Welcome to a new unboxing and review my name is Cristian and today we are going to introduce you, the source Gigabyte G750H
which is oriented high-end assemblies both for its capacity, and for its 80 plus gold certification.
So if you are also thinking build your high-end master race pc
stay there that we tell you everything. We start!
We start with the unpacking of the source which receives us with the typical manual
where we will find its technical characteristics together with a practical bag to store your cables
let's remember that the semi-modular source and we may not use all the cables
when it comes to putting together our pc. We also find four velcro burrs
which are very grateful! since they will not be of great help
to maintain a cable management, much tidier.
As a detail we include four screws to logically install the source and
a certified power cord. Finally we are going to review the cable set
that Gigabyte provides us in this model. As you can see, we organize them in three groups
since basically these cables fulfill the same function.
In the first group, we have a cable that has three molex connectors and one floppy connector.
In the second group we have three cables of which two of them have two
sata connectors and the remaining three sata connectors. Finally in the third group
We have two cables that have two pci-express connectors with 6 + 2 pins.
Going back to what would be the unpacking
we find the source which we are going to analyze.
In the visual section, its surface is satin black counting on a generous 140mm cooler
which has a double bearing system
which promises a lifetime of no less than 50,000 hours which is enough, if we compare it with the life of a conventional cooler.
As if that were not enough, it has an intelligent control, which is going to
optimize noise reduction. That is to say the speed of it will increase or
decrease depending on the load that own the source. Resource that we had already seen
in other high-end sources. On the face of the cooler we
we find a label where it has the energy distribution scheme
with a total capacity of 750 watts that as we had previously commented
has an 80plus gold certification which is able to reach
an efficiency of 88% with a load of 20% an efficiency of 92% with a load of 50%
and an efficiency of 88% with a load of 100%.
As a differential it has a single rail or single rail design
which offers us 62 amperes on the line of 12 volts
Undoubtedly this design is ideal for overclock as much for its stability as for its efficiency.
On the left side we find the connectors for
feed the motherboard and the cpu that As we mentioned earlier, it is fixed
since the source has a semi-modular design. Like the rest of the cables are flat format and have
with a plastic mesh. That said, it has six connectors of which four are for sata, molex and floppy
and two for pci-express. On the right side it has the input for the power cable
together with the switch to turn the source on or off. And as we noticed, it has air intakes with a honeycomb format.
As for its dimensions are 16cm wide
by 15cm long and 86cm high.
If we review your protections, you have against over voltage, under tension. over power and short circuit.
As a differential, it has active PFC and capacitors of Japanese origin.
And getting into this section, as is usual in the channel
let's show you a little of the components that make up the source.
In the primary zone at first sight we notice that it has a very generous condenser
Rubycon of Japanese origin which supports up to 105 degrees, 450 volts, and 470uf.
We also find a rather thick heatsink
which is responsible for cooling the diode rectifier bridge together with the different mosfet and that is why
we found them bolted to it. For the central part has a
triple transformer system that like we read on the label is manufactured by
Channel Well Technology as a color data manufactures supplies for Corsair, Cooler Master and Thermaltake among other brands.
The card we keep on the right is the PFC active and the one that has front, is the one that has the rest of the protections.
As for its cables, it has fairly thick welds
which allows us to keep the cables colder and with a minimum loss of energy efficiency.
Finally, if we take a look at the capacitors in the key points we noticed that they have the
of the solid type of Japanese origin while in the rest of the source it has the radials.
The latter are usually more standard capacitors, ie
which we usually see in most sources. Now to close, we are not going to make them dizzy with brenchmarks
or anything like that, since that's what certification is for
80 plus gold. As you know all the products that go through the channel
we usually install them and try them for a while logically and this source we had
installed our pc about a month and a half in this period we render
our content which when possessing a resolution 4k and a bitrate of 450 megabytes
which often stresses so much the processor as the graph.
To give an idea the rendering time of our videos is usually from 4 to 6 hours,
added to the hours of use we gave him playing
we come to the conclusion that the source, bank charges it perfectly !. We leave you by screen of the components of our pc,
which is basically a high end pc counting with a motherboard Z370 Aorus, a microprocessor
Intel 8086k special edition, 32 gb Gskill ram 3200mhz and a GTX 1080.
Playing with all the graphics in ultra we do not see jerks no type of problem related to poor diet.
On the other hand we render several videos of corrido and for several hours and we did not have any kind of problem either.
In terms of its price in Argentina we can get it
around $ 4200 ARS or more or less 130 140 dollars if it is that
are from another country, which a priori could it seems like an expensive source but if
we compare it with its competitors ends up being the most economical.
Anyway! it is a source is highly recommended for a high-end pc assembly, both
for the quality of its components as for its performance added to that Gigabyte
offers peace of mind giving us 5 years warranty. Until here the video if you liked it, do not forget to share it, like it and subscribe !.
We leave you a greeting and until the next video.
