Youtube daily Jan 26 2017

Hey friends!

Welcome back to my YouTube Channel where I share tech tips, social tips and app reviews.

Today I'm showing you 5 hidden Google Search features only power users know.

Come on, let's get after it!

First up, is an image search hack that is sure to change the way you Google.

If you've ever found yourself admiring artwork, but you don't know who the artist is, just

snap a photo of it then go to Google and click on the "Images" tab.

From here, click on the camera icon in the search bar and upload the photo and describe

it as best as you can.

Google will pull up either the exact image or something closely matching that image.

The only downside is that this feature is only available on desktop for now.

Up next, Did you know you can use Google to search within a specific website?

Well it's true - you can!

That's right.

I officially just ended your endless searching on a website trying to find that article that

you know they posted, but you can't find.

Just type in your search term, then space, then type the keyword: site, followed by a

colon and the website….with no spaces.

And voila, now I have all of the yoga articles PopSugar Fitness has posted.

Ok, if you are one of those people that has downloaded a tip calculator app, you can go

ahead and delete that right now.

If you find yourself wondering how much to tip, or how much each person in your party

should pay on a shared bill, just open your Google app on your phone and type in 'tip

calculator'.

Boom!

You can calculate your tip and how much everyone should pay.

Now for an oldie but a goodie, use Google to provide you with a currency converter.

Just type in whatever currency you'd like to see the exchange rates in, and voila!

Of course, another favorite of mine is using Google to check on a flight status.

Just type in the airline code and flight number and Google takes care of the rest.

Guys, just to reiterate, all of these search hacks can be done from your Google app on

your device except for the Google Image Search hack.

So, those are just 5 little tricks to enhance your Google search experience.

Do you know any other tricks?

Let me know in the comments below.

As always, thank you so much for watching and I'll see ya next time.

Why Is A White Nationalist Writing Trump's Executive Orders? - Duration: 5:02.

Donald Trump has now been in office for seven full days.

During those seven full days we have already seen at least 12 executive orders, by the

time you watch this likely more than 12.

Here's the thing.

How can a guy with absolutely no political experience to speak of come up with so many

executive orders in such a short amount of time?

The answer according to White House aids is that Trump is not actually the guy writing

them.

No.

That job is falling on advisor Steve Bannon, the former chairman of Breitbart and a pretty

much white nationalist guy, somebody who has definitely defended white nationalism at every

given opportunity and another advisor, Stephen Miller for Donald Trump.

Here's the question.

Why in God's name are we not hearing more about the fact that a white nationalist like

Steve Bannon is the one writing these presidential executive orders for Donald Trump to sign

into law?

Why?

Why are media outlets not discussing this at greater length?

Why are Democrats in the House and Senate not getting upset about this?

Why are they still willing to go along with a few of the things Trump is saying because

occasionally he says something a little good like let's get out of TPP?

That was just the distraction, folks.

If you're focused on the fact that Donald Trump pulled the United States out of TPP,

then you're not paying attention, and that's what he wanted you to do.

He wanted you to focus on the shiny object of TPP and not on the fact that he is destroying

this country by letting people like Steve Bannon write his executive orders for him.

We basically have Breitbart News writing legislation for this country.

Breitbart News is telling us what we can and can't do now, legally.

Here's the other problem with this.

They're churning out these executive orders so fast that Congress has not had time to

review them to even make sure that it is legal for the President to do this.

Other government agencies, Department of Defense, super pissed right now because they're not

getting to review the policies these executive orders that actually directly affect their

department.

In the past, even though Presidents have had to use executive orders to get around Congress,

Congress still ends up reviewing these to make sure that it is legal.

On top of that, the President seeks the advice of members from the agencies to whom these

executive orders will directly affect.

They seek guidance, they ask advice.

They want help to make sure they're not screwing anybody over and more importantly doing anything

illegal, but Donald Trump doesn't care.

Steve Bannon doesn't care.

They have an agenda, and come hell or high water they're going to make sure that that

agenda gets enacted.

That is a dangerous thing for the people of the United States, it's a dangerous thing

for Congress from what we're hearing now, and it's a dangerous thing for all government

agencies.

We could very well be looking at an executive order that authorizes terrorism.

Yeah, that's illegal, it's against the Geneva Conventions and all other sorts of international

treaties.

It's against US law.

Donald Trump can sign it, make it technically legal.

It's still illegal, but they're going to do it because they don't care because none of

these people have spent a single day in either politics or law.

They don't know what they're doing.

Donald Trump is political idiot, a legal idiot, and so is Steve Bannon, and so is Stephen

Miller and so is every other person that Trump has surrounded himself with in Washington,

D.C.

If I were a Republican which thank God I'm not, I would be looking at this chewing my

fingernails down to the nub screaming, "Why are you making such blatantly obvious mistakes,

giving the Democratic Party fodder to impeach you in six months, you idiot?," because that's

what's going to happen.

Trump is doing some pretty awful things right now, but at least we can take a little bit

of solace in knowing that he is screwing up so monumentally that it's only a matter of

time before he does something blatantly illegal which opens the window to getting him out

of office before the end of his first year.

HAD LITTLE TIME.

WITH CHEMOTHERAPY, MAYBE EIGHT

MONTHS.

IT'S HOW HE ENDED UP WITH AT THE

UNIVERSITY OF MARYLAND MEDICAL

CENTER.

DR. JOSEPH FRIEDBERG HAS BEEN

TAKING A NEW APPROACH WITH

PATIENTS LIKE JIM.

HE REMOVES THE CANCER.

>> SURGERY IS NOT STANDARD

TREATMENT FOR THIS CANCER, SO

CHEMOTHERAPY, THAT'S STANDARD.

ANYTHING BEYOND, INCLUDING

SURGERY, IS INVESTIGATIONAL.

MEGAN: SURGERY IS PART OF THE

TREATMENT, BUT NOT ALL OF IT.

TREATMENTS AND CHEMOTHERAPY.

>> IT IS OUR EXPECTATION, YES WE

WILL GET YOU MORE TIME

MEGAN: THAT'S ENOUGH FOR THE

CHRONIGER'S.

>> FOR US TO HAVE BEEN GIVEN

HOME -- GIVEN HOPE, IS WHAT IT

GAVE US.

FROM 8 MONTHS TO MAYBE 2 YEARS,

MAYBE LONGER.

MEGAN: THESE ARE JIM'S LUNGS

NOW, AFTER DR. FRIEDBERG

PERFORMED SURGERY.

CANCER, GIVES HIM HOPE AS HE

MORE THAN ENOUGH.

THEY WERE GIVING OUT FREE

INOCULATIONS TO KEEP FROM

GETTING DISEASE.

THIRD WORST NATIONAL DISASTER IN

THE COUNTRY.

ERIK: THE SUSPENSION BRIDGE WAS

THE ONLY WAY TO CROSS THE RIVER

FROM HUNDREDS -- FOR HUNDREDS OF

OVER-THE-RHINE.

WE HAD PEOPLE LIVING RIGHT UP

THE RIVER -- TO THE RIVER.

Couple falls victim to abduction scam - Duration: 2:04.

THEY WERE SCARED AND THOUGHT

LIVES DEPENDED ON THEIR EVERY

MOVE.

>> IT WAS SO WELL ORCHESTRATED

ON THEIR END.

THE TECHNOLOGY AND THE ABILITY

THEY HAD TO INFLICT TERROR UPON

US.

ANDY: THIS COUPLE, WHO DO NOT

WANT TO BE IDENTIFIED, SAY THEY

WERE THE MOST HORRIFYING HOURS

OF THEIR LIVES.

ON WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON, THEY

EACH GOT A PHONE CALL SAYING THE

OTHER HAD BEEN IN A CAR CRASH

AND HAD BEEN KIDNAPPED.

>> ABSOLUTE FEAR AND TERROR.

THEY WERE VERY SPECIFIC THAT

THERE WAS A VERBAL ALTERCATION

AT THE ACCIDENT SITE.

THAT THEY HAD PULLED THIS

INDIVIDUAL OUT OF THE CAR AT

GUNPOINT.

THAT THEY WERE HOLDING HIM

HOSTAGE IN A BASEMENT.

THAT I WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR HIS

LIFE OR DEATH.

ANDY: HUDSON POLICE SAY THE

WOMAN WAS TOLD TO WIRE MONEY TO

SAVE HIM, FIRST FROM A WALGREENS

AND THEN FROM A GROCERY STORE IN

MERRIMACK.

HER BOYFRIEND MADE TWO TRIPS TO

WALMART IN HUDSON TO SEND MONEY

TO SAVE HER.

THEY WERE CONVINCED IT WAS REAL

SINCE AT TIMES THEY COULD HEAR

EACH OTHER'S VOICES AND THEY

SEEMED TO KNOW EXACTLY WHERE

THEY WERE.

>> YOU COULDN'T HANG UP THE

PHONE.

YOU COULDN'T PUT DOWN THE PHONE.

IT WAS AS IF SOMEONE WAS IN THE

BACK SEAT WITH YOU.

THEY KNEW WHICH EXIT I TOOK.

WHICH WAY I WENT OFF THE EXIT.

>> THEY KEPT ON SAYING OVER AND

OVER AGAIN, "IF YOU CALL THE

POLICE, SHE'S DEAD IF YOU CALL

.

-- SHE'S DEAD.

IF YOU CALL THE POLICE, SHE'S

DEAD."

THEY'RE SO WELL VERSED ON WHAT

THEY DO THAT THEY KNOW EVERY

WORD THERE IS TO MANIPULATE YOU.

ANDY: THROUGH A SERIES OF EVENTS

POLICE BECAME INVOLVED AND THIS

MAN AND WOMAN EACH LEARNED THAT

THE OTHER WAS SAFE.

THEY LOST ABOUT $4,000 AND ARE

ONLY SHARING THEIR STORY TO WARN

OTHERS.

SHE STILL MADE IT TO CHURCH,

ESPECIALLY DURING THE FLOOD TO

PRAY.

ANNOUNCER: CINCINNATI'S

CERTIFIED, MOST ACCURATE

FORECAST.

KEVIN: WINTER MADE A BIG

COMEBACK THIS MORNING.

TODAY, TEMPERATURES NEVER

CLIMBED OUT OF THE 30'S.

IT HAS BEEN A CHILLY, CLOUDY

JANUARY DAY.

NOT MUCH TO TALK ABOUT FOR SNOW

UP THERE.

IT IS JUST HEAVY ENOUGH TO WET

THE PAVEMENT.

WE HAVE SOME FLURRIES AND SNOW

SHOWERS OVER TOWARDS MT.ORAB AND

BATAVIA.

WE HAVE A FEW MORE SCOOTING

ACROSS SOUTHEAST INDIANA.

I ANTICIPATE THAT THE FLURRY AND

THE SHOWER ACTIVITY WILL

DECREASE AFTER THE SUN GOES

DOWN.

RIGHT NOW, TEMPERATURES ARE IN

THE 30'S.

FLURRIES ACROSS THE AREA AND

THAT COLD BREEZE IS PERSISTING.

WHEN IT IS HELPING DUSTING OVER

30 AT TIMES.

-- DUSTING OVER 30 AT TIMES.

-- GUSTING OVER 30 AT TIMES.

IT WILL BE CHILLY BUT WE WILL

ADD WIND IN THERE.

IT WILL MAKE IT FEEL LIKE IT IS

PROBABLY MUCH COLDER.

TEMPERATURES ARE RANGING FROM 37

IN MAINEVILLE -- MAYSVILLE.

DOWN TO 30 IN BATESVILLE.

WE HAD A STORM SYSTEM CREWS AND

YESTERDAY.

-- CRUISE IN YESTERDAY.

OCCASIONALLY, WE WILL HAVE A FEW

SNOW FLURRIES OR SO SHOWERS.

NONE OF THEM LOOK SIGNIFICANT

ENOUGH AT THIS POINT TO GIVE US

REAL CAN LEARN OR REAL

ACCUMULATION IN TERMS OF

SNOWFALL.

WE WILL BE LEFT WITH CLOUDS

OVERNIGHT.

FRIDAY WILL BE A REPEAT

PERFORMANCE OF TODAY.

THE WEATHER PATTERN STAYS THE

SAME RIGHT THROUGH THE UPCOMING

WEEKEND.

SATURDAY INTO SUNDAY, I HAVE

BEEN MENTIONING TARGETING SUNDAY

AS THE BEST OPPORTUNITY FOR

SEEING WISE BREAD LIGHT --

WIDESPREAD LIGHT SNOW.

WE MIGHT GET A DUSTING, MAYBE A

HALF INCH OR SO.

A FEW FLURRIES THIS EVENING.

TOMORROW WILL BE A REPEAT

PERFORMANCE.

29 AT 8:00 A.M. AND THEN

MID-30'S TOMORROW AS WE CREEP

ABOVE FREEZING.

OM MANOR CARE IN LANCASTER

TOWNSHIP WHERE THE WOMAN

LIVED.

KATELYN: MANOR CARE SAYS IT

WASN'T UNUSUAL

FOR A FAMILY

MEMBER TO COME HERE AND PICK

UP REBECCA BENIGHT AND TAKE

HER ON AN OUT SO

LONG WHEN HER

HUSBAND DID THAT ON SUNDAY

AFTERNOON, SEEMS NORMAL.

BUT THAT NIGHT SHE NEVER

RETURNED.

>> VERY SAD CASE.

VERY BIZARRE.

KATELYN: EVEN THE DISTRICT

ATTORNEY'S

OFFICE DOESN'T KNOW

WHAT SENTENCE IT WILL PUSH

FOR.

WHAT IT SAYS IT DOES KNOW, IS

THAT NO MATTER HIS REASONS,

PHILIP BENIGHT COMMITTED A

CRIME.

>> IT'S A SECOND DEGREE FELONY

SO POTENTIALLY IT IS A STATE

PRISON SENTENCE.

KATELYN: INVESTIGATORS SAY

THEY FOUND PHILIP AND HIS WIFE

IN A CAR IN THEIR

DRIVEWAY ON

OAK ROAD IN CONESTOGA.

BOTH HAD OVERDOSED.

THE D.A.'S OFFICE SAYS

PHILIP

ADMITTED TO MIXING PAIN PILLS

INTO HIS WIFE'S PUDDING.

POLICE USED NARCAN TO SAVE

THEM.

HIS WIFE WAS LIVING AT MANOR

CARE BECAUSE SHE HAS DEMENTIA.

>> SHE APPARENTLIED WHAT MADE

STATEMENTS

THAT SHE DIDN'T

WANT TO LIVE IN THAT CONDITION

ANYMORE.

KATELYN: THE D.A.'S OFFICE

CREDITS MANOR CARE WITH SAVING

THE COUPLE BECAUSE IT IS THE

ONE THAT CALLED POLICE WHEN

REBECCA DID NOT

RETURN HERE.

Report shows overdose deaths increasing in NH - Duration: 1:41.

OWN BY COUNTY, AND THE

NUMBERS CONTINUE TO HEAD IN THE

WRONG DIRECTION.

IT MAY SEEM COLDLY IMPERSONAL TO

APPLY STATISTICS TO A DRUG

EPIDEMIC THAT IS STEALING

FUTURES AND DEVASTATING

FAMILIES.

BUT THE NUMBERS COMPILED BY THE

NEW HAMPSHIRE DRUG MONITORING

INITIATIVE OFFER A MEASURE OF

WHERE THINGS STAND IN NEW

HAMPSHIRE'S CRISIS OF ADDICTION.

WITH 85 CASES STILL PENDING

CLASSIFICATION, DEATHS DUE TO

OVERDOSE IN 2016 ARE PROJECTED

TO INCREASE BY 7% OVER THE

PREVIOUS YEAR STATEWIDE.

NOT SURPRISINGLY THE POPULATION

CENTER OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY

HAD THE LARGEST OVERALL NUMBER

OF FATALITIES, WHILE STRAFFORD

COUNTY HAD THE MOST OVERDOSE

DEATHS PER CAPITA.

AS FAR AS GENDER GOES, MORE THAN

TWICE AS MANY MEN DIED OF

OVERDOSE THAN WOMEN IN BY AGE

2016.

GROUP, PEOPLE IN THEIR 30'S WERE

THE MOST VULNERABLE.

DRUG RELATED EMERGENCY ROOM

VISITS JUMPED BY 28%, WHILE THE

LIFE SAVING DRUG NARCAN WAS

ADMINISTERED NEARLY 2800 TIMES

LAST YEAR, A SLIGHT INCREASE,

FROM 2015.

ONE POSITIVE STATISTIC, THE

PEOPLE SEEKING HELP SPIKED

DRAMATICALLY.

TREATMENT ADMISSIONS FOR HEROIN

AND OPIOID ADDICTION JUMPED BY

28% IN 2016.

BUT THE BOTTOM LINE, IN ALL

THESE NUMBERS, IT'S CLEAR THAT

NEW HAMPSHIRE'S DRUG CRISIS

REMAINS DEADLY AND DIFFICULT,

AND WHILE PROGRESS MAY BE HARD

TO SEE, THOSE ON THE FRONT LINES

BELIEVE THE COORDINATED RESPONSE

HAS NEVER BEEN BETTER.

>> WE ARE ALL SPEAKING THE SAME

LANGUAGE.

WE ARE ALL USING THE SAME

ASSESSMENT TOOLS.

WE ARE MEETING AS GROUPS MORE

CONSISTENTLY AND MAKING THINGS

HAPPEN AT A QUICKER PACE.

IT'S ALMOST LIKE WE'VE GOTTEN

OUT OF OUR OWN WAY.

JOSH M.: GOOD NEWS IS MORE AND

MORE HELP IS AVAILABLE.

Video: The bills fight for the same purpose, but the cost differs greatly - Duration: 1:47.

HE EXPLAINS FROM ANNAPOLIS.

DAVID THE TWO BILLS REPRESENT A

: HUGE DIVIDE IN POLITICAL

PHILOSOPHY.

THE GOVERNOR'S BILL OFFER

INCENTIVES TO COMPANIES AT A

COST OF $60 MILLION A YEAR.

THE DEMOCRATS WANT TO MAKE THAT

COMPANIES DO IT AT A COST OF

$400,000 A YEAR.

GOVERNOR LARRY HOGAN'S PAID SICK

LEAVE PROPOSAL GIVES COMPANIES

$20,000 A YEAR IN INCOME TAX

CREDITS.

>> THE ESTIMATES THAT WE'VE

GOTTEN FROM THE GOVERNOR'S FOLKS

SUGGESTS THAT IT WILL COST ABOUT

$60 MILLION A YEAR

DAVID THE GOVERNOR'S BILL

: REQUIRES BUSINESSES WITH AT

LEAST 50 EMPLOYEES TO PROVIDE

FIVE PAID SICK DAYS, BUT ONLY

THOSE WORKING 30 HOURS A WEEK OR

MORE WOULD BE ELIGIBLE.

THE TAX RELIEF IS MODELED AFTER

A RECOMMENDATION FROM THE

AUGUSTINE COMMISSION, A

BI-PARTISAN PANEL, WHICH STUDIED

WAYS TO IMPROVE THE STATE'S

BUSINESS CLIMATE

PUBLIC SUPPORT FOR PAID SICK

LEAVE IS STRONG.

THE DEMOCRATS ARE CONFIDENT

THEIR BILL WILL PREVAIL.

>> IT'S A FISCALLY RESPONSIBLE

BILL.

IT COSTS A LOT LESS AND COVERS

MORE PEOPLE.

DAVID: THE DEMOCRATS BILL

REQUIRES BUSINESSES WITH AT

LEAST 15 EMPLOYEES TO PROVIDE AS

MANY AS SEVEN PAID SICK DAYS

EACH YEAR.

IT COSTS THE STATE $400,000 A

YEAR.

THE INSTITUTE FOR WOMEN'S POLICY

RESEARCH ESTIMATES MORE THAN

700,000 MARYLANDERS CANNOT EARN

PAID SICK DAYS TO USE WHEN THEY

OR A FAMILY MEMBER BECOMES ILL.

>> PAID SICK LEAVE IS ONE OF OUR

PRIORITIES.

WE PASSED THE BILL OUT LAST

YEAR.

WE WILL PASS THE BILL OUT IN THE

SAME FORM THIS YEAR.

DAVID: THERE ARE SOME

SIMILARITIES IN BOTH BILLS.

COMPANIES WITH EXISTING LEAVE

POLICIES THAT MEET MINIMUM

REQUIREMENTS WILL NOT BE

IMPACTED.

UNION AGREEMENTS WILL ALSO BE

HONORED.
