There are different ways of saying hello

In the morning, in the afternoon and in the evening, okay

Here are the different ways of answering the question. How are you?

Okay. So the most common way is I'm fine, thanks

Another possibility for thanks is thank you. So I'm fine, thank you

Thanks is more informal then thank you but it's the same thing. Okay, you can say thanks or

another possibility when you are very fine is

I'm great!

or you can simply say I'm okay

A ore informal way is I'm doing great

Or I'm doing fine

When you're just fine you can also say

not bad

And when you are really fine, you can also say

Pretty good
