URGENT ALERT From CDC!!! THIS IS HUGE!!! - Duration: 13:32.
Thanks to the destabilization of world power that Former President Barack Hussein Obama
left us with, the CDC is now going to hold a session on January 16 to discuss personal
safety measures and the training of response teams "on a federal, state, and local level
to prepare for an unlikely event of a nuclear detonation."
The meeting which is part of the agency's monthly Public Health Grand Rounds will include
presentations such as "Preparing for the Unthinkable" and "Roadmap to Radiation
Preparedness," which are both movies on how to prepare and deal with the aftermath
of a nuclear explosion.
It will be held at the CDC's headquarters in Atlanta.
From what we have been able to understand "Grand rounds" are a kind of meeting in
which members of the public health community come together to discuss topics of interest
of public importance such as disaster preparedness and how to deal with the fallout from a catastrophic
event such as a hurricane or an earthquake.
This isn't the first instance old cold war day policies have resurged.
Back in August, amid escalating nuclear rhetoric and aggression from North Korea's fetus
looking leader, Kim Jong Un, Guam's Homeland Security and Office of Civil Defense released
a two-page fact sheet about what to do in the case of a nuclear event.
And in December, Hawaii started monthly testing of a nuclear warning siren system that hadn't
been used since the end of the Cold War in the early 90's.
Yup, this is the world 8 years of Obama brought us.
I guess his multiple apology tours and Crooked Hillary's so-called "Reset Button" with
Russia didn't work after all.
Today the world hates us more than ever and tensions are running higher than ever.
Someday Liberals will learn that appeasing your enemies just doesn't work.
Via History:
Cold War History
During World War II, the United States and the Soviet Union fought together as allies
against the Axis powers.
However, the relationship between the two nations was a tense one.
Americans had long been wary of Soviet communism and concerned about Russian leader Joseph
Stalin's tyrannical, blood-thirsty rule of his own country.
For their part, the Soviets resented the Americans' decades-long refusal to treat the USSR as
a legitimate part of the international community as well as their delayed entry into World
War II, which resulted in the deaths of tens of millions of Russians.
After the war ended, these grievances ripened into an overwhelming sense of mutual distrust
and enmity.
Postwar Soviet expansionism in Eastern Europe fueled many Americans' fears of a Russian
plan to control the world.
Meanwhile, the USSR came to resent what they perceived as American officials' bellicose
rhetoric, arms buildup and interventionist approach to international relations.
In such a hostile atmosphere, no single party was entirely to blame for the Cold War; in
fact, some historians believe it was inevitable.
THE COLD WAR: CONTAINMENT By the time World War II ended, most American
officials agreed that the best defense against the Soviet threat was a strategy called "containment."
In 1946, in his famous "Long Telegram," the diplomat George Kennan (1904-2005) explained
this policy: The Soviet Union, he wrote, was "a political force committed fanatically
to the belief that with the U.S. there can be no permanent modus vivendi [agreement between
parties that disagree]"; as a result, America's only choice was the "long-term, patient
but firm and vigilant containment of Russian expansive tendencies."
President Harry Truman (1884-1972) agreed.
"It must be the policy of the United States," he declared before Congress in 1947, "to
support free peoples who are resisting attempted subjugation…by outside pressures."
This way of thinking would shape American foreign policy for the next four decades.
THE COLD WAR: THE ATOMIC AGE The containment strategy also provided the
rationale for an unprecedented arms buildup in the United States.
In 1950, a National Security Council Report known as NSC–68 had echoed Truman's recommendation
that the country use military force to "contain" communist expansionism anywhere it seemed
to be occurring.
To that end, the report called for a four-fold increase in defense spending.
In particular, American officials encouraged the development of atomic weapons like the
ones that had ended World War II.
Thus began a deadly "arms race."
In 1949, the Soviets tested an atom bomb of their own.
In response, President Truman announced that the United States would build an even more
destructive atomic weapon: the hydrogen bomb, or "superbomb."
Stalin followed suit.
As a result, the stakes of the Cold War were perilously high.
The first H-bomb test, in the Eniwetok atoll in the Marshall Islands, showed just how fearsome
the nuclear age could be.
It created a 25-square-mile fireball that vaporized an island, blew a huge hole in the
ocean floor and had the power to destroy half of Manhattan.
Subsequent American and Soviet tests spewed poisonous radioactive waste into the atmosphere.
The ever-present threat of nuclear annihilation had a great impact on American domestic life
as well.
People built bomb shelters in their backyards.
They practiced attack drills in schools and other public places.
The 1950s and 1960s saw an epidemic of popular films that horrified moviegoers with depictions
of nuclear devastation and mutant creatures.
In these and other ways, the Cold War was a constant presence in Americans' everyday
lives.
THE COLD WAR EXTENDS TO SPACE Space exploration served as another dramatic
arena for Cold War competition.
On October 4, 1957, a Soviet R-7 intercontinental ballistic missile launched Sputnik (Russian
for "traveler"), the world's first artificial satellite and the first man-made object to
be placed into the Earth's orbit.
Sputnik's launch came as a surprise, and not a pleasant one, to most Americans.
In the United States, space was seen as the next frontier, a logical extension of the
grand American tradition of exploration, and it was crucial not to lose too much ground
to the Soviets.
In addition, this demonstration of the overwhelming power of the R-7 missile–seemingly capable
of delivering a nuclear warhead into U.S. air space–made gathering intelligence about
Soviet military activities particularly urgent.
In 1958, the U.S. launched its own satellite, Explorer I, designed by the U.S. Army under
the direction of rocket scientist Wernher von Braun, and what came to be known as the
Space Race was underway.
That same year, President Dwight Eisenhower signed a public order creating the National
Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), a federal agency dedicated to space exploration,
as well as several programs seeking to exploit the military potential of space.
Still, the Soviets were one step ahead, launching the first man into space in April 1961.
That May, after Alan Shepard become the first American man in space, President John F. Kennedy
(1917-1963) made the bold public claim that the U.S. would land a man on the moon by the
end of the decade.
His prediction came true on July 20, 1969, when Neil Armstrong of NASA's Apollo 11
mission, became the first man to set food on the moon, effectively winning the Space
Race for the Americans.
U.S. astronauts came to be seen as the ultimate American heroes, and earth-bound men and women
seemed to enjoy living vicariously through them.
Soviets, in turn, were pictured as the ultimate villains, with their massive, relentless efforts
to surpass America and prove the power of the communist system.
THE COLD WAR: THE RED SCARE Meanwhile, beginning in 1947, the House Un-American
Activities Committee (HUAC) brought the Cold War home in another way.
The committee began a series of hearings designed to show that communist subversion in the United
States was alive and well.
In Hollywood, HUAC forced hundreds of people who worked in the movie industry to renounce
left-wing political beliefs and testify against one another.
More than 500 people lost their jobs.
Many of these "blacklisted" writers, directors, actors and others were unable to work again
for more than a decade.
HUAC also accused State Department workers of engaging in subversive activities.
Soon, other anticommunist politicians, most notably Senator Joseph McCarthy (1908-1957),
expanded this probe to include anyone who worked in the federal government.
Thousands of federal employees were investigated, fired and even prosecuted.
As this anticommunist hysteria spread throughout the 1950s, liberal college professors lost
their jobs, people were asked to testify against colleagues and "loyalty oaths" became
commonplace.
THE COLD WAR ABROAD The fight against subversion at home mirrored
a growing concern with the Soviet threat abroad.
In June 1950, the first military action of the Cold War began when the Soviet-backed
North Korean People's Army invaded its pro-Western neighbor to the south.
Many American officials feared this was the first step in a communist campaign to take
over the world and deemed that nonintervention was not an option.
Truman sent the American military into Korea, but the war dragged to a stalemate and ended
in 1953.
Other international disputes followed.
In the early 1960s, President Kennedy faced a number of troubling situations in his own
hemisphere.
The Bay of Pigs invasion in 1961 and the Cuban missile crisis the following year seemed to
prove that the real communist threat now lay in the unstable, postcolonial "Third World"
Nowhere was this more apparent than in Vietnam, where the collapse of the French colonial
regime had led to a struggle between the American-backed nationalist Ngo Dinh Diem in the south and
the communist nationalist Ho Chi Minh in the north.
Since the 1950s, the United States had been committed to the survival of an anticommunist
government in the region, and by the early 1960s it seemed clear to American leaders
that if they were to successfully "contain" communist expansionism there, they would have
to intervene more actively on Diem's behalf.
However, what was intended to be a brief military action spiraled into a 10-year conflict.
THE CLOSE OF THE COLD WAR Almost as soon as he took office, President
Richard Nixon (1913-1994) began to implement a new approach to international relations.
Instead of viewing the world as a hostile, "bi-polar" place, he suggested, why not
use diplomacy instead of military action to create more poles?
To that end, he encouraged the United Nations to recognize the communist Chinese government
and, after a trip there in 1972, began to establish diplomatic relations with Beijing.
At the same time, he adopted a policy of "détente"–"relaxation"–toward the Soviet Union.
In 1972, he and Soviet premier Leonid Brezhnev (1906-1982) signed the Strategic Arms Limitation
Treaty (SALT I), which prohibited the manufacture of nuclear missiles by both sides and took
a step toward reducing the decades-old threat of nuclear war.
Despite Nixon's efforts, the Cold War heated up again under President Ronald Reagan (1911-2004).
Like many leaders of his generation, Reagan believed that the spread of communism anywhere
threatened freedom everywhere.
As a result, he worked to provide financial and military aid to anticommunist governments
and insurgencies around the world.
This policy, particularly as it was applied in the developing world in places like Grenada
and El Salvador, was known as the Reagan Doctrine.
Even as Reagan fought communism in Central America, however, the Soviet Union was disintegrating.
In response to severe economic problems and growing political ferment in the USSR, Premier
Mikhail Gorbachev (1931-) took office in 1985 and introduced two policies that redefined
Russia's relationship to the rest of the world: "glasnost," or political openness,
and "perestroika," or economic reform.
Soviet influence in Eastern Europe waned.
In 1989, every other communist state in the region replaced its government with a noncommunist
one.
In November of that year, the Berlin Wall–the most visible symbol of the decades-long Cold
War–was finally destroyed, just over two years after Reagan had challenged the Soviet
premier in a speech at Brandenburg Gate in Berlin: "Mr. Gorbachev, tear down this wall."
By 1991, the Soviet Union itself had fallen apart.
The Cold War was over.
Please share in hopes we never see another appeaser as the President of the United States
again….

Whitemouth Moray Eel - 3:12 - Nature Meets Paper - Duration: 5:19.
did you know that eels don't have scales
hi I'm Brandon and welcome to nature meets paper the place where we go on an
adventure to discover the world of marine biology today we're going to be
discovering the white mouth moray eel are you ready let's dive in the white
mouth moray eel can be found in the indo-pacific ocean it can be found on the
east coast of africa Polynesia Japan and Hawaii this is a relatively rare eel but
seems to be common in Hawaii another example of Hawaii having unique animal
populations in the oceans the white mouth eel seeks shelter in corals rocks and
caves it is rarely seen outside of its protective cave it is also very
territorial how do we identify the white mouth more to eat there are over 200
species of moray eels currently what makes this one special the body style is
not one we have learned about yet we have learned about torpedo-like a salmon
and disc shaped bodies like reef fish but the eel does not fit into these body
types and eel fits into a body type known as serpentine it has a large head
an elongated body the white mouth Moray Eel does not have pictorial fins or
pelvic fins it has a long dorsal fin that reaches
the tapered tail the fish uses this long body to undulate a quote slither end
quote through the water the Moray likes to hide in caves and does not need to
swim fast in most cases the white mouth Moray doesn't also doesn't have scales
it has thick skin that is covered in a thin layer of mucus this is an easy
animal to identify its body is light brown to yellow brown covered in tiny
white spots it also has a white mouth you will be able to see its mouth
because eels open and close their mouths to pump oxygenated water over their
gills their mouths are also lined with large teeth
although the moray eel isn't aggressive give them space they are territorial and
will bite you if you get too close these aren't like koi and they don't want to
be bothered also some species of moray are venomous
what do these fish eat with their sharp teeth the white mouse Moray is active
during the day and the night they feed on fish and occasionally
crustaceans their teeth are used for tearing chunks out of its prey they
aren't as efficient as a shark tooth and aren't designed to grab and hold like
some fish they're just there to cause damage I could not find a reference of
this animal on the IUCN Red List so I don't know what threatens the species I
do know that they're used in the aquarium trade but I don't know what
animals threatened to eel I also know that you only want one white mouth more
in your tank at once it is not a community fish and it will terrorize his
other fish it is story time I've seen a few white mouth moray eels in the wild
while swimming in a fish preserve but this one was hiding in the rocks at the
Maui Ocean Center it is the only reason that I could get this close to take a
picture if I was in the wild I would not want to get so close
my mom says eels are creepy she doesn't like how they move their mouths I can
understand that I get uneasy when I see them in the
wild I do try to convince her that they move their mouths like that to breathe
but she still says they are creepy this one was portraying classic eel
behavior it was hiding in the corner and you could only see its head
I don't know how large it was in length but I am guessing it was a smaller eel
I had to hurry through this exhibit because my family didn't want to stick
around too long there was an octopus around the corner
doing fun displays I will call this adventure finished
thanks so much for going on this adventure with me it means so much that
you take time to watch this video to discover something new I also like to
thank you for being an active member of this community every like comment
subscribe and share helps I love hearing your stories so leave them down below
remember share your discoveries and adventures with a friend it's more fun
that way I've been Brandon and I'll see you in
our next adventure

People Who Think They Know What This Strange Creature Is Are Usually Way Off The Mark #emystery - Duration: 6:38.
if you have an Internet connection and a lot of spare time, you've seen just about every
cute pet the world has to throw at
you.
That includes tiny little Munchkin cats and enormous horses with curly manes down to the
floor.
But what about big, red, fat fluffballs with adorable grins that could melt even the coldest
heart?
Well, just north of Asheville, North Carolina, snuggled in the Appalachian Mountains, you
might find a pet just like that.
Tthe animals at Happy Hens and Highlands Farm may not immediately strike you as a backyard
house pet, but once you see some of these cuties up close,
you'll see why people are going crazy for them!
If you take a trip to the mountains of North Carolina, about 45 minutes north of Asheville,
you'll find the open pastures
of Happy Hens and Highlands Farm.
There, you'll spy these red-haired bundles of fluff that some people are making their
household pets.
You might be wondering just what exactly these animals are.
After all, it's not every day you see a four-legged ball of fur grazing beside packs
of hens and chickens or tearing
through open fields like a happy-go-lucky puppy.
You might be surprised to learn that these aren't some rare creatures from another
planet.
In fact, while they look like a strange new species, they're actually quite familiar—though
you won't find them in many
back yards!
Believe it or not, they're cows!
Scottish Highland cows, to be more specific.
At Happy Hens and Highlands Farm, they're raised and tended to by farm owners Adam and
Emily.
Of course, they live outdoors, which is just how they like it!
As their name implies, Scottish Highland cows originated from Scotland—and it gets pretty
cold there.
With temperatures that frequently dip below freezing come wintertime, you've got to
have some insulation to get by.
Because Highland cows have so much hair, their bodies stay insulated the same way as anyone
would if they were wearing a
fur coat.
And, if it becomes so cold that their fur can't do the trick, these cows receive special
treatment.
Here, Tiny Tim got a new coat!
Those fur coats don't just come in one color, either.
On a typical Scottish Highland cow, fur can be anywhere from black to yellow to white,
and a single strand can reach 13
inches long.
Unfortunately, having luscious fur isn't all fun and games for these fellas.
Their fur is double-layered, meaning these cows have an inner layer of fur for warmth
and an outer, more oily coat to repel
rain.
Sounds cool, right?
That's not all their fur can do, either.
With thick fur coats, Scottish Highland cows can sport year-round beach abs.
They don't need to store fat for warmth, and research shows that pays off at the scales:
they carry 38 percent less fat
than other beef brands.
While we may think it's always great to be lean, it's not such a good thing for
cows.
Sadly, lean, low-cholesterol cows sometimes need additional help to get nutrients.
But while your average cow breeder might see dollar signs when he or she looks at Highland
cattle, Adam and Emily at Happy Hen are anything but
average farmers!
"We started out by raising our own poultry for eggs," Emily and Adam note on the farm's
website".
We then added cattle to the farm with the intentions of raising grass-fed beef.
We quickly realized we could never eat these amazing creatures".
Emily and Adam interact with their cows every single day so that they're docile and friendly—the
perfect pets.
"We started raising the cows for breeding stock," their website continues,
"and we only allow our babies to go to amazing homes".
Just how do Scottish Highland cows make good pets?
Emily and Adam have answered that question with about a thousand examples on their Instagram
account.
If you're like most cat and dog owners, then chances are you know the pain of trying
to get your pet in a costume.
With a Scottish Highland cow, there is no pain.
Only the opportunity for Star Wars puns.
These guys have some serious energy too.
When a Scottish Highland bull is fully grown, he can weigh up to 1,800 pounds—that's
nearly a ton!
Maybe you can't keep one in your living room,
but if you put him outside, he'll impress you with NFL-caliber speed-to-size ratios.
Of course, Emily and Adam's bulls and cows weren't born that heavy newborn Highland
cattle start out at about 60 pounds
after about 290 days of gesticulation.
And when it comes to caring for their young, Highland cows make for grade-A parents.
Highland cattle are like overprotective dads with teenage daughters.
If a bull or cow feels you're threatening their young calf, you're in for a world
of hurt.
And rumor has it, the cows produce milk with a high butterfat content.
You know little cows love that!
But whether it's a bull or a cow, a child or an adult, the Scottish Highland cow really
knows how to get into the festive, holiday spirit better than any dog or cat.
Adam and Emily, in fact, share that holiday spirit with whomever visits their farm.
You know how your sister-in-law sends out the perfect holiday card of her cat each year?
At Happy Hen farm, you get the opportunity to one-up it.
Emily and Adam's perfect-pet cows are so friendly, they can pose with kids without
causing harm.
Can your cat do that?
When looking at Highland cattle, some might see a cash cow: lean meat on four legs.
But at Happy Hen and Highland Farms, Adam and Emily have committed to helping others
see them more as pets—or cute,
friendly fluff balls with admirable haircuts!
These "big babies," as Adam and Emily describe them, are a big hit—and it's
easy enough to see why!

CONFIRMED: Clinton Allies Paid $700K for Women to Accuse Trump of Harassment Before Election - Duration: 1:57.
This is huge.
And yet, the far left mainstream media is not willing to report on it, but we will.
Hillary Clinton allies paid nearly $1 million to women who would accuse Donald Trump of
sexual harassment just one week before the 2016 general election.
Check this out…
From Daily Wire:
Two close Clinton allies dumped at least $700,000 to prominent sexual harassment lawyer Lisa
Bloom to fund women willing to accuse then-candidate Donald Trump of sexual misconduct the week
before the presidential election, reports The New York Times.
David Brock — a Democratic operative and the founder of left-wing Media Matters, described
by the Times as "Hillary Clinton's fiercest loyalists during her campaign against Mr.
Trump" — partly funded the effort with $200,000.
The other major donor uncovered in the report is longtime Hillary friend and fashion entrepreneur
Susie Tompkins Buell, who paid a whopping $500,000 to fund potential accusers procured
by Ms. Bloom.
Bloom "seized on the political potency of sexual harassment charges against Mr. Trump
not long after he clinched the Republican presidential nomination," reports the Times.
The attorney admits to reaching out to Clinton super PACs "for money to help her vet a
sexual misconduct claim against Mr. Trump."
More from New York Times:
Ms. Allred said she was not concerned about the motivations of partisans who might fund
Ms. Zervos's case against Mr. Trump.
"I have neither the time nor the interest to interview each donor and ask them why they
would want to support our client," she said, "so I have no way to know whether they have
a political agenda, or they just think truth matters."
How crazy is that?
Let us know what you're thinking in the comment section!

Hillary Clinton's $84 Million 'Money Laundering' Operation was Just Exposed, Dems SILENT! - Duration: 4:10.
Hillary Clinton is the most corrupt politician of the past few decades.
And yet, her numerous crimes go unnoticed by the liberal mainstream media.
A new report now claims an $84 million money laundering scheme.
This is insane!
From Investors:
The Committee to Defend the President has filed an FEC complaint against Hillary Clinton's
campaign, Democratic National Committee (DNC), Democratic state parties and Democratic mega-donors.
[…]
HVF solicited six-figure donations from major donors, including Calvin Klein and "Family
Guy" creator Seth MacFarlane, and routed them through state parties en route to the
Clinton campaign.
Roughly $84 million may have been laundered in what might be the single largest campaign
finance scandal in U.S. history.
[…]
Here's what you can't do, which the Clinton machine appeared to do anyway.
As the Supreme Court made clear in McCutcheon v. FEC, the JFC may not solicit or accept
contributions to circumvent base limits, through "earmarks" and "straw men" that are
ultimately excessive — there are five separate prohibitions here.
On top of that, six-figure donations either never actually passed through state party
accounts or were never actually under state party control, which adds false FEC reporting
by HVF, state parties, and the DNC to the laundry list.
[…]
HVF bundled these megagifts and, on a single day, reported transferring money to all participating
state parties, some of which would then show up on FEC reports filed by the DNC as transferring
the exact same dollar amount on the exact same day to the DNC.
Yet not all the state parties reported either receiving or transferring those sums.
Washington Post has more:
Until Tuesday, most coverage of the FEC complaint had appeared in conservative media.
Fox News reported that Clinton and the DNC had been accused of a "corrupt money scheme."
Backer explained the complaint's logic in the conservative op-ed pages of Investor's
Business Daily.
Democrats, meanwhile, basically ignored the story.
Reached for comment, several state party chairs — all of their state parties having been
named in the complaint — said they were unaware of it.
In the weeks since Brazile's book was released, state Democratic Party chairs have criticized
the 2016 funding arrangement; none thought it was illegal.
In an email, Backer argued that the complaint rested entirely on what Democrats had said
and done about the JFC.
"If state parties never had any actual custody or control, the 'allocation' of funds
to them was never a contribution to them, but rather an attempt to paper the funds through
strawmen on the way to the DNC, where the funds were placed under the control of Team
Clinton in Brooklyn," Backer wrote.
"Thus, the $300,000(ish) from Calvin Klein was not a contribution to each of the participating
entities, but rather an excessive contribution to at least the DNC, and since they took that
money and put it under the custody and control of Team Clinton, it is an excessive contribution
to the campaign.
If that's how it was pitched to donors (I'll bet you a steak dinner on that one), those
doing the pitching violated federal law."
More from Natural News:
It is now abundantly obvious that if America is to survive as a nation of law and order,
Hillary Clinton must be arrested, indicted and prosecuted for her deep corruption and
criminal racketeering.
Furthermore, every individual still supporting Hillary Clinton for President needs to be
rudely reminded that they are supporting an insidious globalist criminal who ferociously
abuses her power by operating an illegal influence racket which surreptitiously funnels hundreds
of millions of dollars through the Clinton Foundation.
It is time to indict and arrest Hillary Clinton and end this sad, dark era of deep corruption,
deception and criminality at the highest levels of our national government.
WOW!
Kind of a big friggin' deal!

now this is so exciting maybe I'm over selling it maybe it won't
be nearly that excited but we're just going to dump the contents and look at
that it's a bunch of wedges Oh jack fruit yeah we'll give him a little rinse
off and the only thing I'm gonna do to this it's cut it into some slices cut it
into some smaller wedges so we got our jackfruit sliced up I'm just gonna toss
it in a bowl here and then I'm gonna season it up I'm gonna add some chili
pepper so that will have a little bit of heat in there and I'll just toss it
around there what else can we put in here I'm gonna add a little bit of
garlic powder in here too although we're gonna use a lot of garlic in the dish as
well so I got some hot pepper on here and some garlic powder and that's plenty
cuz I'm gonna have plenty of flavors in the sauce and I've got a baking pan over
here and it's got some aluminium foil and I've kind of sprayed this lightly
with a little bit of oil and then I'm just gonna stand my jackfruit up and I
wanted to get some nice toasted edges around it and you know just looking at
it you know it does kind of look like like pieces of chicken like chunks of
chicken breast now I've got my oven preheated to 400 degrees I'm gonna go
ahead and slide that in there to let that toast away a little bit so I'm
gonna turn my burner up here on medium-high heat add me a little bit of
oil in a sauce pot here and the first thing I'm gonna do is I'm going to throw
some cumin seeds in here cumin seeds are just fantastic in any kind of a made
recipe you should have your oil hot enough to where they get in there and
they start sizzling right away and you don't want to give them too much time by
themselves a little boom boom cuz that burned that's right and then we're gonna
throw in our garlic and I got like a crazy amount of garlic especially for
this smaller dish but you know definitely do this
hey and give this just a few moments on its own as well and then we're gonna
throw in a super duper uber amount of onion for this size dish this is like a
medium onion but it's a whole on them I got this chopped up we're gonna throw it
in here let these ingredients go for just a few moments all right so these
ingredients have been sauteing up here for a few moments I'm gonna go ahead and
throw my seasoning in there a little bit of salt to taste for the sake of making
this recipe as easy as possible boom just using a premade curve so now we got
our seasoning in here we'll just stir it around and let it continue to saute away
for a few more minutes alright so I turned it down to medium heat and I've
had a saute an away here for just a few minutes now I'm gonna go ahead and add
some tomato in here and I'm going to use two cans what a moment's gonna be
crushed tomatoes and then I'm gonna add a little tomato sauce so I got a lot of
seasoning in here and I got a lot of onion and garlic and I got a lot of
tomato sauce I'm gonna go ahead and turn the heat back up and then we're gonna
let these flavors cook together for a while
well that's coming up to a bubble let's take a look at our jackfruit in here
probably had it in here for about seven or eight minutes and they haven't really
got any color on it but the jackfruit is already cooked up you don't really have
to cook it we're crying we're trying to dry it out and get it baked up and a
little bit of flavor on there that seasoning will just look it cook away
for a little bit longer now a lot of times when I'm making a fancy-pants
chicken tikka masala you know I'll always use the cumin see it's but a lot
of times I'll put asafoetida and that sometimes I'll use a fresh hot pepper in
here but this is gonna taste fantastic just this super simple preparation you
know the key is having lots of curry seasoning in there and lots of onion and
garlic but we're gonna go ahead and blend this too and make it even smoother
you know so it'll be like the chicken tikka masala sauces since you
in the restaurant all right so I brought it up to a bubble and reduced it down to
a simmer now I'm going to cover it up and I'm gonna let it cook away for about
10 minutes you know by then my jackfruits gonna be all through bacon in
the oven we can just throw it in there with a little bit of creamy yogurt and
blah blah blah but you'll see that in about 10 minutes mmm
and it's cooked down a wee little bit I'm gonna go ahead and turn it off let
me pull this out and take a look at look at that texture on that see how pulls
apart see how meaty that looks you know this
is a great chicken substitute it's a great pork substitute that's why so many
folks uses as I as a faux pulled pork well in terms of texture
you still got to bring the flavors oh yeah it definitely doesn't taste like
chicken but a lot of times you know chicken in
recipes you know it tastes like whatever the recipe is tastes like whatever the
flavor and seasonings are so anyway everything is finished cooking but to
make this more like a chicken tikka masala we'll go ahead and take our
little thunder stick kind of smooth this out a little bit and this is gonna make
the recipe extra creamy now we've got a lot of flavor in here a lot of sharp
tomatoey flavors with a chicken tikka masala you want to add a little bit of
yogurt a little bit of creaminess just smooth it out make it extra luxurious
you can add as much as you like we'll try a couple of three heaping
tablespoons that's what chef buck table - see how it really lightens this up now
it looks a lot more like the chicken tikka masala you get in an Indian
restaurant and you turn the heat off so that you don't cook a curdled a yogurt
yeah the heats completely off right now now I'm gonna go ahead and add my
fucking in here my jackfruit that's all there is to it
and so just like you would do with the chicken tikka masala you just add the
cooked chicken in at the end but here we're just adding in the jackfruit and
we'll stir it up and that's all there is to it you know if you serve somebody
this here and told him it was chicken tikka masala you know nine times out of
10 they wouldn't even know you know that's a made-up statistic
I mean even the statistics that aren't made up part that reliable I don't think
doesn't that look like a fantastic chicken tikka masala now I wish I had a
little bit of cilantro to throw in here you know they had a little splash of
color but you know like a fool like a boom I don't have any cilantro you know
I just got a little bit of rice throw my chicken tikka my jackfruit Econ there
but I add a little bit of a green onion chopped up and that'll be nice enough so
there you have it a little food chicken tikka masala a little jackfruit tikka
masala you know with a chicken tikka masala usually you make the sauce
separate than the chicken you know and then you bake the chicken in the oven
you got a lot of different flavors so here we're baking the jackfruit we're
drying it out giving it more of a meaty consistency you've seasoning it up but
the jackfruit doesn't have a lot of flavor you know you're putting in that
thick luxurious sauce super easy to make a lot easier to make than a traditional
chicken tikka masala all right it's disappearing fast if you want to print
that recipe go to my food channel comm you can print all our recipes there I
have some links around to some different jackfruit recipes if you've got your own
suggestion for a way to use jackfruit you can throw it down in the comments
there we like to use it for a breakfast hash subscribe and like the video on
blah blah blah and we'll see you in the future
