People can advise you, and people can help you to make a decision, but at the end of the
day, you're left with yourself, and I think that that inner voice that you have is the
strongest and most important.
I had just come off of a show that got cancelled, looking for my next job.
I had auditioned, and I had been offered a project that will remain nameless cause
I don't want to offend anyone.
It was with a big studio, big producers, really good cast, and on paper, seemed like a really
good decision to make.
Then, I had also been offered this new show called Pretty Little Liars.
At the time, it was just a pilot, didn't know if it would be successful or not, because
all of the pilots aren't picked up to series.
The script for PLL just really intrigued me.
I loved the characters.
It was such a dilemma, because I had never been offered anything before.
For a while, I genuinely didn't know what to do.
It's very easy to get distracted by who else is involved, excited about the glitz
and glam, or how much you're getting paid.
My gut just kept telling me to do Pretty Little Liars.
At the time, the smarter decision might have been to take this other project,
with another network.
I went with my gut instinct.
Thank god I took that job, because it changed my life.
The other project that I didn't take, nothing ever happened with it.
I don't even know if it got made, to be honest.
Pretty Little Liars was so universally successful.
I definitely wouldn't be sitting here right now if it weren't for that show.
Always follow what keeps you excited and keeps you on your toes.
You're not always going to make the right decisions, but trust yourself, you know.
Trust that instinct.

Good morning to everyone!! I'm in Altea
at the Palau d'Altea (Palace of Altea), the Centre d'Arts (Centre for Arts)
because I'm as a trainee
of the Consell Escolar de la Comunitat Valenciana (School Council of the Valencian Comunity) and we're going
to show you the Symposium
"Repensem l'FP" (Let's rethink the Professional Training). During all of this day we're going to do
a series of speeches in which they will speak about
the reality of the PT and the chagnes that can be introduced in order to
in order to improve it. And well...
Tomorrow we'll continue to do these speeches
and I'm going to show you a little bit of the reality of this
symposium from behind, from the part of...
From the part of the people who've organised it
or that have helped to organise it.
Well, we've just finished the panel of experts. It's been
very interesting. They've said a lot of things that you can see on my...

It's been a very, very, very interesting morning.
From here, they'll elaborate a report in order to improve
the PT. Now we're going to have lunch

We've had a lunch, there, at Casa Gadea (Gadea House),
and now we're going to do the speeches of the afternoon.
Well, so the first day of speeches and doors
reflecting on the PT is over now
and now I've got free time until
9, 9.30 I think, when we'll have dinner.
I'm exhausted to be fair. It's been a tough day, very tough, because...

I've been tweeting a lot of sentences, a lot of
phrases that they speakers have said.
More than speakers it is like people having
a relaxed but very illustrative conversation
and very efficient. It is an enriching experience
to discover a little bit of the reality
of the PT in the Valencian Comunity, and Spain
in some cases, and also for my trainee. Although my trainee
is with the university, I think that everything is related.

A very cool thing, professionally, and personally,
as like as... As like as, I think, to the
Valencian society because at the end
when that report is made, a lot of things can be fixed,
things that right now aren't used properly.
