Cousin Skeeter's Robert Ri'chard Reveals His 10 Minute, No Gym Workout Secrets | Body Of Work - Duration: 6:26.

(pop music)

- It happened on October 13th, 2013.

And I was suffering from a broken heart,

I lost a loved one in a relationship

and I remember feeling so helpless and so weak.

And I could walk into a room and smell her perfume,

and collapse, it hurt that bad.

And I thought to myself,

is there a way that I can make myself stronger?

From within and sort of build myself back up?

It wasn't until about four years ago

that I really started to focus on how do I create

a better value of life,

and that's when I sort of discovered this road

to fitness freedom.

These abs got built in 10 minutes a day.

No weights, no gym, no travel.

Let's get right into it.

We're going to start off in a plank.

We all have things, routines,

that limit us and combat out priority to our health.

Whether you're an executive,

if you're on the move,

whether you're severely overweight

and you've never known fitness,

and you don't know where to begin.

So I figured what's the best approach?

I figured ask the expert so I went and talked

to my doctor and asked him what working out was?

And it turns out that working out is actually creating small

micro tears in your muscles.

And it doesn't matter if you're running, swimming,

doing crossfit, all these things were creating

these small micro tears,

so using science, we figured out the most effective way

to tear muscle.

And essentially what we did was we brought

the pool work out,

which is face down,

when you're in the pool you're swimming face down,

isometrics, to land.

If I ask anybody in the world to break a pencil,

or break a chopstick,

everyone would do it the same way.

They would snap it in the middle.

What you wouldn't do is you wouldn't try

and squeeze a chopstick.

You wouldn't try and pull it apart.

And you wouldn't try and twist it,

because you know, just like I know,

it's an inefficient way of breaking that chopstick.

I can give you two chopsticks

and you can continue to break them.

So we created this workout routine that's basically

this snapping motion of your body,

where your waist is the middle of your quote,

unquote, type pencil, and so a lot of it is just you

on the ground and moving that waist up and down.

Creating that motion,

and it actually effects the entire part of your body.

This is what my office looks like.

There's cast members, crew members everywhere.

There's film equipment all over the place.

And let's take a look at the food table.

So I've got a big mouth,

and everyone knows that.

So I'm no stranger into changing what we're eating.

So here's a typical movie set and we've got chips

and things that I don't deem to be too healthy,

but my influence is this stuff.

I require that we all have greens on our set.

We've got strawberries, blueberries, a little bit of nuts,

and greens, and also fruits.

I eat the colors of the rainbow al the time.

Things that are red, orange, yellow, green, and purple.

Talking about health is also talking about nutrition

and I really believe it's the 80/20 rules.

20% of the activity, 80% of what you put in your mouth.

Now me personally, I really encourage people

to eat the colors of the rainbow.

Things that are red, strawberries, tomatoes, chard,

those type of things.

Things that are orange like turmeric, carrots.

Things that are yellow like pineapples, lemons,

even honey which is a great for your immune system

and for the digestive system.

Things that are green like kale, spinach,

spirulinas, too, is very, very healthy.

And then things that are purples, too,

like blueberries, blackberries, beets, even pomegranates.

Deep deep colors.

But the more colorful your diet,

the more healthy your diet.

We've had a lot of advances in science as far

as protein goes,

and a lot of people are very pro vegan protein.

Me, I do believe that a healthy balance

of fish and chicken is a great way

to get proteins,

and those are the ones I use predominantly every single day

along with the heavy vegetables.

When I started Highway Fit,

I noticed I was probably about 30, 40 pounds overweight,

based on my height.

And my BMI, which is my body mass index was above 25,

which is overweight,

getting on obese side.

And I worked on myself first,

and lost about 30 pounds in about a month.

And then immediately my first customer was

a woman named Tiffany Carr

and she is in Wilmington, North Carolina.

She walked into a Gold's Gym,

and I was standing right there at the front desk,

and she said, I'm 28 years old,

I'm 400 pounds, and I just want to be under 200 pounds

for my 30th birthday.

And I thought to myself,

what could I do to help her

and to serve what her goals were?

So I took her over to the side of the gym,

and been doing the same exercises that I'd been doing,

and modified it a little bit so that she could do it,

and it was actually accessible and attainable for her,

which is great.

And then there was this great joy,

this sense of accomplishment,

that what was the workout, her beginning of her road,

she was able to do from the first day.

And the next day she brought her aunt,

who was 55 years old.

And now I've served 10s of thousands of people,

I have 120,000 people on my Instagram follow me,

just for health,

and just a couple weeks ago,

I had a woman who's 60 years old who told me

that she's lost 50 pounds in two months.

So, I think that this is something that's

really trying to change society and enrich culture

by providing education, fitness education,

health education for positive health practices.

7 Interesting Facts About AHSOKA TANO You May Not Know - Duration: 4:37.

Hey everybody and welcome to Leia's Lair.

In this episode, I will be going over 7 interesting facts you might not know about Ahsoka Tano.

If you are enjoying the videos, please give them a like, share and subscribe to the channel

so I can continue making them for you.

Number 1: She faced off against Darth Maul 2x

The first time was during the Siege of Mandalore when Maul tried to taunt Ahsoka.

Ahsoka and Maul had a brief duel, before her and her allies ended up baiting him into a

trap, capturing him in a ray shield.

While she could have killed him, she opted to save her friend Rex instead.

The second time was in Rebels, when Maul and Ahsoka locked lightsabers just before she

was reunited with her former master, the now evil Anakin.

Number 2: She faked her own death to survive Order 66

After witnessing the aftermath of Order 66 Ahsoka and her friend Rex decided to fake

their own deaths in hopes that it would throw the Empire off their trail.

Together, they created a fake grave for Rex, with an inscription saying he killed Ahsoka

in battle.

To make it more believable, Ahsoka also left her lightsabers around the grave site.

Number 3: Her headdress signifies an accomplishment from her past

The headdress she wear over her montrals is the mark of a great accomplishment.

It could only be worn by someone who had slain the dangerous predator, the akul.

The triangular pieces are made from the teeth of this creature, which supposedly wreaks

havoc in the Togruta homeworld.

When exactly she did this is unknown, but it would have been sometime during her youth.

Number 4: There is a good chance she new about the relationship between Anakin and Padme

"You know, you and Anakin make a good team."

"Thanks.

I could say the same about the two of you."

"Thank you Ahsoka."

Ahsoka spent a lot of time with Anakin and Padme, both separately and together.

Therefore there is a good chance that she was aware of the relationship between the

two.

This becomes evident in the Clone Wars episode "The Wrong Jedi" when Anakin tries to

convince Ahsoka to stay, telling her, "I understand.

More than you realize, I understand wanting to walk away from the Order," to which she

replies, "I know."

Number 5: She can deactivate lightsabers using the Force

This is a skill reserved for people who are particularly strong with the Force.

Ahsoka shows this skill during a duel in Rebels, when she uses the Force to deactivate the

lightsaber of the Seventh Sister.

Other examples of individuals capable of this skill are Yoda, who deactivates Asajj Ventress'

lightsabers in the first episode of The Clone Wars, and The Son, who deactivates the Jedi's

lightsabers in The Clone Wars Mortis arc.

Number 6: She was originally found by Plo Koon

Jedi Master Plo Koon found Ahsoka on the Togruta homeworld while he was on a mission.

Sensing that the then three-year old Togruta was Force sensitive, he brought her back to

the Jedi Temple where she trained as a youngling.

When she turned 14, she was granted the rank of a Padawan and became the apprentice to

Anakin Skywalker.

Although Plo Koon was not her Master, the two still maintained a special bond.

"It is good to see you safe, Little 'Shoka."

Number 7: She fought alongside Chewie

She met Chewbacca during the Second Battle of Felucia in the Clone Wars, when she found

him trapped by Trandoshan slavers.

"Chewbacca says he can build a transmitter from the wreckage on the beach."

She, Anakin, Plo Koon, and their clone troopers were dispatched to fight Separatists on Felucia,

but running against the Trandoshans lead Ahsoka to the Wookiee.

And there you have it!

Thanks for watching everyone!

What did you think about these Ahsoka facts?

Do you know any other interesting facts about her?

Let me know down below in the comment section.

And remember to like, share and subscribe to the channel for more great videos to come.

I hope to see you all again in Leia's Lair.

Caveira: Nerf or Buff? - Patch 3.4.2 Rainbow Six Siege - Duration: 8:47.

What's up guys, Rogue-9 here and as you may already know, Patch Year 3, Season 4 .2

is currently live on the Rainbow Six Siege test servers and this patch includes some

re-balancing for a hand full of characters.

Caveira, Clash, Kaid, Rook and Doc are all going to change somewhat in the future and

especially the Cav changes have been the source of a lot of discussion.

The patch notes claim that she is getting nerfed but is that actually true?

Let's go and find out!

This video is sponsored by Moot, a community platform dedicated to players of the world's

most popular games.

Basically the platform offers you the opportunity to stay in touch with the communities of your

favourite games by sharing the latest memes, guides, highlight videos and discussions,

which are regulated by a simple up- or downvote system that helps highlight the most relevant

and entertaining posts.

Now, the platform also comes with a brand new "Looking For Teammates" feature.

Let's say you're looking to get together a squad for Rainbow Six: you can do this by

either creating a post or responding to an existing one.

Filters include the platform and game mode you are looking to play and each post has

a convenient comments section at the bottom where you can get in touch with your new team

to arrange the first match.

So if this sounds like something that would be useful to you, go ahead and click the appropriate

link in the description below!

Back to the patch notes and as you can see, they are arranged in reverse order of complexity,

so why don't we start with the simple stuff at the bottom before working out way up!

The MP5 used by both Rook and Doc is getting a max. damage nerf from 30 points, down to 27.

This will make this version of the MP5 the weakest of the three types, with Mute's

MP5K and Echo's MP5SD remaining at 30 points (I double checked just to be sure).

After drop-off, the GIGN MP5 will now do 18 points of damage, down from 20.

So that's basically a 10% decrease at all ranges.

What does this mean in terms of the gun's combat efficiency?

Well, in this chart, I have calculated the number of shots required to down or kill an

opponent at all ranges, for all three armour types.

The average kill distance in Siege is just below 10m and as you can see, up to a distance

of 19m there is no change against level 1 and 3 armour opponents while level 2 armours

will already require one shot extra.

Once you get out to long range spawn peeks of 25/26m plus, you will need one extra shot

against all three types of armour.

So even though this nerf is only 2 or 3 points of damage less, we can see that the effect

is quite significant, especially when we consider that level 2 armour is the most common character

type on the attacking side and spawn peeks are going to become just that little bit harder

against all types of attackers.

Moving up the patch notes, we can see that Kaid's AUG A3 SMG is getting a faster Aim

Down Sight time of 300ms instead of the old 450ms.

This brings the gun in line with all of the other SMGs and to me that makes perfect sense.

There was no reason for the AUG para to be the only SMG in the game to have the slow

ADS time and the new time should have really been in the game from the very start of the season.

On to Clash and she is getting a pretty decent buff that will turn her SPSMG9 into a quasi-primary

weapon by giving it full-auto capability.

This will allow Clash to be a little more independent which is an important improvement

for players that tend to solo-queue and don't always have the luxury of being able to play

with reliable teammates.

I do find it a little bit of a shame though that Clash's P-10C pistol is basically becoming

redundant because why would anyone choose to run the sidearm when you can pick a full-auto

SMG instead?

But that aside, let's look at what the changes mean for Clash's combat effectiveness.

Full-auto instead of the 2 round burst, new recoil and 40 extra bullets to carry.

Relatively straight forward and as you can see in the background the new recoil actually

stays quite manageable up until the 7th shot of a burst.

From shot number 8 onwards, the recoil can become quite unpredictable but as long as

you aware of that and you time your bursts accordingly, you should be able to control

the gun just as easily as before.

And to round things off, the SMG9 is also getting a 10% damage buff across the board

from 30/20 to 33/22.

A 10% decrease for the MP5 made a significant difference but the same is not true for the SMG9.

As you can see, against level 1 and 2 armour opponents, the required shots to down/kill

stays exactly the same, both at short and long range with only minor differences at mid-ranges.

The only real benefit we will see for Clash is against level 3 armour attackers… so

that's Montagne, Fuze and a couple of the recruits… that's it.

Basically, the damage upgrade is nice to have when dealing with opponents that have already

lost just the right amount of health for it to make a difference, but against full health

opponents, you're going to benefit only against a small group of operators.

And finally, the most controversial changes of all.

Caveira is getting a major damage nerf to her pistol, a change in damage drop-off, a

recoil increase and increased hip fire spread.

I compared the hip fire spread before and after the nerf and we will basically have

to deal with a 50% increase in spread at all stances.

This definitely makes hip firing less viable for Cav from now on.

As you can see in the side by side comparison, the recoil increase is also no joke.

After the patch goes live, we will face more vertical recoil for each shot, plus the gun

will have a distinct tendency to wander off to the left, whereas it used to stay relatively straight.

Three less bullets per magazine is not a huge change in and of itself but it just adds that

little bit of an extra burden to Cav players going forward.

Long pre-fire bursts or taking out three or more opponents in one mag will become just

that little less viable from now on.

For the damage nerf, let's go straight back to the spreadsheet and as you can see, not

only are the minimum and maximum damage numbers changing but the drop-off curve is getting

pushed back quite a bit.

As of the current test server build, the damage drop-off will start at 12m (like for all other

pistols) but it is very shallow and won't bottom out until around 35m, making the Luison

actually more powerful at mid-ranges from 16-31m.

This means that we get a mixed effect on the required number of shots to down.

As long as you are hitting upper body shots, at the average combat distance of 10m or less,

there will be no change at all against any of the three armour types.

You will still get a down in 2 shots.

Leg shots are a different matter though.

With those, you will already need more hits, even up close.

As already mentioned, at medium ranges, the new drop-off makes the Lusion more powerful

but once you get out to those really long ranges of 33m plus, you will notice that the

new damage stats are very weak and you will need a whole bunch of extra hits, even if

every shot hits the upper body.

So: nerf or buff?

Well, the Lusion is becoming harder to control, it will have less ammo and it will be significantly

weaker at very long ranges.

And even at close range, you will need to be more accurate in future, because 2 leg

shots just won't be enough to get a down anymore.

Yes, at medium ranges from around 16-31m (depending on armour type of your opponent) you will

occasionally need up to two shots less to get a down (and that's with upper body shots)

but all in all, once you add all of the changes to the gun together, I would still call this a nerf.

Cav players will need to be a bit more accurate and will need a bit more manual recoil control

in order to remain as effective as they are now BUT I believe that skilled players will

adapt to these changes pretty quickly.

And that's it!

What are your thoughts on these balancing changes now that you have a deeper insight

into what they will mean for us?

Leave your comments below!

As always, thanks for watching, I hope you enjoyed the video and I will see you in the next episode!

How To Passcode Lock Apps on iOS 12 - Duration: 3:41.

hi everyone Aaron here for ZolloTech and I wanted to show you how you can lock

your app so you can't just access them individually now some of the apps such

as notes allows you to do this however there is no way to just lock all of your

apps built into iOS 12 but there is a workaround and I saw an interesting

article on MacRumors comm that showed how to do this and I didn't see any

other videos about it so I thought I'd make a video now what you need to do is

go into your settings and then you need to go to screen time now screen time

some people say uses battery I have not found this to be true so if you don't

have it on already I really find it uses no battery whatsoever so go into screen

time and then in screen time you have a Plymouth's so if you go into a

Plymouth's you'll see it wants me to create a passcode so I'll just create

one two three four for now and then you can add a limit so you tap on add limit

and then you can select all of them all of your different apps individually or

we can do this one by one if we if we really want to so if we'll go back here

for now and what we want to do instead is tap on all devices and then if you

want to select the device individually tap on devices select your device this

is the iPhone XR and then you'll see all the different apps so we'll tap on

Twitter and then add a limit now we can add more apps later on so go to your app

and a limit and then select one minute and then also hit add and that's an easy

way to do that but if we go into Twitter again we can edit apps and add any app

we want in order to lock it down so maybe we want to add let's add a couple

more maybe we'll add Facebook how about Instagram my mail I want to

lock that and then also maybe we'll lock music then we'll hit add now all of

these are locked after one minute so if we go home you'll see right now it's

locked and it's dimmed out if I want to go into

Twitter or inbox or Instagram I can't do that without

my passcode so let's go to music we'll tap on music and you'll see it says time

limit you've reached your limit on music so we'll ask for more time enter the

screen time passcode and then we can approve it for 15 minutes an hour or all

day if we do 15 minutes it'll lock every 15 minutes now this is not the best-case

scenario it is one way to do it and you'll see these other apps are locked

for now as well Twitter will do the same thing and each app will do this

individually at 15 minute increments if you want to lock them down so hopefully

that will help you lock all of your apps down if you want to do that individually

and until Apple adds this maybe with iOS 12.2 or iOS 13 in June that will

probably come out in the following September we don't have in a specific

official way to lock app so but that is one way to work around that problem so

again it's locked and our screen time passcode and then we can open it up so

it's pretty simple and straightforward and hopefully that will help you lock

your apps down now if you have any other questions or comments or things you'd

like to see I'd love to hear what you have to say in the comments below if you

haven't subscribed already please subscribe and like as always thanks for

watching this is Aaron I'll see you next time

TEMPLOS de JAPÓN: KYOTO ⛩🎋🎋 | #12 Vlog JAPÓN - Duration: 19:03.

today we begin our first day of visit to Kyoto and we have taken a

bus in the center of the city to come to the Kinkakuji temple that is

known as the golden temple

this temple seems like you can not get close

nor visit it alone is a sight panoramic from outside

the temple of Kinkakuji is part of the set of historical monuments of

the ancient city of Kyoto and is one of the most famous temples in the city

these are the entrances to the golden pavilion first I thought so bad

it's only to see it because the pavilion golden can not be visited but with

these tickets so funny and so cute worth it

in this pond in front of the temple there numerous islands and stones that

they represent the history of creation buddhist

Well here we have Kinkakuji

the golden temple

and me in honor of the golden

so they can say later that the boys are not presumptuous

in honor of my colleagues in Storm that the golden logo I have put the

super Storm shirt

to go to sets in the temple

in 1950 this pavilion was set on fire by a monk who did not have 100% his

mental abilities

all this that you see golden color is real gold

after the temple we find the gardens that have maintained their design

original since the 14th century

this temple in addition to housing relics of Buddha is a World Heritage Site

finally we get to the outside of the temple with a tea house, shops of

souvenirs and the Fudo room

and now we leave the Kinkakuji temple to continue the route through Kyoto

we have taken a bus full of guiris that takes us in three stops to another

temple that is called the temple of Ryoanji

Ryoanji is a Zen Buddhist temple that before of becoming a temple was residence

aristocratic until 1450

Upon entering we found the old residence of the superior monk

when you approach here comes an aroma

here among other things there is a exhibition of calligraphic painting on

the role of sliding doors

one of the main attractions of this temple is a dry garden

one of the most famous in Japan

in this garden they say there's a

mysterious optical effect On top of the gravel there are 15 rocks but they can never

see 15 at a time

then there are the people sitting here counting the rocks

to see if he sees 15 but you can never see 15 at a time

we have counted myself up to 13 and Xavi up to 14

What do you think about the stones?

Do we say it smoothly?

yes, gently

what of the stones should have another

transcendence another or origin because the fact that 15 stones can not be seen

at the same time being one after another and only being able to see from a side

but is that even if you saw it from the other side you see here are behind

the only way to see them would be from above

the intriguing thing would be that all the

stones were the same size and did not they could well but there are big stones and

small stones and small ones are just behind the big

because to see it you have to go around there is no other choice but that I do not see

no ocular mystery

Iker Jiménez, you do not need to come

here to investigate anything because you're not going to get nothing clear

we are looking for footwear again go out

with a stuffy nose

the exterior of the temple is surrounded by gardens, other buildings and some monuments

and surrounding the great pond of this temple we are going to follow the route

and from the Ryoanji temple we have taken 2 more buses towards

the forest of Arashiyama a bamboo forest

Arashiyama is one of the most important points tours of the entire city of Kyoto

here are many things to see how to dedicate a whole day

but as we do not have all the day let's go straight to the bamboo forest

it seems that the bamboo forest has to be there isolated from everything but it's in

a really super tourist area a lot of guiris, a lot

of Japanese, a lot of shops, full of people taking photos, recording

a lot of souvenirs, come on, it's from the most tourist sites where we have

state at the moment

The truth is that if you have time to dedicate you can be all day

walking around here seeing temples because there are a lot of temples

what today we want to see many things in Kyoto and we go with time a little fair but

is to walk around here quietly get lost in these streets and you're full

of stores, food stores, people wearing traditional kimonos

the truth is that it is super nice

on this path is what leads to the bamboo forest As you can see, tourists

and now yes after the bustle we we enter the bamboo forest

this bamboo forest is one of the corners most inspiring and photographed from Japan

it is said that a walk by this Vegetable sanctuary is like a purification of the soul

something that can not be transmitted neither with words nor with images

there are some super fat bamboo trunks I believe that with two spans I would not cover it

it does not reach me, look, touching the longer finger and it comes to me here, so imagine

something like that

and it's not in the base is at a height of five feet or so

my mother, just passed a butterfly that looked like a bird

Well, it's definitely spectacular

yes and here there is a lot of extension and you do

an idea of what a bamboo forest is

not like that bit that we saw Where was it? in Osaka

here it really is a huge forest So much

we just saw a little sign of these to take pictures for dogs

Are you enjoying our channel? Well, if you do not want to miss anything, subscribe

after a lunch break we have come to Ginkakuji temple

on the other side of Kyoto

this morning we have visited the western part and now we're

in the east part

we come quite a extremis because they close at 5 and it's 4:40

but hey, it's going to give us time to see it

this temple was built in 1474 and He tried to imitate the beauty of the temple

gold but silver coated instead of gold

although the temple was never covered with silver plates so despite the

name the silver shines by its absence

in almost all the gardens we have seen a lot of people working

pruning the trees, removing the herbs and so they keep them beautiful

following the tour around the temple you will reach the beautiful garden of

moss all full of small streams and ponds with islets, stones and bridges

this sanctuary is all integrated in nature and that's why it's considered a

very spiritual site

and Xavi loves moss

yes I love it much better than the lawn

I like this more than the grass

the Ginkakuji if it is less ostentatious than the Kinkakuji but has a beauty

special that has made it part of the list of historical monuments of the

ancient Kyoto, all declared Heritage of humanity by unesco

the visit to the silver temple has gone by the hair because they were closing the

alleys behind us

by the way good silver equal to another hour

yes it looks something silvery but we have not seen anything but very nice

the gardens are brutal and it's worth it

very zen all

an orange ice cream and fruit has a piece of kiwi, a piece of strawberry
