Inter-Korean high-level talks to focus on N. Korea's participation in PyeongChang Winter Olympics - Duration: 2:12.

There's just one day to go before the first high-level inter-Korean talks in two years.
Unlike previous inter-Korean dialogue arrangements, the time and place as well as the list of
delegations have been set in a very prompt and smooth manner.
The talks will start at 10 a.m. Tuesday... at the truce village of Panmunjeom on the
inter-Korean border.

South Korea's Unification Ministry said Monday that Tuesday's high-level talks will be focused

North Korea will send a five-member delegation to the House of Peace, located in the southern
part of the truce village of Panmunjeom.
The North's delegation will be led by Ri Son-gwon, the chair of the North's state agency in charge
of inter-Korean affairs, who will be greeted by a five-member delegation from South Korea
led by Unification Minister Cho Myoung-gyon.
It will be the first inter-Korean dialogue since December 2015.
Minister Cho promised to do his best to achieve a positive outcome from the high-level talks.

are being held at an important time with a lot of interest from the people and the international
community."

Government authorities from both sides will continue discussions through the communication
hotline at Panmunjeom to fine-tune the details of the high-level talks, which are scheduled

The government hopes improved inter-Korean relations will pave the way for a resolution
towards the North's nuclear issue and for broader talks between Pyongyang and Washington.

This video is for you if you're rugby player and you want to see
different ways to play 2vs1 and if a coach
rugby and want to discover a vision of 2 against 1
for your players where you want see situations than you know
not necessarily. 2 against 1 What is it ?
We'll start with the basics. The 2vs1 is a redundant management:
- it's a reading situation with two
attackers and defenders, and to me it goes a little further it is
