Trump's vow to "totally destroy N. Korea" over weapons threat sends shockwaves to S. Korea - Duration: 1:36.

Some perceive Trump's verbal threat to North Korea as more than just colorful language.

That the U.S. is bringing its military power to bear on the regime.

There are officials in Seoul placing greater emphasis on the outspoken leader's focus on

fully implementing UN sanctions.

Connie Kim brings us the analysis.

U.S. President Trump's remark to "totally destroy North Korea" if the regime threatens

the U.S. or its allies has sent shockwaves in South Korea.

While Trump is well-known for his strong and non-conventional rhetoric,... his first address

to the UN is perceived to be extraordinary.

(Korean: ) "It wasn't expected that President Trump will

come out with great rhetoric at the United Nations.

But Trump's words reflected the strong will that the U.S. will not sit and watch North

Korea's threat.

The U.S. did not give up its diplomatic solution but Washington is increasing its leverage

on its military options."

A South Korean foreign ministry official cautioned against reading too much between the lines

of Trump's speech, and rather said the U.S. president underscored the need for the international

community to fully implement sanctions on the reclusive regime.

Experts are now speculating over North Korea's possible response to Trump's UN speech, as

the regime has a record of hitting back aggressively at Trump's words.

After the U.S. president threatened the North in early August with 'fire and fury' like

the world has never seen before,... Pyongyang dismissed such warning as a load of nonsense

and outlined plans to strike the U.S. territory of Guam in the Pacific Ocean.

Grumpy's Field Guide To Mushrooms | Southern Living - Duration: 2:14.

I love mushrooms.

I love to put them in spaghetti sauce.

I love to put them in stews.

I would never, ever eat any mushroom

that doesn't come from the store.

I don't want to have to die a horrible, lingering death.

I'm not going to die, I'm not going to die.

So, when you see mushrooms in your yard,

or you see them out in the woods

you might wonder

what are they actually doing there,

cause they live in a symbiotic relationship with tree roots.

They make food for the trees,

trees make food for the fungus.

Now, the mushroom part that rises above the soil

is actually the fruit,

it distributes spores from the gills of the mushroom

so there could be more mushrooms around.

Now, we're out here in the woods,

and when you were out walking through the woods

and you have all these trees and all this decaying matter

you're naturally going to run into mushrooms.

Small ones, big ones, all different colors.

If were lucky enough, nahh.

They might be white, they might be yellow,

they might be orange, they might be red.

Never assume that any mushroom

that you see in the wild is safe to eat.

And I don't care how much you think

you know about mushrooms.

I wish I would run into some chanterelles,

but I mean I know where to go get them,

but I still won't do it.

All you have to do is pick the wrong one

and eat it, and that's the last time you'll ever do it.

I figure I've lived this long,

Some animals and insects

that aren't susceptible to the toxin,

they can eat these mushrooms

and spread around the spores that way.

Not all of them are deadly,

some of them will just make you sick overnight

and make you wish you could die, but you won't.

But the really poisonous ones,

like the destroying angels and the false morel.

They have a toxin that when you eat it,

it won't make you sick right away,

in fact it may take a day for you to start feeling bad.

That toxin will be destroying your liver and your kidneys.

And last time I checked in order to stay alive

you need a liver and kidneys.

There's only one kind of mushroom I'm gonna eat,

and that's the one that comes from the grocery store.

Trump vows if threatened to 'totally destroy' North Korea, Kim Jong-un on 'suicide mission' - Duration: 2:35.

Trump issued his strongest warning yet to North Korea at his first address to the UN

General Assembly.

Referring to the regime's leader as "Rocket Man," he emphasized the rogue state's nuclear

weapons and ballistic missiles as a threat to the entire world, and warned Washington

will 'totally destroy' Pyongyang if it had to.

Park Hee-jun shares with us his unfiltered remarks.

Leaders from 193 member states gathered at the UN's New York headquarters to address

several ongoing international crises,...including the Rohingya crisis, the civil war in Syria,

climate change, and of course North Korea's continual nuclear and missile provocations.

The highlight was, as expected, U.S. President Donald Trump's keynote speech at his first

appearance at a General Assembly session since his inauguration in January.

In a wide-ranging speech where he hit out at Iran and Venezuela,...

President Trump reserved his sternest words for the leadership in Pyongyang.

He said that,... if necessary,... the U.S. would "totally destroy" North Korea to defend

itself and its allies.

(English) "The United States has great strength and

patience, but if it is forced to defend itself or its allies, we will have no choice but

to totally destroy North Korea.

Rocket Man is on a suicide mission for himself and for his regime.

The United States is ready, willing and able, but hopefully this will not be necessary."

He went on to emphasize the importance of UN member nations working together to isolate

the Kim Jong-un regime.

President Trump also thanked members of the UN Security Council, specifically China and

Russia,... for their votes in favor of the toughest ever UN resolution on Pyongyang for

its most recent nuclear test.

Although Pyongyang will have heard President Trump's comments loud and clear,... the North

Korean diplomats in New York weren't in the room to hear them.. as the North's UN ambassador

left his seat prior to Trump's arrival.

Following the speech, South Korea's presidential office issued a statement, saying it's evident

the new U.S. administration sees the North Korean nuclear issue as highly important.

The top office also said Trump's remarks confirm that the strongest possible sanctions are

the only way to denuclearize the rogue regime.

President Moon Jae-in, who will deliver his speech on Thursday, is expected to focus on

North Korea and call for international cooperation to condemn and rein in Pyongyang's provocations.
