that, press Accept

Now, search for this screen in particular: Fruity LSD.

And click on the folder icon.

Now, search for the DLS file.

And ta-dah!

Now, all the instruments have been arranged properly, and the song will sound just like in-game.

Now, you can edit the song to your heart's content: the Piano Roll, the sliders, etc...

Now, once all has been said and done, and you're happy with your choices,

click File>Export>MIDI File,

and save where you want

Now for your closing market figures.

Wall Street ticked up slightly on Monday,... with gains on all three of the major indices.

Dampening what could have been a better performance,.. was General Electric,... that cut its quarterly

dividend and profit outlook in half.

The move sent its share price tumbling seven percent-- dragging down the Dow.

Looking at the figures,... the Dow edged up less than zero-point-1 percent to 23,439-point-7,...

while the S&P 500 also added zero-point-1 percent to 2,584-point-8-4.

The Nasdaq also went up one-tenth of a percent at 6,757-point-6.

And here in Korea,... shares finished lower on Monday as investors played it safe-- locking

in recent gains,... while eyeing a delay in corporate tax cuts in the U.S.

The benchmark KOSPI lost half-a-percent to finish at 2,530-point-3-5.

The tech-heavy KOSDAQ spiked two-point-8-6 percent to finish at 741-point-3-8,... a 27-month

high.

And the local currency fell against the greenback.

In this series, we're exploring Disney fashion from around the world.

Next stop, Melbourne.

I just love Melbourne.

It's one of the most cosmopolitan cities in the whole world

with its amazing coffee...

...incredible food

...and you can find really cool art pretty much anywhere.

Then of course, there's the fashion

and this is where Melbourne really shines.

Some of the best shopping in Australia

is here on famous Chapel Street.

A four-kilometer stretch of international fashion houses,

homegrown local designers, beauty specialists,

and of course, more yummy food than you could possibly try.

You can spend a whole day here and barely touch the surface.

The locals wear fashion-forward looks all year round,

and their style is about celebrating their individuality.

As long as you're comfortable within yourself, anything goes.

And yes, that even means adding a little Disney magic to their day-to-day looks.

Chapel Street isn't the only place to shop.

Melbourne is also home to Chadstone,

which just so happens to be the biggest shopping center

in the southern hemisphere.

One of these specialty stores is Peter Alexander,

named after the man himself.

Melbourne-based designer, Peter Alexander,

creates fun and fashionable sleepwear,

daywear, and gift wear.

Peter also creates a Disney spin on some of his collections.

Hey, Peter.

So, I'm so excited to be in your store today.

So what got you into fashion designing?

Look, I never thought I would get into fashion designing.

I've actually never studied fashion and I don't know how to sew.

Really?

Yeah, which is really weird,

Like, my mother still has to sew my buttons on my shirt.

But what I'm very good at is,

I've got a great creative eye, I've got great ideas,

and I surround myself with very talented people

who can sew.

So why sleepwear?

It's a great fashion, sort of, department

To be in, because it's all about fun.

It's about your inner child, it's about emotion,

it's about comfort.

It's all sort of similar to Disney

in the sense that you can bring out your inner child

and just enjoy yourself.

And so you have another Disney collection.

Can you tell us about that?

It's The Lion King and I have a couple favorite pieces here.

I love mixing fashion with Disney.

So this is-- Disney's almost hidden in the print

and I like the subtleties of that,

that it isn't just, you know, the normal pajamas you see.

And it's got a really cute shape and some nice tassels,

so I love that.

And then this is my favorite,

but just because it's comfy and a big sleep tee.

Aww.

Peter Alexander isn't the only fashion designer

to incorporate Disney style into their collection,

which is why I'm jumping on a plane to South Australia.

Adelaide, South Australia's coastal capital city,

known for its long beach fronts, world-class art and music,

and stunning flora.

I'm here at Rundle Mall.

This wide street is Australia's first pedestrianized mall.

It was designed to attract shoppers and is now home

to the freshest fashion, beauty, lifestyle and food.

Adelaide also has a yearly festival calendar

to rival that of any other Australian city,

and right now is the Adelaide Fashion Festival,

so I'm going to go and get red carpet ready and check it out.

The Adelaide Fashion Festival

showcases established and up and coming designers.

Over five days, they present the best fashion and accessories,

alongside inspired makeup styling and culture.

This year they're taking it to the next level

by featuring a couture range, inspired by Disney princesses.

Created by young Australian of The Year Paul Vasileff.

His fashion label, Paolo Sebastian,

is being worn on red carpets around the world.

I am so excited to see what he's come up with,

but luckily I don't have to wait

because the show is just about to start right now.

The show is finished now and it was absolutely amazing,

but I'm really excited because I actually get to go and catch up

with Paul now at his atelier,

and hear more about what inspired his collection.

Let's go.

So, guys, I'm here with Paul Vasileff, the founder of Paolo Sebastian.

I'm so excited to chat to you because the show is amazing.

Thank you so much for having me.

So this might be a bit of a difficult question,

but which is your favorite dress from the whole collection?

It's hard to pick

because each dress means a different part of a different film

and they're all so important to me.

But I would say probably the Once Upon a Dream dress,

which is just over here.

Oh, my gosh, it looks amazing.

Thank you.

So this was inspired by the Once Upon a Dream sequence

in Sleeping Beauty.

It's one of my favorite parts in the movie,

so I drew upon the color palettes

and the iconography, I guess, the little elements that were in that film.

So we've got the squirrels here, we've got the birds,

the owl, the rabbits,

and the berries as well because Briar Rose is picking berries.

With the gowns being inspired by Disney princesses,

some of them actually have lyrics on them,

so what was the thought process behind that?

Well, I think the songs in Disney are really so important

and they have such great and strong messages,

and positive messages behind them,

so I really wanted to translate them into embroideries.

So, like we have here,

Part of Your World from Little Mermaid.

And this embroidery actually tells the story

of The Little Mermaid.

So we've got Ariel here looking into the sunlight,

and we've got the lyrics across this band.

We've got the dinglehopper,

we've got the Pilot, Sebastian, Flounder.

We've got Ursula through here, the shipwreck.

And my final question for you is,

do you have any advice for any aspiring fashion designers out there?

Yeah, I mean, advice that I would give to anyone really is,

just stay true to yourself and believe in your dreams.

And I'm just so grateful to everyone at Disney.

It's honestly a dream come true.

North Korea soldier makes daring defection to South Korea across JSA - Duration: 2:10.

A rare scene of high drama at the inter-Korean border on Monday.

A North Korean soldier pierced through the world's most heavily guarded border to the

South in the unexpected way possible,... fleeing across the Joint Security Area at Panmunjeom,...

the only portion of the border where both forces stand face-to-face.

The soldier was shot by his fellow North Korean troops, but the South Korean military managed

to quickly evacuate him to hospital for treatment.

Kwon Jang-ho reports.

The Joint Security Area -- located on the border between the two Koreas

and the only place where soldiers from the two sides stand face-to-face.

And at three-thirty-one PM on Monday, a lone North Korean soldier ran from a guard post

on the northern side, and crossed over the Military Demarcation Line into South Korean

territory.

The soldier suffered from gunshot wounds to his shoulder and elbow from North Korean forces

while defecting.

Upon hearing the shots, South Korean soldiers raised the alarm, but the defector was not

discovered until 25 minutes later, collapsed on the ground, 50-meters from the border and

bleeding from his wounds.

(Korean) Our soldiers safely retrieved the defector,

and urgently evacuated him to hospital to treat his injuries.

He was airlifted by a United Nations Command helicopter to Ajou University Medical Center

in Suwon, just south of Seoul, where he underwent surgery.

The defector is thought to be in his twenties or thirties, and wore a uniform of low rank.

Defecting through the JSA is extremely rare, with only two previous instances in 1998 and

2007.

South Korean authorities have reassured that there was no altercation between South and

North Korean soldiers, but added that Seoul will remain alert to any possible provocations.

It's been almost two months since North Korea last carried out a ballistic missile test,

or any other provocation, and many have hoped that this signalled an easing of tensions

on the peninsula.

It's currently unclear what response Pyongyang will give to Monday's incident.

South Korea has less than 90 days to go until it hosts the world for the Olympic Winter

Games.

Giving their blessing for a peaceful celebration of sport,...

South Korea and the world have signed onto the so-called "Olympic Truce."

Lee Ji-won has more.

The UN General Assembly has adopted a resolution calling for the peaceful hosting of the 2018

PyeongChang Winter Olympics in South Korea.

Adopted by consensus on Monday, the resolution "Building a peaceful and better world through

sport and the Olympic Ideal" urges countries to "ensure the safe passage, access and participation

of athletes, officials and all other accredited persons taking part in the Olympic Winter

Games and Paralympic Winter Games".

(English) "We hope our journey, our joint action today

will lead to a chain reaction of peace within the region and beyond.

Together, we are more powerful than any one of us walking alone."

The "Olympic Truce", respected from seven days before the start of the Olympic Games

on February 9th, 2018,... and until seven days after the Paralympic Games end in mid-March,

also seeks to cease all conflicts during the sporting event.

It also urges countries to take the opportunity to foster and encourage concrete actions that

promote dialogue and reconciliation.

Though the Olympic Truce has been adopted every two years ahead of the summer and winter

Olympics since the early 1990s, this resolution comes at a significant time, given the heightened

tensions on the Korean Peninsula over North Korea's continued nuclear and missile provocations.

And with all 193 UN member states, including North Korea,... passing the resolution, the

2017 Olympic Truce is likely to serve as an opportunity for the organizing committee and

the South Korean government to ensure peace and safety during the Games.

The South Korean delegation, which includes Seoul's Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism,

Do Jong-hwan, and figure-skating gold medalist Kim Yuna, will join a number of promotional

activities in New York for the PyeongChang Winter Olympics through Tuesday.
