keyboard even our external control keys
We can aadirlas one by one but we have an option called xinput that
makes the whole process done automatically aadiendo all keys of the game, this
option is not compatible with all games
That if we will fill the screen controls This option is very good and allows us
as I say automatically configure our external command like this from the play station

on the PC screen and the phone screen and as you see there is always some delay and
we can minimize the delay lowering the quality of graphics

What do you recommend if a patient experiences fatigue with Revlimid, Darzalex, and dex? - Duration: 3:53.
This week's Ask Dr. Durie comes from a patient who is concerned about fatigue.
This gentleman has been taking daratumumab—dara—or Darzalex, and recently added Revilimid to
the combination—to give a combination of daratumumab, Revlimid, and dex.
This is the combination that was tested in the POLLUX trial, which I have talked about
in the past.
This was a very successful therapy in relapsed myeloma.
This combination produces deep and sustained responses, so an excellent combination.
But with every triple therapy, when you are using three drugs together like that, you
do have some extra side effects.
And over the years, fatigue can certainly be one of these very important and debilitating
side effects.
And as we say, to have a remission is great, but to have a good quality of life along with
it is perhaps even better.
So we need to pay attention to that and make adjustments such that the therapy is producing
a good benefit, but that the fatigue can be an acceptable level.
So in this case, I would suggest focusing on the Revlimid.
To look at the dose of the Revlimid and the schedule of Revlimid to see if a lower dose
and schedule can do an effective job.
So for example, a low dose of Revlimid, such as even 5 mg a day for 21 days can do an excellent
job and can be much better tolerated.
If necessary, you can even go to use 5 mg for two weeks instead of three weeks.
So adjusting downwards on the dose of the Revlimid can be helpful.
In addition, the dose of dexamethasone can be helpful— a little bit of a boost on that
one day a week can be helpful with the fatigue.
But in that low dose range—4 mg maybe 8 mg, we don't want to give too much dexamethasone.
And so the BOTTOM LINE is we do want to retain the benefit with this kind of combination
if at all possible, but we should be prepared to make the dose adjustments that allow the
patient to have the quality of life that is needed with this ongoing situation.
In the case of Revlimid, it is important to be aware that we do have a backup in this
case, if the Revlimid is not tolerated or not working, we can use the next- generation
IMiD, which is pomalidomide instead of lenalidomide.
So pomalidomide at a low dosage such as 2 mg can be very, very effective in combination
with Darzalex and was recently approved for use in this setting.
So a backup could be to use pomalidomide with the Darzalex instead of the Revlimid.
So a number of options: Dose reduction and possibly switching to another IMiD can address
this very important question of handling the fatigue in an ongoing treatment situation.
