used the same exact ammo which is the small bullets so if we use small boats

from one weapon it's gonna take away from our other there's only 18 people

Scam Artist Who Stole From Women He Met Online Sentenced to Prison - Duration: 1:51.

What's up guys?!

According to the 'New York Post', a man by the name of John Edward Taylor, finessed

several women into thinking he was an oil tycoon while wooing them under a number of

aliases and now he'll have to serve 4 years in prison.

(show headline & picture) Reportedly, the impersonator had an extremely intricate scheme

to use online dating sites such as Match.com, eHarmony, Seeking Arrangements and even Craigslist

to deceive women into falling for him so that he could eventually steal sensitive information

and hundreds of thousands of dollars in the process.

This guy obviously had some type of game because he scammed not 1, not 2, but 16 women...yes

you heard that right…16 women.

His scheming ways were SO effective that he nearly bankrupted one of the women.

He used manipulation to gain access to personal finance information, moved money and opened

new accounts in the victims' names.

When the women eventually started catching on that they were getting played, Taylor used

intimidation tactics, from blackmailing to threatening them.

The case's judge Laura Swain, received a series of letters from 9 different women describing

how all of the scams went down.

One of the letters read: "Each time we had a question or doubt, he would have another

story to cover up the lie."

The faux oil tycoon's elaborate scheme went on for nearly 7 years between 2009 and 2016.

Taylor was able to bring in well over $270,000 from a multitude of women and if the victims

tried to pursue any type of legal action he would then blackmail them with public and

professional embarrassment.

A couple of Taylor's former victims spoke on what they endured in court proceedings.

The women's testimonies shed more light on how far he would stretch to eventually

get what he was looking for.

One woman plead, "Don't let him have any more victims".

Taylor's attorney spoke on his behalf addressing his mental health and said that a lengthy

sentence would "kill him" due to his current psychological state.

John Edward Taylor is also liable for nearly $300,000 in restitution.

So the other day I was just surfing YouTube listening to some nostalgic tunes, and I come

upon a video containing the Wii Menu Music.

Now for whatever reason I decided to scroll down into the comments to see what people

had to say about the music, but I ended noticing some really weird and kind of disturbing comments

so I thought I would share them with you in this video.

So this person says, "Am I the only one that finds this soothing?

Like hypnotic?"

And I was think, yes, it's soothing, but hypnotic?

I'm not really so sure about that.

But to my surprise I looked at the replies to the comment and there were quite a few

people who agreed with him and said, "Same."

Then there's somebody else that claims sometimes I just randomly hear this.

And again, there were quite a few people who experienced the same thing.

One of which said, "IT JUST MELTS INTO YOUR MIND, CONSUMING IT.

WII MENU IS LOVE.

WII MENU IS LIFE."

So I found it kind of strange that people were agreeing with these weird comments and

then I see this.

"I hear it if it's pitch quiet at night, except for the dishwasher.

For some reason, my brain interprets the dishwasher sounds as this music."

So I thought surely that nobody else would agree with that one, but I was wrong because

this person chimes in: "Same."

And I just find it strange that something that specific would be shared by multiple

people.

"That song ends up playing when you randomly wake up at 2AM and this is the song that you

hallucinate hearing."

"My Wii turns on by itself.

Can anyone tell me why?

(2 hours later) Wait a second...

Isn't my Wii dead?

OMG IT'S THE WII SPIRIT IS POSSESSING IT'S BODY!"

OK can somebody-- what's going on??

I don't know what happened to this person but if there are awful things happening around

you and these scarring incidents are taking place...

why do you still have the Wii on?

And furthermore, if someone's using the Wii, why would they leave it on the menu thing.

In my experience, you boot it up, you hear this music for less than a minute while you

choose which game you want to play.

sad for a bit.

A Marine Corps veteran and his wife are fighting their Texas homeowners association after the

group refused to allow them to fly their American and Marine Corps flags outside their home,

Fox News reports.

Cpl.

Michael Pereira, who served three tours in Iraq from 2002 to 2009, moved into a Kingdom

Heights subdivision in Rosenberg, Texas ,about two months ago with his wife.

After moving in, they proudly displayed the two flags in the driveway of their home.

"They represent this county.

They represent a brotherhood I was a part of," Pereira told KPRC.

"[They] show respect for all the people I went to war with and the ones that didn't

come back."

Pereira said he would raise the flags every morning and would lower them every night.

He never expected it would be a problem with the homeowners association.

I have always heard Texans boast, "Everything is bigger in Texas!"

Does that include pathetic trash that are anti-military and against flying the Marine

Corps flag and United States flag?

Apparently in 1 community in Rosenberg, Texas, it does.

The flag of the United States of America and the Marine Corps Flag are every Marines right

to fly them loud n proud.

Rosenberg, Texas, is a city in the U.S. state of Texas, within the Houston–The Woodlands–Sugar

Land metropolitan area and Fort Bend County.

Pereira proudly flies the American flag and the Marine Corps flag in his front yard, then

someone in their neighborhood took "offense" to one or both of the flags.

The pathetic person(s) then reported Pereira and his flags to the Homeowners Association

Property Manager.

In a day and age where our nations flag and the Marine Corps flag offends people and can

pressure to have them taken down, is a disgrace and should never be allowed to happen.

The pathetic gut maggot who is offended and reported the flags, should be Spartan kicked

and made to sign up for the Marine Corps and serve their country.

Maybe then, they will understand the sanctity and honor that comes with the Marines and

our nation.

Pereria's wife took to Facebook over their situation and posted it on their neighborhood

Facebook page.

Within the 1st hour, she had over 100 comments in support of Pereria and his flags, according

to the Houston News.

"They represent this country, They represent a brotherhood I was part of.

They show respect for everyone I went to war with and the ones that didn't come back.

If they are going to take them down, its going to be a fight to take them down, and no one

fights harder than a veteran combat Marine.

If they do not get the rules changed, I will start a petition to get the rules changed."

One of their neighbors, Ashley Johannsen, whom loves across the street, "It doesn't

bother me.

I think it's kind of silly to have someone take down their flags — especially if he

fought for the country."

Pereria is waiting to hear back from the HOA, though the HOA did release a stamen via their

"attorney".

"In this particular case [Pereira] installed two 20 [foot-long] flag poles on both sides

of his driveway (one on each side) without first submitting the plans or seeking approval,"

Sears said.

"The problem is that one of the poles is in a utility easement, both poles are within

the 25 [feet] building setback line and the restrictions (and Texas Property Code) only

allow for the installation of one flag pole.

We have already reached out to the Veteran to let him know that the issue is not the

flags and are awaiting a response.

We are certainly willing to continue to work with this Veteran in relocating one of his

poles and would be remise sic if we did not take this opportunity to thank him for his

personal sacrifice and service to our Country."

Blatantly obvious that what they have done is turn the "Flags" complaint into a HOA

Flag Pole violation.

Pathetic If anyone has ever had to deal with their

local HOA, they understand the dirty little games they play, they know it turns more into

a "snobs club".

I've dealt with such a pathetic little group, I found it was more about neighborhood politics

and sad little people who lack the warfighter mentality and generally do not like warfighters.

I am not saying every single HOA has this mentality, I have yet to find one that is

on the up-and-up and holds integrity and valor to the highest standards.

Always forward Marine, do not take a knee to these people, fight for your rights and

beliefs, it is people like those that are part of the cancer in our nation.

Rumors Fly After Dirty Politician Is Spotted Wearing ANKLE MONITOR - Duration: 4:47.

For the last week, Hillary Clinton's aide and close friend, Huma Abedin, just can't

seem to stay out of the news.

There is very good reason for that since last week the State Department finally released

the emails that were discovered on Abedin's estranged husband, and convicted pedophile,

Anthony Weiner's computer back in 2016.

If you reflect back to that time period you will realize that these are the same emails

that forced former FBI Director, James Comey, to reopen the investigation into Hillary Clinton

that ended right literally days before the November election.

Of course Hillary and her cronies claimed that these emails were nothing, and that it

was just a plot by conservatives to sway the election.

That was the farthest from the truth which is now being proven by the tracking bracelet

spotted on Huma Abedin's ankle this week.

President Trump made his stand clear earlier this week when he bluntly tweeted that Huma

Abedin should be in jail for using her personal unsecured Yahoo email to forward highly sensitive

State Department emails that included passwords to government systems.

According to The Daily Caller, Abedin who was Clinton's top aide when she served as

Secretary of State, and has since stayed glued to the failed presidential candidate's side,

often forwarded highly sensitive government emails to her unsecured server to print out

these documents which fell prey to hackers from 2014-2016.

This breach of protocol would get anyone else thrown behind bars, but because she is Clinton's

favorite crony, Huma has been able to remain free, that may about to change however.

Just prior to this bombshell report being released, exposing Huma Abedin's depraved

indifference to national security, she was seen racing to Hillary Clinton office's

in midtown Manhattan.

However, it was not Abedin herself running toward the Clinton offices that caught many

onlooker's eyes, but what appeared to be under her pant leg.

When Abedin's right pant leg was zoomed in on it much closer, it appeared she was

wearing an ankle monitor due to the wrinkles and shape.

Of course it could just be the way she was walking or maybe she enjoys strapping odd

shaped devices to her legs when she heads out to work, but with the noose tightening

around Huma and the rest of the criminals she runs with, anything is possible.

Let's not forget that many of Abedin's close relatives are behind bars for fraudulent

activity so logically it is only a matter of time before Huma finds herself in very

similar accommodations.

According to an FBI report obtained by the conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch,

Abedin used a Yahoo account if her official State Department account was down or if she

needed to print an email or document.

This was back when she served under then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

In the report, Abedin explained that "it was difficult to print from the DoS system

so she routinely forwarded emails to her non-DoS accounts so she could more easily print."

It wasn't known to the public until 2016 that Yahoo suffered from multiple major data

breaches by a "state-sponsor actor" and that over 1 billion accounts were affected

between 2013-2015.

As Luke Rosiak of The Daily Caller reports, Clinton's deputy chief of staff regularly

forwarded work-related emails with sensitive information to her personal Yahoo account,

humamabedin@yahoo.com.

She also had an email that was linked to Clinton's private server, huma@clintonemail.com, as

well as her official work email, abedinh@state.gov.

Many of emails obtained by Judicial Watch were redacted.

However, Abedin did send emails that contained passwords to official government accounts.

One email that was forwarded to Abedin's Yahoo account was sent by Clinton ally Sid

Blumenthal.

The subject read "Important.

Not for circulation.

You only.

Sid." and read "CONFIDENTIAL…

Re: Moscow Summit," at the top of the highly-redacted email.

Back in late December, right before these 2,800 emails were released, two of Abedin's

cousins were convicted of fraud and are now facing ten years in prison.

Just prior to that another one of Huma's cousins Irfan Amanat, was charged in Manhattan

Federal Court in the KIT Digital case.

It seems that President Trump is making good on his promise to drain the swamp and maybe

we will soon see Hillary Clinton and the rest of her associates in jail soon.

For too long these lawbreaking individuals have gotten away with destroying our country

and putting Americans in harm's way.

It has been time for these traitors to serve the sentence's they so deserve, and we can

all hope and pray that Trump gets it done before this new year is out.

SESSIONS Just OVERSTEPPED His Boundaries! GET THE HELL OUT NOW! - Duration: 7:36.

Despite the complete failure of the "War on Drugs" where the only winner that has

emerged since its inception in the 1980s has been drugs themselves, current Attorney General

Jeff Sessions has chosen to throw the 10th amendment out the window.

He is now making plans to pursue a broad federal crackdown on marijuana in states that have

legalized with almost single-minded glee.

Sessions made the announcement Thursday that he plans to end the ongoing policy to tread

lightly on enforcing federal U.S. marijuana laws, allowing state laws to dictate.

The declaration renewed anxiety, confusion, and uncertainty that has long shadowed the

bright green leafy plant still forbidden under federal law but now legal in a majority of

states medicinally and in a handful of those for recreational purposes.

Previous policies advised prosecutors to not waste tax dollars to pursue pot growers and

sellers that were abiding by state laws and guidelines, but instead to go after more flagrant

violations such as trafficking across state lines to states where marijuana is still prohibited

or selling to minors.

Under this policy, the business has blossomed into a sophisticated, multimillion-dollar

industry feeding state government programs with tax dollars.

However, marijuana still remains illegal under the federal Controlled Substances Act.

This buzzkill to the blossoming and highly profitable marijuana industry came just days

after California opened what is expected to be the world's largest legal pot market.

Naturally, the states that have legalized the use of the controversial plant immediately

cried foul.

There are so far 29 states where marijuana is available medically, eight of which also

permit it to be used recreationally.California was the most recent to pass laws creating

what is now the world's largest legal pot market just went into effect on New Year's

Day.

Sessions and his cronies blame legalization for a host of issues, including the trafficking

of black market weed – which would not exist were the plant not illegal in the first place

– however, Sessions fails to see that point.

Many authorities also claim concern about stoned drivers and claim widespread acceptance

of the plant would increase its appeal as a so-called "gateway drug" leading to

potential addiction issues.

Meanwhile, advocates for legalization argue the plant classified in the same category

as heroin that does not meet the definition for "Schedule I" designation has medicinal

qualities and causes less harm than alcohol.

The DEA places marijuana in the same category as known addictive substances such as heroin,

ecstasy, and peyote.

Advocates argue that the plant does have medicinal qualities and use, and is considerably less

dangerous and harmful than alcohol even.

Many believe the government needs to focus efforts on the rampant opioid abuse and allow

a regulated marijuana market that will reduce crime by eliminating the need for a black

market.

Many cancer patients use marijuana for relief through brutal chemotherapy treatments.

Marijuana helps cancer patients alleviate nausea and vomiting commonly found in chemotherapy

treatment.

It also helps with the reduction of anxiety, improved sleep, improved appetite, and frequency

of eating, also found to be common issues among cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy

treatments and other chronic illnesses.

Medical marijuana also is used to treat diseases or symptoms from diseases such as multiple

sclerosis, Alzheimer's, AIDS/HIV patients, arthritis, asthma, Chron's Disease, epilepsy,

and glaucoma, among others.

The recent memo released by Sessions will allow "federal prosecutors where pot is

legal decide how aggressively to enforce federal marijuana laws."

It also reminds them to take into consideration the "federal law enforcement priorities

set by the Attorney General" when deciding what alleged crimes to pursue.

The 1-page memo does not offer any indication of exactly what those priorities are but Sessions

has made no secret of his hatred of marijuana and his belief that it's a moral rot that

"good people" stay away from.

Sessions has also strengthened the federal government's position on civil asset forfeiture

brought about as a part of the "War on Drugs."

Civil asset forfeiture is the controversial process in which law enforcement officers

take assets from persons suspected of involvement with a crime or illegal activity without due

process.

Due process is a fundamental part of the United States Consitution, a process so vitally important

to our foundation our founding fathers saw fit to mention it TWICE – the only principle

to claim such.

Sessions is once quoted as saying that marijuana—a drug that cannot cause overdoses—is "only

slightly less awful" than heroin—a drug that kills thousands of Americans every year.

One of the first things he did as AG was review marijuana policies.

The AP reports –

Sessions' policy will let U.S. attorneys across the country decide what kinds of federal

resources to devote to marijuana enforcement based on what they see as priorities in their

districts, the people familiar with the decision said.

Sessions and some law enforcement officials in states such as Colorado blame legalization

for a number of problems, including drug traffickers that have taken advantage of lax marijuana

laws to hide in plain sight, illegally growing and shipping the drug across state lines,

where it can sell for much more.

The decision was a win for pot opponents who had been urging Sessions to take action.

"There is no more safe haven with regard to the federal government and marijuana, but

it's also the beginning of the story and not the end," said Kevin Sabet, president

and CEO of Smart Approaches to Marijuana, who was among several anti-marijuana advocates

who met with Sessions last month.

"This is a victory.

It's going to dry up a lot of the institutional investment that has gone toward marijuana

in the last five years."

Sessions has also allegedly said that he thought the terrorist group the Ku Klux Klan was "OK

until I found out they smoked pot."

This was one of the comments brought up in Sessions' confirmation hearing under the

Reagan administration for his first nomination as Attorney General.

It, among other things brought to light, prompted the Reagan administration to rescind their

nomination.

By contrast, President Donald Trump himself has been uncharacteristically silent about

his thoughts on pot legalization.

Lawmakers on both sides of the aisle and at both the federal and state levels who back

legal marijuana disavowed Sessions' announcement.

Many state officials are insisting their state's policies toward the cannabis business will

not change.

According to Steve Davenport, a researcher on cannabis policy at the RAND Corporation,

it is unlikely Sessions could do much to hurt the medical marijuana world at least for now,

thanks to the Rohrabacher-Blumenauer Amendment passed in 2014 as a part of a spending bill;

it prevents the Department of Justice from spending funds to interfere with medical marijuana

state laws.

However, the amendment is temporary and needs to be re-approved every fiscal year.

The recreational pot industry, however, could be in more immediate danger.

"Sessions' decision has the potential to slow down or even re-shape the burgeoning

recreational cannabis industry, but the magnitude of the effect will depend on how this announcement

is followed up by enforcement actions," Davenport said.

Lesson 23, Danny Boy (Londonderry Air)

Hi, everyone, this is Michelle. One of the best part of these lessons is I can share

my favorite songs with you. "Danny Boy" is an Irish folk tune of "Londonderry Air".

The songwriter Frederic Weatherly modified the lyrics of "Danny Boy" to fit the rhyme

and meter of "Londonderry Air".

The music is written in F Major, with Bb in mind when playing. The tempo is "Moderato",

medium speed. The time is 4/4, common time. It starts with an incomplete measure, count

1, 2, 3 before playing. There are 8 symmetric phrases, each with 4 bars. In bar 1, there

are 2 arpeggios, roll it up from bottom note to the top. If you observe carefully, there

are many tied-notes such as the one in bar 2, hold to its value. It is a syncopation.

The music also has lots of inner voice such as the one in bar 4, keep it soft, not to

exceed the volume of the top note G. When there are 2 voices, you always want to bring

out the top note as the melody. There are "Tenuto" signs in bar 12 and 28, there

are 2 meanings, one is to hold the note to its value, the other is to emphasize the note.

The dynamic is "piano" at the beginning, reach to "Forte" in bar 13, then getting

softer and slow down to complete the 1st half of the music. At the end of 1st and 2nd half,

there are "Fermata" signs mean to hold the chords longer. This is a good piece to

practice "legato", play each note smoothly connected.

On page 2, practice left hand alone because it is quite busy and might be a challenge

to some of you. It is also very pretty when practicing alone, listen to make sure you

can play it smoothly. Right hand has 3rds, 4ths and 6ths intervals, connect them smoothly.

In bar 24, there is a leap from beat 3 to 3 and ½, take a quick breath, no pause and

go. Bar 29, the music reaches its climax with "fortissimo", very loud then getting softer

and fading away toward the end. Additional Demo in bar 31, right hand's chords, hold

the top note, release the rest immediately after playing. Practice several times once

mastered, try to play the regular chords to see if you can bring out the top note clearly.
