Let's agree amongst ourselves that this is a truth zone.
OK.
Yeah.
That's perfect.
Now, keeping your backs straight,
I want you each to lean forward.
No.
We agreed to see a therapist, not be action
figures for a 12-year-old.
Come on, Booth.
I'm sure this is just one of those meaningless exercises
meant to illustrate the importance
of supporting each other.
I think, for once, it would be beneficial
if you were the student.
So for the next step, you need to attach the elbow.
OK.
Using the PVC cement there.
Making sure that it's safe.
Student, teacher.
Student, teacher.
Gaining that willingness to take
a risk-- that can take time.
Listen, Bones, you gotta trust me on this one.
Trust that I'm going to do the right thing.
I trust you.
I trust you.
I do trust you.
I just want you to know that.
You I'm very trustworthy.
Dr. Brennan is showing remarkable trust
and willingness.
This is fun.
I could have killed you.
Therein lies the excitement for the spectators.
Show him it's a risk worth taking.
That is is cool.
Bones, you're tearing up.
This is the prom I never got to go to.
It's your reunion, OK?
Let's do it.
Let's dance.
Come on.
Ah!
Turn it off.
[laughter]

This Mysterious Remedy Might Cure One Of The Deadliest Diseases - Duration: 2:01.
Malaria is a devastating disease that affects millions worldwide but new research has found
that the bark of two trees in Africa may be the key to destroying, not only the malaria
parasite, but also the mosquito responsible for transmitting the disease to humans!
Malaria is one of the most widely distributed diseases in the world, that affected over
200 million people and led to 438,000 deaths worldwide in 2015 alone.
The disease is caused by parasites that are spread to humans by female Anopheles mosquitoes.
The symptoms can include fever, seizures, and acute kidney failure.
Malaria can remain in a person's system for months, even years, leading to relapses.
Thus, preventing the spread of malaria can potentially save countless lives, but how
exactly can the bark of a tree solve the problem?
Well, locals in West Africa have long used native vegetation, including tree bark from
local trees to help treat malaria.
In 2011, an entomologist in the Republic of Congo claimed that the bark of the Olon tree,
which is part of the citrus family, was able to kill the mosquitoes that spread malaria,
as well as cockroaches and weevils.
Researchers created an extract from the bark and found that not only did it kill the mosquitoes,
but it also killed the malaria parasite itself!
When scientists took a closer look, they determined that two separate compounds were at work.
One compound called pellitorine killed mosquitoes and another compound, dihydronitidine destroyed
the malaria parasite!
And they found a similar tree species in Mali that also has the pellitorine.
These discoveries could the potentially save hundreds of thousands of lives a year; however,
the pharmaceutical industry has not shown interest in conducting clinical trials...yet.
In the meantime, researchers are hoping to educate locals about the benefits of the extract
including encouraging them to spray puddles with the solution to kill mosquitoes.
What if there were no mosquitoes?!
Is that possible?
Find out in this video from Trace and myself!
And what do you think?
If you could get rid of mosquitoes all together, would you?
Or do you see a benefit in having them around?
Let us know in the comments below and keep coming back to DNews every day of the week.

If you are new to this channel, there is a "subscribe" button below
If you like this video, it is quite possible that you will like the other videos I make
And it's completely free!
So! Are you excited?
Yes. I tasted some of it before
but most here are completely new to me.
Well, I don't know what I've bought
We can start with something I've tasted before
I have not tasted exactly this one before, but I've tasted them in blue
So you can have the first taste
H: Oh! M: Yes!
I remember that I was very disappointed, because I'm not so fond of gummies
M: What do you think? H: Well, no.
It tastes like cola, like the gummy cokes
M: They were better than the blue ones H: Are they? Yes.
H: Look at the little ... M: Of 1 to 10
sushi pieces, how many do you give it?
A six!
Ding ding ding ding ding ding ding
Was it five or six? I don't know, I didn't count.
Ok! Now I want to take this mini coke box
H: Have you tasted this before?
M: It was so cute! No
M: No, oh, what? H: Do you wanna try?
M: Yes! H: I think you have smaller fingers than me
* Grunt *
H: Small pastilles
It doesn't smell
It smells fire, I was about to say, but that's just because we had a bonfire earlier
H: Oh it's a bit like fizzy tablets
M: They were good, they did not taste that much really!
H: No it reminds with of Love Hearts!
M: Yes, just not as sour!
H: Yeah, not as sour M: As sweet Love Hearts
M: I now want to take the one I dread the most
H: Oh, yes!
H: The one who looks like a Habanero? M: Because this
M: Yes, it is even evil!
M: On the spice scale it is 1, 2, 3, 4 ...
* Helle gasp *
M: There are five chili on it.
M: Helle! H: What have I bought?
M: HELLE!
M: One, two, three
M: They were not spicy at all
H: It was a bit spicy
M: It was not spicy * Laughs *
M: It was really good!
M: Now, I thought we were going to sit here and cry and scream after milk
* Both laughing *
H: I don't think it was that good. M: No.
M: I think maybe a six
H: Yes. Six sushi pieces.
H: Odango Snack! M: I think that one is exciting because there is something on the back
H: I think it's a sticker
* Laughs *
H: STICKER!
H: Wow, that was really few M: What do you think it is?
H: Balls?
H: A caramelized scent.
M: It looks like chicken nuggets
H: yes
But it smells like caramels
* Biscuits crunching *
M: I can not split it!
H: It tastes like eggnog
M: That was really strange
M: It's not bad H: It's like a biscuit
H: I'll give this an eight
M: I think I'll stick to a seven
H: Tough love.
M: I know this is very, very good
M: I think it's very good, so you get to taste it
H: Oh it really smells like strawberries
And I've managed to crush it a little in my bag
M: Yes, what is that? What is it made of?
H: Chocolate perhaps? M: Yes.
* Gasping *
* Laughs *
M: I'll take this
*Yummy*
H: What an incredibly fun idea! M: Yeah, right!
M: I give it a nine
Because I hope there is something better out there
H: I think this is just a seven
M: Oh, is it Jellybeans? H: It looks just like Jelly Beans!
* Helle scoffs *
M: Very synthetic H: It smells like crap!
M: Okay, let's try
H: It smells like really strong childrens hand soap
M: Yes, like really synthetic like
Both: Oh!
M: I can not bite through it
It is quite soft!
I can not get in through! * Laughs *
H: It was really hard to chew on
When you chew on it it makes your teeth go a wry
It bends kind of
M: It tastes just like cheap Jellybeans
M: They were no good H: No.
H: Yeah, yeah, no, I feel that it's a two, yes
Yes, ok two.
M: Because there are worse
H: There are worse.
It was sugar.
M: Okay, I'm eager to try these H: Yes!
M: They're called Happy Turn
M: *Squeal*
M: I think it is very much packing H: It is.
M: Oh! They were salty!
M: Shall we take a bite?
M: Oh yes I thought I was counting down . Three-two-one *Crunch*
* gaging noises *
H: It tastes like rice crackers, but very salty
M: Yes. I think if they had been seasoned with something other than salt.
H: Salt in itself is not a flavour M: No
M: I think if they had on pepper or something
H: Then it would have been just like regular rice crackers
H: A three with me ...
M: * surprised exclamation * H: * laughs loudly *
M: * Laughs at inntake of breath *
M: Yes, I can agree with three, rice crackers are good
but just get some flavour!
It looks like jelly something
*gasps*
M: And you can break it off!
H: But it smells like crap! M: Yes it does
H: It smells just like these
* Expressed discomfort *
H: It's exactly as slime, when we were kids!
It smells like that slime!
M: Wow, yes, actually!
* Helle laughs *
* Both laughing *
Both: One, two, three
H: It tasted a little like forehead
* Mathilde laugh *
M: I give it a three because I think it tasted bland. H: Agreed
M: I want to get this over with, because I don't really like apples
H: Gummies M: Yes!
H: It smelled really like apple! And it's soft too!
* Helle makes popping noises *
H: Okay? M: Yes.
* Smile *
H: It's not good! M: No!
H: I don't think the taste was too bad, but
Both: the texture!
M: You are sort of used to apples being crispy, and then this
H: Ok this might be a bit disgusting
Like when you eat fat
from meat, it is that texture
H: So it has chewing resistance
but you can eat it, and then it's just like
* Slurps *
M: It was a really terrific sound to represent the texture.
M: No, it gets a ... H: Yuck.
M: It gets a yuck H: Simply a yuck
M: Screw the sushi, this was a yuck
* Mathilde sneezes *
H: It looks like peach mint
H: Three .. Two .. One, NO you must take the whole hand
* Mathilde inhaled laughter *
H: Now don't inhale them
H: Do not inhale them! * Laughs *
M: aaah * laughs *
* Sound of candy hitting the floor *
H: That was not good
H: It tastes really peachy.
M: It had much flavour when I began to chew on it
H: And it was a little sour as well
H: No, I didn't like these M: No
Both: No, no, no, no, no.
H: Sushi?
H: Two
M: I gave it three
H: These
M: I think they smell the same
I think that smells very sweet, and this smells very fresh
M: Okay, three, two, one
M: I think it tastes a little like melon
H: This was definitely coke
M: Now I smell the coke
M: I just had to get that one away from me to notice
H: this one smells more like pear or vanilla, a bit sweeter M: Yes
H: Shall we? M: Three two one
* Helle mumbles *
*Yuck*
M: No
M: aaah
H: Why did I take such a big bite?
H: Two sushi pieces from me M: * Laughs *
M: Yes
Both: Two!
H: Fettucine
M: Is it more gummies?
Oh it says gummies on it
H: It's gummies M: I'm so tired of gummies
H: It smells like dirty underwear
* Laughs *
M: Oh my God, yes!
M: It's as if you smell a laundry basket
H: Yes! Enjoy.
H: OK! One two
H: It was sweet!
M: It was sweet on the outside
H: It was not sweet inside
M: It was very weird
H: It tasted quite good, really M: Yes
M: I do not have anything against it
H: Four
M: And a half
H: * surprised sounds *
H: The frog! It is really quite cute!
M: Yes it's super cute, see the tongue is a little heart
M: Is it like ...?
M: What is it called again?
Both: Is it a tadpole?
It's a tadpole!
M: Huh?
H: * excited *
H: Look! It is...
H: Who decided this was a good idea?
H: It is the development of frogs
M: No? H: Yes!
M: Is this somehow the egg? H: It's the egg!
H: Do we have to eat frog eggs where we can see the babies inside?
* Both screaming *
M: I felt the baby! H: Aaahh
H: It's frog babies inside
M: Yuck H: * gasping for breath *
* Helle gets the chills *
H: the chew texture is different from children
H: Oh my no
H: To the egg around
M: Ugh, I can bring out the child
M: Getting it off me
H: yuck, yuck, it's no me
H: It won't go away M: * laughs *
H: But we'll try the tadpoles because I don't know what the first tasted like
M: It just smells fake H: I'm eating it
M: Oh, you're eating
H: It's really disgusting M: It's really nasty
H: But we have too eat the frogs too.
H: Or try it anyways. Here, take a frog
H: Oh, he has a little crown
M: Oh it's mine
* Smoothes *
M: That was much better H: Is had a much firmer texture
M: It didn't have the shell on the outside H: No
M: Okay, now it's time for H: The last one that is
M: The packing, excuse me. You have one bag
M: Why do you need a bag, in a bag and a tray?
H: Now you're making a mess
M: It smells of soy sauce
H: yes
H: Lick it first and then eat, or just eat?
M: Just eat it
M: I think if I lick it and it tastes awful I won't eat it.
H: One, two * munch *
* Sounds of discomfort *
M: Oh Holy Father
* Spits *
H: What was that?
M: It's rice crackers
H: Or biscuits as we say in Norwegian?
* Mathilde hush *
M: It's Bakakake (Bakauke)
M: That means rice crackers and then
Aunori
H: Nori! Nori is the thing you wrap around ...
H: around sushi, isn't it seaweed?
H: Seaweed! M: It's seaweed.
* Groan *
H: That explains why it tastes so incredibly foul!
H: On a scale from
sushi to sushi this is a yuck
M: It deserves no sushi
H: It tastes of seaweeds. It tastes like crap M: Yes
H: It tastes yucky, yucky, yucky, yucky. M: Yes.
H: But what did we like best?
M: * mumbles * This was the worst
H: This was bad. This one.
H: Or frog. The frog made me feel like a terrible person
M: That was the only thing I had to spit out.
H: Shared placing. This one gets
H: Last place because of the moral issues we have with eating it
M: But this was because of taste
H: This is only because it tastes crap.
H: And the best? I think I think they were the bird bisquits
H: It's funny now Sangfugl like bird biscuits the best
H: Also, I think these were very good!
M: I think these were the best, but that's because they are chocolate!
H: Thank you for watching with us today
If you liked this, comment what you would like me to try next time?
M: Go to Mathilde's channel to see her Japanese candy test.
H: I wish you good luck and then we'll see each other very soon!
Goodbye! * kisses *

Smittybilt Safari Hard Top & Defender Rack Overview | JKU50 Overland - Duration: 2:12.
Hey guys, Ken here with 4WheelOnline.
Today we're checking out the inspiration for our JKU50 Overland build, the Smittybilt
Safari Hard Top.
When we saw this top at SEMA 2015 we knew we'd have to use it on our next Jeep.
When it finally became available for purchase we jumped on it and started the process.
The Smittybilt Safari Hard Top is a 1 piece top made from honeycomb hand-laid fiberglass
for extra strength and rigidity.
It also has a textured grain finish.
The top is higher than the stock hard top and provides 5.5 inches of additional headroom
which makes for a much more comfortable experience for all of us tall guys.
It's also lined with military spec mildew free carpet headliner.
Portal windows in the top allow extra ambient light to filter in.
The windows are also made from DOT approved safety glass with a 31% tint.
The rear window has dual hydraulic lift struts to keep the window open as long as you want
and make it so you have both of your hands to put stuff in the back.
The 4 door model weighs 320 pounds and the 2 door weighs 275 pounds.
Now our favorite part is that the top is made right here in the USA.
Always a good bonus.
In addition to looking great the Safari top delivers increased utility with built in mounts
for a Smittybilt Defender Rack to be added on top.
But don't go thinking that the defender rack is only available for the Safari top,
it's available for nearly any application you could want including the stock JK hard
top.
We added the additional light bar mounts to the front but there's tons of options for
you to choose from with this rack so be sure to take a look.
We also added smittybilt limb risers to push limbs and branches out of our way as we drive.
You can get Smittybilt Safari Hard Top and Defender Roof rack for the lowest price at
4WheelOnline and be sure to check out the rest of the gear we put on the JKU50 Overland
build on our YouTube channel.

My Favorite Book Series – The Raven Cycle by Maggie Stiefvater - Duration: 4:46.
Hello friends! Kaitlyn here!
And I want to tell you about one of my all-time favorite book series.
The Raven Cycle by Maggie Stiefvater
(INTRO MUSIC)
So have you ever read a book that just overwhelms you with the feeling that the author just gets you?
Like all the characters and setting and storyline feel like if you
had written a book, it would be this?
Yes, no, maybe?
Well, that is exactly how I felt when I read Maggie's Raven Cycle series.
OH MY GOSH HOW CAN I PUT INTO WORDS ALL THE FEELINGS I HAVE FOR THESE BOOKS?
Okay, a run down of the series.
4 books.
The Raven Boys.
The Dream Thieves.
Blue Lily, Lily Blue.
And the soul-crushing conclusion, The Raven King.
You meet Blue, a quirky young girl living in the small, country town of Henrietta, Virginia.
She's not psychic but she lives with a whole boatload of psychic women.
And she's fated to kill her true love with a kiss.
Well, that sucks. And it sounds like teen flim-flam drama at its best.
True, EXCEPT, she meets these boys from the local private boarding school, Aglionby Academy,
which she initially hates because they are everything she stands against
--rich, privileged, blah, blah blah.
But she comes to find that there is a Vlot more to them behind the privileged exterior.
Basically, they're just as screwed up and searching for more in this world as her.
So how does this all tie together for a 4 book series?
The boys are on the hunt for the sleeping Welsh King, Glendower, who supposedly is actually
buried in Virginia on a ley line rather than on the island of Great Britain.
And if they wake him, they get a wish. You'll have to read the book for why a wish is significant to them.
We're also privy to the information that the leader of these boys, Gansey, is
the boy that Blue is fated to kiss and kill (despite the fact that she initially hates him.)
So now you have a fated romance and death, a mysterious sleeping king, a house full of psychics,
and mystical, time-warping forest with trees that speak Latin called Cabeswater where most of the
group's adventures take place.
And that's actually just the beginning.
Because I want you to discover the magic and mystery for yourself, I can't tell you some
of my favorite parts or even why my favorite character is my favorite character.
This is why it's hard for me to make videos about books sometimes. I feel like I'm going to spoil the whole thing.
But I can tell you that these characters--Blue, Gansey, Ronan, and Adam--mature
over the four book series in ways that I don't see in books all that often.
A lot of times you get super self-righteous characters or self-sacrificing characters
or ones that continually make the same mistake or whiny heroines who always complaining about a guy.
But what's great about this series is that these characters are so much more real than that.
They make mistakes but then they learn from those mistakes and then they make different mistakes
and learn from those
and they constantly find that they always need the support of one another.
And there's so little boy drama whining!
It also deals with the delicate issues of death, loss, and trauma.
And what it's like to be smothered by your environment--no matter your level of privilege.
Honestly, I consider a lot of it a metaphor for depression which I think is why it resonates
with me so much.
Very rarely have I found something that addresses trauma, loss, and depression in a
magical and spiritually reverent way.
I really, REALLY have to recommend this series because it is poetic and full of mystery and
captures the emptiness and loneliness that I found growing up in a small, rural area
where I felt trapped.
It's a YA novel that's advertised for it's magic and romance, but it's not nothing
like Twilight, bleh.
So don't count it out for that reason.
I'm making this video now because I just finished reading The Raven King.
And I know the book came out in October 2016. I mean, I pre ordered the thing like a whole year in advance
but I have been saving it and kind of putting it off because I didn't want it to end.
I knew that if I read it, I would be like "Well, what am I going to do with my life now?"
There was also this sense of foreboding that kept building up with the series and so I
was super afraid that I wasn't going to like the ending, but I will say that I am satisfied.
Mostly. All the things that I felt like were important were tied up in a way that I felt okay with.
So what do you guys think? Have you read the series? Love it? Hate it? Or are you now considering reading it because of my recommendation?
It's so SO good, guys!
I want the whole world to read it. Just ah!
Tell me down in the comments!
Plus remember to like, favorite, share, and subscribe if this video made you smile!
See you guys on Thursday!

Robinho explains why he picked Real Madrid over Barcelona - Duration: 2:36.
Robinho explains why he picked Real Madrid over Barcelona
After scoring more than 80 goals over four seasons at Santos, the Brazilian moved to
Europe and helped Real Madrid win back-to-back La Liga titles in 2007 and 2008.
Barcelona had also been monitoring the Samba starlet before Real agreed to pay the €24
million required to secure his passage to the Santiago Bernabeu.
But the 33-year-old – now at Atletico Mineiro – says it was an easy decision to join the
Spanish capital club, who at the time had a number of Brazilians on their books including
Ronaldo and Roberto Carlos, plus a Brazilian coach in the form of Vanderlei Luxemburgo.
Speaking exclusively in the March 2017 issue of FourFourTwo magazine, Robinho says: "It
may seem like a difficult choice, but it wasn't.
Real Madrid was the team that showed more interest in me.
"Both of them are great clubs that have fans all around the world, but when Madrid
came in for me, I saw they had a large Brazilian group in their squad and the coaching staff
was also from Brazil.
When you put all this together, why would I move to Barcelona?"
Robinho stayed in Spain for three seasons before sealing a deadline-day switch to Manchester
City in 2008, despite being set for a move to Chelsea that summer.
Robinho: Why I didn't join Chelsea in 2008 Although he has no regrets about calling time
on his career with los Blancos, the striker does wish he had parted on better terms, having
found himself caught in the middle of Madrid's attempts to lure Cristiano Ronaldo from Manchester
United.
"I don't regret leaving Real, but I do regret falling out with them when I moved
on, as they were the club that opened doors for me and offered me the opportunity to conquer
Europe," he says.
"Perhaps the way I had to fight my way out erased the memories of some great things I
did for the team; I helped them become champions and I think I played well.
But I was really determined to leave, had an explosive temper and didn't give things
as much thought as I do now."

Catherine Lu | The Road to Nerdfighteria - Duration: 3:46.
Hello, I'm Catherine and I'm a nerdfighter!
Wow, this sounds like an Alcoholics Anonymous
group. I messed up, bah! So I'm gonna tell
you a little bit about my experience
with Nerdfighteria. I entered Nerdfighteria from
kind of strange direction I think. And it
all starts with Steve Jobs. So remember
in the earlier two thousands when Apple
was totally the huge thing and everything was apple?
Sometime in 2008, I borrowed an iPod touch
and I was a big fan of audiobooks at the
time, so I kept listening to them. But
then at one point, I got bored one day, and
decided to just kind of lurk on iTunes.
Because, you know, that's what you do as a
middle school nerd who's staying up
past her bedtime. And I notice these
things called podcasts and I was like,
"What is this? I'm just going to check it out!"
The thing that attracts people
to anything is Harry Potter, right? And
the top two podcasts at the time were
MuggleCast and PotterCast, so I started
listening to both them, and a few months
into this, the hosts of PotterCast were
talking about this thing called LeakyCon.
And at some point during that episode
they talked about the Vlogbrothers and
Nerdfighteria, and I was intrigued! So from
that point on, I knew about them. And then
when Helping Haiti Heal happened, and
the Vlogbrothers and the Harry Potter
Alliance and everyone got together, I was
exposed to all of that once. And that was
my first experience with a charity
livestream and also the first time I saw
Hank and John Green.
It took me until around two thousand nine
to get a youtube account and to
actually be on Youtube at all. Let alone,
follow the Vlogbrothers. That was my
first introduction to the Vlogbrothers
and to that entire community of
wonderful people. And pretty much for
seven years, I have never missed a Vlogbrothers
video. And ninety-nine
percent of everything that I watch on
YouTube can be traced back to the Vlogbrothers
.They're like this central node
for my communities
and I love it. I want to also say that I
did not really actively be in the
community for many years.
It wasn't until after The Fault in
Our Stars came out that I became
comfortable talking to
people in the comments at all, and
feeling like I was really a part of the
community, as opposed to just this person
watching from afar, and observing this
large mass that was not a part of me and
I was not a part of it. And then as
Michael Aranda's WhatI'mDoingRightNow
channel like grew and amassed this
really amazing group of people around it,
I actually joined in that. And then through
that, I met some great people and started
making videos myself. And that's what
really brought me really into the
community, as opposed to someone just
kind of watching from afar, even though
the watching had also made a really
large impact on my life. And now, Nerdfighteira
to me is a very clear group of
people. I obviously don't know
everyone, but I do know some people. Some
people I have met in real life at VidCon.
Some people i just know from the
comments. And some people maybe I only
exchange like one word with you, once, but
you exist, and you're people, and that is
amazing. I love this community and I owe
so much love and inspiration to all of
you guys, no matter how long you've been
here. And I can only hope that everyone
has as wonderful as an experience of
Nerdfighteria as I have.
Thanks for watching! I will see you....no I won't...
Here, have a Hanklerfish!
