hello everyone in this video we'll get

first hair mask, we will need 1 teaspoon of
apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon of
glycerin, 2 teaspoons of castor oil and 1
egg. I have taken the egg in a clean Bow,l to
this i'm adding 1 teaspoon of apple
cider vinegar apple cider vinegar can
treat clogged hair follicles due to
bacterial infections it stimulates blood
circulation to the hair follicles which
strengthens the hair roots and promotes
healthy hair growth now add 1 teaspoon
of glycerine glycerine greatly helps to
strengthen the hair helps with breakage
and split ends . Glycerin retains the
water and prevents drying the hair thereby
it promotes hair length. this also
helps to eliminate dandruff and dry and
flaky scalp lastly add 2 teaspoons of
castor oil mix it thoroughly and you can
use this mask once a week hair loss is a
common problem that many people
experience hairprimarily constitutes of
protein and amino acids and eggs are
powerhouses of proteins vitamins and
fatty acids that nourish the hair
extensively eggs make the hair strong
prevent breakage make them soft and help
in hair growth egg is very popular as a

the second mask for this we'll need half
a cup of coconut milk you can take it
according to the length and volume of
your hair two teaspoons of Fenugreek
powder and 2 vitamin E capsules, to the
freshly extracted coconut milk we are
going to add two teaspoons of fenugreek
powder coconut milk is a great organic
hair conditioner that provides you with
a longer and thicker hair it has lauric
acid in it that is also found in
mother's milk it will soften the hair
and make it smoother fenugreek or methi
is a natural treatment for hair fall it
can curb various issues related to hair
follicles and makes each of our hair
strands strong from the roots as it
holds plenty of proteins as well as
nicotinic acid the growth of hair is
stimulated to a larger extent mix it
well until it becomes smooth and runny
this paste will thicken over time at
first it'll be a bit lumpy but as you
keep mixing it will form a smooth paste
you can also warm up the coconut milk a
little so that it will be easier to make
a lump free paste
and now add the oil from the vitamin E

to make it healthier and shinier and

mixture rest for 30 minutes to one hour
after 30 minutes to 1 hour , the hair mask
will be ready for application apply this
hair mask and leave it for half an hour
and then you can wash it off with a mild
shampoo and conditioner please do not
leave this mask on your hair for more
than half an hour as you might catch

now let's jump to the third Hair mask for
this we'll need half cup of coconut milk
1 egg
two tsp spoons of yogurt and five to six
sprigs of curry leaves wash the curry
leaves well and blend it thoroughly
you can adjust the quantity of the
ingredients depending on the length and
volume of your hair
to the blended curry leaves add two
teaspoons of yogurt blend it again so
that it gets mixed up properly
now add an egg to the curry leaves and yogurt
mixture and blend it again now we have
the blended curry leaves yogurt and egg
mixture
to half a cup of coconut milk I will be
adding three fourth cup of the blended
mixture you can adjust the quantity
depending on the length and volume of
your hair curry leaves constitute a
combination of essential nutrients
required for the growth of hair they are
rich in antioxidants and amino acids
which are capable of reducing hair fall
and stimulates hair growth they help in
preventing the hair strands from
thinning by means of strengthening the
hair follicles yogurt is full of
proteins it offers nourishment that a
hair needs to grow strong and healthy it
also has moisturizing properties which
makes it a great natural conditioner
yogurt has lactic acid which is great
for cleansing the scalp and clearing
away dead skin cells to help your hair
follicles grow. use this hair mask twice a
week and you'll be astonished to notice
that you start to have lesser hair fall
improvement in the growth and texture of
your hair within a month now comes the
last hair mask asked for healthy hair growth
let's look into the ingredients we need a
cup of coconut milk a teaspoon of honey
a teaspoon of castor oil and two bananas
that are cut in chunks. Into a
blender add the banana chunks with
coconut milk and blended thoroghly,without
any lumps now we have the banana blended
with coconut milk ready to this we are
going to add castor oil one teaspoon and
a teaspoon of honey now mix it
thoroughly so that everything gets mixed
up properly now our refreshing and
soothing banana mask is now ready for
application coconut milk gives you a

lauric acid in it which is a natural
antiseptic that helps with dandruff and
scalp infections
honey strengthens hair follicles and
also boosts hair regrowth from dormant
follicles bananas are a great source of
vitamin b6 vitamin C and potassium that
are essential for healthy hair growth
and castor oil accelerates blood
circulation to the scalp and also
nourishes and strengthens the hair.wash
your hair after half an hour of
