What's up guys?!

Beija here for Complex.

We all know by now that LaVar Ball is one hell of a character.

You either love him and his outlandish comments or you don't.

And now Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr has made it very clear that well…he's

not very fond of LaVar.

On Monday night, the Warriors took on the Denver Nuggets, and prior to the game, Kerr

spoke about ESPN laying off a multitude of talented journalists that were actually basketball

savvy and covering the ins and outs of the game, but now he feels the Worldwide Leader

in Sports is transitioning more so to "sensationalized news" and the content has a lack of substance—especially

when people cover LaVar Ball.

"It's not even news, really.

It's just complete nonsense.

But if you package that irrational nonsense with glitter and some ribbon, people are going

to watch.

So, I talked to people in the media this year.

I said, 'Why do you guys have to cover that guy?'

And they say, 'Well, we don't want to, but our bosses tell us we have to because of the

ratings, because of the readership.'"

Fan of LaVar Ball or not, Kerr does have a point.

It's unfortunate that this is the world we live in today, where views and clicks are

more important than things that ACTUALLY matter.

Kind of the reason why a reality tv star ended up running our country somehow…but anyways

back on topic...Kerr then even went so far to compare LaVar to the Kardashians.

"Somewhere, I guess in Lithuania, LaVar Ball is laughing.

People are eating out of his hands for no apparent reason, other than that he's become

the Kardashian of the NBA or something.

That sells, and that's what is true in politics, entertainment and now in sports.

It doesn't matter if there's any substance involved in an issue."

Earlier this week we reported that LaVar Ball had a few words to say about the Lakers head

coach, Luke Walton…and it wouldn't come as a surprise—if Ball's words—made Kerr

feel some type of way since Walton was under him as assistant coach for the Warriors from

2014 to 2016.

"You can see they're not playing for Luke no more.

Luke doesn't have control of the team no more.

They don't want to play for him."

LaVar's continuous blunt and outlandish comments have obviously gotten him on a lot

of people's bad sides, including Steve Kerr.

But Kerr isn't the only NBA coach who has taken the time to criticize the media for

further expanding LaVar's platform.

Mavericks coach Rick Carlisle addressed the article where Ball threw some shade at Walton,

and felt that ESPN "should back up the coaches."

What do you think about Steve Kerr's comments in regards to LaVar Ball?

Do you think he's right or not?

Be sure to tell us your thoughts in the comments.

That's all the news for now, but for more, be sure to subscribe to Complex on Youtube

Couple Who Adopts A 1-Year-Old Orphan Soon Makes A Startling Discovery About Who She Really Is - Duration: 7:47.

just like trying to conceive a child of your own adopting a child comes with its

share of immense concerns hopes logistics and surprises

this was certainly the case for canadian couple Ron and Natalie Trek Rose who in

1997 decided they wanted to bring a child into their home their search led

them to our rod Romania where they met and fell in love with a 1 year old girl

named radical Lavinia Farkas Veronica had some health issues which sent Ron

and Nathalie on a quest to find some answers about her past and that's when

they made a shocking recovery many couples dream of starting their own

families but it's not always an easy thing to do

Ron and Natalie Trek Rose of Canada knew this better than anyone else

despite some challenges they knew they wanted to raise a child of their own no

matter what while they'd been devastated by the news that they wouldn't be able

to conceive on their own Ron and Natalie were determined to become parents and

they had plenty of other options at their disposal so they began the process

of adoption in 1997 the couple hoping to find the right child for their little

family travel to Iran Romania a city situated on the Meuse river in the

western part of the country that's where they first saw rodica Lavinia Farkas

she was only 1 yet she already had a mysterious past Ron and Natalie

instantly knew that Radhika with her ear-to-ear smile would be the perfect

addition to their home unfortunately this wasn't going to be a simple

adoption before they could get started the couple received some bad news

even though she was just a year old Radhika was severely malnourished she

suffered from rickets and had weak bones from a lack

vitamin D it was pretty obvious that she was in need of some serious help

unfortunately cases like radicals weren't unique in Romania in 1990 the

country was under the control of a dictator named Nicolae Ceausescu and he

banned contraception of any kind throughout the country with catastrophic

results with so many poor people in the country at the time it meant that a lot

of parents conceived children they couldn't afford and they had to give

them up fortunate children ended up in orphanages the less fortunate once died

from malnutrition or were abandoned was this one had landed ronica in the

orphanage in the first place perhaps her mother couldn't afford the care

necessary to properly nourish her newborn child questions dominated this

baby's past and Natalie in Ron wanted answers Ron and Natalie wanted to know

everything they couldn't about their new daughter's background the problem was

that it was also notoriously hard to get hold of any documentation on orphans in

Romania at that time and so the digging began Natalie and Ron clung to every bit

of information they could find on Radhika

but in the pre-internet era there wasn't much to be found then the couple on

governed Radhika's family tree and they found that the girl's biological mother

had actually given away more than one child see somewhere out there

veronica actually had an older sister strangely this sister had been sent to

an entirely different orphanage from then on Ron and Natalie recognized that

they had a new mission as the saying goes the more the merrier

and Natalie Enron must have been thinking just that from the moment they

learned about Roddick his sister they were determined to find and adopt her

too after an exhaustive search Ron and Natalie finally found radicals older

sister whose name was Jack Anna they were shots it just drama alike the

sisters looked they could have been twins without a second thought

the happy couple adopted her making the trek roses officially a family of four

back home in Canada with two new baby girls sisters Radhika and Joanna

Ron and Natalie made yet another discovery about the young girl's family

tree they had six of their siblings but of course Natalie and Ron wouldn't track

them down too would they Ron and Natalie exhausted their resources trying to find

those six other siblings but without a paper trail from Romania it was nearly

impossible though siblings still remain a mystery to this day

but maybe that was better for the small family from Canada eight kids would have

been a handful even though they weren't able to find the other siblings Ron and

Natalie were determined to complete their dream they changed their new

daughters names - Cheyenne Anna became Sophie and radical was now Danielle

something didn't feel right about the change though taking two little girls

from their home country and then erasing all signs of their heritage might have

been the appropriate route for a band of conquerors but not Ron and Natalie to

preserve the girl's history and heritage they turned Sophie and Danielle's former

Romanian names into the girls new middle names Sophie and Danielle's story turned

a lot of heads how often do you learn about hopeful parents traveling halfway

around the world and managing to adopt separated baby sisters in fact one

documentary filmmaker who heard about their story made a film about it though

it's been lost to time years later as an adult

Sophie watched the film and decided to make

Internet friendly she edited the full film into a shorter version that she

uploaded to YouTube where it reached a tremendous amount of people the edited

videos success inspired Sophie so much that she actually decided to pursue

photography when it came time for her to enroll at a university she knew exactly

what she wanted to claim was her major the documentary also inspired Sophie to

find out more about her and her sisters pasts she planned a trip to Romania and

though she would have liked to find her birth mother she didn't count on it

documentation was still scarce even after all of those years as for Danielle

she planned to join Sophie on her trip to Romania sometime in 2018 in the

meantime she planned to study for her bachelor's degree in addition to her

picture-perfect story she still lived near her sister when Ron and Natalie

flew to Romania hoping to adopt one child they didn't know that they'd be

coming home with to all they knew was that they wanted a family and they went

through great leaps to make it possible obviously

it paid off it was a good thing that Ron and Natalie were ready for all the

trials and tribulations that came with starting a family because they sure

faced quite a few surely they were happy they did

REPORT: Man Who Promised 'Dirt' on Hillary Has Mysteriously 'Vanished' – Nobody Knows Where He Is. - Duration: 3:01.

REPORT: Man Who Promised 'Dirt' on Hillary Has Mysteriously 'Vanished' – Nobody

Knows Where He Is.

When Bill and Hillary Clinton have a problem, that problem often seems to disappear.

Joseph Misfud was alleged to have 'dirt' on Hillary.

Now, he's gone – POOF!

Hmmmm.

Check it out…

From Daily Wire: The man at the center of a key allegation

in the Russian investigation has suddenly "vanished," according to a new report

by CNN.

Joseph Mifsud, the academic who supposedly promised former Trump campaign aide George

Papadopoulos some "dirt" on Hillary Clinton from Russian sources via leaked emails, "has

gone to ground" after publicly denying that he had ever "spoke of secrets regarding

Hillary Clinton."

"Last Thursday [Mifsud] disappeared from the private university in Rome where he teaches,"

CNN reports.

"Repeated attempts to reach him since have been unsuccessful, though he appears to have

read some messages from CNN."

In its report, CNN details Mifsud's sketchy dealings, which include several false and

exaggerated claims about his own status and connections, and warnings from his associate

"about the danger of being played by the Russians."

Mifsud became a central figure in the Russia investigation after being identified by Papadopoulos

as "Foreign Contact 1," the man with Russian connections that enticed him with offers of

damaging information on Clinton.

CNN reports: In the US affidavit, Papadopoulos claims that

Mifsud told him in April 2016 that the Russians had "thousands of emails" relating to

Hillary Clinton.

Joseph Mifsud met with the Russian ambassador to the UK Alexander Yakovenko in May 2014.

An associate also told CNN that he repeatedly bragged about how Moscow had "compromising

material" on the Clinton campaign in spring 2016, contradicting Mifsud's assertion that

he never talked about Russian "dirt" on the Democratic presidential bid.

More, via Western Journalism: The account was corroborated by Mifsud in

an interview last week with Italian newspaper La Repubblica, in which he referred to a discussion

held with the FBI.

During the interview with the newspaper, Mifsud refuted the claim regarding the Clinton emails

that Papadopoulos made in the affidavit.

"I absolutely exclude the fact that I spoke of secrets regarding Hillary Clinton," Mifsud

said.

Those were the last words Mifsud spoke in public about the subject, with CNN suggesting

that the professor's past actions are coming back full circle.

"Mifsud's history of exaggerations, and his enthusiasm to be seen as an important

player in demand at conferences the world over, may now be coming back to haunt him."

How does a man associated with the Clintons suddenly disappear?

Any guesses?

What do you think about this?

Ideal loan clubs for 7 Liverpool players this January - Duration: 10:12.

Ideal loan clubs for 7 Liverpool players this January

Liverpool could be busy in the loan market this January, with a host of young stars and fringe players in need of a temporary move elsewhere.

The Reds have already seen U23s captain Corey Whelan join Yeovil Town in a six-month loan this winter, while 10 players left the club in search of regular first-team football last summer.

The success of Connor Randall, Pedro Chirivella, Jordan Williams, Sheyi Ojo, Divock Origi and Taiwo Awoniyi elsewhere highlights the virtue in a well-placed loan.

But the likes of Ryan Kent and Toni Gomes enduring tough spells away from Merseyside in the first half of the season underlines how crucial it is to find the right club.

Jurgen Klopp and Liverpool's academy staff will be aware of this as they consider departures for those in need of competitive action in 2018.

With this in mind, here are the ideal loan destinations for seven peripheral figures this month.

Danny Ward – Crystal Palace.

Ward was the subject of interest from Huddersfield Town last summer, following his productive campaign between the sticks for David Wagner's side as they sealed promotion to the Premier League.

Klopp opted to keep the Wales international at Anfield, however, with plans to rotate him along with Simon Mignolet and Loris Karius as the Reds challenged on four fronts.

But halfway through the season Ward has made just one appearance in the 2-0 League Cup defeat away to Leicester City in September, and has only been on the substitutes' bench on two occasions.

Having already proved himself in the Championship and the Scottish Premiership with Aberdeen, Ward is now ready for the English top flight.

With Palace in search of a new stopper this month, a switch to Selhurst Park could provide him the opportunity he requires.

Ovie Ejaria – Leeds United.

Unlike his fellow midfielder Cameron Brannagan, Ejaria could still have a future under Klopp at Liverpool, but it is clear he must make significant development in order to claim a long-term role.

U23s manager Neil Critchley has already revealed the plan is to allow the England U20 international to leave on loan in January in order to return "a bit tougher" and "a bit more streetwise.

Joining Leeds, who are battling for promotion from the Championship this season, could provide Ejaria with the ideal challenge, also allowing him to hone his game as a creator.

He would certainly provide the second-tier hopefuls with a more progressive option.

Marko Grujic – Brighton & Hove Albion.

Though he is courting interest from Turkish Super Lig side Fenerbahce, Grujic's agent has already stressed that he would be seeking a loan to another English club this January.

Both Brighton and Aston Villa are reported to be among the Serbian's suitors, and joining the Seagulls' bid for Premier League survival could be the test he requires.

Chris Hughton is already able to call upon a strong bank of midfielders, but the need for an alternative to Pascal Gross as his main outlet in the No.

10 role is clear.

Grujic has the potential to shine at the top level, but operating in a diligent system such as Brighton's could see him make crucial improvements in his off-ball game.

Ben Woodburn – Sunderland.

Woodburn is believed to be on the verge of a loan move to join Sunderland, but Philippe Coutinho's £142 million move to Barcelona and Mohamed Salah's groin injury have delayed progress.

The 18-year-old should play a key role in Liverpool's future under Klopp, and having signed a new five-year contract with the club in October this is near guaranteed.

But he cannot be the solution as Klopp seeks a replacement for Coutinho for the second half of 2017/18.

Joining the Black Cats, who are embroiled in a relegation dogfight, would give Woodburn the opportunity to cut his teeth at senior level week in, week out.

With his former Wales manager Chris Coleman taking over at the Stadium of Light in November, the Reds can rely on Woodburn to be given the game time he needs to fulfil his vast potential.

Ryan Kent – Bristol City.

Kent's step into the unknown with SC Freiburg in August was an admirable one, but the 21-year-old's time in the Bundesliga proved wholly frustrating.

After making just six appearances for Christian Streich's side before the winter break, Kent has returned to Liverpool and has been registered as part of Klopp's first-team squad.

It is likely he will leave on loan again later this month, however, and a step down into the Championship could be a worthwhile move.

Promotion chasers Bristol City could give Kent the perfect launchpad for his fledgling career, with Lee Johnson's young side playing an attractive brand of football.

If he produces an impressive run of form in the second half of the season Kent could hope for a bigger role under Klopp in 2018/19.

Harry Wilson – Preston North End.

Wilson finds himself in a difficult position at Liverpool: too good to be mired at U23 level, but seemingly not in consideration for Klopp's senior squad.

The young Welshman scored 12 goals and laid on 10 assists in just 16 games in the first half of the season, and his end product could be invaluable for an ambitious Championship side.

Making the trip up the M6 to Preston, who will be targeting a playoff place come May, could be the ideal situation for Wilson.

Alex Neil doesn't have a wealth of options out wide at present, and Wilson's versatility and cutting edge could provide him with a wild card in a late surge in 2018.

Danny Ings – Newcastle United.

There is no shortage of interest in Ings this month, and behind Roberto Firmino, Daniel Sturridge and Dominic Solanke in Klopp's pecking order up front, he desperately needs a move.

Given his long-term injury problems, it is unlikely Ings would be able to secure a permanent switch mid-season, but there are a host of clubs who would benefit from his attacking talents.

Most notably, Newcastle's struggles in the final third need to be addressed, and Rafa Benitez is reportedly an admirer of Ings.

Between them, Joselu, Ayoze Perez, Dwight Gayle and Aleksandar Mitrovic have scored 10 goals so far this season, and Ings could easily overtake the misfiring quartet as Benitez's first choice.

Mohamed Salah expected to make injury return for Liverpool vs. Man City - Duration: 4:01.

Mohamed Salah expected to make injury return for Liverpool vs. Man City

Mohamed Salah is expected to return to fitness for Liverpool's clash at home to Man City on January 14, after missing last two games through injury.

The Egyptian was absent for both the 2-1 win away to Burnley on New Year's Day and Friday's victory by the same scoreline at home to Everton in the FA Cup.

Jurgen Klopp was forced to field a makeshift forward line at Turf Moor, with Sadio Mane and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain flanking Dominic Solanke.

Both clashes required a late header from a centre-back to seal the victory, with Ragnar Klavan scoring late on against the Clarets and Virgil van Dijk winning the Merseyside derby on his debut.

But Klopp should be buoyed by the return of his top scorer for Sunday's Premier League meeting with leaders City.

According to the Liverpool Echo, Salah is set to report for training at Melwood on Tuesday, after a short break with the rest of the squad in Dubai.

They report that following a groin injury "he has responded well to treatment, and as it stands is in line to be available at the weekend.

Following Philippe Coutinho's £142 million move to Barcelona this month, Salah's return will be key to Liverpool's hopes.

Salah was awarded the Reds' Goal of the Month award for December on Tuesday for his stunning effort in the season's first clash with Everton, and his tally now stands at 23.

He has also contributed eight assists in 29 appearances so far this term, and after Coutinho's exit he is Liverpool's joint-top creator, along with James Milner and Roberto Firmino.

Klopp rotated his squad carefully throughout a busy festive run, but despite this Salah started every game last month, likely leading to his injury.

Now, he will hopefully hit the ground running once again, with Liverpool eager to take revenge for September's 5-0 mauling at the hands of City.

Pep Guardiola's side are still undefeated in the league, and though they were held to a 0-0 draw away to Crystal Palace on New Year's Eve, they sit 15 points clear of Man United at the top.

They are 18 points ahead of Liverpool, who are currently fourth, but Klopp maintains that prior to Mane's red card at the Etihad last year his side were well in the race.

With Salah likely restored alongside Mane and Firmino on Sunday, the Reds could stand a chance of becoming the first side to defeat City in the English top flight this campaign.

About loving the self حبّ روحك - Duration: 18:07.

Hello, how are you? I hope fine

Happy new year !

hope the new year will be better than the former one

am back on YouTube

back to videos after quite an absence

since it's a the beginning of the year

many persons start to think about objectives

others making new resolutions

so I thought I remain in same context

and start the year talking about a topic

that is appealing to many

the topic of LOVE

there's nothing better than love, isn't it?

but specifically, I'll tackle the love of the self

I guess at that point, I expect two types of reaction

I expect some will wonder " why should I love myself" ?

typical question

and some will wonder " how to love oneself"?

Stay with me

I'll be trying to answer those two questions

why you should love yourself ?

let me ask you " and why you shouldn't " ?

why torturing yourself?

why persecuting yourself?

why blaming yourself?

why cursing yourself?

why punishing yourself?

in so many situations

many people if not all

turn on themselves for blame

as soon as one commit a mistake

or put in an embarrassing situation

I'm so stupid ! I'm bad!

a non stop cursing

why? whyyyyy?!

it's a shame that we... first, do not assume

we don't assume our words or actions or reactions

we often try to please others

we often put masks

it's not out of courtesy or diplomacy

No, this is some lack of self confidence

and one start making up excuses: I cannot make friends

I cannot meet someone and get into a realtionship

I cannot be social if I cannot adapt to my entourage

and you force yourself onto things you don't like

not convinced of

and of course there will be no inner harmony

with the self, the mind...

there will be some internal conflict

because you don't love yourself

you're pushing yourself into what you hate

actually you don't even know yourself

in that case

it'd be obvious that you have a certain lifestyle

full of negativity

full of problems

communication issues

relationships issues

why?

because you're not reconciled with yourself

you don't have inner peace

it's not just some positive talk and bla bla bla

no no no no

why you must love yourself, and yes MUST !

because loving the self is knowing the self well

believe in your potential

believe in your energy, in your ressources

ressources you can use as you want

Then, it's not you who has to adjust to people

but people adjust to you

people would love you as you are

true people who really matter and should be kept

are those who love us for who we are

who love our essence, not appearance

nor a mask we put to please them

we cannot please everyone

nobody's perfect

perfection is god's business

most importantly, value yourself

if you don't value yourself, who will?!

then why, why should you love yourself?!

these are just some thoughts, I can talk for hours

there are so many reasons why you should love yourself

in this video, I'm trying to trigger some brainstorming

to explore this topic and start deep thinking

every positive change starts with a phase of

accepting a new idea

processing

so just think about what am saying, nothing more

ask yourself: how much I love myself?

why I love myself? why I hate myself?

most people first say " I don't love myself"

in deed, sometimes I yell at myself

damn am stupid, damn am bad !

these are "spontaneous" reactions

in the heat of the action...

but take a step back... why being so cruel to the self?

why?

have pity on yourself... love yourself

if you don't, who will?!
