29 years I been a big Alabama fan.
Walt is 34 years old
and he is quite a character.
He was born with Down Syndrome in 1983
and he had a heart issue
and he's had open heart four times.
If you ask Walt anything about Down Syndrome,
he will say
"But I have Up Syndrome!"
Even when he's sittin up in the hospital bed
after he'd had open heart,
he's flirtin with the nurses
and listenin to country music.
So he's just always happy ...
unless Alabama loses a football game.
How would you describe yourself?
As a nice person.
Describing Walt ...
I definitely just say, just energetic.
Really optimistic
and just a happy guy.
He's always smiling.
He's always cheering us up
and makin sure we're all right.
Walt is, you know,
high energy.
You know, just spiritual, you know?
He definitely makes you smile whenever you talk to him.
And he has a great sense of humor,
he's very witty.
So he just comes out
with somethin that you're not expecting.
It's the key to your locker at work?
Yeah I used to have a locker
but it's the key to my apartment
or my hot tub.

He says that he has about 20 girlfriends.
So he always thinks everybody's his girlfriend
and everybody's his friend.
My favorite part of Tuscaloosa would probably had been
probably those wild parties I go to.
When Walt was in high school
he was voted most school spirited.
He's dedicated.
He's probably one of our more dedicated fans.
This is a FC Championship ring
that my dear boys gave me.
He's part of this team, you know.
He's here every week.
He shows up,
he gives us scores, encourages us.
When he was in the sixth grade,
he was havin trouble at school
because it was a new school to him.
I ran into Coach Stallings
who was a friend of my father's
and asked him if I could bring Walt on Thursdays
to practice,
and then I would bribe him during the week and say,
"If you have a good week at school,
"you get to go to practice."
So we started goin to practice on Thursdays 22 years ago.
One Thursday I took Walt to practice,
he had heard on TV
that they were talkin about Derek Henry
possibly bein one of the four runners for the Heisman.
So when Derek comes out, Walt says,
"Here comes the Heisman."
And so - this was at the beginning of the season -
and I kept sayin,
"Walt, you cannot talk to Derek Henry about the Heisman."
And so every week, he would say,
"Here comes the Heisman!"
So then the next week, he said,
"When are you goin to New York?"
So, I said, "Walt you can't say that."
He said, "Well I didn't say Heisman."
He really helped change my priorities,
you know, quickly.
Things that I thought were important
were no longer that important.
We've, you know,
helped to educate people.
Alabama athletics became a big part of Walt's life
really from the beginning.
Walt knows a lot of people in Tuscaloosa,
so we'll be out in public and somebody'll say,
"Hey Walt!"
And I'll say, "Who's that Walt?"
And he said, "Oh that's so-and-so,"
so he just knows a lot of people.
I like to work here, (mumbles).
I been here
been here 31 years.
I would tell everybody, "Good morning,
"have a good day at work."
Walt's dedication is something
that really stands out from everybody else.
He's been there every single Thursday
since my freshman year,
and I'm pretty sure he's been there
a whole lot longer than that.

Antifa Brat Sues Trump Supporter She Assaulted, Judge Removes Her Smile With 7 Epic Words - Duration: 4:59.
After brutally assaulting one of President Donald Trump's supporters, a female Antifa
leader sued the student whom she attacked in a bid to silence him.
However, once the judge heard her case, he issued 7 brilliant words that quickly wiped
the smile off her entitled face.
Like all good fascists, Berkeley Middle School teacher Yvette Felarca, who leads designated
domestic terrorist group Antifa-based faction By Any Means Necessary (BAMN), has spent her
fair share in handcuffs for political violence, i.e. terrorism.
Whether punching those who disagree with her or thwarting them from demonstrating their
peaceful First Amendment rights, Felarca's unhinged Nazi-style approach toward conservatives
is hailed and justified by the left as a perfectly reasonable response to thought crimes.
Of course, Felarca knows that while violence and oppression are staples of the left, the
most effective way to silence the opposition is by using our own laws and liberties against
us.
This is exactly why she filed a restraining order in September 2017 against Berkeley College
Republicans President Troy Worden, despite harassing and assaulting him.
Lying that Worden was stalking her at BAMN events, the femi-Nazi was granted a temporary
restraining order.
Fortunately, Felarca's manipulation of the judicial system as her own weapon to punish
the innocent conservative student leader has backfired in the best possible way.
Not only did California Commission Thomas Rasch of the Superior Court of Alameda County
drop Felarca's restraining order against Worden, determining that it "had not been
filed in good faith," he ordered her to pay the conservative student a whopping $11,100
in damages and legal fees, according to Campus Reform.
Rasch determined that not only had Felarca obtained a restraining order under false pretenses,
she had also intended to use the temporary order to punish Worden for his political views.
Worden, who has made numerous appearances on national media in his capacity as a Campus
Reform correspondent to discuss his ongoing battles with the Berkeley administration and
who was voted a winner of Campus Reform's 2017 Higher Ed Heroes Award, remarked at the
time that "Felarca's frivolous legal actions were meant to intimidate [him] and hinder
[his] political activism."
Of course, Felarca's not through the wringer just yet.
The Antifa militant still faces charges from September 26, 2017, for rioting, obstruction,
and battery, according to Berkeleyside.
Although the odds were undeniably against Worden in left-leaning California, Harmeet
Dhillon, head of the Dhillon Law Group, lauded the ruling as a win against the enemies of
free speech, adding that Felarca has a history of "filing and dismissing utterly frivolous
cases against innocent targets."
"Felarca and her fellow travelers in BAMN [By Any Means Necessary]/Antifa need to learn
that the California courts are not their personal plaything to use and abuse at will by filing
baseless and vexatious lawsuits," she added, with Worden noting that the restraining order
prevented him from exercising his free-speech rights on campus.
"This marks the second time in two months that Felarca and her lawyers have been ordered
by an area court to pay the attorney fees of their opponents for filing legally and
factually unsupported claims in court," Dhillon added.
"True victims of harassment/stalking/assault need the courts to be available to them as
a priority, not clogged with fabricated claims pursued in bad faith."
Breitbart reports that Worden's attorney, Mark Meuser, Felarca's habit of repressing
conservatives with restraining orders has officially come to an end, as she knows her
next offense will be even harsher.
"By ruling that she did not demonstrate good faith in filing the restraining order,
the court recognized the frivolous nature of Felarca's actions," Worden's attorney,
Mark Meuser, added.
"The award of attorney fees should send a strong signal that she cannot abuse the
court system to silence speech."
Felarca's illegal routine was simple — file an emergency temporary restraining order against
a political opponent, which would thwart their ability to demonstrate in areas she occupied,
and then not arrive for her court date to present evidence that she requires a permanent
restraining order.
In Worden's case, Felarca was granted a temporary restraining order in September and
even applied for a permanent order but dropped her pursuit on the day of the October hearing.
Just as Felarca planned, this prevented Worden from exercising his right to protest on campus.
Felarca is learning that her Nazi-style tactics don't hold up against our nation's exceptional
freedoms.
Hopefully, she is convicted of her violent political crimes and spends hard time in prison
for her treasonous efforts.

been ordered to pay legal fees for a failed attempt to get a permanent restraining order
against the former president of the Berkeley College Republicans at the University of California,
Berkeley.

Alameda County Superior Court Commissioner Thomas Rasch ordered Yvette Felarca, the leader
of By Any Means Necessary (BAMN), an Antifa, or anti-fascist, group, to pay $10,000 in
attorney's fees and $1,100 in court fees, The Berkeleyside reported Friday.
Rasch said that Felarca's legal actions against Troy Worden, the former head of the
Berkeley College Republicans, were not brought in good faith.
Felarca's attorneys dispute that characterization, according to The Berkeleyside, and have vowed
to appeal the ruling.
"By ruling that Yvette Felarca did not demonstrate good faith in filing the restraining order,
the court recognized the frivolous nature of Felarca's actions," Mark Meuser, Worden's
attorney, said after the decision, according to The Berkeleyside.
"The award of attorney fees should send a strong signal that she cannot abuse the
court system to silence speech."
Meuser testified in court that actual legal expenses were around $178,600, and that he
was seeking a higher reimbursement, according to The Berkeleyside.

The case involved two political opponents who played large roles in 2017's conflicts
concerning President Trump, conservative speakers, and free speech issues on campus.
Felarca is a national organizer for the far left group By Any Means Necessary and has
protested vigorously against the speakers the BCR brought to campus, including Milo
Yiannopoulos and Ben Shapiro.
Worden was president of the BCR until he was ousted late last year.
But his actions with that group propelled him into the national limelight.
Felarca got a temporary restraining order (TRO) against Worden in September after alleging
he was stalking and harassing her for her political activities on campus.
A judge initially ordered Worden to stay 100 yards away from Felarca, but later reduced
that distance to 10 yards.
Felarca then applied for a permanent restraining order in October but withdrew the application
the day of the hearing, making Worden the prevailing party entitled to receive lawyer
and court fees.
"Felarca filed a frivolous restraining order that restricted Worden's First and Second
Amendment rights and made it difficult for him to move around the campus to attend classes,"
Meuser told Fox News in November.
Worden said he and many other UC Berkeley College Republicans faced months of harassment
and violence.
"I have to look behind my shoulder whenever I am on campus and especially when I am engaged
in political activism," Worden said.
"The No. 1 public university in the world and the so-called 'birthplace of the free
speech movement' is anything but.
It is the place where America's conservative youth are daily under threat of violence,
lacking the support of the university administration, police, or city," he added.
"The Free Speech Movement is dead, and the left has killed it."
Oh, by the way Felarca is scheduled to appear twice more in court in January, once for a
pretrial hearing on felony charges she incited a riot in Sacramento in June 2016 and once
for various misdemeanor charges surrounding her actions at a September protest march in
Berkeley.

According to a report from The Hill, Clark is now set to actually stand trial over his
words to the hypersensitive snowflake on Facebook, after the incident had occurred.

will face trial for taunting a man on Facebook, USA Today reported.
Clarke is set to stand trial on Jan. 22 after he called Daniel Black a "snowflake" on
Facebook.
Black said that Clarke abused his authority to harass him after an encounter on an airplane
on Jan. 15, 2017.
No criminal charges were filed in the case, but Black also filed a civil rights lawsuit
against Clarke.
A judge on Friday dismissed many of the charges, but said a jury should decide whether Clarke's
Facebook posts were threats or retaliation against Black.
"Cheer up, snowflake … if Sheriff Clarke were to really harass you, you wouldn't

The U.S. Constitution was created to fix its weak government and replaced the
Articles of Confederation so the government would have liberty, justice,
and tranquility. It is divided into seven parts called articles that were made
over 200 years ago. Each of them are created for a specific way to run the
U.S. government. Today, we are going to be looking at four of these documents!
So, let's begin.
The first article created the legislative branch, which created two
houses of Congress. The House of Representatives and the Senate.
The House of Representatives has two-year terms while the Senate has six-year terms...
which is a lot longer! So my representative in the house pays a lot
more attention to constituents like me. Article Two created the executive branch,
which gives the president power to veto laws passed by both houses of Congress.
Congress can still override the veto, only with a two-thirds majority though.
Without the second article, passing laws would be hard because say half of the
U.S. agrees and half doesn't, so then there's lots of arguing and the law
never gets passed. The Third Article created the judicial branch, including
giving powers to the federal court system. The President appoints federal
judges and justices to the Supreme Court. The judges hold the position for life as
long as he or she adheres to the Constitution. So if there's a judge I
don't agree with, unfortunately, I'm gonna be stuck with him/her for a long time.
Lastly, the Fourth Article is about the interconnection between the states and
the federal government. It supposes that all the states are equal to each other
and should respect each other's laws, and the judicial decisions made by other
state court systems. It also explains how new states can join the Union. Even today,
we see the conflict between states rights and a strong federal government.
In conclusion, the U.S. Constitution is sort of like English governance, but it's
still linked to America. The government has three branches, the legislative,
executive, and judicial branch that have the responsibility to check on each
other and balance things out. So without the US Constitution, the government
wouldn't be very organized, the government would be very weak, it
wouldn't be able to make States pay taxes, there would be a lot of chaos!
