ngDesk schedules allow you to organize
your agents according to your coverage needs
and specify who is notified
once you receive a ticket.
You can create new schedules
from the "Schedules" menu.
You can give the schedule a name
and select which users you need on-call.
Next, specify the rotation type as either daily or weekly
and set the handoff time, or the time a shift starts.
You can also control when a schedule is active
to specific times of the day.
Finally, select a date for your new schedule to begin.
You may have it start immediately
or set it to begin at a later date.
If you need, you may further organize
your on-call schedule by adding another layer.
But remember, if layers overlap,
the user on the lowest layer will always take priority
and receive the on-call notifications.
To apply the schedule, click "Save Schedule".
