yourself and other people the more you

can master sales management marketing

and business even the ability innovate

comes from understanding what people

need not just what they say they want so

over that time period I've been they'll

do those turnarounds um and I get the

phone call true story from the president

States when he says I'm gonna be

impeached tomorrow President Clinton and

what do I do and my first response is

could you call me sooner and so I then

had to produce results in a short period

of time with all kinds of different

people and the tools I've learned is

again 80% of what changes somebody is

making that psychological change 20% is

knowing the mechanics now don't get me

wrong and I work with one of the top

financial traders in the world this is a

man who's been my client now for 18

years he's a man who in 1987 when the

stock market had his biggest single

crash percentage-wise in a day even

based on today that day when everyone

was freaked out he made a half a billion

dollars that day he can't live on that

but it's a good start right and then he

lost money from next two or three years

here's a guy knew what to do I was hired

to come in and turn around he's made

money every single year for 18 years

because of me modeling the strategies of

what to do I didn't model just what to

do I also figured out what was keeping

incredible people that you're gonna have

companies like Google the companies like

Zappos the companies that have found a

way the Amazons to constantly innovate

those people have also had to figure how

to market you can have the best ideas or

product in the world but if you can't

market it you can't sell it and if you

can't manage it you got a real problem

so innovation in marketing is in and I

thought gosh you know all my companies I

come and I preach these things I go out

to the world may teach companies but I

come back to my own companies and I'm

always referring it reminding them come

stepping in and plus I have all these

friends and I bring them in at different

times but then you have new people join

your company and it's almost like

starting over as if a company's growing

you bring on new people and you got to

start over so I said wouldn't it be

incredible

to have one system that was really about

the core of all business that really was

gonna give you that advantage and

selling and marketing and innovating and

managing it all you know what if I could

do that bring my friends together and

put it into a form that people could go

through not just one time but something

we could use again and again in our biz

for decades to come where the principles

and the tools were literally timeless

because they've been proven in any

economy during the tough times the

recessions and during the great times

when everything was just expanding what

are those ongoing principles that have

work that I used to turn businesses

around turn myself around turn people

around wouldn't be incredible to create

that that's how this thing really got

started and I thought you know how many

market it well you start to dominate so

are in your journey I don't know if

you're an army of one and you're just

be selling real estate or whether you're

How To Create Dynamic Search Ads | Automatically Create Search Ads For Your Website - Duration: 5:58.

hey everyone this is Viren and welcome back to my youtube channel for another

AdWords tutorial. In this tutorial I'm going to show you how to create dynamic

search ads. Now what that means is in case your website has a lot of pages or

you want to create a lot of different ads for your website without having to

go through the tedious task of creating all the ad groups and all the ads by

yourself. What dynamic search ads does is Google

AdWords will scan your entire website, index all your pages and whenever

something similar to what your page content is is searched for they will try

and show your ads. It is as simple as that.

You can do this for your entire website, you can also do this for just certain

parts of your website. So let's get started and I'm going to show you what

this is so once you're logged into the ads manager and you're under campaigns

you click here to create a new campaign. Now dynamic search ad by its name tells

you that it is a search ad and that is what we are going to select. We are going

to select visit to our website as a goal and let's click on continue. Let's

give this campaign a name.

Dynamic search ads will work only with the search Network so I'll remove the

display. We can select the locations so I'm gonna let the location be India.

The language will be English as my website works in English. I'm going to

leave the bidding to manual CPC. The daily budget - let me just add something

like 100. I'll be covering all of this in another tutorial - what are the

different kind of things you can do with your ad like ad sitelinks or call-out

extensions, a call extension and things like that. But for this particular ad

we'll scroll right here to the bottom and select dynamic search ads and this

is what we're looking to set up. Click enable dynamic search ads for this

campaign and enter the domain name. For me the domain name is virenbaid.com.

The language is English and set a targeting source. So basically do you

want to use Google's index of my website. There are two other options which is - use

URLs from my page field only or a combination of both. Now as you can see I

cannot click on this right now because I have not uploaded a feed of

all my pages. So in case there are certain pages only for which you want to

create an ad this is how you go about it. You click on this wrench icon here,

under setup click on business data. Once you're into business data feeds you

click on this button and add a page feed. All you have to do is upload a CSV file

and give it a name. The CSV file should contain a list of all the pages on your

website that you want to promote here. But for now I'm just going to use

Google's index of my website. Let me just click on save and continue. Now we'll go

ahead and setup ad groups so in case you are looking for a standard ad group you

can select it here where you will add all the keywords that you want to target.

But how dynamic search works is that Google will index your pages

automatically and decide on the keywords themselves so let me just do use

that. Now what I can do is I can create this for the entire site or I can create

it for a certain section of my site let's say Facebook content. I will keep a

default bid - let me start with something like rupees 3 per click. Now if your site

is really big and has a lot of different categories and it's been indexed in

Google for a while chances are that Google will already show you categories in

your website. But in case like for my site it's not able to pick any

categories. I can create rules myself like if the URL contains the word

Facebook then I want those pages to be indexed and things like that but for now

let me make one for my entire website which is this last option here, all web

pages, so let me just click that. You can set a bid for all the web pages.

I'll again leave it at three rupees. You can create more new ad groups if you want to.

You can add standard ad groups here as well but I'm just going to add one

dynamic search ad. Let's continue. Let's create a new ad and like you can see

here you don't have to select the final URL or the headline or display URL

because Google will do all of that for you. All you need to do is add the

description for the ad and let me quickly add something.

There you go I've added the description and click on done and that is

it. The ad is ready. I've created ads for my entire website all the pages in such

a short span of time so this is amazing. For all you guys who are running small

businesses and don't have a marketing person to help you with Google Ads but

you still want to make full use of it, you can go about and create a dynamic

search ad and that will be really really handy. If you have any questions do leave

The Ministry of Education announced the steps it's going to take to make sure the exams

are held safely next Thursday.

Checking the safety of the exam halls around the country is their top priority.

(Korean) "Putting the safety of the students first,

we will carry out inspections of the all the examination halls, and quickly assign new

locations if necessary, as well as help arrange any necessary transportation."

Students will be notified of their exam venues by November 21st -- that's next Tuesday.

The usual 19-day grading period will be sped up by a day, and results will now be announced

on December 12th.

All interviews and application procedures to universities have been delayed by a week

as well.

Preparations for the biggest global winter sporting event continues in PyeongChang.

Other than venues for competitors and spectators, transportation system is crucial in ensuring

a successful hosting of the global games.

Our Cha Sang-mi guides us through the ways to get to and around the alpine city.

(Stand-up) "With the Olympics only a matter of weeks

away, one of the fastest ways to get to PyeongChang is to take this high-speed train."

This was a test run for a new KTX line that will open to the public in December.

Some one-and-a-half million people, including athletes and spectators from around the world,

will descend on PyeongChang for the Olympics early next year.

However, since the competition venues are over 2-hundred-and-70 kilometers away from

Korea's main gateway -- Incheon International Airport -- having excellent transport links

is essential.

That's why Korea has been upgrading rail, road, and air links in time for the games.

Introducing the new KTX first...

Jinbu Station is the main station for the PyeongChang Mountain Cluster, where all the

snow sports, as well as the opening and closing ceremonies will be held.

(KOREAN - 1) "Sixteen trains a day will depart from Incheon

International Airport to PyeongChang.

Eight of those will stop at Seoul Station; the rest will be non-stop.

It takes one-hundred-10 minutes to get from the airport to Jinbu Station on a non-stop

train.

Apart from those, there are another 35 trains a day that will depart from Seoul station.

Getting to the venues for ice sports at the Gangneung Coastal Cluster will take just 16

minutes by train from Jinbu to Gangneung Station.

For those choosing to travel by car or bus, new expressways have been built, connecting

Korea's major cities to PyeongChang.

(KOREAN - 2) "The Second Yeongdong Expressway opened to

complement the existing Yeongdong Expressway.

Since expressways now connect East and West, drivers can now take a different route.

This is definitely a groundbreaking change for the local traffic network."

Apart from the official opening of Terminal 2 at Incheon International Airport in January,

the committee has been working on the regional Yangyang airport to reduce congestion on the

roads.

These transportation links got us to PyeongChang and Gangneung.

But, how do we go that extra step and get to the competition venues?

(KOREAN - 3) "Those coming by rail or road can take the

'spectator shuttle bus' to the Olympic venues.

The distance from the transportation hub to the venues is 10 to 20 minutes."

For those opting to drive, the PyeongChang Organizing Committee has almost completed

eight large parking lots.

to extra traffic during the lunar new year vacation, which falls during the games."

Traffic volume is expected to peak between February 15th and 18th as Koreans criss-cross

(KOREAN - 4) "Assuming the maximum number of people who

visit the Olympics will be around 1 million, we are going to see a roughly eleven percent

rise in traffic volume in Gangwon-do Province.

We need to prepare with this figure in mind."

The winter weather is also unpredictable.

Gangwon-do Province is known in Korea for its heavy snowfall during January and February.

(KOREAN - 5) "When a heavy-snowfall watch is issued, we

will mobilize all our prepared human resources and equipment to remove snow from the roads."

Experts say that, considering the scale of the event, Korea's public and private sectors

have to come together to ensure a successful Olympic Games.
