Here is how to set up a link in Google Scholar
so that you can get access to paid articles through the Mary
and Jeff Bell Library.
First you point your browser to scholar.google.com,
and then you're are going to go to the Menu icon
in the upper left hand side of the screen.
You click on Settings and then you click on the Library Link
setting.
Here's where you will type in Texas A&M,
and you will choose Texas A&M University Corpus
Christi from the list.
After you save your settings, you
will now be able to search the Google Scholar results that
are included with the Bell Library subscription services.
As you can see, there is a link next to the result that
says get full text at TAMUCC If you click on this link,
it'll take you to the journal's main page
where you will have the option to download the PDF,
you can also email, save, or print the article.
Please note that if this is the first time during your web
browsing session that you have clicked on a library link,
you will be prompted to log in using your Island ID
and password.
Now when your Google Scholar results
are from content that is included in the Bell Library
subscriptions, you'll be able to click
in the get full text at TAMUCC link
to navigate directly to the article even from off campus.
