today I am gonna discuss a very important topic with you and that is
How to keep yourself in Action mode?
you also know the most needed thing to produce result, that is Action
affirmation,visualization and many things works
to produce this force and motivation in us
so that we can achieve the results but to achieve that result the most important thing that is Action
so, how to keep yourself in Action Mode?
I get so many calls, mails and comments on my Youtube video
sir we know what exactly we want to do
and we know what is our Action plan but we don't keep our-self consistent on our Action plan
some days or some hours we put our efforts and then we leave
why this happens?
what is that formula ? if we use that so we can be on Action Mode
and we can produce amazing results
so I am gonna discuss and talk to you about it
first we will have to understand, why do we not stay Action mode?
what is that because of that our motivation of doing action becomes down
let me tell you, why it happens?
its biggest reason that is fear of failure
that is fear to be failed or fear of failure
this is the one which prevents us to take Action
because your true potential is this much high that you can work with so unlimited powers
and you can produce amazing results
but to produce that result take action consistently
if there is fear of failure
so your Mind prevent you from taking Action
that is you will not take Action
so let's understand How we can overcome this?
so let me start with some things first through which a transformation will be started crerating in your mind
a change will be start coming
first of all I would like to ask
how many of you are there who always gets the result and they always achieve results?
do you always achieve your goal?
I know your answer will be No not always
but if I ask this question in second way?
how many times it happens when you create result in your life?
whenever you take Action you produce result?
it may the result is not what you wanted but still you produce result
with how many people it happens?
I know now your answer is Yes it happens with me also
because I get the reult
wow how amazing thing is, how amazing is this understanding
you always produce results. you can note it on a paper "I always produce result"
the worst thing can be happen is these results may be differ from what you want
that is you ant something but you get something else
it means there is only a difference and it its a difference of approach
You can change your approach, you can refine your approach, you can refine your action and strategy plan
because you know you always get the result
and how amazing change it can create in your life any goal you want to achieve
you started taking Action
and you are stopped from taking Action only because when your mind don't get the desired result
when you don't achieve your desired result so your mind says this is a failure
you have to replace this very statement in your mind
let me tell you a Presupposition of NLP
in that we say there are no failures there are only feedback and results
that is there is nothing like failure in life
we always get only feedback and result if I say other words so we always achieve some outcome
it may not be the outcome you wanted to achieve it may be something else
so you can always change your strategy
you can always change your approach
just how amazing change can it be if you understand this concept and start using it
you achieve some goal or target and you are so much congruant from within
you are damn confident this is something worth achieving I am working for
so started working in Action Mode and you don't get the desired result
and you accept it NO it's not a failure
this is just a feedback which is telling me may be I need to do some change in my approach
need to refine something
may be I need to uplift my energy more by which energy I worked
and need to work with higher energy and higher potential
how amazing change can be created in your life
let me tell you don't you think if you produced any result
whatever was the result it gives you learning
'how exactly you took your Action and what result was produced by that
and you can refine that Action next time
and you can create far better result by using that learning or experience
don't you feel people ho have achieved much success in the world they also used this same formula
and you also can use it
just think a scientist try to do some invention
whatever he does that is impossible for the whole world
because most of people believe whatever didn't happen till this day that cannot be happen ever
but every invention happens from there
because there is a person who believes yes it can happen and that is scientist
if you are that person so it is you yourself , you can understand it
so he put efforts, approaches and take Actions to get the particular desired result
some result comes and it is not necessary that result is something he desired for
what does he do then? he again check his whole action plan
he doesn't do so if I am not getting the results so leave it. No
he makes Action plan again
what do I need to refine? where do i need pay more attention
where is lacking ? He corrects it again and again he starts working on it
again He starts working in Action mode
what happen now? again some result get produed
now the result was actually he needs this and gradually he is getting things are like milestones
and gradually he is moving towards his result
that means every time he is refining his approach every time he is going more closer to his result
just think if the same approach you use in your own life. so what will be happened?
how amazing changes can be
you wanted to achieve some end-result you did action for that
you didn't get that result so you refined your Action
again you go to that end-result
this time your result will be closer to your desired result
by doing this ultimately desired results will be getting in your life
how amazing is this. you just think any company which is expanded
what it does, it design a product and deliver its product to people
then it looks for faults and where is the problem?
again do researches and planning and analyse everything again
and launch it again after refining and upgrading it
by doing this company becomes a big brand in its sector
why it got famous? because this company refined its approach
took action again
again produced a new result and this result was like desired result
they upgrade themselves in this way in comparison of this why many people get fail in their life?
what do they do? they decided some target then they develop their motivation and then they take action
when they don't get the result they want which they named Failure
so what happens? they say I don't have potential in me to achieve that particular thing
or it is not in my destiny
they give some excuses like them to themselves
they prove to themselves yes I cannot do anything
and they leave
after sometimes they again decide to do something new but now their mind has learned
you are the person which is not consistent
you are the person who does not work consistently for your result
so what does he do?
so it gives you the limited energy to make effort next time
because your mind knows it doesn't have to achieve result
so why waste energy?
so it minimize the supply of energy to you
your physiology and actions are reduced
and then it becomes more difficult to reach to the results
so understand all this concept
and how to apply this in life ? create desired result whatever it is
you planned it, you defined it and keep on Action mode wherever you feel this is a failure
command your mind on that moment this is not a failure
this is just a feedback
if I do the work as I did now so, I will get this result if I need some other result
I will have to make change in my energy, motivation and in the effectiveness of my action plan
and then you will move toward the desired result
there is only one way to overcome the fear of failure
keep it in your mind there is no failure in your life
right
and you will work with this approach so you will see the amazing will be start creating in your life
as much people are succeeded they did so
and you also can do it
right? this is the solution of procrastination
you do the work and leave. NO
what you have to do? you have to live in action mode to yourself in this way
let me tell you one thing the most successful and highly paid people are in the world
those who believe their is no failure in life, there is nothing like failure
they are highest paid that is they get the big opportunity and responsibility
they create the higher level of success
and you can do the same
there is no difference between you and them there is only a difference of changing of belief
you can create that right now
and after this life is gonna become amzing
