Hey guys it's Sagar from Tecworkz, and we have the Moto X4 in the house.

It's been some time since Moto released their last smartphone of the X line up, and

I am happy to see it making a come back.

In India, it is exclusively available at flipkart.

The 3GB RAM and 32GB storage variant is available at 20,999 Rs. and the 4GB RAM and 64GB storage

variant is available at 22,999 Rs.

The one that I have here, has 4GB of RAM and 64GB of built in storage, and it is the super

black colour, which I think looks really cool.

The box is nice and compact, Lets cut open the seal and get inside this box.

X4 is sitting right at the top of the box, and the film on the screen, highlights some

of the features that it offers.

Like 12 and 8 megapixel dual rear cameras, 16 megapixel front camera with flash, Snapdragon

630 Octa core processor, Moto Experience, 3D glass built, and it also comes with IP68

water resistance rating.

You don't see a lot of phones offering iP68 water resistance at this price, so it is really

great to see Moto bring this feature to their mid tier smartphone.

Despite of having a glass at the front and back, this phone feels really light for its

size.

Ok so lets keep the phone aside for now, and check out, other things in the box.

This blue envelope, holds the user manual, SIM removal tool, and regulatory and warranty

information.

Then we have the 15 watt turbocharger, which Moto says, is capable of giving you 6 hours

of usage in just 15 minuets of charginh.

This phone charges via USB C port, so we now get a USB type A to USB type C cable.

We also get these in ear style headphones with flat cable.

Lets keep these things aside, and get back to the phone.

This glass back design in super black colour, is very reflective.

It looks really good, but it is also a fingerprint magnet.

And even tough it is Gorilla Glass, if the phone falls down, it will most definitely

shatter.

So using a case and a screen protector with this phone, is definitely recommended.

At the front, is a 5.2 inch 1080p screen and a fingerprint sensor below that.

It looks a lot like the Moto G5S Plus from the front.

The camera above the display, now has a 16 megapixel shooter, and we also have a front

facing flash.

There is a single forward facing speaker, which also doubles as an earpiece.

On the right side we have the volume buttons and the power switch.

These buttons are a bit smaller than they should be, but they are built really well.

At the bottom is the USB Type C port for charging and data transfer, and a 3.5 mm headphone

jack.

And at the top we have the Hybrid SIM tray, that can hold, 2 nano SIM cards, or 1 SIM

card, and a microSD card.

Now the back is very different, than what we are used to seeing on Motorola devices.

It is now made of glass, and the super black colour is very reflective.

The round camera module houses dual cameras.

One of which has a 12 megapixel sensor with F/2.0 aperture, and normal field of view,

while the other one has a 8 megapixel sensor with F/2.2 aperture, and an Ultra-Wide angle

lens with 120 degree field of view.

So you can take some really wide angle shots with this phone.

I will test out the camera, and try to have a full camera review up for you guys in the

next few days.

Inside, you get the Snapdragon 630 Octa core processor, with Adreno 508 GPU, 3 or 4GB of

RAM, 32 or 64GB of built in storage, and a 3000mAh non removable battery.

You also get FM Radio, NFC, Bluetooth, wifi 802.11 ac, Compass sensor and LTE support.

It is running Android 7.1.1 out of the box.

Its almost stock android, with just a few Moto features installed on top, to enhance

the user experience.

I like the design, build, its features, the way it feels in my hand and the price of this

phone, so my initial impressions about it are really good.

I will be using it for the new few days, and then give you guys my full review about it.

Army Lifts Ban On Recruits With Histories Of Self-Harm, Depression - Duration: 3:18.

This year, the United States' Army has had troubles filling all of the ranks that it

needs in order to basically function at the levels at which they would like to function,

so in order to fill those ranks they have decided to start issuing waivers to people

with histories of self-mutilation, bipolar disorder, depression, and even drug and alcohol

abuse, so that those people can now sign up and serve in the US Army.

Now I am absolutely in favor of not discriminating against people.

Perhaps they went through a period of depression, and they're okay now.

I understand that.

However, how often does service in the military fix a mental problem?

How often do people leave the military feeling mentally and physically better about themselves

than when they went in?

Increasingly, it's becoming skewed in the other way.

PTSD is becoming far too common in troops that enlist in the United States military

and have to go serve overseas in these desert wars that, for some reason, we'll never stop

fighting.

And so now we want to take people who are already on the cusp, people that have histories

of being bipolar or being depressed or harming themselves or abusing drugs and alcohol and

saying, "You know what, we're so short on recruits that we'll go ahead and take you

as well.

And then guess what?

When you get out of the military, and you're feeling even more stressed out and depressed

and turning to drugs and alcohol and exhibiting potentially dangerous behavior to yourself

and people around you, the VA is not gonna do a damn thing about it because we're gonna

go ahead and list those as pre-existing conditions.

So we're not gonna get you the therapy you need.

We're not gonna get you the medicine that you need.

And what's gonna happen?"

Well, we saw what happens.

We saw it happen in Texas a week and a half ago.

That was what happens when you let these mental conditions of people who served in the military

go untreated.

People die.

And that is exactly the only scenario that's gonna play out with this decision by the US

military.

You cannot take people who are already mentally unstable, and I do not mean that in an insulting

way, give them training, give them weapons, and then leave them with nothing, because

that's our policy.

That's what we do.

As soon as they're done, they get kicked out of the system.

We don't give them the treatment they need.

We don't give them the help that they need.

You're on your own.

Best of luck.

Please don't go shoot anybody.

That's probably the situation that's gonna play itself out here.

And for the first time in a long time, I hope that I'm wrong, but unfortunately, we can

look back at the history.

We can see what happens, and pretty much go ahead and guarantee that this decision by

the military is going to end in

a disaster.

Samsung Galaxy S9 GeekBench Score - Fake & Real Image LEAK! - Duration: 2:57.

Samsung is going to be the first brands to bring a flagship smartphone in 2018, and there

will be two smartphones which are the Samsung Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+.

Shortly after Samsung announced its latest 10nm-based Exynos 9810 chipset, which is widely

expected to be embrace the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+, a new feature of the upcoming duo was

leaked on noted benchmarking site Geekbench.

As per the listing, the Galaxy S9+ was spotted with 4GB RAM and Android 8.0 Oreo.

While some might be convinced with this, it is arguable for Samsung to pack just 4GB RAM

when rumours have highly anticipated 6 or even 8 gigs of RAM under the hood.

Luckily, upon further inspection, it appears the Geekbench listing of the Galaxy S9+ is

not real.

Sammobile challenges the authenticity of the listing and highlights the fact that it's

possible to manipulate the benchmark results with a few tricks.

In fact, the Processor Identifier resembles the chipset used on the former flagships Galaxy

Note 5 and Galaxy S6, so it's fake.

Now, the Galaxy S9+ has been listed on Geekbench.

Benchmarking website lists a Samsung smartphone bearing the model number SM-G960F.

According to the listing, the Galaxy S9 has a single-core score of 2,680, and a multi-core

score of 7,787.

As of now, these scores make the Galaxy S9 the most powerful Android smartphone.The smartphone

runs on the latest Android 8.0 Oreo, but the bad news is it will come with 4GB of RAM acording

to this leak.

Powering the Galaxy S9 is the new Exynos 9 Series 9810 octa-core processor.

In other markets, the Galaxy S9 is likely to launch with the latest Snapdragon processor

– heavily rumored to be the upcoming Snapdragon 845 . Although this un-released Galaxy S9

shows an impressive score on Geekbench, it still isn't on par with the new Apple iPhone

X or even the iPhone 8 series.

The iPhone X has a single-core score of 4,197, and multi-core score of 10,051.

However, it is still too early to draw any conclusions on the Galaxy S9.

Recently, the Galaxy S9 has been rumored to feature 3D sensing cameras for facial recognition

like Face ID on the iPhone X.

The smartphone is also rumored to feature a dual-camera setup which "uses anti-glare

BBAR layer ghost technology".

This technology in simple terms is used to eliminate glare, and dual images on photos.

Jurgen Klopp has made four changes to his Liverpool side as they return from the international break to take on Southampton in the Premier League.

The Reds head back to Anfield after departing for World Cup qualifiers and friendlies, taking on familiar opposition in Mauricio Pellegrino's Saints.

Liverpool have signed five players from Southampton in the past three years, while Pellegrino spent two-and-a-half years on Merseyside, first as a player and then as assistant manager.

Truth be told, Ron Johnson's such an extensive amount a Leftist in Wisconsin these days that

Wisconsin's different acclaimed Republican In Name Only, House Speaker Paul Ryan, is

terminally dependent on not permitting any kind of concealed carry reciprocity bills

to be presented on the floor of the House, nor is he enthusiastic about anything managing

ObamaCare.

To state that there's something in the Wisconsin water resembles saying that the Statue of

Liberty is green.

Johnson was at first elected in the Tea Party wave of 2010 when he removed 18-year-veteran

Congressman Russ Feingold.

However, it now gives the idea that Johnson is on par to channel the spirit of Feingold

in Congress as he sets himself up for an effective fight for reelection.

At question is his current comment that he won't vote in favor of the Senate Tax Plan

since he doesn't concur with the pass-through business connection.

This is dazzling, considering that the Senate needs every Republican vote since Democrats

are in their "we won't for anything that comes from the Right side of the aisle"

mode.

This is a telling comment by Johnson, considering that he is in an extreme spot with his reelection

offer and it's conceivable that this most recent invasion into Liberalism is an edgy

endeavor to win their support!

Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI) announced on Wednesday that he will oppose the Senate Republican

tax plan.

SEN.

JOHNSON TOLD THE WALL STREET JOURNAL, "IF THEY CAN PASS IT WITHOUT ME, LET THEM.

I'M NOT GOING TO VOTE FOR THIS TAX PACKAGE."

According to reports, Johnson does not like the Senate tax plans' treatment of "pass-through"

businesses.

Johnson added, "We're moving in the wrong direction."

Republicans have a narrow path to passing tax reform.

With a 52-seat majority in the Senate, Republicans can only afford to lose two votes and have

Vice President Mike Pence break the tie in the upper chamber.

The Senate recently included a repeal of Obamacare's individual mandate in the legislation to allow

for an additional $300 billion in tax cuts.

Republicans also expanded the child tax credit in the Senate version of the Tax Cuts and

Jobs Act.

Republicans remain desperate to pass a significant piece of legislation after failing to repeal

Obamacare twice in the Senate.

Maybe Johnson was visited by a couple of the senior Republican representatives and "made

an offer" to be one of a few naysayers to the tax plan just so Mitch McConnell can toss

his hands up and imagine that there was simply nothing he could do to save the bill.

Or, on the other hand maybe, in the same way as other Republicans, Johnson has chosen that

his time in office has mollified his hardline position about not looking for another term

after 2018.

Maybe he's concluded that he prefers the perquisites and the Cadillac healthcare plan

and the paid vacations, the liberal benefits and the about $200K a year.

I figure we'll discover once 2022 moves around and Johnson gives it another go.
