so today! tadaa 7 and i holding's premium select series.... 'myoujou' style ramen
the famous ramen made by 'rokukaku yama' based out of Yokohama
keeping things 100 I've actually eaten this stuff many times already
its so yummy and I totally love this flavor
and I wanted to tell you all about it today
I'm not pushing this on you guys at all
alrighty lets eat
this comes with a packet of flavoring oil that you add to this afterwards
and then... this is what it looks like inside
meat and onion are in it
tadaa I've added hot water to it I was so afraid of having it overflow so I've only used 8 packs
and now I'll add the oil flavor packets
a somewhat tanslucent yellow color
mix it a bit and....
tadaa its complete itadakimasu
these noodles are medium T H I C C
and the soup looks like this
its soy sauce and pork based broth
its a soy sauce flavored pork broth its so rich tasting and yummy
the soup is on the milder side the noodles are of a medium thickness and are a bit chewy
yummy rice would go nice with this
this style of ramen really goes perfectly with rice
gettin' so hot in here
whenever I shoot videos in the winter its always cold before eating
but as soon as I start eating I get so hot right away
the soup is so rich tasting yet mellow
the thickly cut gr. onions that are in here vary up the textures making for a great mouthfeel
the Kawaii bits of meat that resemble char siu they're tiny but well.. they're in here
are these char siu made by 'rokukaku yama?' they're diced up char siu bits I think
these medium thick noodles pair so nicely with this soup
It's got a bit of a toothsome feel to it And it's so yummy
I'm halfway finished this bowl of noodles And I'm super craving some rice right now
I only have some frozen rice on hands And by the time I heat it up and everything
These noodles would probably be Super soggy and gross, I guess I'll just go without
But then again, if I microwave the rice It would probably be done by the time I'm done and noodles
I'mma go microwave some rice BRB
I've gone and set them in the microwave I guess it's now a contest between whether I can
Finish these noodles first or the microwave Is done heating up my rice
Tada the rice is now ready
I also grabbed some seaweed While I was at it
This pork based broth Goes so nicely with it
Perhaps it's because the soup is so rich That it makes me crave rice so much
(your translator ~Aphexx~ is using dictation software to make these subtiltes. Mistakes are inevitable please be chill about it)

Rice is a perfect accompaniment with this I wouldn't call this gelatinous but it's a very T H I C C soup
and very rich tasting yet mild its so yummy
