When I saw that van, I just fell in love because it's really different, I never saw that van before.

It's one of the rarest Mercedes vans in the world.

When I stop, everybody wants to take pictures and talk about the van.

I bought this van to make a difference.

This van was built in north of Spain.

It's from 1975, the year I was born.

Some believe Daimler only rebranded the vehicle and put a star in the front, but: No.

In this N 1300 I know, they put a new engine, the famous OM 615.

That's a really good engine and reliable.

Specialty coffee is a new thing in Portugal.

The taste, the flavour is completely different.

The quality of the coffee is really important.

We roast small badges, so we get more control of the quality.

And when the clients try our coffee, they get this good experience and in the end they are happy.

The van changed a little bit my life, actually.

After we did the modification, we started taking this really serious, you know.

For me, it's like a passion.

When you work, for me, it's not boring,

it's because you talk with people, you see people who like your coffee.

Everything is connected to the van because when you look to a beautiful thing, you are curious.

People just follow the van.

The combi van is our baby.

That's how we started our business, so that van is going to be with us forever, for sure.

So, Today! tadaa I bought a bunch of the yummiest looking Bento boxes (meals) from 7-11

and I grabbed... (...counting) 9 of them

just 1 bento meal away from an even 10.... "so why didn't she buy 1 more" is what you may think...

but I really only wanted these 9 Items!!!!

yup. all. all... all of them are ones that I wanted to eat

and just quickly glancing over them they're all.... kinda very rich looking foods

they're all kind of far from healthy... but these sinful foods are the most delish

itadakimasu waa.... which one should I start off with? I just can't decide

the pasta doesn't taste as good if you let it sit for a while ~even more so than rice~ so perhaps I'll start with pasta?

first dish is the rich creamy crab pasta it got that wonderful rich crab aroma

the quality of 7-11's meals are amazing aren't they?

just look will ya' its got legit chunks of crab

the flavor of the crab is melts into the creamy tomato sauce its so deep, rich and flavorful

the flavor of crab is so wonderful

all done next up is a creamy pasta with tiny bits of fish roe

this one is another creamy dish I love cream pasta

I love the color of this rish roe is it better if I mix it first?

this is delish as well the fish roe mixes nicely with the creamy sauce and really

mellows out the whole flavor ~I think I might like this one more~

do I prefer regular cream pasta over the tomato and cream?

I didn't mix it up all the way and there is a bunch of roe here

tastes great to have that strong hit of fish roe

the fish roe really pops in your mouth

all done next up is an omurice (rice in omlette) with demiglace sauce

look at how plump and wriggly the egg is

I believe there is a ketchup fried rice within

there's stuff like onion in the demiglace sauce

the sauce has a deep flavor and is nice and sweet and it matches the mellow flavor of egg

eggs are so delish

the egg is thin yet made nice and fluffy

all done

gone in an instant hmm I should probably eat this doria cheese doesn't

taste as good when its cold

next is a curry hamburger doria with gooey melted cheese

the gooey melted part is what sold me on this

this Curry~~ aroma is intoxicating Curry and Cheese totes go nicely together

looks nice the rice is covered in curry

mmm delish the curry has a nice deep and rich flavor

and then to top it off you've got this hamburger and melted gooey cheese.... oh its not a baked cheese in this

its more of a cheese sauce instead. well I like them both either way

this is delish

I love how theres this giant piece of hamburger meat right on top here

all done this will the the 5th bento this is a loco moco with melted cheese

do you guys know what this white jiggly thing is over here?

its a soft boiled runny egg! I love you

K, lets break it open can you guys see it?

waaa~ omg it really is runny if you've gotta be skilled to make an egg that isn't all hard and solid

thankfully a skilled cook made this ~much thanks to the skilled 7-11 cook who made this~

K, this looks so delish!

ohhh.... its so delish this runny egg yolk is amazing!!

runny eggs have tremendous power to change things don't they

with just a simple runny yolk this dish is transformed and made so delish like this

this simple egg.. this rich tasting yolk mixes with the rice and is covered by this sweet and flavorful sauce

it makes for something that tastes verrrrrrry delish

this hamburger meat is also delish

all done next up is japanese style mochi doria with cheese

a dish that combines my favourite mochi (rice cake) with cheese and fish roe! what a wonderful doria dish

the mochi is so delish mochi and fish roe.. so good

this uses a white doria sauce it goes nicely with this fish roe

all done next is a butter chicken curry

I love eating naan with my butter chicken ~today we've got rice however...~

its nice and sweet with a nice butter flavor butter chicken curry makes me so happy

I like this one the most

all done lastly we've got some meat

the one that Kinoshita chose is this this grilled charcoal grilled beef Kalbi

look at how good this Kalbi looks on rice (Kalbi is sort of like a Korean BBQ)

what is with this unbeatable combination of rice and Kalbi?

in another life they must have been siblings

.... and I was probably one of them (part of the family?) because I love the taste so much

7-11's dishes were made so skillfully and were all delish

wow I can't believe they stocked 9 bento that were so rich and delicious looking that I just had to have

we are truly born into a wonderful and convenient age (( We livin' the life Y'all ))

How to make Tofu | Phytoestrogens - Isoflavones - Duration: 5:18.

Hello everyone

today I have decided to prepare 3 types of Tofu

1° with split peas (green or yellow)

2° with lupini beans

3° with chickpeas

also known as panelle in Palermo

I will make a video about this

today I am going to prepare classic soy-based tofu

Put soy beans (300g/10.5oz, soaked) in a pot

discard the soaking water and add 1.5L / 50 fl oz of clean water

grind and cook for about 10 minutes

In order to make soy milk (necessary for the preparation of tofu)

transfer the liquid into a strainer

with a piece of cloth in it (to strain)

this pulp is known as Okara

which is used in many recipes

do not throw it away (it can be frozen)

Heat the soy milk and stir continuously for about 5 minutes

and let it rest for a while

add some nigari (about 10g/0.3oz)

and let rest for a few more minutes

to make the milk curdle

Here's the result

discard the exceeding water

and transfer the pulp into a strainer

Cover the whole thing

you can put a weight on it to accelerate the process

let rest like this for about 20 minutes

Here's the result

you can store it in the fridge (inside a bowl with salted water)

it will last for a few days

How to Hypnotize Someone with your eyes | 10 best Tips How to Hypnotize Someone - Duration: 4:22.

Ask the person for permission.

Do this by asking them: "Can I hypnotize you?"

Make sure they say "yes".

It's best to practice hypnotizing with your eyes on a friend or loved one who trusts you,

as they will be more willing to be hypnotized.

It's essential that the person be a willing participant.

If they resist or don't want to be hypnotized, the hypnosis likely will not work.

Have the person sit in a comfortable, upright position.

Don't have them stand, as they will likely become so relaxed during the hypnosis they

will fall over if they are standing.

Tell the person to focus on a spot underneath your right eye.

Instruct them not to look away as you speak to them.

Stare at them without blinking.

Start counting from five to one in a soothing, low voice.

As you count, tell them: "Your eyelids are becoming heavier and heavier."

"Your eyelids are growing heavy, as if heavy weights are pulling them down."

"Soon, your eyelids will be so heavy they will close."

"The more you try to open your eyes, the more heavy, loose, limp they become and the

more stuck shut they will be."

Repeat these phrases several times as you count from five to one.

Tell the person you are going to touch their shoulder and then they are going to go limp.

It's important to tell the person what is going to happen before you touch them.

This will set their mind up to understand you are going to give them a command and they

are going to respond by doing what you tell them to do.Tell the person: "When I touch

your shoulder, you are going to become loose, limp, and heavy.

Ready?"

Touch the person's shoulder and tell them it's time to be loose and relax.

Don't be alarmed if the person slumps over or leans back in the chair.

This is a sign they are completely relaxed and they are now under hypnosis.

Assure the person they are now under hypnosis.

It's important that the person realizes the relaxing state they are experiencing is

due to hypnosis or being in a hypnotic state.Its also important to assure the person they are

safe and they are in good hands.

Reassure them so they continue to trust you and to listen to your commands.

Tell the person that their right arm should now be loose and heavy.

Inform them it should feel limp and relaxed.

Then, touch their arm to trigger a response from them.Lift up their arm to confirm it

is now limp and relaxed.

Place their arm back down.This confirms the person is now in a trance like state.

It also shows they are willing to listen to your voice and your commands.

Set them up to follow only your voice.

Count down from five to one.

Tell them that when you reach "one", they will only listen to the sound of your voice.Snap

your fingers at "one" to focus them on your voice.

Tell them to let your voice relax them even deeper.

Then, instruct them to hear every word you say and only hear every word you say.Instruct

them to follow only your words exactly, and no other sounds around them.

Test out their hypnotic state.

Now that you have hypnotic control over the person, you can test out your ability by having

the person touch their nose or their ear.

You can also tell them to move their arms or legs on command.Keep in mind hypnotic control

must be used responsibly and carefully.

The person has put their trust in you, so do not abuse it by embarrassing them or hurting

them while they are under hypnosis.
