The County Seat 2018 Legislative Preview - Duration: 28:51.
Hello everybody welcome to The County Seat,
I'm your host today Chad Booth. Well the New
Year is underway and the legislature is just
around the corner which means that there is
this big ocean of bills that has to go through this
narrow little channel in 45 days and get out at
the end. There are probably 1500 bills filed and
there may be 400 to 500 that get passed. What
we are going to discuss today is what is
important to the counties today and nobody
better to pick up that topic than Adam Trupp
CEO of the Utah Assoc. of Counties, thank you
Adam. And Lincoln Shurtz who is the director of
legislative affairs for the Utah Assoc. of
Counties. So let's prioritize and talk about what
is really important for the counties. Obviously
most of the late year headline is centered on
operation Rio Grande which is tied into the
Justice Reinvestment Initiative which is tied into
Medicaid expansion. We have this whole big
picture that is kind of a mess are we going to
pick this up in the legislative session again this
year?
Well we certainly are. What we see from
Justice Reinvestment and what we see from the
Rio Grande project is that all of these issues are
connected to each other really. The criminal
justice system has an impact on people with
substance disorders, disorders of mental health
problems and vice versa and the reality is that
spreads out to many things like housing needs
like recovery needs and services for people who
are in that situation so the reality is it continues
to grow we have a lot more issues that come up
and we are seeing more realistic over time. It
will be back.
So people will go back in the headlines and they
will go well November you just got a big chunk
of money.
Sure absolutely. So one thing you need to do
when you are looking at governments is look at
what the governor has done with his budget.
The best way to evaluate an administration and
see what their priorities are is by looking at
their budget. The governor just came out with
his 16 billion dollar budget and a huge emphasis
on education and a huge emphasis on health
care and Rio Grande and Justice Reinvestment
which is really something we find valuable is
that the governor is prioritizing some of the
major issues in the counties namely justice
reinvestment and recognizing with Medicaid
expansion which recently adopted by the state
and approved for the center for Medicaid
services big priority for the counties and
something that has been prioritized for the
governor as well so that is great for us.
focus is around Pioneer Park. That looks like
the focal point of whoever is talking about the
money is it going to get out to the other 28
counties?
It definitely will that is the focus of what is
getting all the attention in the media. Our
weekly discussion and I think governor's office
and legislative leadership has heard it all are
those needs that occur in other places outside
and they are also pretty significant. There are
homeless issues all over the state there are
treatment needs and criminal justice needs all
these things.
When Representative Hutchins got JRI in and
through and got buy in from the counties and
everybody was pretty upbeat about it but he
was counting on Healthy Utah Initiative to fund
it and that didn't come through and he said well
I have money to cover it but it was like 4 million
dollar?
4 million to the counties and about 10 million
dollars to the Department of corrections for
services there. You have to remember when
you are talking healthy Utah you are talking
about expanding health care coverage to about
a 50 thousand Utahans under the expansion
that was recently passed we are talking 7500
Utahns so it has certainly scaled back from the
original concept but it is a target of population
which is really the JRI population its folks who
have substance abuse disorders and mental
health disorders and criminally justice involved
so if you talk about that population clearly we
are focusing on that population that was the
emphasis behind JRI.
So do you think that we are now talking in the
kinds of numbers if we get some ongoing
funding for it that we will actually kind of turn
the problem and maybe keep it from cropping
up in say Juab County or something like that.
We are not certain. I would say that there is a
large influx of money that is great. We have
opportunities that kind of funding provides the
question is can we all together make the system
work? Can we make improvements when we
have the funding and that really is the bigger
question? And this is not a matter of throwing
a lot of money at something it's a matter of
trying to find a solution to a really complicated
problems and trying to find ways of getting
people into recovery and being helpful
members of society instead of being trapped in
their illness that really is the bigger challenge.
The bigger issue there is everyone is trying to
lay blame at JRI and I am not saying JRI does not
have an impact you have to also remember the
overlay of opioid epidemic that is ravishing this
entire country. This is not just a JRI problem
this is an opioid epidemic problem that we are
trying to deal with certainly the 30 million the
state put in to expansion plus the 70 million we
will draw down from the federal government
100 million dollars in the system is going to help
with behavioral health. It's a lot of money but
is an overwhelming epidemic that is plaguing
every community in the state.
Is there any community in Utah that you think is
exempt from the opioid problem?
Certainly not in our conference 4 weeks ago
every single county commissioner we talked to
is talking about this is plaguing members of
their community.
up this particular topic and move onto our next
topic after we take a quick commercial break
here on The County Seat. Stay with us.
Welcome back to The County Seat we are
talking about important things from the
counties that are going to be discussed during
this legislative session we have covered JRI and
now we want to turn to 25,000 jobs in 25
counties it was an outgrowth of the State of the
State address of the governor and kind of got
some traction. So far the governor has been in
the process of meeting with all the counties and
trying to figure out what to do. What do we
need to do legislatively to really turn economic
development into high gear into rural Utah?
I would start with infrastructure, infrastructure,
and infrastructure. If ever you talk to these
counties that are the target of the 25,000 jobs
initiative the biggest gaping hole in terms of
their economic development package is lack of
infrastructure. Any time a company is looking
to locate to the state of Utah some of the
critical things that they are looking for is
obviously transportation ability to get in and
out of the state quickly especially when you are
looking at distribution which has been a huge
issue for the state when we are talking
intermodal hub inland port full port all of these
things that have been major initiatives for the
state. So that is one piece. The other piece is
recognizing the economy is changing in the e
25 targeted counties if you look at economic
prosperity since the great recession you have
about 12 counties that have actually seen
declines in their economies in the last seven
years and those declines are largely related to
natural resources abstraction. We are not
extracting coal like we once were. So changing
the face of what their economy looks like
globally is going to be a big issue for Emery
county and Carbon county and Uintah basin.
seven years for seven years we have talked
about the fact to get businesses to relocate to
rural counties you do have to have that
infrastructure in place and it's a chicken and egg
thing. But there have been a couple of case
studies places where a county like Juab county
will take a project on that comes from GOED
and they will go the whole nine yards to fill in all
the gaps that it takes to make it go and then
they say that's too much and it gets short
circuited but it seems to me it would help other
businesses down the line with what they
started. How do you get the mentality of the
rural communities and the state on the same
page as to getting what they need done that
would be my question.
Sure I think part of it is recognizing that we are
moving more toward a service based economy
the entire economy is changing in terms of how
we buy and sell goods you do not have to go to
a brick and mortar store to buy and sell goods
people can remotely work from their home so
access to high speed fiber and internet is going
to be a critical component of allowing people to
work from their homes remotely which is
certainly going to be something as we move
forward and also like I have said just looking at
way in which we can invest in the infrastructure
to allow for different types of economic
development. One of the big things you are
seeing right now especially with these big data
centers they are looking at locating again as the
economy changes guess where they want to get
their power they want it from renewables those
renewable do not have to be co-located with
the data center. So you could have a renewable
solar farm in Emery County that is supplying the
power to the data center that sits in West
Jordan city and so we need to look at how we
can collaborate among communities to bring
that economic development that can both help
the Wasatch Front but also be a boon and
benefit to rural Utah.
And we have seen legislative changes over the
last few years to help with infrastructure and
different forms and give opportunities to
smaller population counties but the reality is
that the biggest need probably to move that
idea forward is to for people to collaboratively
get together and say how we are going to make
this work for multiple counties. Not just hey
there is an idea we want to pursue but how are
we going to make this work between 3 or 4
counties right now. How are we going to make
this work for the Wasatch county front by
supporting those needs through our rural
counties?
Isn't part of it though having realistic
expectations the state will call Piute County and
say hey we might have a lead that will put 600
jobs in your county 600 jobs would bury Piute
County they would be thrilled if at 100 jobs. Is
the governor listening to this matching?
Absolutely and like you said recognizing what
will work in different communities airbus and
Boeing are not going to move to Piute county
and we need to recognize that they should not
be putting in on those sorts of projects but
there are things that they can put in on that
they do have a viable chance of getting to
locate here in the state of Utah. So looking at
our tourism is part of the governor's budget he
invested a lot of money into promoting tourism
and rural tourism in the state of Utah
recognizing that could be a huge boon for these
communities as well.
I would add as well none of us can avoid
noticing that the state is growing tremendously
and there is more business coming in more
infrastructure more of everything coming into
the state that will spread out over time but I
think that if we do not plan where we are going
if we do not look to Juab county which borders
Utah county and ask what do we do next how
do we help them to grow to where they want to
be and help them get to the place that really is
the community we all want jointly we are not
making real progress all we are doing is
spreading out growth more and so we have
more opportunity and I t think we are on track
but need more planning and more collaborative
approaches.
Are there any bills that you have heard
rumblings of that are going to come up on this
issue?
Most of the bills that we are looking at this year
are largely focused on just getting a better
handle on what the issue is and recognizing that
half of this state is getting left behind in terms
of the economic boom we are experiencing and
I think once we have that recognition those
solutions will follow
Excellent we are going to take a commercial
break and move onto our next topic and you
are watching The County Seat.
Welcome back to The County Seat we are just
doing a coin toss here to say who takes the next
topic the next topic we are going to talk about is
transportation. Takes many many forms most
of the conversation I have heard in the media
lately has been about Utah Transit Authority
and reconfiguring the board and the governing
authority. Do the counties have an opinion on
this?
Certainly let me back up a little bit.
Transportation task force was authorized last
year it has been running throughout the
summer talking about a host of issues. The 3
major issues funding, government largely
related to transit and then the last piece how
do we deal with capacity how do we deal with
the growth we are experiencing in the state of
Utah. As it relates to the governance piece the
proposal on the table is to take the 16 member
board down to a 3 member commission that
would be a full time publically accountable
commission and the idea is with that
accountability would come greater oversite so
that is the e expression of the speaker and
another person who has really tried to push this
model. From a county perspective the one thing
we want to make sure we are the bodies that
have imposed the taxes that fund the UTA so as
long as we have representation on those boards
and feel as though we have adequate oversite
for the tax dollars we have authorized we are
going to be comfortable with the proposal and
we have been working with leadership on
solution that would give us great oversite
through adversary committees and alike on that
commission.
I would say if you have a commission and you
are looking for taxation and representation and
you have got what 8 or 9 counties that are
involved in UTA and you got 3 members on the
commission how is that one going to feel left
out?
So the idea is you will have a 3 member
commission that they all kind of coalesce
around those selections and those nomination
than you will have a 7 member advisory
committee that would have representatives
from each county that are really think of a
planning commission they provide advice to the
commission the commission can then take that
advice and the hope is through that advisory
committee process will have adequate
representation. So in fact when we say it is 16
member reduced to 3 it's really 16 members to
10 if you have a robust advisory committee of 7
members in addition to the 3 member
commission.
So how do you get fiduciary responsibility do
you elect the commission or is that going to be
an appointment?
The commission is an appointment so we would
provide names to the governor and the
governor would send those names to the
senate for confirmation so it would be similar to
many other boards and commissions
throughout the state.
The benefit obviously you have a smaller group
of people who are directly accountable it's a lot
easier with a larger board to be able to say well
we are going to come into agreement or 9 of us
when one direction the others went the other
direction 3 people you do have accountability
and a clear line of responsibility. The concept
does work but I agree with Lincoln there has to
be some advisory structure too.
The concept is with the 3 member commission
hopefully that give as the public some sense of
security that there is some oversite that has
been lacking in the past. With that oversite
maybe additional comfort to imposing the Prop
1 monies to fund transit and other multimodal
aspects of our transportation that we are going
to need.
ago that mass transit was actually going to take
hold in Utah wouldn't you agree that you
thought that was crazy?
Sure I do not think that 20 years ago we
thought we would have another million and half
people living in this valley which is what we
expect by 2040 so with the 2 mountain ranges
we are constrained. We cannot build more
roads because we are running out of space to
build more roads. So the idea that you have to
live multimodaly and we have to find ways in
which we coordinate our development and
coordinate our transportation is going to be
critical to accommodate the growth we are
expecting.
What other transportation issues are the B and
C roads the county roads and the highways are
they finally settled.
For the B and C roads which are our city and
county roads they are mostly settled. They are
ways that are pretty robust conversation about
land use planning and transportation funding so
we do anticipate we are going to be looking at
additional alternatives for transportation
funding. The one that is probably the most
salient that is being discussed is an alternative
to the gas tax. Recognizing that we have more
electric vehicles who are not paying gas tax so
how are we going to fund the roads in the
future as heavily reliant on gas tax as we are
today. looking at alternatives to that and ways
in which we can tax appropriately electric
vehicles for their use of the roads is another
major issue that they are looking for so lots of
discussions registration fees gas taxes user fees
etc. . .
I was going to say as a per mile option actually
ever get that passed?
They want to do a pilot program this year and
give the authority to UDOT to actually
constitute a VMT a vehicle miles tax taskforce
that would look at instituting at instituting
something like that.
We have covered transportation one more
round in the ring one more bell to ring we will
be back in just a minute on The County Seat.
Welcome back to The County Seat our final
topic of things to discuss in the legislature that
the counties are interested in is going to be the
issue of tax reform. Obviously at a national
level they have passed a major tax reform and
for the most part people are happy with it
unless you live in a high property tax state in
which people are not so happy but Utah has
managed itself fairly well and so this looks like a
benefit. How do you translate that down into
state level tax reform?
One of the big issues that you just alluded to is
the state local tax issue. So in the final package
up to 10,000 dollars in state and local taxes can
be essentially pulled off of your federal returns
that includes your property taxes as well as
your state income taxes with our income taxes
as low as it is by comparison to other state this
will cover most Utahns which is a good thing. In
addition one of the major benefits of federal tax
reform is kudos to Senator Mike Lee who
pushed for an increase in the child tax credit so
there was an increase their which will obviously
allow Utahns who have multiple children to
deduct those children at higher rates. So 2 big
benefits really tying into the momentum that
has been taking place federally you have to
remember this is the first major tax reform
since the Reagan administration there have
been changes but this has been major overhaul
really since the 80's and legislatures at the local
level are also looking to capitalize on that. So
there is an Omnibus bill about 200 pages that is
tackling everything from corporate income tax
personal income tax sales tax property tax all of
these issues and again trying to capitalize on
that momentum and then recognize it. Our
economy has changed since we have done stuff
locally. Using sales tax is the major funder of
state and local government probably isn't the
way to go any longer when you look at the way
in which we buy goods these days and what our
tax base looks like currently.
Is internet sales tax is that actually help cover
that sales tax gap?
Most of the major internet companies the
Amazons of the world are now paying sales tax
in the state of Utah so we have captured a good
portion of that economy certainly still some
escape that and most people are not filing there
user taxes which they are supposed to but
things are changing and part of the discussion
locally is expanding the tax base to include
some services right now it is largely held to
goods and if you look at the changing dynamics
of the economy most people are not buying as
many goods as they used to when we put the
sales tax in place much more are buying
services so looking at ways in which we can
include some of those services as a major
component in addition on the income tax there
has been a lot of discussion on education
funding. We in Utah have used the income tax
to fund education as we see the population
increases we are recognizing that there may
need to be some changes to the corporate and
personal income tax rates are on the table as
well.
If I remember correctly Utah's income tax is
based on a percentage of your federal tax, is it
not?
Correct, 5% roughly.
So if you have massive tax rate reductions at a
federal level is that going to have a negative
impact on Utah's budget?
Could potentially so that is one of the reasons
why they are looking at this because they know
everything that is done federally will have some
tie in to what is taking place locally as well there
is going to be some discussion around that
there has been some discussion namely through
an initiative process of increasing the rate on
the personal income tax to try and allow for
more money to flow to both public and higher
education as well.
Has there been any discussion about this whole
truth and taxation element where you have a
fixed budget regardless of what happens to
property values you are stuck it seems like it is
50/50. Some people say that is the only way to
fly some are saying well let things float a little
bit so that people are feeling like they are
paying the same tax rate and counties can put a
little rainy day money aside.
In terms of truth and taxation I think it's one of
the great savers for Utah. I personally really like
the system where you have to be accountable
go out to the public tell then what you are
doing where you are spending the money and if
you do it regularly and frequently I think you
can get past the fear that is truth and taxation.
The alternative systems that other states have
where you can ratchet it up based on the
increase in the value of the home they have had
huge backlashes to the property tax which we
have not experienced in Utah so while many
lament truth and taxation I truly see it as one of
our silent saviors to current property tax system
we have as really saved us from the revolt that
other states have experienced, similar to
California.
And there are periodic discussions about how
that can be changed. How there could be more
leeway given to county governments to modify
their rate and modify that process of truth and
taxation but I think Lincoln is right if a body
wants to increase the tax rate and increase
taxes on the public that's fine the process is
there the system is there it hurts for a while but
the reality is it is an open system if you go
through that periodically it's a better approach
than waiting years and then having to do it.
It hurts until you get voted out of office because
you are the one that had to raise the taxes that
had to be raised.
Absolutely. I think it is true too it does not
happen all the time but certainly people get
pretty annoyed when they have that detail but
the more they understand the more they can
make decisions.
Which leads us to the one big thing that is part
of the Omnibus tax bill is changing the ad
requirements. Right now there is a
requirement by law that you have to put an ad
in the newspaper not criticizing the Deseret or
Salt Lake Tribune not too many people are
taking the newspaper these days so maybe
modification to a thirty or forty thousand ad
that is required by law is something we should
look at so to make sure we are getting effective
information out to the public. There are some
things that need to change and it's been a long
time since I have looked at this stuff so certainly
the language we consumed is changed maybe
we change some of those dynamics as well.
Okay excellent we have gone all four rounds we
have done very well thank you for joining us on

BREAKING News From San Diego!!! 20 DEAD SO FAR! - Duration: 4:00.
In San Diego, California the city is dealing with a hepatitis outbreak.
In part stemming from the terrible conditions that many of the cities homeless have been
dealing with.
Three industrial sized tents were opened up for the homeless in an effort to contain the
outbreak.
Two giant tents that were larger were opened up later in the month.
In total, approximately 350 single men and women could be held there.
It is projected that approximately two more will be opened up again to deal with the increasing
demand.
One is specifically made for families and the other will be made for veterans.
In total, they should all be able to hold 700 people collectively.
20 people so far have been killed due to the hepatitis A outbreak.
It is the worst outbreak of its kind in over 20 years.
The virus itself is expected to have been contained and contracted from feces.
Since many homeless people defecate in the street it is not at all uncommon that homeless
people could contract it that way.
Bob McElroy of the Alpha Project said,
"There's going to be a marked different in what we see on the streets today and what
we see at this time next year."
The non-profit helped to fundraise for and open the tent that opened just this past Friday.
It was created because of not only the outbreak but increasing numbers of homeless people.
If this strain of hepatitis is found on the street and the number of homeless people is
continuing to rise then it is not a ridiculous theory to say that this outbreak number will
continue to rise as well.
The Daily Mail reported,
"Verna Vasbinder, 47, was among the first to move from the campground.
She rolled in with her little black dog, Lucy Lui, on the seat of her walker with a cardboard
sign hanging off the back that read: 'Don't Touch the Dog!
The Human Bites!'
She plopped down on her bunk bed and already felt lucky to be finally under a roof.
'My bones were hurting very badly sleeping on the ground,' said Vasbinder, who has
been homeless for six years.
'And the dew, moisture in the morning.
Whew!
I'm out of the cold, off the ground and I'll be feeling better in a few days.
All I need is to rest in a bed.'
Mayor Kevin Faulconer, who welcomed her to the tent, said the goal is to move 65 percent
of the occupants into permanent housing.
The city had to divert $6.5 million budgeted for permanent housing to fund the operation
of the tents for seven months.
The tents will provide an array of services from mental health care to housing navigators.
But the city still faces an acute housing shortage for the poor.
Faulconer has earmarked more than $80 million in funds to address the problem.
Gemma Librado lives a block away from the tent that opened Friday.
She said she is glad to see the streets being cleaned up but she worries it may attract
more homeless.
Last Sunday, a homeless man high on drugs and with a bleeding hand ran into her apartment
when she opened the door and locked himself in the bathroom.
She and her six-year-old son ran out and called the police.
The man broke things in her bathroom, left bloodstains on the floor and scared her.
'If this makes things more orderly than I support this,' she said.
'But I'm worried.
I don't want this to bring in more homeless to the area and people using drugs.
There are families with children around here.'"
Look at some of the people who have been affected,
It appears that this issue is an incredibly multifaceted and multidimensional issue.
Dealing with things such as homelessness, disease contraction, drug use, as well as
other variables.
They all play a role in interacting with one another and if you don't deal with them
all then there is no way to fix the problem.
Considering the homeless can sometimes be transient there is certainly a concern with
this outbreak spreading to other cities in California as well as across the United States.
While that is a long shot it is definitely a possibility that should be taken into consideration.

you could buy besides the King Kong one but anyways let's go ahead and open up
this King Kong one okay so here says King Kong deluxe box set completely
change shackle and stage feature film figures movie maniac series 3 from Far
Lane toys it's an attitude so here we are opening this toy the
first time ever this has never been opened I mean this toy has sat somewhere
stored up for probably 20 some years what would be kind of funny if this was
like the Toy Story you know the Toy Story the toys come
alive so this guy would come alive every night for like the last 20-some years
you'd be like oh man the box somebody buy me but I did buy him so that's what
he looks like in the box before I remove anything go ahead I'm gonna go ahead on
pack him and we will okay guys toy wow I wish only got it before here you could
have him chained to the stage it almost looks like his chains are connected
there and then later you could have him break free really ferocious looking
mouth over there chains on the waist the legs a little female little screaming
female there he could grab and a King Kong stage so like I said this is when
he was brought to New York and then could happen okay so anyways let's check
out Kong first from top to bottom so if you're looking here at his head you can
see I mean they did a great job detailing the teeth here I mean very
ferocious looking they gave him a nice big open mouth so you could use him for
battles are really detailed looking eyes there it almost looks like there are
glass eyes sorry head will turn pretty decent Imam and
then his arms are a little weird I mean this one here will turn 360 degrees in
it turns at the elbow but his hand does not move it open up so it'd have been
nice if they opened and closed his hand but then this one here does not bend at
the elbow I mean this hand here will move pretty much like that he could like
bite his own arm maybe he'll bite his arm off to escape
or something and like that so it once again it would have been nice if they
would have made this like a bending type elbow so you could use it more than just
for posing play wise you're not gonna get that much play out of this I mean
this is McFarlane Toys are more for like posing purposes here you can see they
got the cuff and broken chain on his arm and once again it'd have been nice if
they made it so call could pound his chest like some of my other contour like
for instance
which is actually bigger cuz I mean cold without chest pounding action is it's
not right man Kong has got to be able to pound his chest huh
here he could hold his arm ugly he could also grab the lady finger here which
we'll take a look at in a minute and raise it up to his mouth if he wants to
eat her so she does fit into his mouth like I said that's one of the cool
things about this guy is the huge mouth so it'd have been nice if they would
have made the mouth to open and closed haha anyways like I said to McFarlane
ones they're more for display ah but it is cool that he does a turn at the waist
so you got 360 degree of movement and the waist 360 degree movement on the
legs but the feet themselves don't move but they do have shackles and chains on
the feet also really great detail and coloring on the feet I mean it almost
looks like human hands so that's looking and then are they did good detail on the
back awesome so there's no scruples or anything like that and then here you've
got the little screaming female figure and then even this stage
itself is good quality plastic guys I mean this is pretty sturdy stage here so
I mean I'm glad that they did that because they could have gone really
cheap with the stage and kept all the quality on the toy so here you can see
that two broken chains down bottom broken chain there and the broken chains
up top where a Kong would have broken oh so you would put the Kong here you would
line the chains up there and then you would line you would put his arm up over
here so it looks like he's chained here and then this arm would go up over here
so it looks like he's chained in the back so there it looks like he is
actually chained to the stage
okay that was totally awesome and here is the four Kong's I used to make the
movie and the neck of Godzilla I've got reviews on most of the and
unboxings and battles on most of these Kong's if you want to go ahead and check
out my Godzilla King Kong playlist at the end of this video and also guys I do
have over a thousand videos the majority are Jurassic world Jurassic Park
King Kong and Godzilla toy unboxings and battles
wow that was totally awesome guys you guys are cool and I will see you
tomorrow also I'll put a link below where you can click the boxes below for
a lot more fun videos and if you want to see even more go ahead and click the

BREAKING!!! OBAMA'S SEXUAL Harassment VIDEO!!!! WATCH IT!! - Duration: 9:47.
Depraved liberal predators have been coming out of the woodwork in droves within the last
30 days, as women claiming to be victims of various forms of sexual misconduct keep surfacing
daily.
The one thing that the attackers have in common is that they all seem to be liberal, many
of whom have railed on President Donald Trump for something he said almost a decade ago
– not did.
Karma is coming back to haunt them and it continues to get worse each day.
Now, it has just reached a low point with the leader of the dirty Democrat pack being
former President Barack Obama himself.
Trump's successor will soon be finding himself in a world of hurt if everything in this video
is as bad as it looks.
This could be the final straw that ends the Obama's marriage which seemed to already
be teetering on the edge of failure.
A video of Barack Obama allegedly engaging in some grossly inappropriate sexual misconduct
just surfaced at a non-coincidental time.
CNN has reportedly had the footage in their possession for quite some time and finally
released it after he was out of the White House when it could do no damage to him.
We've seen that these Democrats can legitimately get away with murder if Hillary Clinton's
body count tells us anything.
Now, the leader of the party that pushes "women's rights" will likely get away with abusing
his power and disrespecting a woman under uncomfortable circumstances.
After the now infamous Grab 'em" comment Donald Trump made on a hot mic before he was
president, Barack publicly called his successor "repugnant."
It now seems like he was deflecting in those remarks because what Trump said pales in comparison
to Barack's dirty secret in this grotesque footage which he hasn't, and probably won't,
apologize for.
On the flip side, Trump did actually ask for forgiveness and admitted that he has "never
been perfect."
This was an honorable response and while the left continues to punish him for his 2011
remarks, they are strangely silent about Barack and his "dancing erection."
"Turns out, this video has existed since 2008, and CNN has been hiding it," Three
Percenter Nation claims.
"Think about this, NBC had the infamous Trump tapes and could have released them during
the Primary Elections against Ted Cruz.
Instead, they waited until Trump was running against Democrat Hillary Clinton.
CNN has done something even more despicable.
They hid the video altogether to protect Obama, who, obviously, has survived two election
cycles."
If it's true that CNN intentionally concealed this footage from three presidential elections
ago, then the network is even more depraved than we already knew.
What makes it worse, is all the attention they gave Trump's "locker room" remarks
to a reporter while knowingly keeping this disturbing video of Barack a secret.
PJ Media uncovered more of this apparent cover-up.
The site reports:
Back in 2008, at least a portion of the below video of Obama flaunting himself did appear
on CNN's website.
However, no media coverage made any reference to lewdness.
There was just reference to the unremarkable news that Obama was … wearing jeans.
CNN captioned the clip with only what follows, which Michelle Malkin and Allahpundit took
note of at the time:
"Obama in jeans: Sen. Barack Obama surprises the press corps by wearing jeans."
It appears that the portion of the video that would have created a firestorm had been circumsized
by CNN editors.
It's clear that the Democrat party is dirty in a number of ways and there's no hiding
from all the sexual misconduct issues and truly disturbing sex crimes they have been
keeping under wraps for years.
Proving this is a list of 24 liberal sex scandals that mainstream media is refusing to report,
as compiled by The Daily Wire:
1.
Four new women accuse Bill Clinton of sexual assault.
(11/20/2017)
Former President Bill Clinton was accused of multiple incidents by four women.
We already know about his lust for using an intern to hold his cigar and how he may have
ruined her dress with some bodily fluids.
What's up with the other accusations?
Daily Mail ran this story.
2.
Congresswoman accuses Democrat former Congressman Bob Filner of sexually assaulting her.
(11/21/2017)
According to the Huffington Post, Rep. Diana DeGette (D-Colo.) accused former congressman
Bob Filner of trying to pin her in an elevator and forcibly kiss her.
The Huffington Post ran this?
Shocking.
They're about as leftist as one could get and it's a breath of fresh air to see that
they would run a story against a Democrat.
I still think the HuffPost horrible site filled with virtue signalers, Black Lives Matter
enthusiasts, and gender study liberals and feminists, but that's just my opinion.
3.
California Democrat Raul Bocanegra resigns leadership position and won't seek re-election
over sexual allegations.
(11/20/2017)
The Los Angeles Times reported that California Democratic Assemblyman Raul Bocanegra said
he would suspend his campaign and not seek re-election in the face that a story would
be dropping about six women accusing him of sexual harassment.
Not seeking reelection smells like guilt to me.
4.
Democrat congressional candidate from New Mexico David Alcon was arrested for stalking
in New Mexico.
(11/13/2017)
According to the Washington Free Beacon, Alcon was arrested after sending a woman persistent
messages, including of his genitals, telling her he loved her and suggesting he was watching
her.
Hasn't anyone learned from Anthony Weiner that we don't send private pics anymore?
When you're a politician, the last thing you do is send some chick a picture of your
penis and corny messages like you're some desperate chump who can't get a woman.
If a woman wants to see it, then she needs to see it in person.
Sending pictures of your privates will only bite you on the rear end later.
Take it from the king of private pics, Mr. Anthony Weiner himself.
Don't do it.
But did CNN run the story and show the pics?
Doubt it.
5.
10 women accuse Colorado Democratic lawmaker Steve Lebsock of sexual harassment.
(11/10/2017)
CBS Denver reports that the 10 women include a legislative aide who harassed her at a bar.
10 women is a lot.
Are the accusations true?
Did CNN run the story and ask every accuser and do the stories match up?
1 woman is a lot, but when 10 say it, then you have to wonder.
6.
Colorado Democratic House Speaker Crisanta Duran accused of 'covering up' sexual
allegations against Democrat Steve Lebsock.
(11/14/2017)
According to The Denver Post:
Colorado's top Democratic lawmaker is under fire for how she handled a colleague's sexual
harassment complaint against a member of their party and now faces calls for an independent
investigation.
I bet women are thrilled to hear about a woman hiding sexual allegations.
Was she in on it?
What was her reward for covering up the possible crimes?
What did CNN have to say about it?
7.
Minnesota Democratic lawmaker Dan Schoen resigns over sexual harassment allegations.
(11/21/2017)
The MinnPost reported that two women accused Schoen of sexually harassing them.
One was a former DFL candidate for House who alleged that he grabbed her buttocks, telling
her she had a "good door-knocking ass."
What exactly is a "door-knocking ass?"
I have not ever heard of that before.
I know a good one when I see it, and that's not something I've ever referred to one
as.
Men can't say they don't look – because we do.
Everyone looks.
However, looking and committing sexual harassment is a huge difference.
Everyone looks at each other in one way or another, but that does not warrant any type
of grabbing.
You can look at the merchandise, but you can't touch it.
8.
A third woman accuses California Democrat Sen. Tony Mendoza of sexual harassment.
(11/16/2017)
According to the Sacramento Bee, a woman said that California state Sen. Tony Mendoza behaved
inappropriately toward her when she worked in his Capitol office seven years as a legislative
aide in Sacramento.
I wonder what his "inappropriate" behavior consists of.
Was it comments?
Grabbing?
Sexually charged text messages?
What was it, Tony?
9.
Sexual harassment controversy threatens to ensnare California Democratic Senate leader
Kevin de León.
(11/11/2017)
The Mercury News reported that there are questions about whether Kevin de León may have helped
to try to cover-up complaints against Sen. Tony Mendoza.
If Tony's act requires a cover-up, then it probably wasn't a very nice gesture or
behavior towards women.
10.
Democrat Randor commissioners president Philip Ahr charged with multiple counts of child
pornography.
(10/11/2017)
According to The Inquirer, Philip Ahr was arrested on numerous felony counts.
Authorities said Ahr sent and received hundreds of images of child sexual abuse — some involving
infants and toddlers, others depicting sadomasochistic abuse and abuse involving children and animals.
I'm going to vomit.
This is disgusting.
There is enough weird adult content on the Internet that one does not ever have to look
at something like this.
This is horrible.
I searched CNN for "Philip Ahr" and their website provided NO results.
CNN did NOT cover this incident at all.
Not even a mention of the man and his disgusting crime.
I took a screenshot to prove it.

BREAKING: DOJ Found It! Hit Hillary 4 Times Over! MK Today - Duration: 6:29.
BREAKING: DOJ Found It! Hit Hillary 4 Times Over!
Trump ran on the promise to "lock her up" and prosecute Hillary for the decades of crimes
she committed. On the first day of the year our hopes for this woman's demise were reignited,
after President Trump took to twitter and called for the immediate arrest of Hillary
Clinton. Then on Thursday night, unbelievable news broke that Trump's Justice Department
would be reopening their investigation into Hillary's private email server, after evidence
emerged that FBI Director Comey instructed his minions to bury evidence of Hillary's
felonies from the investigation. If that wasn't enough news to send Hillary into cardiac arrest,
now news is surfacing that her email server is ONE of FOUR investigations that's about
to railroad her, as President Trump appears to be upholding his promise to "drain the
swamp" of the rats that have infested D.C. for decades.
It's only a few days into January and it's already proving to be a crappy year for the
'Butcherer of Benghazi.' According to scandalous new reports, we're learning that
the only reason this swamp witch wasn't sent to prison for her email scandal in the
first place was because then-FBI director Comey hid evidence, and instructed FBI staffers
to remove evidence that would've proven felony and misdemeanor charges. With the DOJ
now reopening this entire case in light of Comey's shady antics, this is unfortunately
for Hillary, one of only four investigations to come, as President Trump is announcing
that the gloves are off. According to The Daily wire, here's the other investigations
that Hillary will soon be facing.
1. The Clinton Foundation
The Hill reported on Thursday that the FBI has launched a new investigation into the
Clinton Foundation which focuses on whether the Clinton's engaged in any pay-to-play
politics or other illegal activities during Clinton's time as Secretary of State in
the Obama administration.
2. Clinton's Use Of A Private Email Server
On Thursday, The Hill published a reported from John Solomon which featured Comey's
original draft on the investigation into Clinton's use of a private email server. The draft showed
that the term "gross negligence" was used multiple times and specifically said that
there was evidence to conclude that Clinton committed a felony. Anti-Trump FBI agent Peter
Strzok, who talked about having an "insurance policy" against Trump, softened the language
in Comey's draft so Clinton could avoid possible criminal charges.
A senior law enforcement official told Solomon that the DOJ "was exploring whether any
issues from that probe should be re-opened but cautioned the effort was not at the stage
of a full investigation."
3. Uranium One
Attorney General Jeff Sessions ordered federal prosecutors at the DOJ in December to begin
interviewing FBI agents about the evidence they collected during a criminal investigation
into the controversial Uranium One deal, which directly involved the Clintons.
There are multiple aspects at play in this investigation, from the Obama administration
threatening a witness to stay quiet because they did not want him testifying to Congress
because it would impact the 2016 presidential election, to the Russian officials who were
engaged in bribery, kickbacks, extortion, and money laundering directly connected to
the Uranium One deal.
4. The Obama Administration Ending Investigations Into Hezbollah
In December, Politico published a bombshell report about how the Obama administration
ended a massive federal investigation, dubbed "Project Cassandra," into the Iranian-backed
terrorist organization Hezbollah. The Obama administration's decision to sabotage the
investigation so it could secure the Iran nuclear deal allowed Hezbollah to traffic
hundreds of millions of dollars worth of cocaine into the United States and allowed them to
operate "the largest material support scheme for terrorism operations' the world had
ever seen."
A little over a week after the report came out, congressional leaders announced that
they were launching an investigation into the Obama administration's efforts to end
the Hezbollah investigation. This could include investigating Clinton because she was Obama's
Secretary of State from 2009 to 2013 and the State Department was involved in the Obama
administration's efforts to end the investigation, according to the report.
Politico reported, "Further complicating the picture was the role of the State Department,
which often wanted to quash both law-enforcement actions and covert operations due to the political
backlash they created."
This is just the tip of the iceberg however. Over the past several weeks, disturbing scandals
have erupted around both Hillary and Huma for their unbelievable treason against this
country. We learned recently that the crooked pair removed 5 boxes of "Muslim files"
from the White House to cover Obama's dirty secrets, where the deed was accomplished after
they falsely claimed that the box contained "unclassified personal materials."
Additionally, the State Department released a giant batch of emails that were on Abedin's
pedophile husband Anthony Weiner's laptop at the end of the presidential campaign that
were so scandalous, that the contents prompted FBI director James Comey to reopen an investigation
into Hillary Clinton. On top of that, Abedin forwarded top level intelligence, including
State Department passwords to Yahoo, where America's top secrets are now in the possession
of hackers. Abedinn's ties to the Muslim Brotherhood terror group is also coming under
closer scrutiny, after the New York Post chronicled her ties to terrorists, where they ran an
investigative piece about her work at the Journal of Muslim Minority Affairs from 1995
through 2008, a Sharia Law journal whose editor in chief was Abedin's own mother.
So is the time for Hillary Clinton's lawless decades of antics and crime finally over?
According to leaked intelligence reports, President Trump is preparing GITMO for a a
large number of "VIP American detainees to the facility," in preparation for their
hearings before a US Military Tribunal. While this story has largely been a rumor up until
now, what Huma Abedin was spotted wearing on her ankle last night is lending credence
to the theory that Trump is about to lock her up. And to make matters even more dire,
Wikileaks just dumped another huge batch of documents that could add even more time onto
Hillary's prison sentence for the treason she committed while serving as Secretary of
State.

John Kerry KNEW About State Department Funneling Money! – He Is DOOMED! MK Today - Duration: 2:09.
John Kerry KNEW About State Department Funneling Money!
– He Is DOOMED!
Democrats on high functions like to fund their family businesses from state money.
One of these cases is John Kerry, who funded his daughter's non-profit organization.
This wasn't published, as they were apparently trying to cover it.
Via The Daily Caller:
John Kerry Knew The State Department Funneled Millions To His Daughter's Charity
Secretary of State John Kerry lauded a program run by his daughter's nonprofit as he announced
an extension of its non-competitively awarded Department of State funding in 2014, The Daily
Caller News Foundation has learned.
"What we're talking about here is a multi-million dollar effort that will strengthen the capacity
of healthcare workers to deliver life-saving HIV services," Kerry said in December 2014,
at a World AIDS Day event.
"[I]t will build on the Global Health Service Partnership with Peace Corps and Seed Global
Health."
The 2014 comments appear to conflict with more recent Department of State claims that
Kerry "played no role" in official decisions to funnel more than $9 million in sole-source
contracts with the nonprofit that recruits volunteer doctors and nurses to medical schools
in Third World countries.
The $9 million went to Seed Global Health — a nonprofit founded and managed by Dr.
Vanessa Kerry — through the Peace Corps.
The funds were awarded under the Global Health Service Partnership (GHSP) that Kerry's
daughter created in conjunction with officials from both agencies.
The agencies then funded the nonprofit organization they helped bring into being.
But again this is no surprise having in mind this is something Democrats often do.
Using the State Department so they would live a luxurious life is a habit they like to keep
alive.
When we take away their habit, they will be left with absolutely nothing since all they
do is spend our money from our budget to fund their personal as well as political propaganda.
What do you think about this?

Are video games the definitive edition of human art? - Duration: 6:40.
We're clear
If art is meant to imitate real life. Wouldn't videogames be the definitive edition?
The Google definition of art is the expression or application of human creative skill and imagination,
typically in a visual form such as painting or sculpture,
producing works to be appreciated primarily for their beauty or emotional power.
Although my definition of art is slightly different in ways personally, let's follow the Google one for the beginning of this video
So that definition of art alone by default proves that yes videogames are a form of art like many things that can be constructed in a creative fashion.
With that obvious fact 'videogames are form of art' out of the way, the bigger question is is it the definitive edition?
The simple answer to that is no
due to the reason that opinions vary and that the platform hasn't had the time to solidify and prominence
also, because there's literally a law that states
Videogames are not to be considered art
But let's say this was 2077 and videogames have gotten their rightfully deserved 100 plus years in the limelight..
Film today is regarded as art (which just reached a hundred years about 40 years ago).
Music will always be regarded as art; as well as sculpting, painting, dance, mixed martial arts,
storytelling, and more; all of which been regarded and respected as such for hundreds of years.
I guess when technology is painted into the picture and the combining of art forms is common practice
it takes time for opinions to keep up with the advancements.
Regardless of naysayers, are video games the definitive edition of art?
My answer is yes
but also no
Video games have proven itself beyond just a solid art form; it's also a means of entertainment, a way to simulate life,
a way to competitively play as a sport and not just a hobby, and lastly
a recreation that allows you to whoever you'd like wherever you'd like
simultaneously at the same time. So is it the best art that has come the civilization?
It's certainly more complex than movies which are more complex than theater, or music,
or simpler arts, but just because it's more complex doesn't necessarily mean: It's better...
However; video games still can
unanimously be considered the definitive version of
INTERACTIVE art, nothing beats it to this current day in the 21st century.
There's no other platform of entertainment that lets you be in control of the experience in the same way.
But as the best version of art in general that will always be up for debate.
So with big debate opinions are welcome; if I were to put my true position on the best human art form I'd say films
But that also would be biased due to the fact that that is what I'd like to have a career in in the future
It'll also be biased because we're in 2018 now and movies have had their 100 plus years.
So disregarding 2018 and all biases:
Video games provide the most cognitive experience and proves the most productive form of media entertainment as of today.
One thing it does seem to lack though is the amount of emotion and storytelling that other mediums provide,
which I believe will improve in time to develop to the scale of let's say movies
But the storytelling element is still solidly there in story driven games
So this doesn't apply to quality made games that were treated as someone's masterpiece.
it seems gaming is merely in need of more titles and
masterpieces that proves the platform worthy of conveying solid emotional power.
With new technologies and ideas that we can't currently foresee could there be better platforms that provide better ways to imitate life in the future.
I mean obviously there will be with the advancements and virtual reality, but that's in our world right now
And it's mostly revolving around video games as of current anyways.
Would entertainment art and technology just merge seamlessly with life, are we living this reality right now?
Yes, that's all possible
If I were to throw my honest to death thoughts on the perfect art. It certainly wouldn't be
human-made anyways
Human-made art forms after all our only mimicking and recreating
What God nature and humans have already created and what art form is more valuable than human life itself
Nothing quite feels like we do nothing conveys or understands emotions like we do. I mean the human heart is the most complex
perplexing
emotional and definitive edition of art on the physical planet, so nothing can truly pass that
Humans after all are made in the image of God anyways, so we are simply a borrowed piece from a more divine art.
So not to get too deep in thought, going back to the human creation topic: although video games
Can't really be considered the definitive edition of human art due to the fact a very small amount of intellectual
Individuals consider it so in today's world, we may be able to call it so before this generations passing.
A lot of it may have to do with the butchered purity of making money from video games that has changed the perspective
Of it to the common public today
Along with the limiting plot to include combat and killing in almost every triple-a title it seems
Developers really are lacking that much creativity and confidence even in today's buzz of video game profit.
Even to me the repetitive dirty tactics of the gaming industry forces me to tilt my head in question
Do the creators even consider their games art?
This just further proves to me that video games just might need more time
To develop in the same way film has in order to receive the mutual amount of respect.
My final verdict is that video games are the definitive edition of human art...
But it just hasn't had the time to get there yet.
Thank you guys for watching this thought peace of mine, and I hope to see your support
So I could make more of these but for the most philosophical discussions on art and entertainment
Keep tuned to PROJECT RELOADED works
