This Anime, is about a girl that on Grade School became obsessed with a game called Fairies Story
and unlike you, that say ya' want to make video games but are a useless sloth
she learned to draw and got a job at the Company that made the game
The whole thing starts, with the girl riding the train to get to work
and she's sardines in a can with all those office workers
She arrives to the office, but since it's her first day, she still doesn't have her ID Card
so she can't enters and panics
Meanwhile, the Art Director arrives, and she didn't know the newbie was a little girl
So, they enter the building, the AD takes her to her desk, and asks her if she wants something to drink
"OK now, time to be white-collar" But no one told her the office was haunted
She finds an employee sleeping under her desk, and gets surprised since is sleeping in underwear
The blonde says "What'cha doing here little girl? You should be in middle school"
The protagonist is one of those that gets sad when they call her L0L1, like Megumin in KonoSuba
AD arrives with coffee for both, but the sleepy head gets the cup of the new one, and she doesn't like it without sugar
Nintendo Switch, Aoba says she's an adult so black coffee
Then, blondie asks how old is she, the other answers "legal" and "Oh well, you don't look 18"
Turns out, the one sleeping under her desk, worked on the RPG Aoba played back on Elementary School, so she should be 30
the Director arrives "uhh, she called you old"
and so, the new employee tells them the poster of that game over there motivated her to become a Character Designer
and turns out, the blondie was the designer for Fairies Story, and she's her new manager
She meets the rest of the staff, and in her work space, her neighbor is another character designer and an animator
Later, she hears a meow, and there's a chubby cat walking around
The Game Director brings the nya, because alone in da house it makes a mess
Ya know some pets get ansiety and destroy furniture
And you know that now every Anime Series needs a lesbian into L0L1S
In that, a programmer arrives, and she tells the twisted she's late for a meeting
Dude, in what company you can shoot your boss and not get fired?
Later they explain the newbie how the company hierarchy works

Since she doesn't get shit, she asks the other modeler, since she told her she can ask for any help
But she's one of those that in chat a total parrot, but live, she always has a bitch face
The manager already knows how she is, and tells her to only speak to that designer via inbox
Like when you talk about everything with a girl via whatsapp, but in real life she won't even look at you
It's worse when you take her for sushi, and she spents all the time with eyes glued to the phone

if she's worth it, she'll have 3 with everything and a glass of horchata

So they start texting with emoticons and everything, and when she reports back to the manager, she wants to chat like hommies
Uh... 1st day and already being scolded
Lunch Time, the animator tells the monster designer that she should go out to eat with the new one
and you can tell they only talk to each other via texting, in person they get all akward
Once the animator says "Let's go eat tacos", the neighbor says TACOS /._./
the other one in the cubicle is one of those that prefers being isolated, and never goes to lunch with hommies
But with the new one she thinks about it, and ultimately, no one says no to tacos
Right now I want some at the place with 3 pork tacos for $2 dollars :B
and when the manager gets there, they've already left. Hungry? Grab a taco :v
These girls graduated highschool and got a job in the Gaming Industry unlike you, that only daydream about making games
but spend all day wasting time on your phone, watching moe anime with waifus, and wanking it with hen tai
And even if they're adults, they still look like schoolgirls... This anime is lacking "plot"
Turns out, those 2 workmates entered the company together, and have never been senpais

After lunch, Aoba is gonna continue the book exercises, but she needs to use the restroom
A little later, the manager also goes, and find her sitting in the hallway
The new one still doesn't have her electronic key to enter, and since the toilet is outside of the office, she can't go back in
Turns out, the Art Director told her manager to take the photo for the ID Card in the morning, so it was her fault
She takes her for the picture, but there's not enough light
so she goes for Shinoda to ask her assistance
While the manager is gone, they take free time for tea and cookies
and the little girl asks the launch date of the game they're working on
Dude, if you want to slack off all day, get someone to pay you for being a lazy bum
I don't know why useless otaku imagine themselves making Anime or Video Games, those companies don't hire sloths
Anyway, Aoba gets her ID Card, and now she can exit the office without a problem
But the fool ends up forgetting her card
They let too much stuff slide with this little girl
9:00 PM, everybody heads home, including blondie 'cuz the director doesn't like her making her office a hotel daily
They ask Aoba how was her 1st day, and if she has a question
and the only thing she wants to know, is the name of the game they're making
Dude, is like if I get to work on The King of Fighters XV
So the episode ends, she arrives home and her sister calls to check on her 1st day
Aoba responds she's working on the series that inspired her to become a Character Designer with the Designer of Fairies Story
I would've liked to be on the Gaming Industry in the 90's, nowadays nah, they only make stuff for squaker kids
