Hi everyone and welcome to this presentation of the AAC T10 from Action Army

This one is available in 2 colors: black and TAN

Action Army also offers many accessories and internal upgrade parts to equip and improve this bb gun

It will be very easy to find what your are looking for because this bb gun is compatible with many VSR10 type parts

This AAC T10 is delivered in a cardboard box with the brand markings

A visual of the bb gun contained inside is visible on the top

Otherwise you will find the usual warning messages on the side

Inside, the bb gun is protected by some of the most basic polystyrene

And you will find to begin, a beautiful user manual, very complete, rich in quality and color illustrations

Only downside, it is only written in English and Chinese (I presume)

At the end, you will also find the always appreciated exploded view schema of the bb gun

Then, it is a magazine for the bb gun that will be found

Then a second bigger and more realistic magazine, but this one is dummy

And of course, partially wrapped in a protective bag, the AAC T10 bb gun from Action Army, here in TAN color

Regarding the used materials, they are made of metal for the cooking lever

The entire upper body and breech

The outer barrel

All the accessory rails

The trigger set

And finally, the different slots for sling attachs

For the remaining parts, it's a very good quality plastic for the whole body

The dummy loader

And the cheek rest

Regarding sling attachs, the bb gun offers 3 on each side of it and are all quick detach type but none of this type is standard provided and it will be necessary to get it from another source

The unique marking is an Action Army logo engraved under the stock

At the front, a Harris type bipod mount is present

On the stock, a knob can be used to adjust the height of the cheek rest and the lower wheel will be used to block the setting of this one

The stock butt plate ends with rubber pads, additional extensions (not included) will be available to adjust the length

The safety lever blocking or allowing the shot is next to the cocking lever

3 rails specific to the brand are available on the sides and bottom of this AAC T10

No adapter to standard RIS rail is provided, so you will need to supply them separately

On the top of the bb gun, a standard RIS rail is present, allowing the attachment of a scope, for example

Note that the cocking lever does not rub against the scope when arming, in the up position

At the front of the body, some reliefs are present for a better grip

The hop-up adjustment will be done on the left side of the outer barrel thanks to a small lever to pull or push

This one is quite firm, so it will surely not move, but from antother side, it is quite complicated to fine tune

The ergonomic stock is really very nice, ensuring a very good grip

The bb gun has a 90° and adjustable trigger

The cocking lever is of a good size, allowing a pleasant reloading

The bb gun has an internal screw pitch of 16 mm at the end of the barrel to install a sound suppressor

The magazine with a capacity of 50 bbs, is made of a transparent plastic, allowing to see in game, how many shoots tou can fire, without having to remove it

It is a VSR10 type so it will be easy to get other copies

The dummy magazine is made of a dense plastic and has some markings regarding the type of real ammunition

In addition to increasing attractiveness of the bb gun, it will also be used to carry an additional magazine by hiding this one inside

The magazine is easily put in place

The eject button of this one is just in front of it

The dummy magazine fits not perfectly, especially when the bb gun is brand new but it should improve with time passing

To eject it, a lever on the trigger guard must be pressed

To disassemble the body of the bb gun, you will need to remove 3 screws with 2 different size Allen keys

You will then have access to the pneumatic set, the trigger box, the barrel and the hop-up unit to, optionnaly, modify or upgrade them very easily

Here, at the front of the trigger box is the hole where you can adjust the trigger

During this shot at 40m, my scope was a little badly adjusted and my shots all come at the bottom left of the cardbox or touch my camera support, but the grouping is still very good

Pay attention with the hop-up adjustment, it is tightened very quickly and we easily adjust it too tight causing a jam and you will hear a characteristic noise

Another detail, by arming the cocking lever, it happens that one inadvertently rubs the safety lever, causing some shock markings

To conclude about this AAC T10 from Action Army, I can only say that it is an excellent sniping bb gun

It is quite light, has standard quality internal parts and enjoys a very good finish

These good points also allow, out of box, to have a bb gun offering good performance up to 40m

But no fear, thanks to its VSR10 compatibility, it will be very easy to find upgrade parts in the Action Army or other brands catalog

One of the first things to do (for France), will be to replace the standard type M90 spring with a model a little more powerful, but be careful that the remaining internal parts of the bb gun can resist to more constraints

The only little downside is the lack of accessories provided, as 1 or 2 RIS rail adapter or a QD clip, and the hop-up units nat is not easy to understand

But this AAC T10 from Action Army will delight beginners ,wanting to begin in marksmanship with quite acceptable standard performance

But also the veteran player who would like to enjoy a new VSR10 type bb gun to be used as a good base for an upgrade

so today tadaa an ochazuke porridge haul from "Dayone" I've got 10 of them in total

There are so many different ones to choose from

I ordered these from place that delivers

I like them quite a lot and I order from there often I've never ordered their whole menu before and have only

picked up the ones I prefer all the time

But I'm looking forward to trying out their whole menu All at once

They did have a few that were sold out so I wasn't able to get those unfortunately

But anyways I bought all the ones that were available at the time itadakimasu

So let's kick things off with this meaty 'wagyu' ochazuke porridge

We will now pour the broth on top of the meat

With the weather turning so hot recently It's really nice to have these light and refreshing ochazuke

The meat is so huge

It's lightly cooked through So tender and yummy

I really love that light flavor from the broth

Eggplant

Wassabi goes perfectly with this is well

Next we have is Yuzu citrus and sasami chicken

The chicken is so full of flavor And I love the aroma from the yuzu citrus

next is fried Lotus root and flame kissed mentaiko fish egg

the mentaiko looks so yummy

Since these go perfectly with rice of course it tastes great with ochazuke

I love how the eggs pop in your mouth

The fried Lotus root is so full flavor

The flavor of the mentaiko fish egg Spreads throughout the dish

This is a regular Style ochazuke

Seaweed onion and crackers also some pickles

its made to have broth covering it

The pickles are so salty and bring out so much flavor

pickled plum ochazuke

There's a large Plum and its on top of perilla

The sour plum goes perfectly with rice and really stimulates your tastesbuds

This is a seafood ochazuke Featuring salmon and salmon roe

its a seafood 'oyakodon' (translators note: oyako = parent and child)

its such a baller dish with all this salmon roe on it

It looks so yummy

The salty salmon goes so perfectly with this ochazuke

with all the fish eggs in here its so very Extra

This is something you don't see often curry ochazuke with japanese broth

It's even got this piece of char siu

I'm really digging the curry flavor in this

the char siu pork is so tasty and slightly sweet flavored I love how chewy it is as well

now for a sichuan style ochazuke

It's filled with sprouts Chili Peppers and chinese chives its filled with ingredients

The broth is slightly spicy the mincemeat that's in here is spicy and delish

I love how the Sprouts are so crisp

seasoned pork with home made chili oil

The pork and rayu chili oil are a perfect pairing It's so rich and spicy at the same time

lastly is homemade char siu pork its a pork bowl

its topped with 5 pieces of char siu

The pork broth goes so perfectly with the rice

It's even got takana and nozawa greens on it

It's flavored so nicely and has a nice layer of fat on it

Last mouthful

all done gochisosamadeshita

The 10 ochazuke dishes were so yummy

There are so many different types to choose from the normal one and was so yummy as well as

the curry broth one was yummy as well as the pork broth one

They all have such different toppings on it And they all tasted so great

For hot days like these when you start to lose your appetite some lighter foods like these are perfect for that

Cleaning motivation.

What do you use for cleaning motivation when you don't feel like cleaning your own house?

It's an excellent question, we're going to talk about that today.

Hi, there, I'm Angela Brown, and this is Ask A House Cleaner.

This is a show where you get to ask a house cleaning question, and I get to help you find an answer.

Now, today a homeowner has written in, and she says, "I don't feel like cleaning, like, ever.

How do I get cleaning motivation, to get up and clean my house?"

So, there are about five things that help in cleaning on a regular basis, and I want

to talk about that day.

All right, the very first thing that I want to recommend, is, I want you to make a cleaning caddy.

As a professional, we have cleaning caddies that have all of our supplies in one place.

The reason we do this, is, as we are cleaning, everything we need is in one spot.

So, we're not racing across to the bathroom and opening up the cupboards and getting out

the cleanser, and then we're racing to the kitchen, and we're getting a sponge, and we're

not wasting all this time, because every different room you go in, there are distractions, and

those distractions want to jump out at you, and they want to steal your motivation.

So, what you want to do is get everything in one spot.

So, if you have a cleaning caddy, and you have all of your cleaning supplies in one

spot, what it does, is it streamlines the stuff that you have.

So you don't need carbon copies of this all over your house, you have one set of cleaning

supplies, and it goes from room to room.

Now, the exception to that would be, underneath every single bathroom sink, whether you have

three, four, or five bathrooms in your house, you want to make sure you have a roll of paper

towels, or you have some cleaning cloths.

You want to have a bottle of Windex, or some kind of all-purpose cleaner, and you want

to have a garbage can, because there will quick wipe ups that you can do on toilets,

and vanities, and stuff like that, that are just quick cleanup, if there's some extra

toothpaste, or soap, or something that's left on the vanity.

And then you don't want to run and get all your cleaning supplies, you just want that

underneath every single sink.

But, as far as having all your supplies, one spot.

All right, now that you have everything in one spot, what we want to do is

we want to create a routine.

Now, I love routines for the fact that everything in our life works on a system, and so if you

wake up every single Monday, and you know that every Monday, you take out the trash

and you do the laundry.

It's left to guesswork, right?

You're not going to wake up and go, "Let's see, what am I going to do today?"

No, you already know.

On Mondays, I take out the trash and I do the laundry.

On Tuesdays, it might be that you clean the two upstairs bathrooms.

Every Tuesday, without fail, you clean the two upstairs bathrooms.

And so there's a routine for every single different area of your house, then you don't

have to guess.

And the reason I like taking the guesswork out of it, is because our biorhythms go up

and down, and so there are days when you just feel like a million bucks, and then there

are days when you feel like crap.

And so if you're having a day when you just, guess what, the routine kicks in and you're

like, I've got two bathrooms I have to go clean.

But you know you have to clean them, because that's what you do on Tuesdays.

So, it takes the guesswork out of it.

And you don't postpone the stuff because you feel bad, you just do it because it's part

of the routine.

The routine dictates what you do next.

All right, so, as far as cleaning motivation, how you feel does have something to do with

your cleaning motivation.

So, if you're not in the right frame of mind, and you need a little bit of pick-me-up, we've

talked about focus at will before, and I recommend focus at will, or I recommend something that

is like upbeat music, that has kind of a fast pace to it.

Because your heart will start beating in rhythm with that fast pace, and will help you pick

up the pace, and help you clean the task.

Now, another version of that is, you might have a trigger that goes along with, let's

say a phone call.

Now, I love to chat on the telephone with my mother and sisters.

And, so when they call, and I have different areas of my house assigned to my different sisters.

And I don't know if they know this or not, but when they call, let's say that Miriam calls,

and that's when I dust my banisters, and my stairway, and I do all of my downstairs dusting.

So, I start at the top, and I work my way down the stairs and all the banisters.

When I get downstairs, I do my downstairs dusting when I'm on the telephone with her,

and then by the end of my dusting, it's probably time for me to hang up the phone, and we've

had a good chat.

But, I save that for when I'm on the phone with Miriam.

Now, if I start doing dust, it also cues me in.

Hey, haven't talked to Miriam in a couple of weeks, I probably ought to give her a call.

But, that way I'm working while I'm talking, and with the cell phones, now that we have,

with the earbuds and it's got the little microphone on it, you can work while you're cleaning.

And so you can carry on all those conversations with relatives, that instead of just wasting

time while you're chatting, you could actually be doing something productive.

And that way you're kind of killing two birds with one stone.

All right, so beyond the music, and the talking, what I recommend is that you have a deadline.

And so, the deadline comes to, oh, I've got to be done by four o'clock.

Whatever your schedule is for the day, maybe it's two o'clock, maybe it's noon.

But if you put a deadline on it, that I've got to be done with the whole entire upstairs

by four o'clock, then at four o'clock, you stop and you're done.

And it teaches you to, like, race around and hurry and finish and do a great job, but be

done by a certain time.

Cause if you don't put a time on it, you might drag it out to like six o'clock, or seven

thirty, or eight o'clock, and then you start getting really detailed with the work,

and now you're doing deep cleaning, and the next thing you know,

you've spent nine hours cleaning your house.

The nine hours, though that's a lovely thing, is not duplicable, and so next week, when

it's time to clean those rooms again, you're going to go, I just don't have nine hours.

No, you don't have nine hours, so if you set a deadline, and you say, I can only work until

four, even if you're not finished at four, guess what, you're going to double around

next week, and you're going to finish up the rest of that room.

The deep cleaning that you did on that day, you'll do different stuff in that room next

week, and so eventually that whole room will be nice and tidy, but you stayed to your deadline.

All right, another thing, and this is my last area of motivation for you,

is put a punishment or a reward.

Now, this is kind of foolish, but we're all humans and we all have basic needs.

And so, for me, I might say to myself, well I'm not going to eat again, until this project

is done, and I'm so hungry, I'm like, I'm going to get hangry, which is hungry and angry

at the same time, because I haven't eaten anything in a while.

But, I tell myself, hey ,let me finish and hurry my project, then I will eat.

And I tell myself, I eat nothing, I get nothing to drink, nothing to eat, until this project is done.

And it forces me to hurry and get ready, because the longer I go without food,

the hangrier I get, right?

So it makes me hurry and finish my tasks.

So, you might do that, another one is don't use the restroom.

Cause we all have to go frequently, right?

But if you don't let yourself go, like I'm going to hurry and clean this project,

and then I'm going to use the restroom.

Okay, well, that's a human need, that forces you to get the project done, because if you

tell yourself you're not going to do it, you got to hurry so you can do what you got to do.

Okay, so the punishment or the reward.

The reward of that is, I will watch my favorite TV show once I get this work done.

So, if it's, let's say five loads of laundry, and you're doing the laundry for the week,

you will say, I will watch my favorite TV show once all this laundry is washed and folded.

And, I know you recorded it, so you can go in and watch it right now if you want,

but if you make yourself wait, that will be your reward for doing the work you're supposed

to get done.

So, those are my areas of cleaning motivation, so that you can inspire yourself when there's

no one else to inspire you.

Because as adults, we don't have parents that punish us.

They don't put us in time out, they don't take away our cellphones or something like

that if we don't do our chores.

It's up to us to make ourselves get our work done, and it's not fun.

Like, I don't know a lot of people that really love cleaning, I do know a few, but not a

lot of people.

But it's one of those tasks that just has to get done.

So, if you build in cleaning motivation, and you set the tables with the routine, and the

cleaning supplies, and you have the music, and you have the rewards or punishments in

place, when you get up, you're like, yeah, it's Tuesday.

This is what I do on Tuesday, and then you follow the routines.

Everything happens naturally, and it becomes systematic over time, and soon you're just

doing it and you're not thinking about it, and it's not a big deal.

But, if cleaning is a big deal to you, and your house is constantly a mess, than you

do need to change some systems so that you can create a balanced life that's clean and

peaceful and happy, and there's harmony in your home.

leave the world a cleaner place than when you found it.

How to add an SEO friendly page-Quick tips in WordPress - Duration: 6:47.

Hello and welcome to another new episode of learning simplified.

In today's tutorial we are going to add some pages to our WordPress site via this WordPress

admin dashboard and on the other hand we are required to display those pages into our page

such that users can access that particular page.

So after this we will be concentrating on creating our menu.

But the first thing is we have to create our own page...

If you go to this new section, you can create your own page from here or on the other hand

if you get back to the extreme left tools panel box into your WordPress dashboard, you

will see that here goes the pages from where we will be adding 'new' page.

So just click on it and you can see that here comes the 'add new page' where we have to

enter our title.

Now the very first thing that I would like to add here is that in case of post formatting,

all the things those we have discussed over there, those will be followed in here in to

some extent.

In case of choosing our title it is always an important one.. you are practically creating

new page; you have to define about it; what is this page all about.

If we create 'services' page, and now if we click outside this box, we will now see that

a permalink has been generated and we can see that now the page title is being reflected

over here.

If you edit you can see that you can make this edition from here but it is not recommended.

All you have to do is to create your page with proper planning, that means you need

to set your title first, you need to choose your title, you need to set some focus keyword

and all those things those we have discussed earlier those should be followed in over here.

This is the prime thing that you need to know.

In the second case you might have seen that here comes the page attributes; suppose that

this particular page is a sub-page of another.

That means it has a parent page somewhere.

So you need to set that particular page as we can see that here are some pages those

have been created previously those are now being shown here.

So if you set the parent, this particular page that you have created here, the 'services'

page, it will be sub-page of that particular page that you have set from here.

It could be an about page, or it could be a blog page; home, portfolio, anything it

could be; if you do not wish to keep it under any kind of pages here then all you need to

do you need to set it to 'no-parents', and this will be eventually coming into an individual

page; a main page or a parent page.

And if you set here 'order' then you may proceed; it's kind of follow-in line,command; but if

you do not wish to set anything then just leave it as it is; we don't need to set anything

over here.

The next thing is featured image.

We had discussed previously that what is the importance of featured image and what is the

importance of setting the alt tags there and that is why if you want to set some featured

images here then click here, set the featured image and always check that alt text, title,

caption, description - everything is present over here.

After that set it as your featured image.

So this will be the featured image of your web page.

And within this box that means within this composing text box, use every tag inside this

composed text box.

That means starting from this H1, H2, or those kind of things those we had discussed previously;

we need to mention them here, we need to mention them over here, all those text formatting

options..

This is the option which is practically increasing your search engine presence and that is why

it is always a good practice to use every text formatting option into your compose text

field.

Now for say we are having some text from here, we will copy it and we are going to paste

it inside..

In the same manner we are copying this text from here; so all we need to do we are just

copying them right over here, if you wish to use text formatting options, all of them

then you need to do something like this.....

Now all we need to do we need to save this draft first, that means your page will be

now saved as a draft and we have used an H1 tag; we can use another....

'Save draft', we had discussed previously while we were creating our Post that the minimum

word count should be set to at least 300.

So you need to mention those rules here too..

So everything those we have discussed in case of SEO Optimization in our post creation those

things should be followed in over here except the fact that you cannot set any kind of category

or you cannot create any kind of tag for your pages.

Now all we need to do we need to publish.

Page is now published.

So if we now view our page..

We can see that this is the page, this is the featured image; in case if you wish to

change this featured image then get back, for say we are choosing this one; now all

we need to do we need to update, then get back to your page and reload and you can see

that the featured image is now changed into this Kingfisher and this is the page that

has been created.....

Update, get back to your page and reload and you can see that everything is now in order.

Get back here.

This is the <P> style and it is said to left position.

You can change it to justify; text align left again.

Change it to justify, and justify.....

So update, get back and reload and you can see that all page contents, those are perfectly

set into a justified alignment....

Gimp 2.10.2: Van Gogh Sunflowers Oil Painting - Duration: 6:19.

In this video we will change a photo of a vase with Sunflowers

into a painting of Vincent van Gogh.

The download link for the images is in the video description.

When Gimp is open, we right click somewhere in the window.

Go to file and then to open.

Search for your image, and open it.

Click on the zoom icon in the top right, to maximize the image in the window.

Hit the duplicate button at the bottom of the layers panel twice, to make two duplicates.

Press and hold the shift key and click on the eye of the bottom layer

to make the other layers invisible.

Then activate the bottom layer.

Double click on the name and rename it base.

Hit enter.

Now we go to filters in the menu bar, click on artistic and water pixels.

It can take a moment, depending on your system, to see the effect.

Then we change the super pixels size to 40.

And again we have to wait a moment for it to process.

Check the option split view.

We can click and drag the line in the image to the left or the right.

In this way we can clearly see the effect.

Uncheck the option again and then we can click okay.

Now we make the middle layer visible by clicking the eye, and we make it active.

Double click on the name and change it to details.

Hit enter.

Make the mode of this layer lighten only, so we get some detail back.

Reduce the opacity to about 50, or whatever looks good to you.

We can turn this layer off and on to see the effect.

Now we make the top layer visible and active.

Double click on the name and rename it lines.

Hit enter.

Back to filters and now we click on edge detect and then on edge.

Here we make the amount 1, and click okay.

Go to colors and click on invert.

We change the mode of this layer to darken only.

Press and hold the shift key and click on the eye of the base layer,

and make it activate.

In the toolbox we activate the select by colortool.

At the mode we choose the second option, which is add to current selection.

Now we select several different areas in the background.

Make sure that you do not select the whole background, but leave some areas unselected.

Try to avoid selecting the flowers, the vase and the underground.

With Ctrl+Z we can undo

one or more previous steps.

Then we go to filters, distorts and hit mosaic.

Make the tile neatness 0,4 and click okay.

Go to select and click on none, to deselect the deselection.

Press and hold the shift key again and click once more on the eye of the bottom layer,

so all the layers become visible again.

Make the top layer active.

Press Ctrl+Shift+N to make a new layer.

We name this layer canvas.

Make the mode multiply, and make the layer fill type white.

Click okay.

Now we go back to filters and this time we click on artistic and on apply canvas.

We make the dept 8, and click okay.

Now we are going to add a frame to our painting.

Go to file, open as layers and open the image of the frame.

Go to image and click fit canvas to layers.

Then zoom out by holding the Ctrl key down and rolling the mouse wheel,

until you can see the whole frame.

Go back to the menu bar, click on layers,

transform, and then on rotate 90 degrees clockwise.

And again to image and now to fit canvas to layers.

In the toolbox we activate the scale tool and then we click in the image.

To move the dialog box out of the way, we click on this icon.

Now we can drag and drop it to wherever we want.

Scale the frame, so the painting fits nicely.

When it looks okay, we click scale.

Right click on the frame layer and hit alpha to selection,

so everything in the frame layer that is not transparent is selected.

Go to select and hit feather.

Feather the selection with 3 pixels and click okay.

Click on edit and then on stroke selection.

Make the line width 3, and click stroke.

In this way the transition between the painting and the frame looks more natural.

Go to select and hit none.

Go to image and click fit canvas to layers.

And there we have our Van Gogh Sunflowers.
