Youtube daily Nov 9 2017

You already know it's important that your business shows up on Google. Don't pay somebody to set it up for you.

You can do it yourself for free, let's look at how!

Welcome to Five Minute Social Media where I teach you how to do the best possible social media in the least amount of time

If you have been here before and you haven't subscribed take a second, hit subscribe, that would mean a lot and

Otherwise if it's your first time welcome,

thank you for checking it out.

So, is it important to have your business listed on Google? Of course it is! Google is the gateway for people to find things.

Google Maps, Google search all of those things are tied to your Google business listing.

And yeah, somebody like me or lots of other people out there could charge you money to set it up for you,

or you can do it yourself in just a few minutes, and I'm gonna show you how right now.

It's completely free to set up. By the end of this video

you'll not only know how to get your listing set up, but also

I'm gonna show you how to verify it with Google.

That way you'll have that verified checkmark which is important for the credibility of your business or brand, as well as

helping you in search results. And a lot of people have asked me,

"Do you have to have a physical storefront or a physical address,

where you do your business and customers come to?" to have a Google business listing? And the answer is no as I will show you

in just a second. Now before I show you how, in case you're not quite convinced

you need a Google business listing, here are three reasons you definitely need one.

Reason number one: You may already have

a

Google Business

Listing and not know it. Some customer might have typed it in once and Google just made it a listing in which case you need

to claim it,

because there might be the wrong information on there, in which case you could be damaging your business and losing potential leads.

I've seen Google Business listings with the wrong phone number,

so nobody can reach you to call you and hire you. Reason number 2: You get to control

what's on it once you own your Google Business listing. Not only the hours and things like that

but you can change it last second. For example, you might change and put holiday hours on there.

You can also control the photos that are on there. Customers can add photos to Google Business listings,

and if you've never gotten ahold of your listing, they may have uploaded

terrible pictures of your business

and they're

representing you when people find you on Google search. And reason number 3: you can monitor and

respond to reviews to make sure that your reputation is good. So whether you're trying to get on Google Maps

or Google Search, any part of Google,

let's get into how to set up your Google Business listing. Start off by going to google.com/business.

If you're not already signed into a Google account you'll have to do that now,

and if you don't have one just create one.

It's totally free. You'll see a map come up

and you'll want to fill out the information on the box over on the left. At the bottom

you'll see it says, "I deliver goods and services to my customers at their location."

You can click this link for more information, but basically if you run your business,

maybe you run a garage door repair company out of your house and all the work you do is at other people's locations and

businesses and houses, then you would go ahead and click yes.

Or if you have a meal delivery service, anything like that where you don't have a storefront you're gonna

go ahead and click yes. Now

they need a little bit more information here, so "My business delivers goods and services to customers within this area."

This is basically going to help Google show your results to the right people If you only serve the city of Pittsburgh,

then Google doesn't want to show your results to people in Los Angeles.

Obviously put in your location and the range that you want to serve.

And if you're like me you run a business out of your house you do not want to check this box here.

But if you do have a storefront or anywhere that

customers come to and you want your address to be public you can go ahead and click that it'll ask you to verify your information.

Check the box hit continue.

This is where you're going to get your business listing verified. Now if you have a business that is already legitimately online,

maybe you have an actual retail store, or a restaurant

or something like that then you can actually get verified much quicker by using your publicly listed phone number.

Since what I'm running is out of my house, and there's not much record of it yet,

I have to do it by mail so the way it works is you say, "Okay yes,

I want to do it by mail." Google's gonna send you actual mail, a postcard, snail mail,

which is kind of crazy! Just thinking about who Google is! They say it'll take one to two weeks,

but they usually show up within five business days in my experience. Once you get your card log in to your My Business account, enter

the code and you will be all set with a verified business on Google. Then you're in total control, now

I have a business listing on Google for Five Minute Social Media. You'll see here

it says my profile is 55% complete so I can do a few things.

This is probably the easiest place to continue right here, "add profile photo." Select a photo from your computer

or just drag it in there, crop it the way you want it.

Then you can choose a cover photo.

This is just like on Facebook or anywhere else. You might want a picture of something that represents your business You might want a picture of

your actual business. I'm gonna use this awesome stock photo of somebody with a great French manicure and

clearly health-conscious with their pear apple or whatever is in the background here.

You'll see a few tabs here across the top where you can add different photos, things about your team if you've got a staff,

your

identity, this is where you can

put another logo in,

in addition to your profile picture if you look over here on the left side of the screen you'll see now, Home, Info, Photos,

Website, Users. Photos is where we are right now. We just uploaded a few photos. Website -

They'll actually let you build a free website

if you don't have one. Users is where you can add other people that have access to your page.

And then Info is the other place you're going to want to click. Make sure that all of the information here is

accurate. Add your hours, additional links, anything else that you want to include. Once you're verified you'll be able to see Google Insights here where

it'll show you exactly how people are finding your page,

what kind of customers are finding your page, a lot of great free info from Google, as well as manage your reviews, so people can

leave you reviews. You can reply to them if they're good, bad,

whatever you want to do. If you're concerned about what the public can see and what they can't you can look here under info and

you'll see under my address it says, "Only visible to you."

I want to show you what happens if your business already

exists on Google, even if you've never registered it. There may be a listing because some consumer or customer

may have gone ahead and added it to Google. They may have done it with the wrong information!

This is why it's important to claim your listing.

I'm gonna put in Starbucks.

So you'll get this message: "The following business looks similar to the business that you already added. Is this your business?"

Obviously I do not own the Starbucks in Pike Place Market in Seattle, but if your business does come up

this way, then you would go ahead and click on it.

Then you have the opportunity to claim and verify the business in the same way that you would if there was no business listing. One

more thing though, even you do verify, it may take a few weeks for all of that to show up in search results.

If you got something out of that video,

I would love it if you would give it a quick Like! Also consider subscribing right over here (pointing).

And if you have any trouble or have any other questions about things to do with Google or anything else,

let me know down in the comments. I would love to talk to you about your business.

I have chosen to knit them with merino alpaca wool,

it's very soft and comfortable,

and I've chosen colour nuit

The yarn comes in lots of colours,

just choose the one you like best

You will need one ball of merino alpaca wool

a pair of 6.5 millimetre needles

a tape measure

some scissors

and wool needle

Before casting on the first stitch you must leave a metre of yarn

Cast on 25 stitches

Once you have cast on your 25 stitches work 4 rows of Garter Stitch

After working the 4 rows of Garter Stitch

you need to work 11 rows of Stocking Stitch

Once the 11 rows of Stocking Stitch are complete you will have worked 15 rows in total

You land in the other side of the job, so with the small wavelets

What we want is to make small ripples appear on the plain side of the knitt

To do so, we thwarted the stitches : we knit plain stitches on  the purl stitches sidech

This is what it looks like, you see your little waves on the plain side

Work 5 more rows in Stocking Stitch,

Work another 1 row of Garter Stitch

Then work 10 rows of Stocking Stitch

I have chosen to knit them with merino alpaca wool,

it's very soft and comfortable,

and I've chosen colour nuit

The yarn comes in lots of colours,

a pair of 6.5 millimetre needles

Cast on 25 stitches

If you do not know how to cast on stitches click on this link

Once you have cast on your 25 stitches work 4 rows of Garter Stitch

If you have never worked in Garter Stitch watch this video

After working the 4 rows of Garter Stitch

you need to work 11 rows of Stocking Stitch

The jersey, unlike the garter stitch, has a plain stitch  and a purl stitch

On the jersey's plain stitch, you will see small "V"

And on the purl stitch some small wavelets

Stocking Stitch is when you work 1 row of knit, then 1 row of purl and repeat these 2 rows

Reverse Stocking Stitch is worked in reverse, start with a row of purl, followed by a row of knit

to make Stocking Stitch you work the first row entirely using knit stitches

in the same way as you when you work in Garter Stitch

change the way you are holding the needle in your hand

Unlike the knit stitch you work the purl stitch

Put the right-hand needle into the first stitch on the left-hand needle, working from right to left

and passing over the left-hand needle

The yarn is front of the work

Wrap the yarn around the right-hand needle passing over then under the tip of the needle

keeping the yarn in your right hand next to the right-hand needle

Bring the point of the right-hand needle through the stitch on the left-hand needle and over the left-hand needle

Let the stitch drop from the left-hand needle, you'll see the new stitch that you created on your right-hand needle

Voila, this is your first purl stitch

Repeat these steps across all stitches

then alternate the rows between one row of knit and one row of purl for 11 rows

If you are lost in your mesh, do not hesitate to click on this link,

to find out how to differentiate a plain stitch from a purl stitch

Once the 11 rows of Stocking Stitch are complete you will have worked 15 rows in total

To help you, here is how to count your ranks

For the garter stitch,

Consider stretch your mesh in the direction of the height, not to forget a rank

For the jersey, count the small "V" in the direction of the height

And do not forget the stitch on the needle

You will now knit your 16th rank

You land in the other side of the job, so with the small wavelets

What we want is to make small ripples appear on the plain side of the knitt

To do so, we thwarted the stitches : we knit plain stitches on  the purl stitches side

This is what it looks like, you see your little waves on the plain side

Work 5 more rows in Stocking Stitch, alternating between rows of knit and purl

Work another 1 row of Garter Stitch

Then work 10 rows of Stocking Stitch

Finish with 5 rows of Garter Stitch

You will have worked 37 rows in total

Once you have completed your 37 rows, you need to cast off all stitches knitwise

If you do not know how to cast off click on this link

To get the same look at the top and bottom of the mittens

you need to cast off the stitches on the wrong side of work

Cut the yarn, leaving 30 cm after the last stitch has been cast off to sew the seam

Your mitten should measure 19 cm by 19 cm

With the yarn at the bottom, join the 2 sides of the mitten for 13 cm

and with the yarn at the top, for 3 cm

To make an invisible seam

you need to work on the right side of the work

Insert the yarn needle into the wool

passing through the horizontal yarn between the first and second stitch

on each edge of the work

Pull the yarn enough

to bring the 2 edges of the work together and make an invisible seam

When you have completed the 13 cm

eam work in the same way with the top 3 cm of work

Once your seam is complete, you have darned in all of the ends

your mitten is finished

you can start from the beginning to make your second mitten

you can share the video and leave a comment

I hope to see you for another tutorial !

SAP HANA Academy - Getting Started with SAP HANA cockpit: Sysprep HXE on CAL [2.0 SPS 02] - Duration: 6:05.

Hello and welcome to the SAP HANA Academy.

The topic of this video tutorial series is Getting Started with SAP HANA cockpit

and in this video, I will show you how you can prepare an SAP HANA express edition VM

on the Google cloud platform for a cockpit installation.

Hi, I am Denys van Kempen.

In the previous videos, we discussed system preparation for installing SAP HANA cockpit.

For production environments on-premise,

there are a number of SAP Notes to consider and

a certain Linux administration experience is probably recommended.

For cloud-based environments,

we looked at some of the available images prepared by SUSE and Red Hat

for Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud.

There are more, no doubt.

This was just a selection.

As you can see on this illustration,

for non-production environments, the requirements are less strict.

You could install cockpit on a running HANA system

in which case there is no need for any system preparation

and you could also just pick a HANA express edition solution

- let me switch to the Google Cloud Platform here -

Server + applications

which includes SAP HANA cockpit:

no need to install anything.

However, should you want practice installing cockpit a bit,

maybe prepare for a certification,

we could easily re-use this solution for that purpose.

Just deploy, remove HANA express and install cockpit.

Works the same, should you want to Microsoft Azure;

just pick the SAP HANA, express edition - server plus applications

and deploy

For Amazon, there is no HANA express AMI on the AWS marketplace,

at the time of the recording,

but if you have signed up for the SAP Cloud Appliance Library (CAL),

you can pick the express edition solution from here

and deploy to Amazon

or Azure.

Whatever you prefer.

I will pick Google here, today, for no particular reason.

Launch on Compute Engine

You might want to change the name.

So, you don't get confused,

let's call this cockpit-training,

and you might want to the region, to the one closest where are working from.

I would not downscale CPU or memory.

Just keep the recommended settings.

If you already have a fixed IP allocated, you can attach it here.

You can also do this later on,

or not do it at all.

Makes life a bit easier, but it is not required.

Click Deploy

Takes a minute, or so.

It is really fast.

Firewall rules are created

and the VM, the virtual machine

There are video tutorials here on the SAP HANA Academy about getting started with

SAP HANA, express edition on the Google Cloud Platform

So, if you are new to the topic and I am moving a bit too fast here, you could take a look

at that playlist.

OK

Now, we do not have to do any of the post deployment steps,

Just connect

Switch to the root user

sudo -i

For production systems, of course, you would normally just work using your own account

and prefix any command with 'sudo'

That's the proper way.

Keeps you out of trouble.

Here we are just cutting corners a bit.

Now we can start the SAP HANA lifecycle manager, hdblcm.

Action 4: uninstall

Choose components.

Enter 1: All

Do you want to continue?

Yes.

and the HANA database and all its components are removed.

Takes 20 seconds, maybe, and we are done.

Now, personally, I like to clean up the temporary directories as well a bit.

Clean desk policy.

Of course, you might want to take a look what's inside before doing so, obviously.

But for this training system, we just started up, this will not be anything worthwhile.

OK

Already showed you how you can do the upload in the video about downloading cockpit using

FTP, for example.

There are many ways you can approach this.

Here, I will be using the gcloud command-line.

It is a bit easier, once you have set this up.

Let's check if we can see our VM

Looking good.

Now, let's also check if our download is still here.

Yep.

Then just run the SCP, secure copy, command to push the file to the server.

There we go.

OK, while that runs, let's go and grab a cup of coffee.

And in the next video we will proceed with the installation of SAP HANA cockpit.

Thanks for watching.

Bumblebee vs Soundwave - Optimus Prime's Rage | Transformers: Dark of the Moon (2011) CLIP - Duration: 9:49.

How do we get these bridges down?

Spread out. Check in there.

Epps

Epps, I've been looking for your ass. How you doing?

Retirement is wack. Even worse,

we can't get across the river to that building,

and the Autobots are upstairs, surrounded.

Just pan the camera around, all right?

All right. Pan... Pan right. That's you.

Try getting into the bridge control room.

What are they doing? They're just standing there.

Hang on. Dutch, see if you can hack into the bridge.

Sir, SEALS are here.

It's a good day, boys! What do you got?

Got a 10-man SEAL unit, sir, tasked with vectoring Tomahawks.

- How long? - Fifteen.

- You're my prisoners! - Take it easy. We surrender.

Get off me.

Get off me!

All right, you're gonna need your 40 Mike-Mikes and frags. Go full auto.

The vibrations jack up their circuits. Snipers, shoot for the eyes.

All right, your target is up on top of that building, that cupola.

How doomed you are, Autobots.

You simply fail to understand

that the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few.

Activating the bridge.

They happy about something.

We're in the heart of their ship.

Let's give 'em a little ride.

We gonna screw this ship up.

It's a 128K binary encryption code.

It's difficult.

But not for me. I'm in. Bridge down.

The bridge is coming down! Someone's watching over us!

Come on! Let's go!

"Pleasure working with you, Seymour."

I believe you're supposed to say.

Good job, Dutch.

Get off me!

Hurry! They're triggering the pillars!

Prisoners? You're keeping prisoners?

Yes.

You need to teach them about respect.

This was all business, but now it's personal, do you understand me?

I understand. No prisoners, only trophies.

Bee, I think they're going to kill us.

- You, your time is up. - Wait, wait, wait!

We surrendered! We're your prisoners.

- Move it! - Can't we talk this out?

We're all a bunch of good chaps! I mean you no...

Why did you...

Good-bye, my old friend.

You're mine now.

Get off me!

- I got to help him. - What?

What are you doing?

- I got to help him. - Sam, you can't help him.

Turn around.

We... We gave 'em a hell of a run.

We did it, Brains! We did it!

Rip this ship apart!

- We had a nice run, Brains, you and me. - Yeah, we gonna die.

Whoa, whoa, whoa! Okay, baby! You all come with us!

Go! You guys, follow that ground team! Go!

- Move, move, move! - Epps, third floor! We're going to 45!

All right. Two snipers, right here!

All right, dock up!

We jump in three minutes!

Set up shop right here.

Setup.

I'm downstairs.

We got five targets and Shockwave right below us.

Stand by to jump!

All right, let's go! Get ready, get ready.

Go!

Snipers, take out their eyes.

All right, demo team, let's crank steel.

Turning steel!

Don't fire till I tell you!

Go!

Good job, kid!

Fire!

- We got him! - Yeah!

He's on the run!

Autobots, attack!

Mortar that bridge!

It's our world now!

Commence transport!

Oh, my God. Oh, my God.

Optimus!

You die!

No!
