Jeep Wrangler Barricade Double Tubular Front Bumper (1987-2006 YJ & TJ) Review & Install - Duration: 3:24.

The Barricade double tubular front bumper in gloss black is for those of you that have

a 1987 to 2006 either YJ or TJ, that are looking for a tubular front bumper to give you a little

bit more of that classic look.

There are gonna be a couple different tubular bumpers out there.

A lot of them are going to be the same three-inch round tubes, but some of them have a little

bit of a different detail on the end here, how they wrap around, if they're just straight,

how they're capped off.

So that's how these are gonna be a little bit different.

Overall, I like this one.

It is metal ends on the end here that are welded right on there.

They're not plastic caps that are on there.

So I think that this one's pretty well constructed.

And overall, it's going to be a very easy installation as well.

It's gonna bolt right onto that TJ or YJ, in place of that factory bumper.

Definitely a one-out-of-three wrench installation, in less than an hour.

And we'll talk a little bit more about that in just a second.

So, as far as features go, tubular bumpers are more of an aesthetic bumper, for the most

part.

There are some that you can get that will have a winch mount.

Some will have recovery points but for the most part, they're just aesthetic and that's

what this one is.

It does have two light mount tabs up on the top here for running a set of factory or aftermarket

auxiliary lights.

But it's not going to have any recovery points, any winch points, any points to jack up the

Jeep using a Hi-Lift jack.

Nothing like that.

This is going to be pretty simple, pretty straight-forward, and just give you a little

bit of that old school look.

As far as tubular bumpers go, I think this one is very fairly priced.

Again, I mentioned that it has the welded metal caps on the end instead of plastic caps.

So I think that there is a lot of attention to detail here.

The gloss black powder coat finish is really nice.

So I do think it's gonna be worth the price.

As for construction, like I said, this is very simple.

This is gonna be three-inch tube covered in that gloss black powder coat finish.

It has a couple of tabs welded on it.

Those are going to be your mounting holes.

Again, it'll bolt directly onto either a TJ or a YJ.

These corners here just sweep back a little bit, giving it some style.

You have those welded caps and you have a couple of light mount tabs on top.

Very simple bumper that's gonna give you that tubular, old school look.

As for the installation, one out of three wrenches.

One hour to get this installed.

All that you'll have to do is remove the factory hardware holding that factory bumper into

place.

Of course, if you have any lights mounted on that bumper, you'll want to disconnect

those as well, unbolt them, and be able to bolt them on to your new bumper.

But you can hold off until the new bumper's installed on the Jeep.

So, once that factory bumper's out of the way, go ahead and slide this over the frame

horns.

Bolt it down.

Then you can attach any lights that you have onto your new bumper with the light mount

tabs and you're gonna be finished with the install.

I mentioned before that, I think this is a pretty fairly priced bumper.

This comes in at $130.

And I think for the quality that you get, that is definitely going to be a fair price.

A lot of the plate steel, more off-road-ready bumpers are gonna be significantly more expensive.

They're gonna have more features and they're gonna be built stronger.

If you're not looking for that, if you don't need that, save your money.

You can go with something like this, if you like this tubular look.

It's gonna be far less expensive and it's still going to drastically change up the look

of your Jeep.

So, if you like the look of a tubular bumper on your Jeep, I think this is a very high-quality

option, available from Barricade.

in response to a video I shot before where if you guys remember when you saw

the video god I'm so excited I can't even remember which video it was but at

the end of the video I asked Ashley Taylor a couple of questions oh my god

the woman is so awesome she actually took the time out of her busy day out of

her busy schedule that she sat down and shot a video response to my questions

okay so not only did she answer the questions oh my god she did it in a

video and it is posted on her YouTube channel holy crap that's awesome

Ashley thank you so much okay and I know since this is posted on who your YouTube

channel you won't mind if I go ahead and give this information oh my god I've had

to wait until I calmed down enough and this is me calm I had to wait until I

stopped screaming with joy before I could shoot this video okay guys I asked

her in one of my other videos my hummingbird her song called

hummingbird is not on her album she actually answered the question and this

is what she said okay now this is approximately what she said if you want

the actual answer from her the link to the video is in the description below

and you guys can go and watch the video and see exactly what she said but

hummingbird is a very special song for her and it's not on the current album

because they have other plans and these are pretty huge plans for this song and

I'm so glad that they do because this is such a great song okay

they actually her and I believe and if I get this wrong please forgive me but I

believe it's her producer of this they wrote a book together to go along

with the song humming Berk and at some point they're hoping to release the song

and the book at the same time and when they do they are going to try to set it

up to where they can do a tour to places like orphanages and and children's

hospitals and places like that and they want this song to be a very meaningful

very powerful very inspiring song so it can be like a guiding light and maybe

inspire not just kids but teenagers and young adults and well pretty much any

body but especially to the kids okay but for a full-blown explanation to hear it

me oh my god actually you have rocked my world honey oh my god I love it and I

have to say that when you did that little snippet of love gets me every

time oh my god Oh oh my god honey you you

How to Draw a Horse Silhouette With Backlighting - Narrated - Duration: 3:16.

Hello my friends and welcome to another Tuesday of tutorial!

I am Leonardo Pereznieto and today we will paint a light silhouette

of a horse.

We started with the neck and now here the top of the head.

The jaw will be about here, and let´s do the other side of the neck.

Going almost straight down.

This drawing is going to be very simple, but it should deliver a nice effect.

I hope [laughter].

We draw the snout, which comes down from the forehead and it is

a bit triangular.

And let´s intensify the light on this side because this area is the one that

will be catching the most illumination.

The lips over here which they should stick out a little bit.

And let´s make the snout thinner.

Like so.

And I erase with a kneaded eraser.

Of course I am drawing with a white pastel

on black paper.

The complete list of materials is in the description below the video.

And the idea is that the horse is been illuminated with a backlighting

and therefore we only should see the silhouette.

We draw the ears which are pointing up.

Maybe they should be just a little bit longer.

I erase the back of them since they are not getting as much light.

Alright!

Now let´s define the shapes a little bit better,

with some roundness over here

and let´s mark each lip,

like so.

And I clean up the drawing with the eraser.

Let´s increase the light on this front side.

Here at Fine Art-Tips sometimes I make more elaborated works of art

which sometimes maybe a little bit difficult to duplicate, so I like

combining those with some very simple sketches, like this,

but with nice effects, that are easier to do.

And let´s draw some fog here.

Which we can soften with the hand.

Please let me know in the comments if you would rather have more of the

complicated tutorials or more of these simple ones, or if we should keep

making a combination of both.

I give it the last touches, clean up with the eraser and soften

the fog...

And it´s ready!
