Justice Dept Launches New Clinton Foundation Investigation - Duration: 2:11.

The Justice Department has launched a new investigation into wrongdoings at the Clinton

Foundation following months of pressure from President Donald Trump

The new investigation is looking into allegations that the Clinton Foundation used "pay to

play" politics and other illegal activities while Hillary Clinton was U.S. secretary of

state.

According to a new report from The Hill FBI agents have started a new inquiry in Arkansas,

where former President Bill Clinton and his wife, former Democratic presidential candidate

Hillary Clinton, started the charitable organization.

At least one witness has been interviewed in the last month and law enforcement officials

said additional activities are expected in the coming weeks.

Reuters report: In response to a request for confirmation, a Justice Department spokeswoman

said the agency did not comment on ongoing investigations.

There was no immediate response to a request for comment by officials at the Clinton Foundation.

The organization previously said there was never any trade in policy decisions for contributions.

Democrats have accused Republicans of launching a spurious investigation of Clinton, the 2016

Democratic presidential nominee, to divert attention from Special Counsel Robert Mueller's

investigation into possible collusion between President Donald Trump's election campaign

and Russia.

The Hill reported that the officials, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said the

probe was examining whether the Clintons promised or performed any policy favors in return for

contributions to their charitable efforts or whether donors promised to make donations

in hopes of government outcomes.

The probe may also examine whether any tax-exempt assets were converted for personal or political

use and whether the foundation complied with tax laws, the newspaper cited the officials

as saying.

A witness recently interviewed by the FBI told The Hill the agents' questions focused

on government decisions and discussions of donations to Clinton entities during the time

Hillary Clinton led President Barack Obama's State Department.

explode in those tanks are gonna go flying this Manhattan tower building if

you hit it it will explode apart you've got one building there that has already

been like knocked down but if you hit it it will

load we've got the Empire State Building here which is a 3d model if you hate it

it will also explode I comes with Manhattan streets full of soldiers and

tanks everywhere and then you have the mecca Ghidorah there and have a nice big

giant Godzilla Wow this is really a sweet set ah let's

go ahead and remove Godzilla and the mecha

Ghidorah so you can see here the set from above I mean if you stay on the set

here it's really cool because this this building here also does pop out the twin

towers here the way it's curved and makes the buildings look like they pop

off so it does really look like a city set so anyways let's go ahead and check

off the exploding building okay so the missiles fit we've got Dilla's mouth

here you're gonna push his head here so that is like a representation of his

atomic breath so let's see what happens to the Empire State Building when

Godzilla attacks with his atomic breath

haha and then we have the base piece there too but then let's check out the

Manhattan Philby

and then we have the room

so you can also have Godzilla attack the tanks with his automic breath or you

have a helicopter flying up there Godzilla attacks with his atomic breath

oh man and then you have a bunch of little soldiers ok so before we go any

further let's go ahead and check out the Godzilla and the mecha Ghidorah that

comes with the set so Godzilla he is a good size you can see about the size of

my hand over there ah he does this fire missile so you go ahead and load a

missile into his mouth if you push on top of his head there fires the missile

with a really good velocity because you gotta hit these buildings pretty hard to

get them to explode so also this guy okay

his legs don't really either on me he put it in there it's pretty much set to

how you put it in there claw he is really cool so he is a big guns in law

and red eyes here

clear off big arms with claws he's got like huge silver spikes on his

back big huge tail that does move around and then the mecha Ghidorah his heads do

move they are removable so you could go ahead and pop his head off like if he

gets into a fight with Godzilla I guess you could have Godzilla rip his head off

so uh he's got a gold head here really cool detail red eyes a silver head here

with green eyes in another gold head with red eyes he's got wings here that

are really flexible it's like a rubber type material no movement on the legs

and his tab does attach and detach here you can see it almost looks like

missiles coming out of the back of his tail so like I said guys this is a

really awesome set when I seen this set I was like wow I gotta get it it's

totally

what a battle that was good till the first good Torah or Mecca get tomorrow

Former Secret Service Agent: Clinton's Secret Trips to Visit Mistresses Endangered Lives - Duration: 2:26.

Former President Bill Clinton's late-night jaunts to meet women endangered the lives

of Secret Service agents according to one former officer, and in one particular case

left a man severely injured.

While the media is pouncing on a new tell-all book about the Trump White House, another

book revealing new details about Clinton is largely fading into the background.

Gary Byrne, a former agent whose post involved protecting Hillary Clinton and working outside

the Oval Office in the 1990s, has written a new book titled, Secrets of the Secret Service:

The History and Uncertain Future of the U.S. Secret Service.

In it, he chronicles the numerous times Clinton tried to get the Secret Service to allow him

to sneak out of the White House and meet up with women outside his marriage.

Byrne claims that the man we call 'Slick Willie' would often leave the White House

and meet up with "well-known and lesser-known mistresses."

He said that Clinton initially tried to get the Arkansas State Police (presumably already

in on the game) to help protect him, then tried to sneak out in a lone car driven by

a long time aide.

Because of these issues, Byrne says, the Secret Service compromised and provided him with

a tiny motorcade that would obey traffic laws so as to go undetected around D.C.

That kind of behavior almost got one agent killed.

"An unnamed Uniform Division officer trying to keep up ran a red light and was T-boned

in an intersection, suffering a traumatic brain injury," writes Paul Bedard at the

Washington Examiner.

He and two others were injured in the accident.

"Were Clinton's sordid personal affairs worth an officer's life?"

Byrne asked.

In a previous book, Byrne claims that he walked in on Clinton engaged in sex acts with someone

who was neither his wife nor famed former intern Monica Lewinsky.

He also famously warned officials of Lewinsky's odd behavior years before the affair became

public, which included late-night access to the West Wing despite her being a low-level

aide.

"Was that the duty we had signed up for," Byrne asked in his latest publication, referencing

protection for Clinton while he carried out affairs.

Their lives were a constant struggle for a number of reasons.

They lived together in a dangerous neighborhood of Kansas City that was riddled with drugs,

violence, and crime.

To make matters even worse, they were barely scraping by and paying the bills was a daily

concern.

There was, however, one moment in Klynn's life each day that she never took for granted:

waving to her favorite local police officer.

That routine brought a smile to both of their faces on a regular basis.

One day, when Klynn didn't show up to wave to him, the officer immediately realized something

was wrong…

See, Klynn and the officer had became close since she saw him every day.

It wasn't long before she began to recognize him as an important person—and figure of

stability—in her life.

But there was a lot the officer didn't know—such as how Klynn and her brothers would often

go without food.

When they needed to eat, as a last resort, Klynn would venture to the local 7-Eleven

to steal various food items.

She knew that what she was doing was wrong, but she also knew that she and her family

had to eat to survive.

It wasn't even an option.

Though the officer didn't know how dire Klynn's family situation was, he still felt

something was amiss when she didn't show up to wave that one fateful day.

So, he walked up to her house to see what was going on.

There, the officer found the girl lying on the floor and severely sick.

She told him that she couldn't breathe, so he scooped her up and rushed her to the

nearest emergency room, where she was diagnosed with severe malnourishment.

He ended up saving her life that day.

"Through all the bad situations, I would just picture him saying that he was here for

us—and that if we ever needed him, he would be right there," Klynn recalled later.

"He would always protect us.

So those words would come to me during the worst times of my childhood life."

Years after the officer rescued her, Klynn still remembered the events that took place

that day and all that he had done for her.

"He was that one person that I trusted in my life as a kid," she said.

Roughly 20 years later, she determined how she wanted to repay him for his kindness.

Klynn realized she'd never actually learned the officer's actual name.

So she logged onto Facebook to find the Kansas City Police Department's page to see if

she could identify him.

She managed to reach Sergeant Jennifer Jones, who emailed Sergeant Jeff Colvin.

In her email, Sergeant Jones informed Sergeant Colvin that a little girl who had previously

lived near their police station had reached out on social media and was looking for someone

who fit his description.

Sergeant Colvin was shocked.

Sergeant Colvin suddenly realized who the girl was.

Luckily, he had vivid memories of rescuing Klynn that fateful day years ago.

"I had actually thought about her, and wondered whatever happened with her," he said.

Finally connected, Klynn and Sergeant Colvin made plans to meet.

When they finally did, she had the opportunity to thank him for what he'd done for her.

"I just never thought that this would happen, to find my hero," she said.

Of course, her thanks meant a great deal to Sergeant Colvin.

"Most times we go through our career not realizing we truly helped anybody out,"

he recalled.

"That was the case with me, where I wondered if I was even in the right career path."

Their reunion also allowed Klynn to reveal all he'd done for her that day.

In rescuing her, he helped her turn her life around and get on the right track.

Now she wanted to be a police officer, and she'd even enrolled in an academy in Houston,

Texas.

After Klynn arrived home that evening, she went on her Facebook page to personally thank

Sergeant Colvin for what he'd done for her.

"Story of the day.

I finally found my hero, again," her post read.

"Thank you, Kansas City Missouri Police Department!"

"Jeff Colvin is not just a hero to me, but my guardian angel also.

He was there when I had no one," wrote Klynn.

"I want him and every police officer to know that what you do, no matter how small

or big, you can make a positive impact in someone's life, like he did mine."

It wasn't long before Klynn's post attracted the attention of the Kansas City Missouri

Police Department, who shared it on their page.

Then, people from all over began liking and commenting on it.

One commenter in particular who loved what Sergeant Colvin had done for Klynn wrote about

how inspiring the story was to her.

It also allowed others to share how much respect they had for what he'd done all those years

ago.

Klynn was so thankful that she not only got to share the heroic story of Sergeant Colvin

from when she was a child, but that people around the internet were able to be inspired

by it as well.

He was most certainly a hero!

It just goes to show that you never know the impact you have on someone's life until

they let you know.

Thankfully, Klynn had the opportunity to let Sergeant Colvin know just how much his actions

that day meant to her.

are actually there?

I'm sorry to make you think about that. Truth is nobody can actually know the answer.

That's because what decides the order of the posts is an Algorithm

and as all the algorithms in the internet they are pretty much very, like very secret

actually machine learning is making the algorithms so

complex that, maybe, not even its creators completely understand what is the decision criteria

However,

the basic elements of the algorithm, especially

instagram algorithms, are known. And if you are trying to rank in the top of your follower's feed,

knowing these basics can definitely help.

Since 2016 Instagram does not rank its feed following a chronological order.

After the changes,

Instagram now ranks posts based on what it judges to be more relevant to the users

Relevance measures the probability of post to be liked, commented, shared, or, in other words, to receive

interactions from its viewer the overall objective of the algorithm is to keep the user using the platform

So, it will prize a post with a higher ranking if that post has the "ability" of engaging a user

And it will penalize with the lower ranking if a post is skipped too often or if the user simply quit

Instagram when they see that post.

Every algorithm is operated by a robot also called a bot

and its operation is kind of super complex because it involves a mathematical model,

plugged into a super powerful computer,

Programmed to run into a machine learning framework

So, nobody can say that "knows" how the algorithm works or can teach you how to "beat" the algorithm

You're not going to beat anything, i'm sorry

However, Instagram has released some of the guidelines that are actually rules their algorithm, and,

something that we do know is that the algorithm's major function is to gather data from the user actions

and make decisions based on that data

So, when an user likes a post from a particular profile it's telling the algorithm that, maybe, I want

to see more about that.

And the algorithm is understanding that that kind of post might receive some more

interactions from that particular user in the future.

The result, is that the post from that profile is going to rank higher in the feed of that user

The idea here is to show, to the user what they want to see,

instead of what being posed in the last hour.

This is why it's so

important for your pictures to get likes. And to get likes, your pictures have to be amazing

and to get amazing pictures you need to buy a $10,000 camera

and hire a professional to get the pictures for you.

Just kidding.

They, also say that the newsfeed rank is not based on a popularity contest but,

if you click a post on the top you usually

has tons of likes!

To solve this, you can run a contest yourself. Just create a post asking for likes comments and shares and

offer a prize to the winner. There are also free tools to do this. The bests are Woobox that offers several

contest options and Wishpond that allows you to track

hashtags within the contest. There is actually another way to gain engagement which is

to create or to join a "Pod". Well a Pod is a group of collaborators that agree to like each other's post

so they can increase their rankings this is not very much well seen in the web community

because this practice is pretty much like pure spamming.

But, if you want, you can find Pods looking into Facebook groups, Reddit or

just, Google it for more information.

These two methods are still effective but, Facebook might ban them soon

and, if Facebook does, Instagram might follow.

Because, Facebook owns Instagram just in case you don't know this by now.

There is actually more acceptable way to rank high and it's using the best hashtags you can

to do that try to use

Display Purposes in your desktop or

download Focalmark in your phone. These tools will give you suggested hashtags based on your search

inactive profiles. If a profile is not posting much is less likely to gain engagement and thus,
