GOOGLE Pixel 3 could be the most powerful phone ever produced by the tech behemoth if
a new leak is to be believed.
Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL are two of the most highly-anticipated Android flagships of the
year.
The original Pixel was a great smartphone, while the Pixel 2 refined the experience to
make for an even better device.
But the latter suffered from a number of problems, most notably a blue tint on the Pixel 2 XL's
OLED panel.
Google will be looking to address this major complaint and rumours have also been swirling
the tech giant could put a controversial notch on the front of the Pixel 3 XL.
The speculation continued when new photos emerged of an alleged Pixel 3 XL device sporting
the design compromise on XDA Forums last week.
But now a new leak has emerged suggesting the Pixel 3 XL will sport super-charged specifications.
The hardware was recently listed on Geekbench's database, spotted by WinFuture, showing the
potential internals of the phone.
Geekbench is a benchmarking platform used prominently within the technology industry
to analyse performance.
Once it has rigorously tested a piece of hardware it will give a score for both single-core
and multi-core performance.
This allows consumers to get an idea of how fast a phone will be before they test it out
for themselves.
The Google Pixel 3 XL will come with a Snapdragon 845 processor and 4GB of RAM, according to
the listing.
The device is also said to come with Android P pre-installed.
Ultimately, the Pixel 3 achieved a single-core score of 2,426 and a multi-core score of 8,355.
In comparison, the iPhone X achieved a single-core score of 4,207 and a multi-core score of 10,123.
Meanwhile, the Galaxy S9+ achieved a single-core score of 3,361 and a multi-core score of 8,673
on Geekbench's official listing.
Although the scores don't always reflect real world performance, the indication is that
the Pixel 3 XL is set to perform very similarly to current flagships on the market.

Kailyn & Chelsea Discuss Their Reunion Fears | The Sneak Peek Show | MTV - Duration: 3:55.
- What's up guys?
Welcome to The Sneak Peek Show.
I'm your host, Erik Zachary, and I've been working hard
all weekend to get these clips of an all new Teen Mom 2
and Floribama Shore ready for you,
and I'm proud to say, I've accomplished that goal, okay.
So first up, let's take a first look at tonight's
Teen Mom 2 where things, for a lack of a better word,
get a little explosive.
Yeah, while in New York filming a reunion,
Briana and Kailyn well, things get heated between them.
And by heated, I mean things are thrown
and hair gets pulled.
Here's a first look at tonight's episode where
Kailyn voices her concern about the reunion to Chelsea.
- [Chelsea] Hey! - Hi!
- Oh my god, you guys look cute!
Oh my god. - Hi.
Where's the bump?
- Hello.
- [Kailyn] Can I feel the bump?
- Yeah. - It's so tiny!
(laughs)
- [Lindsie] Hi! - Oh my gosh!
- [Kailyn] This is Lindsie. - Nice to meet you.
- [Lindsie] Nice to meet you. Look at the baby.
- [Chelsea] Yes, I am almost 24 weeks.
- [Kailyn] I'm the biggest one.
- [Kailyn] So, over halfway? - Almost six--
Yeah.
- [Kailyn] And you're that little.
You look so good.
(Chelsea groans)
- Do you think it's gonna be good?
The reunion? Or no.
- I'm not scared of my part for the reunion because
I know everyone is going to be separated
and it's not going to be a (bleep) show like last year.
- [Chelsea] Cause last year was a little--
- I'm more concerned about unseen moments.
- Just because we're all together.
The reunion always brings up issues
and the unseen moments sometimes do
because they'll show things that you didn't know.
- [Chelsea] Just being in the same area?
- Briana's mouth is reckless.
She commented on Instagram that my son's father
beat my ass in front of my children.
So at this point, you're making false accusations
directed towards people you don't know,
talking about my children, talking about me.
She post, "I wasn't talking (bleep) and shut the
"(bleep) up cause she gets beat the (bleep) up
"by Chris in front of her kids.
"Goodbye."
She said one comment that crossed the line.
I don't care about Javi, I don't care about
what happened last year, I don't care about any of that.
The fact that you said what you
said on social media was not okay.
Part of me wants to hit her and part of me
doesn't feel like a mug shot and charges
are worth everything that I've worked for.
I'm accomplished, she's not.
- Ooh, the tension is building, yeah, Kailyn knows it,
Briana knows it, and after that clip
I think it's pretty safe to say we all know it.
Now after Teen Mom behind the screams
is an all new Floribama Shore where Codi
doubles down on his crush on Candace.
- [Candace] Can I go the (bleep) home.
I want to go home.
- [Aimee] We're going home, we're going home.
- [Candace] (bleep) this (bleep).
I'm over Codi.
He ain't never try to holla at me until yesterday.
Bruh like are you kidding me?
"Oh Candace I'm in love with you."
You know that was some bull(bleep).
And then on top of that you know (bleep) damn well
Codi was up your (bleep) last summer.
But he said, "Oh well the only reason I was going at Aimee
last summer was because I wanted you
and I wanted to make you jealous.
- He said that he used me to make you jealous?
- [Candace] Yeah.
- Last summer me and Codi did a lot of things together.
We spent a lot of time together.
He's like my best friend.
So it really hurts my feelings that he used me.
I thought me and Codi were closer than that.
Why would Codi say that?
Everybody already knows I feel like (bleep) about myself.
I thought he was my best guy friend though.
- [Nilsa] I thought so too, I thought he was our
- [Aimee] That's so (bleep) wrong on so many levels.
- Candace is already pissed off.
Aimee's upset and everyone's been drinking.
(Bleep) about to hit the fan.
- Yeah, I don't know about you
but I don't see that going well, like even a little.
But if you disagree with me, or if you agree
let me know in the comments below.

Three Blind Mice | Bob The Train | Nursery Rhymes For Children - Duration: 15:35.
Bob The Train...
Did you hear the story of the Three Blind Mice
Three blind mice.
Three blind mice.
See how they run.
See how they run.
They all ran after the farmer's wife
Who cut off their tails with a carving knife,
Did you ever see such a sight in your life,
As three blind mice?
Three blind mice.
Three blind mice.
Went to check their eyes.
Went to check their eyes.
The doctor gave them spectacles,
The mice could suddenly see very well,
They thanked the doctor and said a farewell,
The three blind mice
The three blind mice
The three blind mice
Went back to their home.
Went back to their home.
They all ran after the farmer's wife,
Who screamed and ran for dear life,
The mice had already hidden her knife,
The three blind mice
The three blind mice
The three blind mice
They bought some medicine.
They bought some medicine.
They put the cream as they sang a song,
And back their tails all long and strong,
They all were happy and lived a life long
The three blind mice!
"That was a curious tale!
See you next time!"

Will Supercomputers Create Virtual Maps of Your Body in the Future? - Duration: 4:30.
Imagine a world where you have your own medical avatar,
a sci-fi-like profile that's made out of your real-time health data.
After all, you can lift up your car hood and diagnose your engine, or open up a program
on your computer to see why it's not working properly.
So, what if we could do that with our own bodies?
LARRY: When I talked to the doctor, I said, 'Look, here's a problem.
You don't really understand the three-dimensional structure of the thing you're gonna be operating on,
and I do. But I'm gonna be under anesthesia,
and I can't help you.
And you're gonna have knives inside of me.
And that's messed up.'
Dr. Larry Smarr has been studying his anatomy in such minute, extreme detail
that he recently directed his own surgery, by providing doctors with what is essentially Google Maps
for his body.
This revolutionary, interdisciplinary thinking is quickly earning Larry recognition
as the father of personalized medicine.
LARRY: 'How 'bout you come over to my virtual reality cave, and, as patient and doctor,
we will look at my full colon and decide where point A and point B is
you're gonna make the cut?'
And she says, 'Wow, that's like my 16-year-olds do with video games.'
I said, 'Yeah.
We want to take video games into the surgery suite.'
When I was a kid, I got the visible human.
And that was a plastic doll, except it was transparent, and all the organs were in there.
And you could take it apart like that.
It was only in the last ten or fifteen years that I realized that using computer graphics
and the amazing advances in imaging modalities like MRI and CAT scan, that we could put those
two together, and actually generate a transparent version of basically anybody.
Larry has been collecting 3D visualizations and time-series data on his body for almost
a decade, and amassing it all into a model of himself that can be experienced in VR.
He fondly calls this fascinating medical avatar "Transparent Larry."
LARRY: I was tracking my colon by using MRI imaging.
Whenever I had a colonoscopy, I'd tell 'em, 'okay, well, give me the video.'
I'd spend hours watching the video inside me.
It turns out mine comes up, and then it goes, loops way down.
Quite contorted compared to what the textbook looked like.
That's different than the next person.
And that's different from the next person.
How different?
Well, we can, through the magic of computer graphics, know that.
By sifting through his own health data, Larry was able to work with his doctor to diagnose
himself with colonic Crohn's, a form of inflammatory bowel disease.
LARRY: The time had come to have a resection of about six to eight inches of the colon.
When it came time for Larry's operation, he wanted to make sure his surgeon had access
to all the comprehensive information that he did, enhancing both their confidence
in the operating room.
LARRY: One thing that motivates me to do this work: I just know how terrified people are
of things like the unknown of surgery.
They don't know because they don't see inside themselves.
This was a highly trained team; A+.
So if you could remove all of the unknowns they were gonna run into
because it's you instead of somebody else, then I felt quite calm.
And I think that actually meant my body was able to heal itself much more quickly.
Larry believes the future of medicine will be to transform our 'sick-care' system
into a true, preventative 'health-care' system — by allowing you full access
to your body's data to make better-informed decisions.
But just how far away is this world of holistic digital healthcare, where we take charge of
our well-being using transparent Tamagotchi versions of ourselves?
LARRY: The combination of the technology and the kind of responsibility for themselves
that you're seeing the millennials take, that's a good sign.
If we can harness those things together, we may just get that revolution in personalized
medicine sooner than we think.

Defense ministry's preparatory task force team aims to launch the new military intel.. - Duration: 2:15.
The DSC, a military intelligence unit embroiled in a scandal involving plans to invoke martial
law, is now no more.
The defense ministry followed up the disbandment with plans to form a task force to prepare
a new intel command.
Park Ji-won updates us on the progress made thus far.
A preparatory task force, according to the defense ministry's regular press briefing
on Monday,... will focus on creating a new military intel command,... by the first day
of September.
The preparatory task force team officially kicked off on Monday morning,... and is made
up of 21 members,... led by Lieutenant General Nam Young-sin . Nam was appointed to spearhead
the reform of the military intel unit last Friday by President Moon Jae-in.
The defense ministry said the new military intel command will be set up by a new legal
framework,... which will clearly state the obligation of the intelligence unit's members
to stay politically neutral,... and prohibit the monitoring of civilians.
"The ministerial ordinances,... which will be newly enacted,... stipulate the new intel
command's missions and organizations,... as well as the basic principles of its members'
duties,... the obligation of staying politically neutral, the prohibition of monitoring civilians
and the prohibition of abuses or misuses of its authority.
The new ordinances also include clauses that provide grounds for formal objections,...
regarding orders that go against those principles."
The new ordinances also create a new post of the intel unit's inspection director,..
which will be taken up by an active-prosecutor.
A military source told Arirang News Monday that,.. although the newly-created command
will continue to assume the fundamental roles of the previous military intel unit,.. such
as anti-espionage activities and military security issues,... the newly-created intel
command will have more detailed frameworks that will prevent deviation from its original
role.
The military intel command came under fire,... as a series of confidential dossiers drawn
up early last year aiming at illegally interfering into domestic politics,.. were released to
the public.

Trump heaps praise on his administration's tariff policy - Duration: 1:48.
Trade wars are good, and easy to win.
A statement Donald Trump steadfastly stands by still.
Not only is he insisting everything's going just fine, the commander in chief even gave
himself a pat on the back, claiming the measures helped create jobs and wealth in America.
Kim Hyo-sun shares with us his remarks.
In a series of tweets over the weekend,...
U.S. President Donald Trump celebrated his administration's tariffs on imports from trade
partners,... including China.
He said on Sunday that the tariffs are working big time,... adding that countries need to
make products within the U.S. to avoid further taxation.
The remark can be interpreted as his willingness to continue pressuring Beijing,... which has
fired back at Washington by imposing retaliatory tariffs on U.S. imports worth some 60 billion
U.S. dollars.
A day earlier, President Trump also tweeted that tariffs have had a tremendously positive
effect on America's steel industry,... adding it has led to more jobs and wealth.
As the trade war between the world's two largest economies rages on,... the Wall Street Journal
reports that such tensions have put South Korea's Samsung Electronics in a (quote) "uncomfortable
spot."
It explains that Samsung is trying to navigate through the trade war between the two countries,...
as they are among the company's biggest markets,... accounting for nearly 40 percent of its revenue
last year.
And at the same time,... the report says Samsung has also been facing tariffs within the American
market,... including a whopping 50 percent duty on its washing machines.
Despite such challenges,... the article quoted industry analysts who say Samsung does have
some protection,... explaining how many companies are heavily dependent on Samsung's components
for their own products.

Xavier Leflaive: "Los instrumentos de fijación de precios envían el mensaje de que el agua escasea" - Duration: 1:13.
A number of options that can be combined. I don't think there is one
silver bullet. One important element is to send a message that water scarces.
Pricing instruments can do that so putting a price on fresh water is a good
instrument to make people realize that water ir scarced and that reuse
water can be a good opportunity, a good alternative. Regulation is also
critical. Also a point which usually goes unnoticed is the what
you call in entitlements, water rights. Who has the right to use water
when it is scarce. This takes the form of an allocation regime and that's a very
powerful instrument as well to signal people that they may be I mean the water
is a finite resource and reuse water can be useful and variable alternative.
-------------------------------------------
Xavier Leflaive: "La reutilización de agua puede ser una fuente muy confiable" - Duration: 0:42.
Well a diversity we think water reuse can be a very reliable source of water,
in particular when water is scarce and I think the conference is very
welcome and also very timely because I notice that on the agenda you discuss
not only technology but also regulation, which i think is an essential driver and
also financing. So I think it moves away from the typical focus on technology and
that's very welcome.

Xavier Leflaive: "Muy pocas comunidades entienden el valor del agua cuando es escasa" - Duration: 0:42.
Well, there are a few, I think. A couple I would like to highlight is the fact
that very few countries actually or communities around the world actually
value water. Very few communities understand the value of water when it is
scarce and that's a major drawback and something that has to be overcome if we
won't wish water reuse our we clean water to spread more.
