Hi friends, this is Ramya from wildturmeric. In this video I wanted to share

an amazing hair oil and shampoo for kids that promotes very fast hair growth.

For the hair oil, take a cup of unrefined coconut oil in an iron kadai. Now add in

a teaspoon of curry leaf powder. Add in a teaspoon of bhringraj powder too. Finally,

add in a teaspoon of neem powder. Now mix well with a spoon. We usually make this

oil with fresh herbs but I wanted to make it with herb powders as fresh herbs

may not be accessible to many of you. You can order all these herb powders

easily online. Both bhringraj and curry leaf promote hair growth and neem

prevents scalp infections and head lice. Once mixed well, boil this mixture in

low to medium flame. Making hair oil with dried powders is different from making it with

fresh herbs. Since there is no moisture, the powders tend to burn quickly so

always do it in low flame. With fresh herbs, we know the oil is done when the

sizzling sound stops. With dried herb powders we have to go by the smell, once

a nice smell wafts switch off immediately.

Now strain this mixture using a clean white cotton cloth. Squeeze well to

strain out the oil completely.Now store this oil in a bottle and use regularly.

This oil will last well for five to six months at room temperature. This oil has

a nice smell and is very gentle to be used in kids above 3 years. For kids

below 3 years, I would suggest using only pure virgin cold-pressed coconut oil. If

you have access to fresh herbs, make the oil with them as it gives the best

results. To use, massage this oil on the scalp, wait for 10 to 15 minutes and then

wash it off. You can also use this oil as a daily application hair oil.

For the shampoo, take 1/2 cup of plain water in a cup, add a cup

of liquid castile soap. Now add in 1/2 teaspoon of pure vegetable glycerin to

it. Finally add in 3 drops of peppermint essential oil. Now mix well. Castile soaps

soap bases made with olive oil as a base. They are safe for kids and completely

free of harmful chemicals. Peppermint essential oil added to the shampoo is

well known for promoting hair growth. Vegetable glycerin keeps the hair soft.

This shampoo stores well for two to three months at room temperature.

Adding basslines to major chords - rhythm guitar lesson - Duration: 7:00.

Hi Stuart Bahn here and and this is the first in a series of videos on rhythm

guitar playing. I just did two short videos on Hendrix-style rhythm guitar

playing and they were ways of ad-libbing and decorating your basic chord work in

the style of Hendrix. So I just wanted to continue building on that and show some

other ways to upgrade our rhythm guitar playing. Today's video is going to be

about applying bass lines to major chords. Now this is particularly

important for when you're playing in a situation with no bass player. So for

example, if you're in a duo maybe you're accompanying a singer, or even just doing

a solo gig on your own, it's nice to include bass notes; at least the

important ones, when it's playable. Obviously we can go too far giving

ourselves impossible parts. So I'm going to start with a song that I've done many

times in different bands. Here are the chords first of all.

So nothing particularly interesting going on there. Just A, D and E. In the

meantime the bassline for this song goes like this...

Now in the absence of a bass-player you're just going to have the A, D & E

like I did before. And it seems a

real shame not to include those bass notes and it's pretty playable. I'll just

play it back for you and then we'll break it down a little bit.

So I'm holding A and the bass goes...

so that was A ... then I'm barring to include the B bass note.

Then third finger on the C#. And that's all still A. Then for the D I'm

choosing this D chord for those two little pecks.

But you could go with the open D.

I just prefer the sound of this bass note to this which is a bit puny

And then from D... it's DDE. and then the bassline - I think I played it

two different ways just then, but anyway it should be...

and you could conceivably keep the E down.

A little bit tricky that last one though.

So that's the kind of thing I'm talking about.

A couple other quick examples with other

chord shapes, something like C, you might wanna just think about the

major scale notes. Now you need to know a little bit about theory to know exactly

which notes are available to you in specific situations but it's a good idea

to at least get going by thinking about the C major scale notes.

So here's is the C. Here is the descending C major scale...

as far as I can go. That was...

C B A G F E

D you have to do there

and then you're back on C. Now you can play

that C major chord with all those bass notes

And it gives you a lot of potential for decorating that C. So if your tune went...

you might make it more interesting by going...

You have to use a bit of judgment to decide whether that's right for the song

it might not be. Sometimes just a couple of bass notes might be more interesting

and might be suitable. So here's a G, and you might go...

and that's not really drawing too much attention to itself. It's just providing a

bit of movement. So that's a little bit on open chords. Let's just quickly talk

about bar chords. So here's a C. In this context I'm just going to talk about

major pentatonic. We touched on this in the Hendrix video but it's slightly

different now. If your tune goes like this...

you could easily add a bit of bass

to that by just using major pentatonic notes. And I would suggest these...

So for this C, it's 3 and 5 on the A-string, 3 and 5 on E-string. So I

could try things like this...

and that just creates a bit of movement. It's a kind of typical

bass line that a bass-player might do if he had nothing else to do and didn't

want to just really pump away on that root note. Same sort of thing with the

second most common shape. But unfortunately it's a little bit more

awkward. You could go... root, 2 there's your second note there. Unfortunately to

include this note you would have to change to a different G. If this isn't a

familiar chord shape then don't worry about it too much but you could go

Now that is a G power chord. 5, 7 8 with the third note of the scale included.

You could do here as well.

Oops. Mistake.

So here I'm keeping the diagonal part of

that G chord, and just putting a third note in there. So it's a little bit more awkward

You could potentially do other notes.

And so on.

So I hope that's in some way useful. It's pretty limitless the amount of

different ways you could apply a bass line to these chords. But if you start

with some of these suggestions and force yourself to get it into your playing, of

course putting it in your practice regime, you should find that these become more

familiar and more easily accessible in the moment when you're playing. As usual

SAMSUNG'S Galaxy Note 9 release date gets closer and a new rumour suggests some major

changes are coming to the S Pen stylus.

With Samsung sending out invites to a major Unpacked event in August it looks almost certain

that the Note 9 will be unveiled in just a month's time.

And a new rumour from Ice Universe is suggesting that this next generation device is getting

a major change to one of its most unique features.

The S Pen stylus has been a big part of this phone since it was first released back in

2011.

Since then, this digital pen has seen radical changes including a much more accurate nib

and the ability to be more creative with your content.

Now it seems the S Pen is going to get even better with reports stating that the new S

Pen is getting Bluetooth functionality.

If true, it could mean the pen gets extra features such as being able to control things

such as music or even adding the ability to be used to control long-range self-timers.

Another reason to expect some big upgrades to the S Pen is the invitation which Samsung

sent out last month.

This includes an image of what appears to be a gold coloured stylus with a large button

on the side.

Along with changes to the Pen, we are also expecting Samsung to add numerous other improvements

to this phone.

A better curved display, updated dual-lens camera and more power under the hood all seem

likely.

There's also plenty to suggest a huge 4,000mAh battery will be squeezed inside its glass

body which could make this one of the most powerful devices Samsung has ever made.

Trying to prove that he comes in peace by slowly turning away his eye contact.

That's a smart move Boss-kichi,

Now Boss-kichi is..

Neko-kichi "...what!?"

Boss-kichi jumped down once and for all, but

This time he climbed up from the back side of the tower.

And then…

Boss-kichi "I remember that I could also get up here!"

Boss-kichi "Finally I made it to the castle."

Boss-kichi "Once again, we have solved the problem!"

Boss-kichi "We solved it peacefully meow"

Neko-kichi "So you only wanted to go there from the start?"

And so 30 mins passes….
