Hello its Kinoshita Yuka (Eng subs by ~Aphexx~)

So, today! tadaa I used these Cheesy Skillets from Kraft to make this dish

if you remember I did a video showcasing Velveeta before and these came in that same package

that the viewer sent me from overseas they sent me 6 packs of these so I used up 3 packs today

alrighty lets see how it was made

K, so we'll be using these Velveeta, Skillet, creamy beef stroganoff ~is that how you say it?~

brown some ground beef ~1 kg worth~

once its cooked through add milk and water then our pasta as well

lower the heat, lid and wait 8 minutes

I forgot about this but it looks like you needed to add this packet at the same time you added the pasta

looks yummy once its done simmering....

add this packet of sauce

whoa its cheese then mix

tadaa its complete looks so delish

I also prepped 1kg of soup here lets see how much this weighs

w/o the bowl its 3.1kg itadakimasu

velveeta makes all my fav dishes I also sprinkled a bit of parsley

looks yummy

the ground beef and this cheesy pair so nicely and this salt and peppery sauce tastes wonderful

cheese is so rich tasting

this is legit tasty macaroni cheese is delish as well but

I really like this meatier tasting one

oh!!! I was just checking out these packages wanting to really see what they said and I just

discovered that these aren't 6 of the same packages but rather 3 packs that use chicken and 3 packs that use beef

these are chicken packs ~....and that's the whole story for today~

but I get to make 3 packs of this chicken in the future ~can't wait~

this stuff is very good tasting and I'm wondering if we have anything like this here in Japan...

I just can't think of anything that really compares to this but anyways this stuff really tastes great

cheese is so nice in this and with that added meaty taste which makes this the 'bestest' stuff around

these over here are chicken however

the viewer who sent me these is so thoughtful to tell the truth I tried using just 2 packages of these

but I found while making it that it looked like it just wasn't enough and I ended up using

3 packs worth which was just right and according to what the viewer though I'd want to eat

Y'all know me better than even I do... like how much I eat or foods that I might like .... Y'all are amazing

what do you call these pasta I wonder this flat sort of... do you call them macaroni ?

nah they're not macaroni these have a nice bite to them and they're so delish

velveeta's cheezy skillets were so delish I love how that meaty flavor gushes out when you bite into it

yup, food made with cheese are the best tasting ~must be nice being overseas~

it looks like you have so many yummy cheezy dishes lately you can buy almost anything online

but unless something really catches on in popularity and people start talking about it you never find out about products where you're like "Gimme summa dat"

that's why its so nice to have someone from overseas pick out some foods you might like

special thanks to the person who sent me these and these velveeta products are so delish won't you

give them a try they're also so easy to make and don't require

all that many ingredients to make even today all I needed was milk and ground beef

Learning meditation: Can I meditate all my life with a single meditation technique? - Duration: 5:24.

I sometimes hear from people that they

were meditating 20 years with the same

technique can this be? Does it make any

sense? That's an interesting question.

There have been several examples in

history where people reached great

heights into their consciousness with

even one single technique, I would not go

into examples but just in the concept of

a meditation technique, it is so

powerful that if it works for you one

technique is enough and you can meditate

20 years, you can meditate 40 years you

can meditate your entire life with one

technique. It just has to resonate with

your life very naturally. For example

you know I won't name the conscious

gurus or leaders but one person he

meditated with this technique where he

he considered everything to

be him so he said I am all, I'm everybody

and entire world is him and with

that one single technique he lived his

entire life and he

experienced meditation and the truth and

the reality associated with it so just

this only one single technique I'm all;

and just think about it if you put

yourself in that into that mental state

into that constant mindfulness that I'm

all. I am and this body this mind the

soul whatever i'm also the trees, i'm

also the sky, i'm also this earth, the

stars everything if you live in that

sort of a,

first of all mindset but then your

entire life in with that notion how

beautiful first of all it becomes for

you and secondly I mean you have to do

it then you start seeing what space it

creates for you and what kind of

experiences will bring to you. Eventually

it takes you into meditation, it takes

you into that very truth and very

reality and let me give you another

example. Very contrary to this technique

there is another technique called neti

neti which was used by another conscious

leader and the technique is entirely

opposite that I am, I'm not this I'm not

that I'm you know I'm nothing ,so just

imagine for one person the technique I'm

all is something that worked for him and

for the another person i'm nothing is

the technique that worked and these both

of these people they preached these

two different kind of techniques to

their disciples to their followers in

their own ways and what I have to

recommend to you is to actually try out

both because once you

meditate with both

these angles' I am all and I'm nothing'

you will realize you know first of all

you will not create one sided one minded

picture of what meditation is and

secondly you will start to see the

essence of it, start to see the core of

it what it is and it's like you know

there is a saying that don't look

at my finger but look at the finger

pointing to the moon so you would stop

looking at all these fingers, all these

techniques you would rather look at the

moon the you know in this case what's

meditation really is what the state

really is. So ultimately after my

whole life meditating maybe with the

same technique or with a few techniques

would I still need to follow a technique

or how would that be? It depends on you,

if you are comfortable or if you enjoy a

particular technique you can continue

doing that as long as you want. My

suggestion to you would be to at some

point of time even leave that so you

know better no matter which technique

you begin with at a certain stage in my

opinion you should be able to leave that

and be entirely without any system,

without any technique, without any

support and just be able to move into

pure silence on your own.

people must be lost when they want to

learn meditation and they probably will

go to the next yoga school and think

that 10 minutes meditation after the

yoga practice is their king to

the golden state of being or

something like this. How do I really

bring it into my life? I mean which

approach do i choose, how do i know

which system I should meditate with, how

do I approach this topic? First of all in

my opinion you should not have any

system. There has been enough talk

around systems and over the last I

don't know how many decades. Several

gurus, several religions, several belief

systems have been coming up and trying

to show people away. It started with the

right intentions but slowly it moved

away from the core essence of meditation

and it took it became

different cultures, different traditions

different practices, different belief

systems and slowly the essence was

lost. So first thing is one should not

adopt any system and here we are enough,

we are you know already having enough

systems in our lives. So secondly as I

said you need to allocate time and space

and third thing is to find that

authentic way for oneself how to

meditate. And that's where we also were

struggling, actually I was you know I'd

spent several years going through all

content around meditation available

to a common man and have explored

different spiritual, religious,

non-religious, philosophical content to

see what is available for a common

person to learn meditation.

My conclusion is that either there is

you know an extreme Eastern esotheric way

of going about it or there is you know

this super mild version of

things in the West which they call

meditation but it's nowhere

close to meditation. So exactly we saw

that there was a gap and that's

where we came up with Meditation Easy

which fills this gap which brings in the

essence of Eastern wisdom Eastern you

know techniques and methodologies to

approach meditation and we have cleaned

them up to be put in a nice structure

and an approach which is

holistic and which is easily

understandable by everybody. You don't

have to you know leave your house

and run away to the himalayas or to

some ashram in India. So you can be

wherever you are and you can start from

wherever you are and even move further

to advanced States advanced learnings in

meditation with the same program. So and

you can ideally do this and you know ten

weeks you can try out 30 different

techniques and once you find out that

some of the techniques are very

intuitive to you and they work for you

you can continue with those techniques

for six months to one year and then you

yourself will see what experiences are

these techniques bringing you slowly

taking you away from the technique more

into meditation more into silence and

one day you will leave all these

techniques and just be able to sit down

and move into meditation very naturally

without any effort and that's

what we are aiming for. Yes.
