windshield is completely clean before sticking this on to make sure nothing gets underneath
the vinyl.
Then before you take the backing off, position the banner where you would like it for reference
then you can peel the backing and start to lay it on.
I would recommend starting in the middle and working your way out on both sides to keep
it as straight as possible.
After it's on, before removing the paper, take our squeegee tool with a soft towel around
it to go over the banner to make sure all of the bubbles are out.
Lastly, you can carefully peel the paper off and enjoy your new look.

Dem. Sen. Disowns Clinton Over Sex, Then Humiliating Past Statements Surface - Duration: 5:14.
Kirsten Gillibrand, the woman who took over Hillary Clinton's seat in the Senate representing
New York state, is widely considered a probable 2020 Democrat presidential contender.
On Thursday, she became one of the first prominent congressional Democrats to disown Bill Clinton,
echoing a raft of liberal columnists who (in the wake of Harvey Weinstein and friends)
are saying that Clinton should have resigned in the wake of his sex scandals back in the
1990s.
Interviewed by The New York Times, Gillibrand was asked whether Bill Clinton should have
stepped down after his affair with a White House intern had become public.
"Yes, I think that is the appropriate response," Gillibrand responded.
Unfortunately, that attitude isn't backed up by statements she's made and actions
she's taken over the past decade regarding the former president, including being an enthusiastic
backer of Hillary Clinton's 2016 campaign.
First, the statement by Gillibrand.
In addition to saying resignation was the appropriate response for what Clinton did,
she told The Times that, "Things have changed today, and I think under those circumstances
there should be a very different reaction.
And then she predictably deflected: "And I think in light of this conversation, we
should have a very different conversation about President Trump, and a very different
conversation about allegations against him."
The Times was very willing to depict Gillibrand as a hero, while noting that her statement
was period-sensitive.
"A spokesman later said that Ms. Gillibrand was trying to underscore that Mr. Clinton's
actions, had they happened in the current era, should have compelled him to resign,"
the article read.
"Still, it was a remarkable statement from a senator who enthusiastically backed Mrs.
Clinton's presidential bid last year but has been deeply involved in legislative efforts
to curb sexual abuse and harassment in the military and on college campuses."
Remarkable, yes, but not for the reasons I think The Times is implying.
For instance, let's start by asking when the "current era" began.
Because, by Gillibrand's Twitter account, one gets the impression it began the moment
when she was asked the question by The Times' reporter.
Check out these Twitter posts.
They probably seemed like a good idea at the time, but in the "current era," are simply
humiliating.
Nor was this fealty to the former president just a function of the 2016 campaign.
Happy birthday, person that I think should have resigned over accusations of perjury
involving sex with an intern and sexual assault!
Oops.
Guess 2013 wasn't the "current era."
And, as the Washington Free Beacon reports, Gillibrand has plenty of reason for fealty.
In 2006, former President Clinton helped campaign for her in her first congressional run, giving
a speech in which he joked that Hillary wanted him to go to upstate New York and help stump
for Gillibrand as a birthday gift.
Nor did Gillibrand forget this act: "I was lucky enough to receive guidance and mentorship
from Hillary during that run, and was truly honored that President Bill Clinton campaigned
for me in my first run for Congress in 2006," she wrote in an op-ed about her support for
Hillary's 2016 presidential run.
We've seen plenty of liberals come around recently to realizing that Bill Clinton's
Bill Clinton's behavior was disgusting and that he probably should have resigned.
Most notable among these are Caitlin Flanagan of The Atlantic and Chris Hayes of MSNBC.
However, Gillibrand is among the first Democrat politicians to publicly say that former President
Clinton should have resigned — with the caveat that she would only advocate such a
move in the "current era."
So, what exactly is the "current era?"
We cannot reasonably pretend that morality didn't exist before the Harvey Weinstein
exposé.
When, then, did it start?
Well, for the junior senator from New York, I'm going to guess it's when she realized
that the 2020 presidential Gillbrandwagon was a non-starter — not, anyway, if she
was so heavily linked with the Clinton brand in an era where prominent liberals suddenly
found themselves freed from obsequiousness to the Clintons in the wake of the family's
complete fall from power.
That meant the left was in a position to throw Bill Clinton under the bus — the way liberals
should have done when the grotesque details of his sexual indiscretions began to emerge
in a consistent drip more than 20 years ago — should the moment be convenient for them.
In other words, the "current era" of morality for liberals began on the early hours of Nov.
9, 2016, all thanks to Donald Trump.
I don't believe Sen. Gillibrand will be thanking him for ushering it in.

Jeep Wrangler Smittybilt Gen2 X2O 10,000 lb. Winch (1987-2017 JK, YJ, TJ) Review & Install - Duration: 7:01.
This Smittybilt Gen2 X20 10,000 lb. winch with wireless remote is for those of you that
have a 1987 and up Wrangler and are looking for a very well-built winch that's also going
to be completely waterproof.
That means the solenoid box of this winch is sealed up, it will be able to get dunked
right underwater, still perform just fine, whereas, with a lot of other winches, the
solenoid box is not going to be waterproof.
So that's something that definitely makes this different from a lot of the other winches
out there.
That along with the fact that this has a wireless remote that can also be wired, in case your
batteries run out, makes this a very, very functional winch.
Now, getting the winch installed is going to be a very simple one out of three wrenches.
This winch is going to be no different, it's going to bolt directly onto a winch plate
or a winch-ready bumper.
While there is going to be a little bit of wiring to do, you have to attach the solenoid
box onto the winch itself, and then two wires from the box go up to the battery, this is
very, very easy, very simple connections.
Even if you're not comfortable with automotive wiring, you haven't done a lot of it in the
past, you're still going to be able to get this done if you choose to do it in your driveway.
And we'll talk more about that installation in just a second.
So there are going to be a couple of different reasons you're going to want to have a winch
installed on your Jeep.
If you're out there doing some wheeling, you're in deep mud, you're on the rocks, you might
get high centered, a winch is a great way to attach to a tree, to a buddy's Jeep, and
get yourself out of a sticky situation very easily and very quickly.
Now, when you are choosing a winch, there are going to be a couple of different decisions
to make.
One is going to be the pulling capacity of that winch, which in general, you want to
be 1 1/2 times the loaded trail weight of your Jeep.
And this is a 10,000 lb. winch, so if you have a heavy 2-door or light 4-door Jeep,
this is going to be just fine.
If you do have a big, heavy, armored-up 4-door Jeep, you liked to get buried up to the axles
in mud, you might want to something that has a 12,000 lb. pulling capacity, but for the
vast majority of you, a 10,000 lb. is going to be more than enough.
Another decision to make when you're purchasing a winch is what kind of cable you want on
it.
So this winch is going to come out of the box with a steel cable, and you can get more
expensive winches, even the same winch, but a little bit higher price that will come out
of the box with a synthetic line on it.
Now some of the benefits to synthetic are that it is lighter weight, and maybe most
importantly, while it still stretches like a steel cable, it doesn't store energy like
steel, so if it were to break under load, it's not going to snap and fly across the
area, possibly damaging a person, or a vehicle.
Synthetic line will just fall to the ground if it were to break.
Now, the synthetic line is going to be a little more maintenance heavy.
You have to clean it more often and replace it more often, and when you do replace it,
it's much more expensive.
So, steel line like this, is going to save you a little bit of money up front.
There's a going to be a little less maintenance to do upfront, and as long as you're okay
with a little bit of a heavier weight, and you take the proper safety precautions, it's
going to be just fine.
This is also going to come with a roller fairlead that's going to coincide very nicely that
steel line.
As far as the construction goes, like I said before, this is going to be a pretty well-built
winch.
This is Smittybilt's Gen2, so they have made some changes.
It's going to have some additional internal bracing, making the body of the winch very,
very strong.
It has a 6.6 hp series run motor, which is pretty traditional, what we would see in a
lot of winches, as far as the power plant goes, for something that right around that
10,000 lb. pulling capacity.
Now one thing that does makes this different from a lot of the others is the solenoid pack.
We mentioned before, that does have an IP67 waterproof rating.
So whether you go through a lot of really deep water, or you're just cruising down the
road and there is rain, you're never going to have to worry about your solenoid pack
getting wet and having any sort of issue with that.
Which is really nice peace of mind.
A lot of people will remote-mount their solenoid pack, instead of being on top of their winch,
they'll extend cables, they'll put it under the engine bay, they'll do a lot of things
to try to keep it dry.
With this, you don't have to worry about that.
Another thing I really like about the Smittybilt winch is right over here, your remote.
The remote itself feels good in the hand, it has sort of a rubberized coating on it.
It feels like it could take a beating, because let's be honest, when you're not using this
thing, you're just throwing it in your center console, in your glove box, in your gear bag.
It's gonna get beat up a little bit, so this is going to hold up really, really well, in
my opinion.
The other thing I really like about this is that it is going to be both a wireless and
a wired winch remote.
So you can simply unplug this, you have batteries in here, and this is going to work without
the need to be tethered.
So you can get far out of the danger zone when winching.
You can look at your rigging.
You can come back and look at the Jeep.
You can winch from inside the vehicle without having to have this cable stretch from the
winch all the way through the window of the Jeep.
But, say your battery's run out, maybe you're just in a situation where you can be a little
bit closer to the winch, you can always just plug this back in again, and you have a more
standard, wired winch remote with a 12-foot cable.
So it gives you a lot of flexibility there that you don't always have with a lot of the
other winches on the market.
Even a lot of the other ones that are a wireless winch, they're still going to have a full
wired remote and then a wireless remote.
They're going to be separate pieces that you are going to have to keep together.
This is just a little bit easier, a little bit of a neater package.
Like I said before, getting a winch installed on your Jeep is a very simple one out of three
wrench installation.
It shouldn't take you more than an hour to do.
Now you are going to have to make sure you do a little bit of prep beforehand.
You're going to have to either have a winch-ready bumper or have a winch plate installed on
your Jeep.
Once you have that, mounting the winch up itself is very, very simple.
It simply bolts down with four bolts.
The footprint of a winch is standardized, so the holes are already going to be there
in your bumper or in your winch plate, just bolt it right down.
You're also going to have your fairlead that you're going to bolt in place, and then you
are going to get to your wiring.
Like I said, even if you haven't done a lot of automotive wiring, this is going to be
pretty easy.
Everything is color-coded and labeled for you.
You make some attachments from your solenoid pack onto the backside of your winch here,
and then from the pack up to the battery, you really just run those wires through the
grill, along the inside of your fender, and make the connection at the positive and the
negative of your battery.
This winch has a lot of features, so it is going to be a little bit more expensive than
some of the other winches out there that don't have those features.
This is going to have the wireless remote and it also is going to be a waterproof solenoid
pack, so you would expect it to be a little bit more.
And at $400, I do think this is going to be a pretty good deal for everything that you
are getting.
If you do want to step up in both price and in function, you can step up to the Gen2 X20
with the synthetic line that is available as well for a few dollars more.

5 Website Design Hints. Web Design Tutorial For Beginners. - Duration: 9:28.
Ok, So this video is all about website design.
And 5 hints, 5 hacks, 5 tips to make your website look like it was designed by a professional.
Even if you really don't have any design skills at all.
So let's go ahead and jump right into it.
And my first tip.
Hint number 1, is to create a color palette.
And if you are like me, colors might not exactly be your thing.
I mean if someone were to tell me to come up with a color combination.
I would probably come up with something like, I don't know, uh black and grey and maybe
a little bit of white.
(laughs) Really not good with colors, but if you want to make your website look great,
using a great color combination can be a great way to do that.
So how do you come up with a great color combination, even if you're not good with colors?
One thing that I have found that is extremely helpful for this, is a tool called Paletton.
Let's go ahead and check it out.
Ok, so this here is the Paletton tool.
It's a really simple and easy to use tool.
Basically all you do is you pick a base color.
So right how I have this base red color here.
And then you can just choose from either this sort of adjacent colors, color scheme.
And you can see the color scheme right here on the right.
We've got this triad color scheme.
So it's pulling colors from different sides of the color wheel.
And then this tetrad.
Where it's pulling colors from sort of across the color wheel here.
And then if you want to make additional adjustments here.
You can adjust the distance that it's pulling it from.
So it's a great way of making...
Of quickly making a great looking color palette.
And then what I like to do is, I just like to click on this tables and export button
here.
And then click on as HTML and then I just print this page, or actually just save this
page as a PDF.
And I save it into a folder that I can use to reference whenever I need colors fro my
website.
Ok and then if you don't know what the color of something is, but say you have a logo already,
and you want to use the color that's in that logo as the starting point for a color pallet.
It's really easy to do on a Mac.
Let me show you how to do that.
Ok, so if you're on a Mac just go up here to the search.
And then type in "digital color meter".
And that's going to pop up right there.
And then under the settings for this we want to make sure that our colors are displayed
as hexadecimal.
So we are just going to click on view and then display values.
And then make sure hexadecimal is checked.
I've already checked it here, but as default it's set to decimal.
So we're going to set it to hexadecimal.
Ok and then we can use it to find the color of just about anything.
So let's pull up the digital color meter.
Hover over what you want to find the color of.
And then you can see right over here that we've got the hexadecimal color.
Which are the colors that we are going to use on our website.
So it's E0 99 00 is what it is for this example.
And then you can just take that and you can just type it in to the Paletton color palette
here.
And there we go.
Now we can just select which color palette we think looks the best.
Based on that.
And you're off and running.
Ok hint number 2.
Is great looking images.
Now this can be challenging.
For me I like taking pictures.
I really enjoy photography.
If you don't enjoy photography, or if your not so good at taking pictures.
How do you get great pictures for your website?
Well there are two ways of doing it.
One way of doing it is to hire a photographer.
If you can afford it, having custom images for your website is a great way to make your
website stand out.
And also have the images be extremely relevant to you and your business.
Now what if you don't have any money to hire a photographer, and you still want to use,
and you should use, great looking images on your website.
What should you do?
Well there are some great resources where you can find, either paid stock images, like
iStockphoto or Shutterstock.
And then there is also some free resources that you can use, like Unsplash and Pixabay
photos.
And actually I've shared some of the photos that I've taken on Unsplash, so that anybody
can use.
It's a great resource for designers and anyone who needs to use great looking images.
Now be sure you check out what the rules are when you're using these images.
For example some images of people that have recognizable faces.
Where you can recognize the face of the person, may have some restrictions on them.
And then even inside the images there maybe some restrictions.
So for example if it has an image of a Coca-Cola logo.
Or if it has a image of an iPhone or a Mac or some other recognizable piece of design,
you may need to get additional rights for that.
So you just want to look into that and see what the rules are for that.
You definitely want to use great looking images so Unsplash, Pixabay, iStockphoto and Shutterstock
are some great resources for that.
Ok, so now hint number 3 is one that I actually struggle with all the time.
It not that I forget.
It's just that I don't know sometimes it seems really hard to implement this hint.
And that is space.
Just adding a little bit of extra space around all of the elements that you put on your website.
This goes especially for text.
So you want to have space around your heading, space around the body of your text.
And one of the new trends in website design, and I think it's actually a really good one,
is when you are making a point in text.
So if you, your know writing something.
Is to make your paragraphs really short.
I mean your paragraph or the spacing between lines might actually just be one line.
And then you are going to have spaces between those.
And what that allow your viewers to do, when they are looking down your website.
Is to quickly scan for the information that they are looking for.
So, adding extra space around all of the elements on your website, not only the text, but the
images and the graphics.
To allow your users to sort of see what they are, scan them, and have that space around
them to draw their eye to it.
It's a really good technique.
And it's one that I struggle with, but it's something that everyone should try to implement
on their website, in their website design.
Ok and then hint number 4 is...
It's about being decisive, and for me that means getting rid of using sliders.
And I'll link down to some articles down below that talk about why you shouldn't use sliders.
Why they're bad for SEO and why they don't actually drive more interactions on your website.
But when you just think about it.
I feel that whenever I've wanted in the past to use a slider.
The real reason why I wanted to was I just couldn't decide what the most important thing
was to put at the top of my website.
So I just decided, I'll just put a bunch of different things and I'll just put a slider,
and you know let people decide for themselves what the most important thing is.
The problem with that is that people don't sit around and wait for your slider to cycle
through.
What they do is they are pro active.
You're on an interactive website.
So they just start scanning down your page and looking for what it is that they are looking
for.
Now what I recommend doing is putting the most important thing that you have at the
top of your website.
And then the subsequent things that you think are less important, you can even make them
look basically like slides, and put those down as then next thing.
So let your viewers scan down the page to see what they want.
Now one problem you might have is that you just don't know what the most important this
is.
What the thing is that you should put at the top of your website, because you're not sure
what's the most important this is for your audience.
The best thing to do is to test.
And if you're using a theme like the Divi theme, which is one of the themes that I recommend
using.
They have a function for A/B split testing right inside the theme.
And this allows you to test, well just about anything, but specifically you can test the
header section.
And see which variation of the header section preforms the best for your audience.
So you can come up with a couple of different variations and then you set a target maybe
lower down on the page.
Maybe it's having them scroll all the way down the page.
Maybe it's having them click on a button.
Whatever the target is, what ever the action that you're trying to get them to do.
You figure out which of your test subjects got them to take that interaction the best.
And that's probably one of the best ways of finding out what should be at the top of your
website.
Hint number 5 is to remember your mobile viewers.
Now when you're building your websites your doing it on desktop computer.
So it's really easy to forget that people might be viewing your website on tablets and
mobile devices.
And Google has made it abundantly clear that people use mobile devices a lot for viewing
websites.
So you want to make sure that your website look great on mobile.
So what that means is taking just a little bit of extra time.
And tweaking your designs so that you're sure that they look good on any kind of device.
Any size screen that your view might be coming to.
A lot of the great WordPress page builder themes out there like the Divi theme, Beaver
Builder, and Elementor, all allow you to tweak your designs specifically for mobile devices.
So, something you want to do is take a little bit of extra time after you have designed
your pages making sure everything looks good on mobile devices phones and tablets.
And one last tip one bonus tip here is font combinations.
And I think it's something just good to decide right when you start creating your website
is font combinations.
A lot of the themes out there particularly the Divi theme, and most themes out there.
Will allow you to decide what you wan't your default fonts to be.
And so deciding that ahead of time can be a great way of distinguishing you website
from other websites and giving it a good characteristic look.
And I'll link down bellow to some resources for some font combinations that you might
want to use on your website.

Lat Long to UTM by Excel and Mobile Topographer - Duration: 11:19.
Hello friends welcome to Learn & Explore! Today I am going to show you how to convert
lat long data to UTM System by the help of EXCEL and MOBILE TOPOGRAPHER application.
UTM is universal transverse mercator and its a cartesian co-ordinate system I have thousand
number of points yr which have only Lat long data data which have only Lat long data data
and right now I will convert this thousand number of points to UTM co-ordinate system
at a time. Before going to start I suggest you don't
skip this video was this tutorial continuously get the clear understanding of each steps.
Anf one more thing I totally discovered this method with my own effort and own experiments.

so I will convert this thousand number of data in 4 steps
First step is installing MOBILE TOPOGRAPHER application from Google Play Store
Second one is creation of *.PTS format data in excel
And the Third one is importing dot PTS formatted data into MOBILE TOPOGRAPHER application
And the final step is exporting data to UTM format!
so keep following these steps
So the first step is installing MOBILE TOPOGRAPHER application from Google Play Store in your
Smartphone. So open Play Store in your Smartphone and
search for MOBILE TOPOGRAPHER and here you will find the MOBILE TOPOGRAPHER FREE application
and install this MOBILE TOPOGRAPHER FREE application. If you already have Mobile Topographer aplication
then no need to install it again. Now its installing
Now open the MOBILE TOPOGRAPHER Application! Just open the application and close it!
Now we will go to the FILE EXPLORER in our smartphone.
So Open File EXPLORER and when you will open the storage in your Smartphone find that MOBILE
TOPOGRAPHER folder will be create automatically So find this MOBILE TOPOGRAPHER Folder and
open it . Here you will find the assets folder already
exists and here You have to create another folder
So I'm creating a new folder and name it as p o i n t l i s t s all in small font
make sure that you re-named this folder as exactly "pointlists" otherwise it will not
work! Now we will move to the next step!
So the second step is creation of .PTS format data in EXCEL!
so the question arisess that what is PTS format data?
this PTS format data is the extension name for the MOBILE TOPOGRAPHER application
And the syntax of PTS format data is SLNO PtID, LATITUDE,LONGITUDE,HEIGHT(Z),HEIGHT
(MSL) In this format we have to arrange our data
serial number Point ID latitude longitude height (Above ellipsoid) and height (above
MSL) If you have the height (Above ellipsoid) and
the height (above MSL) then put it here don't worry if you don't have this data because
the 2D co-ordinate co-ordinate is not affected by the height or MSL values
so you can put as 1000 1050 also
Now to combine this data like this Syntax I will use a formula here in EXCEL
the formula
is =A2&" "&B2&","&C2&","&D2&","&E2&","&F2
See here I have given a space and rest of the fields I have separated by Comma
don't worry I will give the download link of this file
So I have applied this formula in EXCEL and the format is created here
So
Now I'm dragging this formula up to the end [I have thousand no of points] here we go
now select the data set and right click and copy it
now open Notepad in your computer and in the Notepad just right click and paste your data
See all the data has come here 1 to 1000 Now i will save this file
I'm saving in desktop and creating a folder DATA PTS
and in that folder I'm saving this as DATA.PTS and make sure that you named the file with
.PTS as suffix Now save this file
Close it So this was the second step taht you have
created this file This DATA.PTS
here is the file Okey
Now you have to copy this DATA.PTS file and send it to your smartphone you can Email it
or can copy it by a data cable or whatever you prefer.
Now We will move to the third step
In the second step I had copied data.PTS file in my smartphone here in the download folder.
Now copy this file and open file explorer and go that MOBILE TOPOGRAPHER folder and
there you go inside and paste the DATA.PTS file inside the "pointlists" Folder
Now open the MOBILE TOPOGRAPHER what you have installed in the first step MOBILE TOPOGRAPHER
application go to points here
in the points it will show 0 points loaded now click load saved list icon here
you will find that data.PTS file Now click ok
next it will show a successful message it means that the points are imported successfully
It is showing that 1000 points loaded successfully. Here you can see that 1 P1 2 P2 3 P3like this
way all the points all the 1000 nos of points has been imported.
Now I will export this data to UTM So to export this data here you will find
a horizontal Arow button to "export list to file"
Select it and choose the format you want to export
*.txt is normal text data format *.csv is comma separated value
*.kml is Google Earth format *.gpx is the GPS file format
*.dxf you know the AutoCAD file format So as of now I am selecting as *.csv
The comma separated value format Now ok
it will show you a successful message again that your data is exported successfully
Now go to the FILE MANAGER and in the MOBILE TOPOGRAPHER folder another folder will be
created automatically that is "pointfiles" in that folder you will find the exported
DATA.CSV file what you have exported now I'm Opening that exported data i.e. DATA.CSV
in my laptop! I will show you that how the file is exported
See this is the point LATITUDE LONGITUDE what we have given the lat long
And for this lat long the Easting and Northing is like this.
And the UTM zone is 46 N for my data. See all the 1000 points has been exported.
so these are the overall steps to convert the Lat long data to UTM
