We HAVE To Start Taking Climate Change Seriously - Duration: 7:53.

Let's talk for the next few minutes about climate change.

Now, I know that issue makes a lot of people roll their eyes, they tune out.

Hell, even Chris Hayes from MSNBC, probably the most progressive guy they've got on the

network now, admitted on Twitter not that long ago that the network doesn't like talking

about climate change because it's a ratings killer.

He wasn't saying that to say like, "I never want to talk about it."

He was explaining, answering some of these questions on Twitter as to why they don't

talk about it.

We've even seen that.

David [Packlin 00:00:28] has seen it.

A lot of our friends from Ring of Fire have seen it, too.

You do a climate change segment, big yawn, nobody cares.

Climate change is one of the most important issues facing not just the US, but the entire

planet right now.

In fact, when you consider the entire planet, yes, it is the most important issue.

It's also an issue that touches every single aspect of what's wrong here in the United

States.

Income inequality gets made worse by environmental pollution.

The poor, the have-nots in this country are more affected by corporate pollution and climate

change.

That is a fact.

African American communities and Latino communities are more adversely impacted by pollution and

climate change than other demographics.

You got the income issue, you got the racial issue, you've got the political issue, the

money and politics coming from fossil fuel interests flowing to the parties, most of

it going to Republicans but enough of it going to Democrats to stop any meaningful action.

We have to do better.

The UN reported not that long ago that we're kind of ... It wasn't the UN.

Excuse me.

It was several governments around the world contributing to this report.

We're about to hit the tipping point.

The point where it may be impossible to stop the 2 degree Celsius global warming that is

going to cause massive sea level rise, trillions upon trillions of dollars in property damage

and lost real estate value because that real estate is now under water forever.

Nothing we can do about that.

We can't fix that.

We can't make the water go back.

That'll just be life at that point.

That's our life now.

Here's the thing.

Recently, a good friend of the show, climate scientist Dr. Michael Mann wrote an op ed

for The Guardian where he talked about Hurricane Florence.

This was before Florence hit, maybe right after.

He talked about how climate change makes these storms more intense, it brings more rain,

it brings more sea level rise at the time, the storm surge that comes through that helps

with flooding and makes it so much worse, makes the rains worse, makes the winds faster

and harder.

But there was almost no mention of climate change in the coverage of Hurricane Florence.

That's been an epidemic in the United States for years now, even though we know climate

change is making it worse.

Last year when we had that string of horrible storm after horrible storm, Harvey, Irma,

Maria, you know, bam, bam, bam, climate change was nonexistent from the coverage of these

things.

We can't address a problem when we're not willing to talk about it.

We can't address a problem when the corporate media admits they don't talk about it because

it's a ratings killer.

Their advertisers have to have more eyeballs on the commercials.

If we talk about climate change, people may change the channel for five minutes.

Then, suddenly, Geico doesn't get more viewers on their lizard commercial.

That's literally where we're at, folks.

That is what we're talking about.

Merck and Pfizer, people aren't watching their ads for erectile dysfunction medication because

they changed the channel because we mentioned that climate change made that hurricane worse.

That's what the networks admitted.

They've admitted it.

We can do better and Michael Mann explains how we can do better.

It starts with something as simple as voting.

Believe it or not, that is the most important thing you can do to protect the environment

here in the United States and all across the planet.

It's not the only thing.

Obviously, we have to look at the foods we consume.

We have to look at farming issues.

We have to stop using fossil fuels.

But we can't do any of those things unless we vote.

Because as long as we continue to put politicians in power who take money from fossil fuel interests,

we'll never get any kind of meaningful action.

We have an administration today that is actively working to make cars less fuel efficient.

They want your car to burn more gas, spew more pollutants in the air for no reason.

There's literally no reason why that should happen.

Nobody benefits from that at all except the oil companies who sell you more gasoline now

because your car requires it now, because you were getting 30 miles per gallon, now

you're back down to 15.

Yeah, you're filling up twice as much, you're losing money on that, you're polluting more,

but those fossil fuel companies, they put more money in their back pocket every single

day.

Those are the only people who benefit from repealing a fuel efficiency standard.

It is sick, it is twisted, and that kind of thing is a uniquely Republican issue.

Democrats are not perfect on the issue of climate change or protecting the environment.

They are not.

Barack Obama oversaw one of the largest expansions in domestic oil production in the history

of the United States.

He also expanded coal mine leases that were able to extract enough coal to completely

outdo the emissions reductions from his Clean Power Rule.

But at the same time, he gave the Clean Power rule, which helped save us a little.

They enacted new standards to keep toxins like mercury and arsenic out of the air.

They made some progress.

They made some blunders.

At this point, there is no room for mistake.

There is no room for blunders.

I think the Democratic Party does understand that now.

The problem is they're not the ones in power.

The people in power today, who control all three branches of the Federal Government,

as well as the majority of state houses in the United States, most of them don't even

believe the problem is real.

The majority of people in the United States today are represented by a climate change

denier in the US congress.

Either somebody who says that climate change is a hoax or somebody who believes that we

should not do anything about climate change.

Both of those qualify as deniers.

The majority of people in this country is represented by somebody like that.

Every one of those somebodies is a Republican.

Michael Mann is right.

If you want change, if you want to make things better, if you want to have a sustainable

country, the first and most important thing you have to do is vote.

You got a very big test coming up.

A test coming up in the November midterms.

You can vote for a party that agrees there's a problem and that we have to do something

about it now or you can vote for the party that doesn't even think that it's real.

Sounds like a pretty simple choice to me.

We'll be right back.

9 Stories that Prove YOU Were Reincarnated From a Past Life - Duration: 17:38.

Have you ever been afraid of something since childhood

Always wondered why?

Or visited a place for the first time and feel like you've been there before?

Or maybe you have unusual birthmarks on your body

And never thought much about it?

Or those times when you just met someone

But seems to already know everything about them

All these and more on today's episode of Edge of Wonder

Welcome to Edge of Wonder

I am your host Ben,

And I'm Rob

Since pretty much when we first started this channel

we have been getting so many requests for this one on reincarnation

We have been putting it off

because we didn't want to be the same as what everyone else is doing,

you know throw up a photo of this famous actor from the 1800's who looks like Keanu Reeves.

Speaking of which, I did meet him one day, but that is a different story.

So we could do a whole series on this

because there's so much information

and there is a family that we know whose child remembers a lot of cool stuff…

But she is being a little bit shy so we will keep working on her.

But for this episode we will do this in two parts

one on stories of reincarnation and then one about the history of it in religions

Which will actually blow your mind

So if you are not sure about if reincarnation exists,

then wait to you hear these stories that could have you think in all new ways.

These stories we are sharing are all documented and seem very real.

The story of the incense maker

So one way to see what we might have reincarnated from

is to see what children are interested in

or what they like to do or what they are exceptionally good at.

This can really be a very clear sign.

For example would you know how to make incense without actually learning that process?

Well at a very young age, Purnima from Sri Lanka already could describe the process for manufacturing incense,

which baffled her family

since none of them had any knowledge about incense or were in the business of selling it.

Soon she started to give more details

and told her family that she was a male incense manufacturer by the name of Jinadasa,

and get this, he was struck by a bus and killed years before she was born.

She was even able to provide details on the location of the man's house

and the exact manner in which she was run over by the bus and died.

Now her family didn't know what to think about all of this

until she started talking about Jinadasa's family,

who lived hundreds of miles away.

When Purnima finally met the man's family for the first time,

she recognized all of them,

and even called one of Jinadasa's sisters,

"her younger sister," despite Purnima being younger than her.

The girl also bore birthmarks on the left side of her chest,

in the same spot where Jinadasa had his fatal injuries.

Now on a side many people say that birthmarks are from where they died in their previous life.

Yea there are a lot of stories and research all about this

we will get into it later as we continue on.

But back to the story.

Purnima said "when I saw the family, I realized that rebirth was something real,"

this is according to Real Stories media.

The Nazi airman who died twice

Since the age of 3, Carl Edon had spoken of a previous life as a Nazi airman.

His parents didn't believe he was truly remembering a past life,

but decades later evidence emerged that made them wonder.

Edon was a railway worker in the town of Middlesbrough, northeastern England.

Unfortunately, he met with a tragic end in this life as well as in his alleged past life.

At the age of 22, he was stabbed to death by his work colleague, Gary Vinter.

When Edon was a child, he had visions of being shot down in his Nazi aircraft.

In 1997, two years after Edon was murdered,

a Dornier airplane was unearthed only a few hundred yards from the site of Edon's death.

In 2002, local newspaper The Gazette reported that a local historian had found a photo

of the Nazi airman Heinrich Richter

who crashed and died in that Dornier.

Now the weird thing is that Richter and Edon were strikingly similar in appearance.

This isn't the only odd thing.

The airman's leg had been severed in the crash

and a birthmark was visible on Edon's leg just where it would have been severed in his purported past life,

again showing that the birthmark theory seems very real.

So Richter had been following the rail line when he was killed,

just as Edon had been,

though for different purposes.

Edon's mother, Val, began to wonder whether her son was actually reincarnated as he'd told her.

She told the Gazette: "There are just too many strange coincidences,

and I think if Carl was here he'd be saying 'Do you believe me now'?"

Cuz he was dead at that point.

Exactly

Gone with the Wind

Lee was 2.5 years old, when he started talking about his "other mommy."

When he was 3.5, he started becoming upset

because he couldn't go to his "other house," to get back to work.

This of course would confuse any parent

and but it didn't just stop there.

Soon Lee started to say that his middle name was Coe,

though it wasn't,

and that his birthday was June 26, though it was actually June 21.

He said he had a daughter named Jennifer

I mean this kid is only 3.5 years old

and soon young Lee started to developed an obsession with Hollywood,

because that's where he said he lived.

Wondering if he was really talking about his past life,

his parents asked him what he did in Hollywood.

He told them that he was busy making movies.

They asked if he acted, and he said he didn't, he said he wrote movies.

They started to name off some movies,

and about the 5th one in they named "Gone With the Wind."

Lee said "Yes, that was my movie. I wrote that movie,"

so his family instantly looked up

And was like "gone with the wind"

So they looked up "Gone With the Wind" on the Internet to see who wrote the screenplay

and asked Lee what age he died.

He said 48.

When Lee's parents pulled up all the information online

they were completely at a loss for words.

Not only was the writer's middle name was Coe,

Sidney Coe Howard, he died at 48,

the birthday he had was on June 26,

and he had a daughter by the name of Jennifer, just as Lee said.

Dr. Jim Tucker, a prominent reincarnation researcher at the University of Virginia,

investigated this story

and even wrote it in his book "Return to Life: Extraordinary Cases of Children Who Remember Past Lives."

He has gathered thousands of cases of children

who report memories of past lives

and in many cases, these memories have been verified.

Boy Remembers Wife and Killer of Past Life, Finds Them Again

Now what would you do if you remembered your wife and your killer from a previous life?

Would you take revenge?

Well that is exactly what our next story is about.

On May 9, 1958, in the village of Hatun Köy, Turkey,

Selim Fesli was found dead in a field.

He had been shot in the face and right ear.

His neighbor, Isa Dirbekli, admitted he shot and killed Fesli,

but he said it was by accident, that he was hunting at the time.

In the neighboring village of Sarkonak,

Mrs. Karanfil Tutusmus, was pregnant.

She had a dream in which a man who identified himself as Selim Fesli appeared though he had a bloody face.

As soon as the little boy could talk he insisted that his parents call him Selim Fesli

instead of his given name.

He said he was the reincarnation of Fesli,

and he remembered the names of people from Fesli's life as well as many details from his life,

which were later verified by Fesli's widow.

When the boy was 4 years old, he walked to Fesli's home

and told Fesli's widow, "I am Selim, you are my wife Katibe."

He remembered intimate details of their life together

and the names of their children.

He visited her often, still treating Katibe as his wife

and even Fesli's grown children as his children.

The boy claimed that Dirbekli had intentionally killed him

over a dispute about Fesli's mule grazing in Dirbekli's field.

Dirbekli maintained it was an accident however,

the boy would throw stones at Dirbekli whenever he saw him.

But as he got a bit older he stopped taking violent revenge on him.

Thankfully.

3 year olds can be dangerous.

German therapist Trutz Hardo told this story in his book "Children Who Have Lived Before: Reincarnation Today."

He recounts the story witnessed by the late Dr. Ian Stevenson,

who was a leading researcher at the University of Virginia School of Medicine

on the topic of reincarnation.

Reborn

This is the coolest story

As twins

So this one is very interesting and probably my favorite story.

In 1957 twins Joanna and Jacqueline Pollack were walking together to church

when they were hit by an oncoming car

and were both killed.

Devastated, their parents carried on but wanted nothing more than to have them back.

Their father, John, declared that soon they will have a set of girls.

But of course no one believed them.

Then to everyone's surprise, Florence, their mother, was pregnant again,

and not with only 1 child but 2 girls.

John also kept insisting that their girls would reincarnate

even though Florence was of course very skeptical.

However, after they were born they already noticed similarities.

Jennifer had a white line across her forehead in the exact same spot that Jacqueline had a scar.

The other interesting thing is that she had the same birthmark that Jacqueline had.

The parents increasingly grew more and more convinced

their current daughters were their first daughters.

The family moved when the twins were only babies

and went back to their hometown after they were about 4.

Jennifer and Gillian were able to point out landmarks that Jacqueline and Joanna had been familiar with

and even the school that they had formerly attended.

The girls were also able to correctly name all of the dolls and stuffed animals

that belonged to them in their former life.

Their parents never shared any information with them,

they wanted to see if they were their former daughters or not.

The biggest thing out of all of this was their recurring nightmare about being hit by a car.

When they would see a car coming at them from traffic,

they would yell, "The car is coming to get us!"

From this point on their parents were full convinced

their daughters Gillian and Jennifer were Joanna and Jacqueline.

As the twins grew older they slowly forgot about their previous lives

and couldn't remember much after that.

Famous people remember their past lives

I'm waiting for the part where we get Sylvester Stallone

So the first is Phil Collins

Did you guys know the famous singer Phil Collins remembers his past life during the Battle of the Alamo?

You mean to say "Remembers the Alamo?"

oh my goodness Ben, king of grandpa jokes,

that was so bad.

Well believe it or not ,he does have one of the largest collections of artifacts and documents related to the 1836 battle

where James Bowie, William Travis, and the famed Davy Crockett fell to Mexican invaders.

I wonder if he was Davy Crockett?

So the real interesting thing is during his childhood

he would play with toy soldiers while reenacting the famous battle at the Alamo,

and had an inexplicable urge to burn them.

Weird.

Well I would burn my GI joe guys too, which wasn't that weird at all.

I guess so, I did too

Strap a magnifying glass so I would

Or strap firecracker on it Throw it

At a neighbor, just kidding

But it wasn't till years later that Collin's found out

that the Mexican General ordered the bodies of the defenders to be cremated.

You guys wanna hear something that's kind of cool?

Collins actually has photographs of the Alamo that has glowing orbs in it.

So the next one is Sylvester Stallone

Aside from playing his alter ego Rocky Balboa,

Sylvester Stallone said that he has a strong affinity with the wolf

and that he lost his head in the French Revolution.

I mean literally lost his head.

In a 1982 interview with people magazine, he said

"I'd been reading about the Jacobins [the political radicals of the French Revolution] and that period,

and when somebody at a party said how awful it must be to be guillotined,

I found myself saying, 'Oh no, it doesn't hurt.

You don't feel anything—except your head hits the basket…and that's it.'

My friend said, 'You're ill, Stallone.'

Perhaps, but I truly felt I knew what I was talking about.

Right. That's enough quoting

Sylvester in that accent.

That's pretty good.

When Stallone was asked would like to come back as

he said "Without question I'd want to be the heavyweight champion of the world."

Isn't that cute

The next is Napoleon Bonaparte

Napoleon Bonaparte is famous for conquering much of Europe in the early 19th century.

He visualized himself as an heir of the Roman emperors,

and even imitated the mannerisms of an emperor.

However, Napoleon had a deep fascination with King Charlemagne,

who was king from 768-800 AD and he is considered the "Father of Europe",

and even on his coronation he had his crown look similar to what Charlemagne had worn.

He also had Charlemagne's exact sword used at the ceremony.

However, this doesn't seem to be an ordinary fascination,

Napoleon also regarded himself as the reincarnation of Charlemagne.

In 1809, Napoleon told the papal representatives that in a previous life he was Charlemagne.

George S. Patton

So we already covered him on our third eye episode,

if you haven't seen it, make sure you check it out,

but one person who seems to remember more of his past lives and with great detail than most people,

General George S. Patton,

who was the great General during World War II.

He wrote a book of poems titled "Through a Glass, Darkly,"

where he describes many of his past lives and how he fought in all of them

with first fighting alongside Alexander the Great at the Siege of Tyre.

He then writes about another incarnation when he slayed Parthians with his Gladius,

a sword approximately 25-32 inches long

and then he said he was a Viking warrior on his way to Valhalla.

Then his next life he was a French knight fighting the English under Edward III,

most notably at Crecy.

And then Patton said he was then was a Scottish Highlander during the third English Civil War,

supporting the Stuarts after the death of Charles I.

In one of his last visions he had he was Joachim Murat

who was one of Napoleon's marshals

and one of the most capable cavalry officers

and leaders in service to the French Emperor.

And of course there is a whole theory out there that he is now reincarnated as….Yes

president Trump

They do kind of look alike.

They do, flash that

So anyway what do you guys think?

These were some really amazing stories, right?

there were so many more but we will have to end it here.

So Ben what do you think?

Actually I never believed too much in past lives,

it wasn't kind of until recently where I started to kind of having an idea

where I thought I might actually know some of mine are

Wow I think this might actually exists.

the very first books I ever checked at the library

I was at second grade

was the lost city of Atlantis and about the Bermuda Triangle.

So I always believed that I had a past life during the time pf the Atlantis

What about you?

I definitely absolutely think the reincarnation exists,

I think there is a reason for all of that right.

There's too many people that remember their past lives,

and the feeling of Deja Vu,

when you come across a place you've been to before is so striking

that it's hard to deny that something like that exists.

I remember being in Hawaii at the Hawaiian airport

and feeling like I've been there before.

It was like nothing I felt like before, not like that.

Yeah, actually when we went to South Korea,

I've never been there before.

I was walking around in this place, I was like, I've been here before.

Wow

I just knew where things were,

so for me it definitely exists,

which is why we wanted to do these episodes.

But we will go way more into the history

and all kinds of cool and fascinating things.

You guys are probably wondering why reincarnation exists.

We're gonna go into that next so stay tuned,

and also don't forget to hit like and subscribe,

and hit the notifications bell for more great episodes.

Right and until then we will see you out…

on the edge… of the past

I Am Sick And Tired of Being The Fat Girl - Duration: 3:41.

I've always been kind of chubby and quite short for my age. And I just

thought that I was normal. And as I started to get older I just noticed that

people in out school were a lot thinner and taller than me. And I'm over here just

like a short plump 13 year old girl. If I was walking down the street I'd just hear

people go "fatty!" or just give me weird looks. Then especially in school I would

get called "fat" and "unattractive". This really affected me because I couldn't fit into

clothes that I liked and I couldn't communicate with my friends because if

they asked me to go to a pool party or something I would just reject them

because I was too self-conscious and I did not like my body. I would literally have

stretch marks. So now I try and cover up as much as I can even in the Summer.

And I don't go swimming anymore like I used to when I was younger. Winter is now

my favorite kind of season and Autumn because I got to cover it more. And it

makes me feel more safe going out in public like that. But when I'm with

people from school, I still feel kind of weird and just not comfortable going out

while they're wearing like skinny jeans or like a really tight crop top, while I

have to go out and just like baggy leggings or jeans and a long sleeve or

like a t-shirt or something just like really baggy. So I can just feel it more

comfortable myself. And I've been trying to do diets but I just can't really keep

them up because every time somebody calls me a name I just go back to the

food as a comfort, and I can't help it. And then with exercise I try and try but

because I have asthma, it makes it really really difficult for me to breathe and

because I get angry at myself I just burst out into tears and can't breathe

because I can't run without coughing and choking. It just makes you really upset

most of the time. My mom has been really comforting towards me and she just

really helped me through this time. I just hope that I can lose some weight

and feel more comfortable. Lately I've just been feeling really

upset and I don't know what to do. I dislike myself for having such a disgusting body

and that's why I find it so hard to separate myself from the food that I

keep eating because I get called names all the time at school and wherever I go.

Sometimes I cry about it and I just can't help myself. And I really hope

things will get better one day for me and I'm really going to try.

so here I will blend my two colors

noting that the technique is One Stroke

so here my dash will start here and end here where the arrow is pointing

then I come with my brush

dragging him, always dragging

so that way I'm dragging doing movements

Petal, so here again

I will turn to see if it gets better

now it was

that way I'm doing the movements, looks

dragging, so I come here with the brush tip I cover the middle

here that another petal

I'll see here in the statement that it is within

this here

Look, number 1, number 1, number 2 and number 2

so I made my flower, petal of my flower here first

and now I'm going to the second part of making this movement

then here I come

dragging the brush

and I've been doing

the second part of my flower

again

so that way, would be the third part of this button

then here I come

and I will do

the part of the button, look dragging the brush

in this way

is if I do a line and I do not like the dash

I come with a piece of moistened paper and step on the dash

and beginning again

the number 4 looks

on here

Number 5

and No. 6

What is the trait of "til"

"Useful" to the right

and then I'll turn to my "til"

to the left

in this way

now here on this sheet I'll ride

for you

that my flower

so here, look

I go there in light pink and dark ironwares

and I will do it, so here I see it step by step and I will do

recalling the training I did, then the part number 1

continuous

until here

dragging

I reset the paint on the brush, ironwares

so, now here I come in between covering the tip of my brush

ok, here's the number one ready

now I'll do the trace number 2, what is this here

within that petal

like what is on the drawing

then I come now with the trait, more

inside

because my bright part will have to be

following very close to shading for her to show up and look better

and I've been doing the trace number 2, look up there take a little

and down by dragging this way

looks back

on here

I will dry

my flower here to go faster

besides going faster

dry it will help the ink does not mix

look at the difference

ready'll dry again

will now here to step # 3

then the number 3 step I will do

well marked here

my petal, then she comes here now

dragging and rounder

my style is not cool, I'll dry it

and come here

do it again

always dragging

The next step is the number 4

so here i come in my ink

and make the bottom of the button

like this

the number 5 is the left side

the "useful" and the number 6 is the right side of the "tilde"

"Useful" for those who do not know is the name we give to this movement

because it resembles the movement of the "useful", the accent of "til"

then here I come

and make the movement

finding the last petal

which it is actually not the last is the first I did

and I will make the other side here, look finding

and there my flower is ready

I'll get here now

the other side I put

that is the sheet, then I will teach this first sheet

to be continuing this drawing I started to do, so I go here

I'll take two shades of green

a light and a dark

to be making this my sheet

then I come here and I will blend the two colors

on one side and the other

and I will start here and end where the arrow sends

then I come here, look

and I'm dragging

my brush up there

and here it shows me that I have to go back with him from above

then you see here

and the arrow is down here, so I'll be back with him up there dragging

and making the move so that way

here you have a space to

my training so I'm going to do here, I start here

end here

and back over

and end here

here again I got it if I want to do up here

then looks come dragging

on here

and down with him

here, so now this trait

leaf will do here that my drawing

so here is a demonstration of how it will look your design

with its leaf and the flower joins ok, so here that the bottom I can come

and make my sheet

on here

I go down

here I do another

rises

down

up here I still make a

down

one side

and down

now I come to the hairline brush

and do the marking my sheet on the inside

with dark I can still do

are traces here, look

on one side

on here

other

like this

with my boleador

I come in dark tone

and I come still doing some balls here

and then I have a decorative model

to do

the nail of my client

or my sticker pack

ok, let's go to the next!

9 Ways to Fight Hair Loss|HFE♪ - Duration: 7:22.

9 Ways to Fight Hair Loss

To prevent hair loss, you'll need to take care of your internal and external health.

Improve your diet, protect yourself against environmental damage and heat, and control stress Hair loss can be a real problem for those who suffer from it.

Not only does it affect your self-esteem, it can also be a symptom of a health issue. There are many treatments and tips for preventing hair loss.

In today's article we want to share the easiest and most effective ways to fight hair loss.

Tips to fight hair loss 1-Choose a natural shampoo In the short term, your shampoo can give your hair the effect or look you want.

In the long term, however, it might damage your hair if it's made with certain synthetic ingredients.

We recommend choosing a natural shampoo.

Although the immediate results might not look so spectacular, it will prevent hair loss over time.

Sulfates and silicones added to shampoo can make your hair look perfect after you wash it, both soft and shiny.

You'll notice, however, that your hair gets dirty more easily and becomes either oily or dry over a short period of time.

Natural shampoos are usually made with coconut oil, aloe vera, essential oils, plant extracts, etc.

2-Don't wash your hair every day It's not a great idea to wash your hair every day because it will weaken it and alter the balance of oils on your scalp.

In addition, wet hair falls out more easily.

If you feel it's necessary, try to limit yourself to washing your hair every other day.

3-Learn to take care of your hair Your hair is a part of your body and you should treat it with the same care and affection as the rest of you: Brush it gently and regularly.

Try to use brushes made with natural materials, as they're more beneficial to your scalp and will prevent frizz.

Avoid the excessive use of hair dryers and curling irons,   which can break and weaken the hair.

If you pull it back very often, try not to make your bun or   pony tail too tight.

Don't abuse products like hair gels, waxes, or mousse.

4-Massage your scalp One of the best tips for preventing hair loss is to massage your scalp every day.

This will also promote the growth of new hair.

Use your fingertips to massage the scalp with medium pressure and in small circular motions, from your forehead to the back of the neck.hair The best time for this is just before going to bed, for   five to 10 minutes.

You'll notice a pleasant tingling feeling afterward as a   result of stimulating your circulation.

5-Should you take a supplement? There are plenty of vitamin and mineral supplements for fighting hair loss.

Keep the following issues in mind, however: These supplements are effective if you have a nutritional deficiency.

If your hair loss is caused by genetics or as a result of a health problem, you probably won't notice any difference.

Always take supplements under the supervision of a   professional, as certain vitamins may be harmful in excess.

Some of the most beneficial nutrients for hair are biotin,   zinc, and silicon.

Take these only when needed.

6-Drink plenty of water This simple habit has multiple benefits and can help improve your hair health.

All you need to do is drink two liters of water a day, in addition to beverages with your meals.

7-Reduce your salt and dairy intake What you eat is very important.

To prevent hair loss, you should try to eliminate salt and dairy products from your diet.

This can have positive impacts on both your hair and your health.

8-Try essential oils Certain essential oils are very good for your hair.

You can add them to your shampoo, conditioner, or mask, or you can use them while massaging your scalp.

In this case, we suggest mixing them with extra virgin coconut oil.

We recommend the following essential oils: Rosemary Lavender Thyme Cinnamon Tea tree 9-Eliminate stress Stress is one of the worst enemies of your health and can have very negative impacts on your body.

Hair loss is one of the most common ones.

If you're going through a time of nervousness, irritability, anxiety, or stress, we recommend making changes in your lifestyle to resolve it.

Yoga, meditation, playing sports, swimming, or going on a trip can all be helpful.

Community Participation / Rates of Worship Attendance Between Those With and Without Disabilities - Duration: 1:31.

[Drumming as photos appear]

[Drumming stops suddenly]

When we talk about groups - the participation...

I want to give you a representative number of participation and community...

And I think a good one there is individuals that participate in worship on a given week.

In the United States, Worship is a pretty large number.

People self-report that more than half the population are attending worship [regularly].

The statistics that have been generated by the National Organization on disability say that...

sixty-five percent of people without disabilities attend worship at least once in any given month.

So someone goes to a place of worship [at least] once a month - [at the rate of] 65 percent in the general population.

People with disabilities, though - rather than the number being 65 percent,

people with disabilities - the number drops to 47 percent.

An eighteen percent gap between the general population and then people with disabilities

in attending faith worship services.

[Theme music begins]

[We are all, Uniquely the Same]

[We are all, uniquely the same]

[oh yeah that's right! Music Ends]

Alkaline Foods and Your Body|HFE♪ - Duration: 8:31.

Alkaline Foods and Your Body

Your body tends to be acidic.

That's why it's important to know what alkaline foods can help balance it.  Although it may not seem like it, this is the key to good health and preventing diseases like diabetes and cancer.

You've probably heard about the benefits of an alkaline diet.

Naturists, doctors and researchers highlight the importance of consuming alkaline foods to balance the pH of the body.

After all, an acidic pH is the ideal environment for many diseases.

Before discussing alkaline foods and the benefits of consuming them, first we'll go over some points to understand the importance of an alkaline diet.

According to the dictionary of the National Cancer Institute of the United States (NCI), alkalization is the process by which high concentrations of acid in the blood are reduced, or the urine, which can cause certain illnesses or conditions.

Let's take a look at some information about this.

What is the body's pH? The acronym pH stands for "power of hydrogen." All solutions, including our blood and tissues, have levels of hydrogen ions.

These levels are measured on a scale from 0 to 14.

Seven is neutral.

Everything that measures less than 7 is acidic.

Then, everything that measures more than 7 is   alkaline.

In addition, vital processes like breathing, metabolism and exercise generate acids that help our body "fight" to achieve the right balance.

The work our body does to achieve a balanced pH is a complex process.

However, we can help through the foods we eat on a daily basis.

What are alkaline foods? Many foods are highly acidic: meats, dairy products, white sugar, refined flours, industrialized foods.

On the other hand, alkaline foods are those that help alkalize the body's balance.

An increase in acidity inflames your tissues and makes them the ideal ground for diseases.

However, an alkaline diet provides the necessary minerals to balance the acidified pH.

The main characteristics of alkaline foods are: High proportions of potassium and lower amounts of protein.

Metabolic byproducts.

Typically, your body makes these   from the intake of these foods.

Basically, they contain the proportion of hydrogen ions needed to reduce the amount of acid in the body.

What is an alkaline diet made up of? Fruits and green leafy vegetables are great examples of foods that contain higher proportions of minerals that fight acidic pH.

Naturally, you can eat them in generous quantities.

Meanwhile, seeds, sprouts, legumes and dried fruits have higher amounts of protein.

Herbs, spices, micro-greens, algae and pro-biotic foods are also a great part of this diet.

The 7 most important alkaline foods Spinach Savoy cabbage Cucumber Broccoli.

Avocado Celery.

Peppers What are the benefits of an alkaline diet? First of all, an alkaline diet can reverse type 2 diabetes.

As we know, this type of diabetes is closely related to our diet and lifestyle.

With all diets, it's important that there's variety.

Therefore.

we recommend that you vary your alkaline foods.

If you need to follow a diet rich in anti-inflammatory agents, the solution is to eatalkaline foods.

Chronic inflammation is very common in cardiovascular and neuro-degenerative diseases.

It should be noted that the body's response to inflammation is a super-active immune system that gradually damages the organs.

5 habits to alkalize our body First, start the day with two glasses of warm water and a quarter cup of lemon juice.

Lemon juice is a powerful alkaline.

Avoid white sugar.

This is the main   inflammatory agent for many organs of the body.

Eat more raw vegetables and green   juices.

Carcinogenics hate the oxygen that comes from green vegetables.

Do exercise.

There's nothing like a   good daily routine to relieve stress and generate acid hormones such as cortisol and adrenaline.

Avoid chemicals, such as sweeteners and unnecessary   medications.

Always consult your doctor if you have any   questions.
