Google Docs Google Docs supports speech-to-text dictation if your computer has a working microphone.
All you need to do is open a Google doc in the Chrome browser and click tools and then
select voice typing.
From there a microphone will appear and when you click it it will turn red when it is recording.
Please type the words I am saying.
You can also add punctuation to your texts: Are you asking a question question mark.
Insert your punctuation by using certain phrases exclamation mark.
A full list of the punctuation phrases is linked below in the video description.
This feature is great for all learners including students with identifications and ELL students.
As a bonus, you can even change the languages and it will type in other languages for you.

A USEFUL BUG
Once upon a time,
in the height of a paperback summer
Aristotle and Knock-Knock discovered
that leaves started to fall
too early from their tree.
Knock, it seems to me
that something's wrong with our tree.

This "somebody" was found to be a little bug.
He explained that he did not want to eat the leaves,

He just planned to devour the whole tree

And a gentleman would never eat
another gentleman's home.
Or they wouldn't eat their own houses either.

You don't want to grow up
to be a bad grumpy bug,

And then the little bug got completely upset.
All his buggy friends and acquaintances
grow up and become bark beetles.
So their diet was trees exclusively.
Who in the world would he become
if he couldn't eat trees?

JUST IN: Putin Sends Powerful Message To Trump, Look What He Said.
Though relations are strained between Russia and the United States, Russian President Vladimir
Putin took the time to send a powerful message to President Trump.
The official Twitter feed of the Russian Embassy posted a tweet stating that President Putin
sent a letter offering his condolences to President Trump regarding the Texas massacre.
The statement reads "Please, accept my condolences over the tragedy that has occurred in Texas.
It is difficult to imagine a crueler and more cynical crime than the killing of people during
a church service."
The New York Daily News reported the terrible tragedy that befell the nation on Sunday and
the hands of Devin Kelley.
Kelley stormed into the Sutherland Springs, TX house of worship wearing a bulletproof
vest, a skull-faced mask and wielding a Ruger AR-556 assault rifle.
This deranged individual proceeded to fire upon the churchgoers, unleashing 450 bullets
into the crowd of parishioners.
The horrific attack left 26 dead and at least 20 wounded, one of the worst shootings in
Texas history.
After spraying the crowd with bullets, he fled the church and was confronted by a neighbor,
Stephen Willeford, wielding a rifle.
Mr. Willeford shot Kelley in the leg and torso before Kelley escaped to his car and fled
off.
Mr. Willeford and a second individual gave chase.
The high-speed pursuit resulted in Kelley's car crashing.
It is suspected that Kelley then killed himself via a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Freeman Martin of the Texas Public Safety Department couldn't give a definitive answer
behind the motivation behind the murders but did suggest it could've been the result
of a domestic dispute between Kelley and his in-laws.
According to Mr. Martin: "We know there was conflict between the families and whether
that was revenge or not would be speculation on my part."
Kelley's past is riddled not only with violent assault and domestic disputes, but with a
determined path away from his faith in God.
In 2012, he was charged via court-martial with two instances of domestic assault, one
of which resulted in Kelley beating his infant stepson so viciously his skull was cracked.
The terrible tragedy leaving 26 dead has seen individuals and organizations from all over
offering a hand to the victims and their families.
According to News 4 Antonio, the H-E-B grocery store chain publicly announced that it would
donate $150,000 to help the families that were affected by the tragedy.
Vice President of Public Affairs, Diversity & Environmental Affairs for H-E-B, Winell
Herron, stated: "H-E-B is committed to providing assistance during times of crisis.
Our hearts reach out to all at this tragic, painful time.
It is our hope that H-E-B's donations, along with our loyal customers' support, will
help our neighbors in Sutherland Springs.
This is a difficult situation for many as they grieve and face unimaginable loss."
Russian President Vladimir Putin sent his condolences to the victims of the church shooting
in Texas.
How does this make Putin look?
According to ABC News, President Trump, deep into his Asian tour, stated that investigators
would have full support from his administration.
He later stated, "Our hearts are broken but in dark times — and these are dark times
— such as these, Americans do what they do best."
Though this terrible tragedy has a rocked a nation still reeling from the Las Vegas
shooting last month and other horrific acts of violence and loss, it's encouraging to
see the goodness in others rise out of the darkness.

Obama Furious At Trump's Unprecedented Purge Of 800 Gov't Workers After Uncovering SICK Thing - Duration: 5:21.
Ever since Trump took office, his love and appreciation for our military personnel has
been on full display, a drastic change from Obama who reduced our Marines to his umbrella
holders/personal servant boys.
After Obama ran on the promise to fix the VA, then went on to let a vast number of our
veterans die waiting on care, President Trump is finally stepping in to fix the VA once
and for all.
And what just took place at the White House overnight for those who paid the ultimate
sacrifice for our freedom is putting a giant smiles on the faces of our veterans, while
making Hussein Obama look like an even bigger jerk (if that's even possible).
Obama's nasty treatment towards our military was outrageous.
Not only did he change our military's ROE (Rules Of Engagement), making it virtually
impossible for our soldiers to defend themselves against the enemy, but he gutted our military
to pre-World War II capabilities as well.
Add treason on top of his antics, where he emptied out GITMO and put our biggest enemies
of Iran on a path to a nuclear weapon, and it's plain to see why most veterans want
to punch through a wall anytime they see Obama's smug mug appear on television.
But Obama's biggest slap in the face to our veterans came after he promised to fix
the VA, only to let things get drastically worse for our veterans.
Throughout 8 years of Hussein Obama's regime, hundreds of thousands of veterans would go
on to be forgotten, dying while waiting to be treated at VA hospitals across the nation.
But thank our lucky stars that we finally have a Commander-in-Chief who gives a flying
crap about our veterans and isn't in bed with Muslim terrorists.
President Trump is not only fixing the VA that Obama failed to do, but is making Obama's
corrupt VA officials pay the ultimate price for their negligence.
In a clean sweep that happened in the overnight hours, it's being reported that 500 VA employees
have just been terminated, and an additional 200 have been suspended for their shady conduct.
The Gateway Pundit reported:
The Department of Veterans made public a list of employee terminations, demotions, and suspensions.
It has expressed that this list week be updated weekly in an effort to add more transparency
to the department following Congresses' push to increase the scope of power by the
VA secretary.
President Trump expressed his frustration with the VA back on the campaign trail, stating
that the VA was "probably the most incompetently run agency in the United States."
The bulk of firings were directed at lower level VA workers, such as house keepers and
food service workers, after learning that initial oversight was not implemented.
Many of these employees were discovered to be felons, sex offenders, or generally incompetent.
This has lead to poor care, and at times death from neglect, for our veterans.
Va Secretary David Shulkin said in a written statement that he is doing everything to hold
VA employees accountable and will now make the actions of all employees transparent to
tax payers, as they have the "right to know" what is going on.
The Starts and Stripes reports that a list was posted online over the weekend containing
the date and type of disciplinary actions for the 800 employees that President Trump
is cracking down on.
Stars and Stripes reported:
"Veterans and taxpayers have a right to know what we're doing to hold our employees
accountable and make our personnel actions transparent," VA Secretary David Shulkin
said in written statement.
"Posting this information online for all to see, and updating it weekly, will do just
that."
The list, posted online Friday, contained the occupation, VA region, the date and type
of disciplinary action for approximately 800 VA employees disciplined since Jan. 20.
For privacy reasons, the VA is not posting employees' names.
The initiative is part of the new VA Office of Accountability and Whistleblower Protection
that Trump created in April with an executive order.
Navy and Air Force veteran Peter O'Rourke is directing the office and advising Shulkin
on the discipline of VA managers and employees.
Shulkin gained more firing authority after Trump signed legislation June 23 establishing
more repercussions and a faster firing process for VA employees.
Trump, Shulkin, and many veterans and supporters of the legislation said the new rules would
allow the VA to root out poor-performing employees and a perceived culture of corruption in the
department.
Thank God we finally have a Commander-in-Chief who genuinely cares about our troops, unlike
the jerk who spent the past 8 years furthering the Islamic agenda!

not gonna be able to see them very well well you can kind of see a little bit of
a seam there but I can tell I want to just make sure I have all the little
back on the inside but that's good but it's really hard to tell which side is
which so the Hat could be worn either way so I'm going to sew it up right here
I'm going to make a little knot right there like that and I'm just going to
sew in this direction and then ease it together I know it might look like it's
not going to match up but this yarn is very very forgiving and you can ease it
on together if you're a sower you know what the term easing is and that just
means you kind of ease one side to fit to the other side and it will all work
out really well so I'm going to flip this on around in this direction and so
I'm going to go on down here to where it hasn't been sewn together I don't want
to cut any more than I have to and so I'm going to sew these little sides
together right here just like that and then make a knot when I've completed it
and so then I will have all these tails that I need to sew in and I'll do the
same thing I'll repeat that with the black and you can see here now I'll be
starting and going in this direction because I have one tail and that's why
you want to make them long enough so that you don't have to be cutting and
making any more knots than you have to because they're kind of a pain in the
neck but then I'm just going to go on ahead and sew it on in here and I'm
going to go in this direction and you can make knots if you want to if you
don't want them to come out but if you weave it
between the fibers they should stick together hopefully they will all stick
together and not come apart and I just didn't going between the fibers as well
just like that and then cut off the yarn and so I'm
