Junho-Pull out chilli stalks"It's going to be quite the today" [2Days & 1Night-Season 3/2017.11.05] - Duration: 1:09.
Ma'am, wait for me.
Wait for me.
(She busily heads off alone.)
Like I said, I'm busy every waking minute.
How about we go out into the town,
do some shopping
and eat at some of Gimje's most delicious restaurants?
- What do you say? / - Sure.
- Did you listen to what I just said? / - Sure.
We need to go that way.
My chilies are over there.
Are we going to work already?
(She wasn't listening after all.)
- Is this it? / - Yes.
- Whose field is it? / - Mine.
Are we working already?
But we just got here.
It will take over two hours to pull these out.
You don't have to do it all today, though.
It doesn't have to be done today.
Of course. Will you do it tomorrow, then?
(It's your job either way.)
Is that it?
(Joyous)
(It's going to be quite the day today.)

Defconn-Pull out the weeds "Depugonie?Defconn?Degofnn.. "[2Days & 1Night-Season 3/2017.11.05] - Duration: 4:02.
(It's going to be quite the day today.)
(Who's putting on these extravagant pants?)
(It's Defconn with the level-six task.)
(He puts on his big-sized boots.)
Ma'am!
Where are you?
- Do I look okay? / - Sure.
- I'm here. / - You really are huge.
I am.
Gosh. Is it always so hot here?
No, but it is around this time of year.
- So my job is to pull out the weeds. / - That's right.
Gather them with your hands.
All right.
Let's say these are weeds.
Take them in your hands
and cut them with a sickle.
- Grab and cut. / - I see.
How long do you normally do this?
From 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
(She normally works from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.)
6 p.m.
- 8 hours a day. / - I think it's 10.
- Is it 10 hours? / - Yes.
- Then 10 it is. / - Yes, 10.
You work 10 hours a day.
- Get in this way. / - Sure.
Make sure not to break the crops as you weave through.
- Of course not. / - That'd be bad.
You can watch as I make my way down.
- Aren't you coming? / - I'm not.
- I'm your supervisor today. / - I see.
- I'll start now. / - Sure.
- You can watch me. / - Go ahead.
- Look how I'm doing. / - Watch the crops.
Am I doing well?
(The supervisor has her hands behind her.)
- Am I doing all right? / - Get on with it.
- I'll get rid of them. / - Sure.
Do you get leeches around here?
We do.
(We do get leeches.)
You have boots on, so stop worrying.
- You over there. / - Yes?
Discard the weeds you cut
- at the end of the ditch. / - Sure thing.
Be careful.
You'll ruin all the crops if you fall down.
Right.
- You over there! / - Yes?
What's your name?
It's tricky. My name is Defconn.
What did you say?
(Depugonie?)
- Defconn. / - Defconn?
Yes, that's right.
- Degofnn. / - Right.
Your name must mean you're big as well.
Yes, exactly.
Are you still watching?
- Be careful out there. / - Sure.
I shouldn't ruin a single crop.
It's 10 cents for each ruined crop.
Sure thing.
Here it is.
(Standing awkwardly)
(Finally, he pulls out his first weed.)
Is this it?
- Is this it? / - Yes.
- Did I get it right? / - Yes.
Make some noise!
- Okay! / - Thank you.
These weeds are a menace.
Ma'am, is this always done manually?
- Can't machines do it? / - They can't.
- They'll cause too much damage. / - I see.
Do you see the weeds in front of you?
Grab them with your hand.
All right. I'll do just that.
Once they're gathered, cut it with your sickle.
- My sickle? / - Cut it across.
- Like this? / - That wasn't deep enough.
Reach further down.
- Further down? / - Yes, at least halfway.
I can't tell them apart.
(It's not easy to spot them.)
What about this?
- What about this? / - Good job.
I did a good job.
Ma'am, when do we eat?
(You haven't done any work yet.)
At noon. Noon!
Noon?
I should've cut them
before the crops started to grow. I'm late.
There aren't many hands to help either, right?
- No. / - There aren't.
I'll help you as much as I can today.
(The dark area is full of weeds.)
The weeds are tough.
(It's not easy since it's his first time.)
(But he does his best.)

8 Cleaning Mistakes You Might Be Making - Duration: 8:32.
Cleaning mistakes.
Are you making cleaning mistakes?
You might be.
Whether you're a professional house cleaner or whether you're a do-it-yourselfer,
sometimes we all make cleaning mistakes.
But if you know what they are, maybe you won't make them.
We're going to talk about that today.
Hi there, I'm Angela Brown, and this is Ask A House Cleaner.
This is a show where you get to ask a house cleaning question
and I get to help you find an answer.
Now today's show is brought to us by housecleaning360.com
That is a 360 view of the perfect home.
If you need a service provider to come over to your house and fix something that's broken,
or clean something, or help you maybe chop firewood for this winter so you don't freeze,
that's where you go: housecleaning360.com.
Now today's question comes from a homeowner.
She's afraid she might be making some cleaning mistakes.
She has a family, the family's not real involved in the household chores, and when she does
the chores, she says, "I've never been trained professionally.
I have no idea what it is I'm supposed to be doing when I clean my house.
Maybe I'm making some cleaning mistakes.
Do you have any tips?"
Yeah, I do.
I have a couple of tips.
Here are a couple cleaning mistakes that people make.
Number one is not getting your family involved.
The family should be involved in all the chores because if you let the chores pile up and
build up, it becomes overwhelming for one person to try to do.
Cleaning mistake number one is not getting the family involved.
The family should be involved.
Everybody should learn how to make their beds and clean up after themselves and pick up
their clothes and pick up their toys, pick up their shoes, wipe down the counter after
they've brushed their teeth and combed their hair and used the shaving gel.
Everybody should learn how to take their dishes to the kitchen sink, and maybe rinse them
off and put them in the dish drainer, or put them in the dishwasher.
Not getting the family involved is cleaning mistake number one.
Number two for cleaning mistakes is letting chores build up.
Now we just mentioned that but what happens when you take your dishes to the kitchen sink
and you just set them inside the sink, what happens is the food evaporates...
The food does not evaporate; the water evaporates from the food and the food sticks to the dishes.
Now instead of just rinsing off, which would have really easy at the moment, it becomes
very difficult and you got to grab a sponge, and you got to put soap on it,
and you use a lot more soap and a lot more water
and a lot more elbow grease to try to get that dish clean
after it has all that dried food on it.
If you'll just rinse it off as you go, boom, it's done.
That's easy.
Don't let chores pile up is cleaning mistake number two.
Number three, it's cleaning too hard.
What?
Who cleans too hard?
It's really amazing because people want to do right by their families.
They like to have clean, sanitary environments, so people will clean a cupboard, for example,
and they just keep cleaning it,
and they just keep cleaning it,
and they just keep cleaning it.
When it's clean, it's clean.
A cleaning mistake you might be making is you are over cleaning.
Or you vacuum the floor
and now the floor is vacuumed, and you just keep vacuuming and vacuuming and vacuuming.
When you're done, you're done.
There's only so much you can do.
It's like water boiling.
When you boil water for a longer period of time, it doesn't boil the water any more.
The temperature has already risen.
There's already steam.
It's already bubbling.
That's it.
You don't need to keep boiling it.
It doesn't boil the water any more.
It's the same with cleaning.
You don't keep cleaning something that's already clean.
That's cleaning mistake number three.
Number four is cleaning too hard, like scrubbing stains out of carpets.
You see a stain, maybe it's coffee, maybe it's red wine, and you have a tendency you
want to scrub it out.
The more you scrub, the more it will get clean, right?
No, not at all.
What happens is you ruin the fibers in the carpet by scrubbing too hard.
The very first thing you want to do if you have a stain inside your carpet, for example,
is you want to get a white towel or maybe a white paper towel, and you want to blot,
just blot.
You can use your knuckles as pressure to blot to get the dampness out.
Because along with that is going to come some of the color.
You want to avoid paper towels that have prints on them, because if you blot that into a wet
stain, the dye from the paper towels will bleed into your carpet, and now it's worse
than just the stain because now you have a multicolored stain in your carpet.
You want to use either a white rag or a white paper towel to blot the stains out.
Once it's blotted out to the point where it's almost to dry, then you can go ahead and treat
it with some kind of a carpet stain remover.
Depending on what is inside the carpet will determine what kind of stain remover you use.
I have one that is absolutely my favorite.
I will leave links to it in the show notes so that you can see which one I use.
I totally swear by it.
I will recommend that you blot, not scrub.
That is a cleaning mistake that you can't get away from.
Another cleaning mistake that people make is next to the toilet.
The toilet has lots of germs already.
A cleaning mistake people make is when they clean the toilets, they do not clean around
the edge and the bowl of the toilet.
If you have gentlemen in the house that stand up when they use the facilities, sometimes
there's stuff back there behind the toilet that gets missed.
A cleaning mistake is that we clean the toilet and we clean the bowl of the toilet and we
clean the inside of the toilet, and we don't clean the floor around the toilet.
That's another cleaning mistake.
Speaking of the toilet, next to the toilet a lot of times there will be things.
It might be a basket of things, of books, of personal items.
It might be wipes.
It might be feminine hygiene products or whatever.
There are all these weird little items that people keep next to and around their toilet.
When you turn the fan on overhead for the shower, a lot of times it will collect dust
and the dust will fall on those things, and then those things pick up over spray
from splashing from the toilet.
Then it gets stuck on those things and those things are not clean either.
That's another cleaning mistake, is skipping the cleaning of the items around the toilet,
the floor and the items around the toilet.
Now while we're at the toilet, another couple cleaning mistakes that we got to talk about
are the toilet brush.
A lot of people will use the toilet brush to clean the toilet and then they put it back
in the holder while it's wet.
In order to let that air out and sanitize, because it's clean water but you don't want
to create bacteria in that toilet brush holder.
You want to prop it up against the toilet and close the toilet seat on it so that it
can air out and it can dry before you put it back in the holder.
Now while we're talking about the toilet, a lot of people will have
a plunger next to their toilet.
They might use the plunger to, you know, flush the toilet,
and they don't rinse the plunger off.
I don't know why, but that's a cleaning mistake.
Next to the toilet there's usually a bathtub or a shower or something like that.
If you will take your plunger and you will rinse it off at the time of use, then it becomes
clean and it's rinsed and it's ready to use again.
There was a scenario where somebody came to my use, it was a repairman, who used my toilet
and ended up using the plunger.
He did not rinse out the plunger when he was done, and it had poop inside of it.
Then he put it back on the floor behind the toilet.
Every time we would come into this bathroom, it smelled like poop, and we're like,
"What is going on?
Why does this toilet smell like poop?"
We cleaned the toilet.
It wasn't until we cleaned the plunger that we found this rotting poop inside the plunger
that comes down this funny little shape.
It was really awful and it was just horrific,
but you got to clean the plunger after you use it.
That's another cleaning mistake.
That's just a few.
There are probably a few more, and we may do another session on cleaning mistakes at
another time.
Those are just a few that will get you started.
Anyway, I hope you do not make cleaning mistakes, because these are all manageable things that
you can fix.
Until we meet again,
leave the world a cleaner place than when you found it.

Khandvi Recipe In Hindi | गुजराती खांडवी बनाने की आसान विधि | How To Make Khandvi At Home - Duration: 5:43.
Khandvi
To make Khandvi at home is not difficult
You need to keep in mind few things
Let's get started
Ingredients
Take curds in a mixing bowl
Whisk it well
Put some water, mix them well
Whisk it well
There should not be any lumps in it
Once mixed, add gram flour (Besan)
Mix it well as well
There should not be any lumps in it
Add little salt
Turmeric powder
Ginger garlic paste
Asafetida
Mix these well together
You can also churn this in a blender
This smooth mixture is now ready
Pour the mixture in a pan
Cook it for 2-3 mins on a medium flame
Keep on low flame then and let it cook
Cook it till it becomes thick
We need to constantly whisk it
Else the mixture will have lumps in it
Now the mixture is turning thick
Keep mixing it well
I have cooked it for 8-9 mins now
This has become nice and thick now
Spread it on a plate to check the consistency
Try to roll it after it becomes cold
If it is rolling, then it is right consistency
If not, then cook it further for 1-2 more mins
Make sure not to cook the batter for long, else it will become too thick
Spread it with a spatula on an oil covered kitchen surface
I am making a thin layer out of it
The mixture should be hot while spreading
If the mixture is cold, it will not spread properly
Let it cool down for 2-3 mins
Cut it into 2 inches strip
Roll it slowly now with the help of knife or hands
These are rolling out quite well
You can also stuff this with coconut stuffing
The rolls have come out very clean
Now make the other rolls ready
For tempering, take oil in a pan
Add mustard seeds
Once it starts to crackle, lower the flame
Add sesame seeds
Add curry leaves
Green chillies
Turn off the gas
Spread the tempering on the khandvi rolls
Coat it well
Add freshly grated coconut
Fresh Coriander
Now the tasty and tempting khandvi are ready
These are ready to eat now :)

3 Tipps zum Entschleunigen und weniger Stress | Heute mit Friederike Feil - Duration: 5:47.
3 immediate tips to decelerate and reduce stress!
I'm Thorsten Wittmann and I welcome you to today's edition of Fascination Freedom.
Today we talk about a health topic due to a special occasion as I am a participant at
the Energy-Retreat with Friederike Feil, nutrition- and metabolsim expert
and multiple winner of the Tough Guy, one of the toughest obstacles courses of the world.
Ok and you prepared some great tips for our community
because it is a very big and important topic.
Living financial freedom also means to live and how can we really live
if we don't have energy, if we're always stressed, if we always
have to decelerate because time today is very
fast-paced.
It is a lot different than in the past.
The body isn't prepared and we have to check how to optimize it
with natural resources and this is simply said
a very big topic.
It is your profession and Friederike, maybe you can share some tips
with us today.
Yes Thorsten. Great that I am able to share some tips here and for me it is
always important, to take something simple with me.
My first tip is to always take some dark chocolate with you.
With 70% and higher. Why? Because cacao de-stresses.
It de-stresses as it increases your serotonin level and this means
less stress for your body.
You feel better and happier.
How often should you eat dark chocolate a day?
Is it ok if I eat a little chocolate every now and then during the day or what do you
have to consider?
Yes, when you have more stress, you can eat a little bit
more chocolate, but actually we should avoid snacks between meals,
but before leaving all the stress hormones inside of me,
I rather eat a bit of chocolate.
So a quite healthy dessert.
Yes a quite healthy dessert, this would be optimal.
Something sweet after the meal.
Yes and my second tip is to breath deeply and we especially de-stress immediately,
if we exhale deeply and my favorite exercise is the lion exercise.
We have done it here already multiple times.
Yes, we've done it multiple times, so you inhale deeply and then
you let everything out what you've got inside with the tongue, so
Do you want to join in too Thorsten?
Alright, let's do it together.
Great, an immediate anti-stress effect.
This is really on a mental level, you probably know better what really happens but anyway
it is a very liberating, a great exercise.
So you notice when you also imagine
how to get out all the negative energy, all the energy full of stress and
this is a liberating feeling.
Yes absolutely. Truly liberating.
Yes and in a group it is very funny.
And I will bring in the third tip.
I am a participant at the energy retreat and Friederike, you are doing this very
very good.
It is a lot of fun, and we met great people here, did great exercises and I got
many ideas for my daily life too. I travel a lot and the
October with 7 events was very exhausting, so it is always important that
I get out of the daily routine for a couple of days.
An energy retreat like this is one possibility.
In the past, when I still lived in Germany, I took part in Chi Gong, so I
took part in a course once a week and it is a nice opportunity and they also organized
Chi Gong weekends in monasteries, it was a great opportunity.
So you should check what you can do like that once of twice a year here
and then you can come down and you are fitter in you're daily routine.
It is important to recharge the batteries if you're always in the stress mode, it is
dangerous on the long run.
Exactly. We have to do something for our health and this begins
with stress.
We heard a nice sentence today: We have only this one body and if this body is broken
there are no direct replacements or it can be very painful
for example with operations etc., so you should think more of the future.
Exactly. There are you currently starting with our energy retreat.
Yes and a bit before, but these are great things here.
Yes, so thank you Friederike, it was very nice talking to you and that you could
share some tips with our community.
I see you again next Friday.
And now we have a look at some impressions from here.
We are in the Southern part of the Black Forest, down south in Germany.
If you liked this video, please feel free to share it or like it. If you don't want to miss
any of our tip videos from Financial Freedom, click below the videos.
Enter your email address and I see you again next Friday.
I will come up with something great for you again.
Today we talked about health, let's see what we will be talking about next week.
I see you.
Yours Thorsten Wittmann with Friederike Feil
And here's Mariana.
The way how he deals with good working professional knowledge - very openly -
with the motivation to help other people.
