hi I'm Brandon and welcome to nature meets paper the place where we go on an
adventure to discover the world of marine biology today we're going to be
discovering koi are you ready let's dive in koi can be found all over the
world so I won't put a map for reference but they started as the common carp in
Europe and Asia Japan took interest in to this new fish species and began
breeding for different colors it wasn't until 1914 the koi were
brought to the world stage there was an exhibition show than these new hardy
decorative fish were presented koi were originally a Coldwater carp but thrive
in water from 55 to 70 degrees waters now koi can be found all over the world
in ponds and in gardens so what do koi look like they are a freshwater fish
that is related to the common carp they come in colors of black white orange
yellow and blues some fish have spots and different color variations
there are also different finned fish some have long fins and some have
flowing fins where most have just regular fins these are all types of koi
they prefer shallow ponds between 1 and 1.5 meters deep
some people want their koi ponds to be clean and clear so you can see the fish
better but the best way to keep healthy koi are in ponds with a little bit of
algae this prevents predators from snagging koi and gives them a healthier
place to live koi are prey to many animals around the world including
herons eagles raccoons otters kingfishers cats foxes badgers and
hedgehogs pond keepers have developed ways to save some of the animals from
constantly being eaten they have deep pockets of water for the
fish to hide it overhang ledges so mammals can't grab the fish as easily
and adding shrubs and bushes around the edges you can use nets and wires to
prevent predators but that only distracts from being able to see the
fish the koi are there to be decorations in your pond and it'd be a shame to detract
from their beauty so what do these fish eat koi are omnivores and will eat many
different things including lettuce peas watermelon algae small shrimp bugs and
anything else they can get their mouths around koi are designed as bottom
feeders but will feed on the surface when they want their mouths are designed
and positioned for feeding on the bottom some koi will even eat out of your hand
I like going to the koi pond and petting their noses I just give them a little
pet on the nose and layer they're begging for food mom says I shouldn't
pet them but if they didn't want to be pet they wouldn't stick their mouths out
of the water and come back if they didn't want to be pet they would just
swim away
the Japanese word koi is a homophone for affection or love and is a symbol of
love and friendship of Japan I like the story because who can be mad when
wandering a garden or temple surrounded by nature and koi they are all over the
resort's of Hawaii even something as simple and as common as a koi can bring
such emotion and grace I just had to share my stories of playing with and
watching koi so it is story time the place I stay
when visiting Maui has several koi ponds in fact I walk the beach every year
from our resort to the end of the beach this Beach walk is roughly nine miles
roundtrip my family and I were walking and saw
this big man-made waterfall with a koi pond connecting it there are bridges
everywhere to watch the fish so I grabbed a few pictures before heading to
the end of the beach that is how I captured these fish there isn't a grand
story behind them or a magical experience
they're just some Koi that anyone can see but that is the special part
anyone can see these fish and be connected through time and space because
everyone has their own koi story I will call this adventure finished thanks

Engage with other people so you have to find similar to your profiles
in your niche and
You can try to engage with them you can
some kind of
Engagement groups, and you always need to engage with your existing audience as well and reach to reach out to new people
Like their photos comment on their photos of course this this does help a lot for people, too
Because you know if you do even meaningful comments on somebody's profile
Like for sure they're gonna go to your profile and check you out, and if your profile is very nice and it looks
Coherent and it's consistent, then it's you know within a specific
niche

And Done !!! checking the video, wich can be found on the choosen location
You can always go back to the project and make changes
