IN THE BAD TIMES.

NOW AND GOING FOUR TO 2018, THAT

TRUMP WILL BE A BIG NEGATIVE AS

TALKING TO MY THEN REPUBLICAN

WIFE AND THAT WE HAD THESE

CONVERSATIONS ALL THE TIME.

WHAT I FEARED WHAT HE WOULD DO

IS WHAT HE IS DOING, UNDERMINING

THE CREDIBILITY OF AMERICAN

DESTABILIZING THE WORLD.

WHEN I LOOK AT THAT AND WHAT IT

MEANS DOWN BALLOT, ICY ECONOMIC

ANXIETY, ANXIETY ABOUT NATIONAL

SECURITY THE STATE AND LOCAL

LEVEL, AND WHEN YOU ENDORSE

CREATION COMES FROM

EXISTING BUSINESSES.

I THINK CHRIS DOES NOT

FUNDAMENTALLY UNDERSTAND THAT.

ONE ELEMENT OF IT THAT WILL HELP

US WITH THE OPIATE CRISIS WILL

REDUCE CAUSE FOR INCARCERATION

AND JUDICIAL AND LAW ENFORCEMENT

WILL ROW THE ECONOMY FROM THE

HOW TO MAKE NO KNEAD BREAD - Introduction to Bread Making - Duration: 6:17.

Hi and a huge welcome to Steve's Kitchen

Now basic bread making doesn't get any

simpler than making a no knead bread and

what do I mean by that. I mean literally

we are not going to be Kneading this

bread. The principles behind this is a

high hydration dough, so we're using 75%

water and we're letting a small amount

of yeast do all the work for us. So come on

what are you waiting for. Again you want

a nice strong bread flour, we've got 400

grams, that's about 14 ounces. Now we're

going with a tiny amount of yeast, just

quarter of a teaspoon is needed for this.

I'm going to pop it to one side and

we're using a teaspoon and a quarter of

salt, pop that to the opposite side of

the yeast and our seventy-five percent

water. So we've got 300 mls of

water straight in there, no need to do

too much thinking, pardon the pun. Now you

can get your hand in there, give that a

mix through and get really mucky if you

want to or just take the fork and give

this a bit of a stir through. Once the

forks done the first bit of the work I'm

just going to take my hands and just

push the dough up against the side of

the bowl to incorporate all the flour. So

you can see our dough is really quite

sticky and messy. Now just quickly clean

your hands off and that is all the work,

we're not going to do any more Kneading

on this dough at all. What we are going

to do is just seal that over with some

plastic wrap and we're going to leave

this somewhere in the house, doesn't have

to be super warm, almost any ambient

temperature will do. Leave it overnight

or 12 hours, then we're going to turn

this into the most delicious loaf you've

ever tried.

Now perhaps you left this overnight as I

did but 12 hours later we've got this

beautiful dough and who have we got to

thank for doing all that for us. Just

quarter of a teaspoon of instant dry

yeast, these little fellas worked all

night proving and stretching out this

dough for us and so we've got this

beautiful bubbly and stretchy yeasty dough.

Now on my countertop I'm going to put

down some whole grain flour, something

with a little bit of texture in it and

I'm going to tease our dough out of the

bowl. It's more like a sponge at the

moment, what I'm going to do is just fold

this over, fold it into itself, fold it in

again, give it a little turn around and

I'm just getting my fingers underneath,

gently teasing this and I'm going to

fold it over one more time, again that

just encourages stretching out the

glutens a little bit and then over here

I've got myself a little bit of cotton

cloth, just sprinkle some whole grain

flour over to stop it from sticking. Then

we're going to get our loaf or our dough

here just tease it up, lift it into your

hands like that and what I want you to

do is pop it with the seam side down

onto the cotton like that. I'm going to

sprinkle a little bit more flour over

the top and then I'm just going to cover

that over, doesn't have to be tightly

sealed. Now we want our loaf to prove a

little bit, I would leave it for a couple

of hours depending on the temperature of

your house and then we're going to bake

it and now it's time for the fun to

begin because we're going to bake the bread.

Now at this point I've got my oven

preheating to 220 degrees celsius that's

about four-thirty fahrenheit, so that's

pretty hot but we're going to be baking

this in a pot. Now you can use a clay pot,

a Dutch oven, I'm using a pyrex dish for

this because I want a clear bowl so I

can film it while it's baking but you're

going to preheat that inside the oven as

well, so it's going to be super hot and

you are going to need a lid on this pot

so that we can keep the steam and

moisture in there. So my oven is up to

temperature, my pots up to temperature

and I'm going to carefully get it out of the oven.

Make sure you don't put it on a cold

surface otherwise you'll crack your pot.

Super careful, I'm going to pop that down on

some cork,

take my lid off. Now this is super hot, I

like to sprinkle a little bit of flour

on the inside. Come over here you can see

the bread dough has risen a little bit.

Now it's nice and puffy, what I'm going

to do is I'm just going to flip this

over onto my hand, so now I've got the

sealed side this side down and I'm going

to drop this into my pot, just drop it in

the center.Pop my lid on and

quickly we want to get this in the oven.

Now I want to bake that for 30 minutes

with the lid on to trap the steam in.

Then we're going to take the lid off and

the last 15 minutes just to get a

beautiful crust. Now we're just bringing

the loaf out of the oven, you can see

there it's developed a beautiful crust

because we took the top off for the last

15 minutes. Normally we want the bread to

cool down for an hour maybe even two

hours so that when you cut it, all the

steam doesn't come out and dry the bread

out but we're just going to let ours cool

down a little bit and then I'll let you

have a look. Now I'm cheating a little

bit here, look the bread is still pretty

hot so the whole house smells like

heaven. I'm going to cut this open and despite

it being a little bit too warm and just

show you inside. Now just listen to this

crust as I go through it

we're going to release all the steam out

of there, look at that crumb, it's lovely

air pockets. Now I tell you if you're

making this home, let it cool down

but I get to give this a try. Just look, I'll

break a piece off, the crust is delicious

and I think if you're new to bread

making, you make this for your family and

friends they are going to be so impressed with what

you've made. Anyway let's give this a try,

got all the texture and the elasticity

of a really good kneaded dough and it's

a little bit like a sourdough without

the sour dough flavor. If you decide to

In Dragon Ball Super Episode 85, we get a look at some of the fighters of Universe 11,

and the badass Pride Troopers Team in action.

At this point of time, it's almost confirmed that U11 is going to pose the biggest challenge

in the battle, and might have a lasting rivalry with Universe 7; because no other Universe

has been hyped up this much by DBS.

Even in the opening of Dragon Ball Super, we prominently see the presence of Jiren the

strongest fighter of Universe 11, as he goes toe to toe with even Super Saiyan Blue Kaioken

Goku.

Although the Zen Exhibition was between Universe 7 and 9; 11 was the Universe to steal the

spotlight, and gave us a sense of a real threat that awaits us in the Tournament.

I really liked the concept of Pride Troopers, they are a refreshing unique addition to the

So, obviously, emotion would rule over logic.

Toppo is a good guy from the core, just like Goku.

They now have a misunderstanding, and I believe by the end of this they'll shake hands.

The reason Pride Troopers bring a lot of variety the table, is they are a team of Superheroes

basically.

Almost like a Justice League or Avengers type of take in the DBU.

Our Z fighters are the best heroes don't get me wrong on that, but they are not the

typical peace protecting justice warriors.

I bet you know what I mean.

Pride Troopers, on the other hand, are an organized team.

They have a squad that works together to ensure Justice in their Universe.

They even have what looks like an official Uniform, a cool looking spaceship for the

team.

Must say it looks like they have a good team combination too, We got introduced with the

General, the Cyborg guy.

He doesn't wear that Red-Black uniform so I thought he might not be a part of the Pride

Troopers, but now we know he is.

General is like the brain of the team, you know what I mean.

I like the character design of him too, looks like a classy badass.

Then, they go on to save a planet from a classic looking monster.

Totally Classic Monster vs SuperHero action.

With this we also get introduced to that Beerus looking guy, finally, we have his name, Dyspo.

So, the game of his is Speed, he is the fastest member of the Pride Troopers.

There you go after Cyborg, we know also have the Flash.

I always wanted someone like him in Dragon Ball, because it would be interesting to see

how Goku or others deal with a fighter that specializes in speed, as that would also help

to solve a lot of argument.

Whether Dyspo, Beerus, and Champa are connected still remains a mystery.

There are some difference, like Dyspo looks more like a rabit, doesn't have a tail and

so on, but still, they could be from the same race.

Beerus is Millions of years old, so his race could go through slight changes, just like

we see U6 Saiyans have evolved passed growing tails while the case is different in U7.

Anyways, we will find out more about that later.

The reason I think they are going to be the biggest challenge for Universe 7 is because

simply they have team work.

One advantage of U7 was that all the fighters were from Earth, and had fought for years

together.

They know each other very well and can work fine as a team, but other Universe, for example,

take Universe 6 didn't have the same case.

They just gathered strong fighters, but teamwork is going to be one of the top most priority

in the Battle Royal, and in this episode, we see how organized they are as a team.

The General and Dyspo even use a cool looking co-ordination attack.

Their style of fighting is team based, while our fighters develop individually, and teams

up only when the back is against the walls.

While it looks like teaming up is their first to do thing.

The only upper hand of U7 might be that they have a better friendship and emotional connection

that can go beyond organized teamwork and shits like that.

Basically, because of this, I am pretty sure it's going to come down to U7 and 11 in

the Battle Royal.

Lastly, Jiren was shown as they are going to tell him about the Tournament.

He is the real deal after all, like the Superman of Pride Troopers.

Like, I said before I like his character designs we need more muscular character in the series,

getting kind of tired out of shape or weak looking characters.

This guy is going to have a rivalry with Goku, I wonder where this would put Hitman Hit.

Goku now has like 3 rivals who are going to be jealous of each other.Jiren is seen meditating,

nothing much from what we already saw in the trailers.

We see Piccolo doing the same, we see Gohan doing the same in the opening.

Nice, it's now a thing.

I wonder though if Piccolo will receive some power up after this arc, and if he will end

up being a rival of this guy.

Because we already have Hit, and I predicted Vegeta will take on Toppo.

So, we now have 4 Pride Troopers confirmed, I wonder who else is going to join in later.

We did see a female fighter in the same frame with Pride Troopers in the opening, and she

looks like the base form of that Female Broly, but then again they are hinting she is from

Universe 6.

So, it's kind of confusing from where she is.
